اول تجربه لي للمطعم ومن زمان كنت ابتعد عن المطعم واليوم قلت بجربه الاستقبال كان سيء ومن غير ترحيب طلبنا وانتظرنا بعد 40 دقيقه وصلت وجبت الاطفال وببسي حار 🙂 المهم تم الغاء الطلب والحمدلله المدير كان متفهم اتمنى تنظيم الخدمه بشكل افضل

تجربه سيئة و عدم مصداقيه تم ابلاغي من النادل بان الطلب يحتاج 35 - 45 دقيقه و بعد ساعه و نص و بعد اغلاق شبه كلي اللي مطعم يبلغني بان طلبي يحتاج مزيد من الوقت و يجب لي دفع المبلغ

من أفضل وألذ مطاعم الاستيك الامريكي والبرجرات بأنواعها .. وبطرق مبتكرة.. وطريقة تقديم وعرض ممتازة ... بالاضافة الى التاكو واطباق المقبلات والسلطات الاخرى ... صراحه التجربة كانت ممتازة جدا .. الخدمة كانت فوق الممتازة .. الموظفون في غاية اللباقة والترحيب والاستقبال الممتاز ... اعتبره واحد من افضل المطاعم لدي .. انصح به وبشدة ... كل التوفيق لهم

And honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I do hope this is how they always are, and my previous experience was just a one-off.<br/><br/>For drinks I stuck to my previous order of Arnold Palmer – a refreshing beverage. For starters we had the Buffalo Wings with onion string and ranch – and it was perfect.<br/><br/>For mains we tried the All-American BBQ Feast – and oh boy! A feast it was. This platter comes with beef ribs and brisket, roasted chicken, coleslaw, fries, corn, baked beans and corn bread muffins! It’s massive, and good for 4-5 people. And everything on this platter was perfectly cooked and delicious. The brisket melted in your mouth, the rib meat fell off the bone and the chicken was tender & juicy as ever!<br/><br/>Oh, they have desserts too. We tried the Pecan Pie with vanilla ice cream. And it was delicious, but too rich that you’re done with a couple spoonfuls of it. So make sure to share.<br/><br/>You guys, you got to try their food. No exaggeration saying how happy I was with the food! And a special shoutout to Brix and Desmond for their wonderful service.<br/><br/><br/>ORIGINAL REVIEW: August 2020<br/>This review is from a visit 2 weeks back. Probably wasn't a good day to visit, I was left pretty disappointed. A lot of the menu items were not available. An ingredient I was told they ran out of (and present in majority of the menu), magically appears when I was served my order.<br/><br/>Also told the burger patty cannot be cooked to medium as the patty is made in-house; which does not really connect. Resulting in kind of a dry, well-done burger. And our main course took a while to get served.<br/><br/>Loved their Arnold Palmer drink though, that's a must if you haven't tried it yet. The chilli and roasted half chicken is decent too, something I'd have again. Service was polite & pretty prompt, and they weren't that busy.

The whole point of dining out on weekends is to enjoy and treat yourself to some mood elevating good food and that is what I found at Famous Dave’s . I was absolutely ecstatic with what I ordered . <br/>Southwest Herbed Chicken with two sides of Mac & Cheese and Cornbread Muffins , I liked chicken breasts marinated in Chimichurri served with fresh salsa , absolutely delicious . <br/>Mac & Cheese can be improved a li’l bit as in macaroni can be made more soft . I absolutely loved cornbread muffins . They were soft and baked to perfection and brought warm to table . <br/>Lastly we had Double Chocolate Brownie which was a delight to have as a finisher . I’d definitely go again anytime I am presented with opportunity . <br/>

Had an urge for burgers, so drove all the way to Dave’s. We ordered the smokehouse burger, crispy chicken tacos and Shirley temple. The tacos were nice and juicy with the chicken perfectly crispy. There were three big tacos in one portion. The burger was huge, open-style and delicious! The beef was well done, the pickles were perfect. The sides were good too( we took fries and corn on the cob). The best thing about the burger was the onion curlicules. The Shirley temple was a bit disappointing. Took a long time to be served and was too sweet. They accept Zomato Pro which helps. The staff were friendly

FD is definitely our favorite, with it's cozy ambience, super friendly staff and scrumptious food. I want to specially mention Bricks, who has always been very welcoming. Praveen and Bricks make a great team for sure! Last night we weren't even that hungry and knew we wouldnt be able to finish our meals, because of their fit-for-a-king portions, but we still went in just to see Bricks and for the ambience of the restaurant.<br/>The food is undoubtedly great! We almost always go for the burgers and the arnold palmer.

Food was great! Fresh and hot. Our server Desmond was so helpful and patient whilst we battled our toddler during our meal. Thank you Desmond for making our experience so comfortable and welcoming. We will be back!

Just got out of Famous Dave after finishing a meal of steak and fries. I just say the service is impeccable! Special mention to my server Desmond who took take of my order and was quite knowledgeable of the menu options. The food ( steak) on the other hand was not that right up the mark of their service! The steak wasn’t seasoned - I would have loved if that wasn’t the case - became it was indeed a nice dining experience! Keep up the great service FD team !

My friends and I went to famous Dave's restaurant yesterday for a quick lunch and I was so happy we took decision, I had their brisket burger and my friend had salmon the service was quick and the staff are so friendly.in a time like this I really appreciate the way take precautions on the food and their customers. <br/>We will definitely be back 🍣

Praveen, our server, came to take our order, so I told him that I’ll take the lamb shank. Then the next question is do you have any offers, so I told him that we’ll use entertainer, which he obviously didn’t like. He then said that they have 1 lamb shank in the kitchen and no beef ribs! The two favorite dishes are suddenly not available because he doesn’t want us to use entertainer. <br/><br/>Just remove entertainer and stop deceiving people.

Desmond is very helpful. Good place and nice food. We will definitely come back here to try the short ribs. Good portion and clean as well.

The best beef burger I have ever tried! Me and my friend were amazed by how delicious it tasted. the staff were very friendly, specially Andrew, very humble dude, made the experience better. Definitely worth the money!

Never again place, worst american style restaurant experience, tacos served cold. Lamb chunk was very fatty despite waiter said it is not. Even the french fries were bad.

Our first social outing in these covid times . The restaurant was spaced out & had multi sanitizers each table . We ordered the all chicken feast , Dave's chicken & pulled chicken tacos . The tacos were yum ,so were the wings in the feast , served with beans & corn on cob. Drinks ordered -- Arnold Palmer ,lemonade & passion fruit mojito . All were tasty .<br/>Special mention to Desmond,our server for the day, who did recommend us the specials & also was on toes to ensure <br/>we had a time . We could also opt for disposable cutlery . We used Zomato Pro ,albeit slight glitch with the bill ,but Desmond smoothed it out quickly .Thanks Desmond for making our visit smooth .

The appetizer that was served was cold and when asked the manager to replace it i was told this is not possible, they didnt seem to care about anything.

Ordered the Ultimate brisket burger and crispy chicken tacos. The portions are quite generous and can be shared by two. Will surely recommend this restaurant for a good burger meal.

Want to give it a high rating but few things are stopping it. Summary of the visit:<br/><br/>1. Neither Entertainer nor Zomato Gold was available due to Eid holidays as per the server. Weird as I used Entertainer at other restaurants who were gladly accepting. <br/><br/>2. Back ribs were a little crisp and not juicy at all. Seems like it was grilled earlier and reheated with sauce to be served. At this price, felt it was a cheat. <br/><br/>3. Brisket burger was good.bacon was crisp and beef patty was ok. Though would like it to be more juicy. Sassy burger was okayish with bland flavour. <br/><br/>4. Bottomless drinks were ok. Nothing special. Especially the iced tea needs to have some flavour. It was more of a plain water. <br/><br/>5. Service was good. Attentive servers. Nice ambience. Good environment and cleanliness.<br/> At this price, you need something special, a little more.

This was my first time ordering from Famous Dave’s and I have to say the service was absolutely amazing. I had a small issue with my entertainer coupon since it was eid and could not be used however, the manager Mr. Brix, made up for that and was so courteous on the phone and was very proactive in helping us with Entertainer as well. The food was great, I ordered the Monster Burger and although it was quite heavy, it was very delicious and our server Desmond was really sweet. Overall it was a really great first experience.

The meat items on the menu are worth it. You can actually see the brisket being cooked for hours together before you actually get one of them. We actually also ended up trying a desert which was pretty good.

Our staff were so accommodating and friendly. They made the experience waaay better than what it could’ve been. Hands down, best American diner staff in the UAE - and I’ve been to all of them (TGI’s, Applebee’s, Chili’s, etc.). Our waiter Nick was awesome!

It tasted really good and the chunks of beef were tender and juicy. <br/>For the mains we ordered the Fillet and Back Rib. <br/>The fillet was supposed to be medium-well but it was way beyond well-done and overcooked. The server was nice enough to take it back to the kitchen and brought a new one which was better but still not medium-well. Flavor wise it was just unpleasantly salty. <br/>The Back Rib was also overcooked and dry, the meat wasn’t fall-off-the-bone as expected. It was hardened and glued to the bone and tasted bland. <br/>All of the servers were really nice and attentive but the food was a huge disappointment.

Had dinner here again last night and I must say it’s better the 2nd time around. Tried their Fillet steak and Burger this time- did not disappoint! We requested for medium well done, and the steak was cooked beautifully! <br/><br/>Everthing from the mains to the side dishes tasted good. And the staff advised a promotion of 9aed for all desserts on a Friday night (big plus!) so we helped ourselves with Dave’s Bread Pudding which was good too. <br/><br/>Definitely worth coming back to.

The place is huge and clean. The staff are accommodating. The menu is great! We had sassy salad, barbecue nachos and shirt ribs with sweet potato fries and mac&cheese, lemonade and cola. I visited Famous Dave's for the first time in festival city. The wait staff were on hand but lacked experience and were unable to help with some requests such as whether the sauces were spicy and providing the pin to earn Skywards Miles with the new Everyday app. The manager was called and was able to answer questions when asked. Food arrived in a timely manner and portion sizes were sufficient. My friend ordered salmon and I had fried chicken. The restaurant overlooked the waterfront where the evening fountain show takes place. It was a good place to catch up with a friend but I wouldn't rush back.

First of all I would extend my gratitude to Sandy, which was our hostess today. The experience was nice thanks to you Sandy. It was not my first time here. But although there were some special situation tonight at the restaurant. She went all the way to give us a nice experience and a great dinner.

Loved the friendly service of Ms. Irene and Mr. Armstrong. The portion and quality of the burgers along with the sides was amazing. The cheesecake was literally a cherry on top.
