Love the hi tea! Wonderfully priced with two beverages with every high tea. If you have the entertainer the AED 285 gets divided by two and it becomes such good value for money! The food tastes delicious the beverages are excellent! The service is the best! Stephen is a great manger and super accommodating!! Went to celebrate a birthday and the cake was free of cost and amazing! Highly recommended. They alter the hi tea menu for you as well! ❤️
Nice ambiance and great place to hangout with friends and family , the rose water cheesecake was nice. Coffee was good. ( didn’t try the tea)
I’ve visited this restaurant today, and it’s very nice place to spend your time with friends and family. However, it’s expensive compared to other Cafe. The deserts are nice, however, the watermelon juice was bad, it’s like drinking pink water.
High tea in a beautiful setting. Tea was delicious, some of the beautiful sweets were just a wee bit much but the scones were classic and perfect in texture and taste. The staff could have been a bit more attentive considering the level of expectation coming to dine at a four seasons.
We had the most remarkable afternoon at the beautiful Four Seasons. Their Tea Salon is beautiful and their tea time is one of the best high teas I have had. The service was amazing, the ambiance wonderful. There was live harp music - absolutely perfect. Thank you for the wonderful memories !
Nice place to chill and have coffee or tea, they have added more dishes to their menu recently. Many dessert options available as well, best being the Kunafa. They have an outdoor space as well which is good for winters.
I usually go there for their traditional afternoon tea however the last time I've gone, I decided to try their Emarati afternoon tea ( for a change and out of curiosity since it's a first I guess !) I wasn't disappointed ! I normally do not
Finish a whole stand as there is always this one dessert or sandwhich that I might not like however everything on the stand was great. Keep in mind that scones do not come with it ( which is a bummer ) but the sweets make up for that.

Afternoon Tea set had a variety of delicious sandwiches and deserts. The staff were very hospitable and professional. My special request for nuts-free food was dealt with perfectly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Definitely recommending it to my friends.
Went there for a meeting and had an ice tea only so the only thing I was impressed with was the ambience.. it's so relaxing and also the staffs are very active and polite.. next time will help to evaluate better.

Nice ambiance with a friendly staff, kevinson is the best from philippines always attentive in all of my request, always polite and always smiling.. hope to have his service again.. definetely come back..

Comfortable place to hang out or chill while waiting for friends that were staying at the hotel. Had some mocktails and they were quite nice. Service was good -- they were there when we needed something and didn't bother us when we wanted to be left alone
I am sucker for fine china and usually when five star hotels serve tea in their finest china the experience is rewarding.
I went to Shai Salon for tea/coffee around 5:30/6pm instead of pulling into a Starbucks.
Even though it was a weekday the lounge was abuzz...and it felt it was the place to be for people watching.
I ordered jasmine green tea and my colleague had a cappuccino and a bottle of still water. Yes..the service was a little sketchy and we had trouble finding a server willing to take our order which shouldn't be the case at the Four Seasons.
You have the option to sit indoors or outside in the terrace but I would advise to sit indoors.
its a chill place... for meetings or work with ur laptop abd a cup of coffee.. in evening its a nice place to chill with friends... the service is ncie and the staff is friendly... not pushy but helpful.. really appreciate that!!! i do recommend it

If I go at night, I like to order their lemongrass ginger tea. All fresh ingredients mixed in a pot.

Very beautiful ambience and ideal for afternoon tea. We ordered Moroccan tea, a dessert and Arabic sweets. Be prepared because it's obviously pricey being at the Four Seasons but the place is lovely. The dessert was a chocolate and raspberry mousse (delicious!), the Arabic sweets (75 dirhams) were ok and the tea was good. The highlight is obviously the ambience. The service was ok although personally I was expecting a bit more attentiveness from this kind of place. Recommended if you want to enjoy an afternoon tea in a fabulous set up.

After a dinner nearby, I love this place for an elegant tea and dessert. A bit pricey but it is so nice and quiet. Gets you away from the buzz of the city. Makes me feel like I am on vacation.

Quite simply the best shisha I have ever had in Dubai by miles and miles.
I'm not joking it was simply stunning, so cool, soft and easy to puff with plenty of flavours and lots and lots of smoke.
Go before it's too hot, but it really was the best shisha I have had in a very very long time.
I went to Nusret earlier for dinner and was frankly disgusted by the commerciality of the place and complete lack of respect for the customer believing that the quality of food is the only thing that matters, and yet you walk over and come to this shisha place and its stunning. four Seasons has redeemed it's self, but only in the hotel, that restaurant and the bar on the top floor never again..... Shame when money rules, my earlier review at friends cafe in JLT would teach four seasons a lot about respecting the customer. If somebody knows the Hotel GM tell him to get off his high horse and wander down to try it and look and learn how a customer is respected!
Shai Salon terrace at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai, is a perfect destination for a relaxing evening with friends or family. Decor is certainly sophisticated and relaxing, a spectacular view of the pool and Palm trees from where we sat.
We had a light snack, green tea, coffee and a mouth watering selection of creative French pastry tray for our dessert.
We ordered chicken musakhan, a trio of fried potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Parmesan truffle and pommes paille, presented in 3 cute mini French fry sieves, quiet a delicious variety.
Looooved the mezze trio, 3 dips served with our mini burgers, especially the hummus with coffee, that's definitely unique and a must try.
Service was Proffesional, the waiter explained to us what's on the menu, and was very attentive.
Would defiantly recommend this Shai Salon for breakfast as well, afternoon tea and evening light snack. Well worth the visit again.

I appreciate it when the quality of food at cafe/restaurant is consistently good. Here, the food is beyond good. Portions are small, but you will not leave hungry.
Some items on the menu do seem unnecessarily inflated in price, but the quality is superb. Ingredients are always fresh, and their selection of juices never disappoint.
Moroccan tea is an acquired taste, but if your tastebuds allow it, do try theirs! The accompaniment of dates and mixed nuts make it balanced tea time affair.
Service is what really pushes this location to 5 star quality. Maybe I have had the pleasure of only dealing with the more pleasant staff, but these employees are attentive and willing to switch your orders if you seem unsatisfied. To me, this is the pillar of quality dining and enriched any food experience.
Decor is lovely, cultural and wonderfully peaceful.
I hope to make a habit of these visits.
