Although they're on a bit pricey side, their packaging (delivery) and the quality of their coffee is uncompromising incomparable! Have been stuck with them for almost 3 years now and no coffee smells better than Bateel.

The food came in before time and the contactless delivery was very welcoming. Loved the Salmon and the omelette-asparagus combo.. it was fantastic. The orange and carrot drink was refreshing. I wished if there were more juices in the customization. Also hope they had given jams too along with the butter. The freshly prepared baguette was really hard. I’m sure I would order from here in the future.

Loving the new additions to the menu! The fresh poke bowls options are great! Healthy, packed of nutrient you can't be disappointed. The creamy shrimps pasta is yummy too. Pity there is no loyalty scheme yet (or I have never seen it advertized!) I would be among the first ones to apply! At least for coffees with the ever increasing rates it is hard to stick to one place... Specially that we only see the prices increasing but not portions or quality (which are already good though) but just a bit frustrating.
They have amazing service and staff are very welcoming & friendly. Beautifully decorated and a great environment. The food is absolutely delicious.Overall a highly recommended restaurant

For a breakfast one of the best restaurant in Dubai, loved BELGIAN WAFFLE - was so delicious cooked Baked waffle presented with mixed berries, raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a dusting of icing sugar.

It was my first time eating something savoury at Bateel Cafe. Four of us gathered for brunch. we had the halloumi club sandwich, bateel French toast,Levant plate and Belgian waffles.
I'm not a vegetarian but I could eat the halloumi club sandwich anytime. It was delicious. I will definitely order it again when I am there next. Everything was quality food but the halloumi sandwich was a special surprise for me as I rarely find flavourful vegetarian items that are not Indian or Pakistani.
Visited this place post lunch ordered for qahwa and dates it was served within ten minutes of time. The qahwa was unique and so far It was the best one I have tried so far. Staff people were friendly to us and lastly coming to the pricing it was decent not expensive at all
I was looking for a healthy option and a filling meal at the same time. The Bateel risotto and the Mushroom risotto were very tasty. I will definitely order again.
Visited this place post lunch time for Qahwa and dates , we opted for 7 dates and medium sized Qahwa it was served to me within 6-7 mins of time . Loved it , have never had such amazing Qahwa in the past it was super light . Staff people were quick in service .
This is the best option if you are on your diet. Ordered salad and water . Avacado salad was super healthy and taste good. I choose marinated prawns, cheese ceaser dressing and cherry tomatoes added salad great flavour.

Hands down one of best cafes for having some tasty and authentic Qahwah. Desserts are top notch and love the variety of the menu. Service tends to be a bit slow when busy but that’s expected. The staff are super nice and friendly. Great ambience to relax and unwind.
The salmon with cauliflour puree and vegetables was absolutely divine, very flavourful. The combination in the dish all complimented each other and we were first given a bread assortment but it wasnt warm. The service was good and the atmosphere was quiet, there are lots of seating available so you wouldnt be waiting for a while. They also serve an all day breakfast for those looking for a late breakfast.

Exquisite flavors that submerge the senses into a flavorful bliss of oblivion! Starting with a hearty mushroom soup and avocado on toast and moving onto the chicken fusilli and Bateel bowl was wave after wave of taste crashing down upon us..... then the tres leches was indeed a magical end to the fairytale where we left happily ever after! The one star less is only because of the price vs portion size ratio.... just the missing pinch of salt that adds the perfection to the plate.
The usual quality that you'll find at the Bateel Cafes. Everything is consistent in terms of taste and portions.

Very much similar to any cafe' and pretty much close in menu selections and offerings. However, what differentiated this brand for competition is the brand positioning and competitive edge!!!
They are almost everywhere. This brand succeeded to building different prototypes; full fledged service concepts, QSR and retail stores.
They are targeting all segments through their services, however focused more on local market consumers. More than 60% of their regular customers are from the local market!!!
Another success is segregating themselves from competition through their offerings as a premium brand who offers high end dates selections. And the fact that they focus more on local consumers, this gave them the upper hand in marketing strategy to position themselves a step ahead in clientele selection.

Interiors are top- notch Emarati Luxury redefined. Played with Palm Green color decors one step inside a feel of Arabian Heritage. Bateel known for its finest and distinctive gourmet date growers which is why decided to try their famous Date Pudding.
Date Pudding had lots of Datey flavours thromging in each and every corner. It came with Date cake chimney angel moulded topped with Vanilla Ice-Cream. Cake layed on a bed of Date Syrup which was not at all Sweet but with subtle flavours. Cake was surrounded at north, south, east and west with the finest Date variety and sweet pecans. Appropriate sweet balanced in the whole Dessert.
It is not intimidating yet exclusive. Food and service are excellent added to it, is their in-house items like theirs dates, jams and balsamic vinegar (my favorites)
They have nice food,,and nice sweets like dates pudding,,,service is OK and this branch is bit small and crowded....in Dubai Mall they have indoor and outdoor
I’m totally obsessed with dates for the past few months and I’ve read a lot of good reviews about the Date Pudding at Cafe Bateel, so I finally went to try it out with my dad since he wanted to have tea so we decided to come here.
We ordered the Moroccon Tea and Date Pudding. I absolutely loved both of them. I’m not a fan of bitter teas, but this tea tasted so good and refreshing as well. It wasn’t bitter, it prolly just had less sugar but well it tasted really good.
As for the pudding, it was so soft and I loved how well the ice cream, sauce and pecan nuts went along. Its enough for two if you’re willing to share ;)
The staff was very kind and friendly and the service was great too.
Would love to visit here again soon :)

Cafe Bateel offers a great variety of options for healthy eating and does not compromise on quality. After eating there many times, I've never had a bad experience there.
I had the eggs royale with a cup of coffee; flat white. Asparagus was really good, but the English mcmuffin could have been a bit crunchier according to my taste, so that it would soak up all of that wonderful yoke!
I have passed this place a 1000 times and always found it full. Don't know wy it never clicked to try it out. What all have I been missing. It's a great place to hangout with friends or family, especially for tea and desserts. I loved it so much that whenever I think of tea, I think of bateel.
The seating in this branch is very cramped and because it always full, it feels like we are on top of each other. But the food is worth it.

Sparkling pomegranade juice was light and refreshing.We also tried the Date shake & Cappuccino.

My friends and I made plans to have breakfast at Mirdiff City Centre on this Friday morning, but was unsure as to which restaurant to eat from. As we walked around, we saw that Cafe Bateel was almost packed and that made up our mind to find out why all the rush. We wanted to sit on the couch, but like I said, it was almost fully seated and hence adjusted with whatever we got.
So, the menu seemed interesting with quite enough breakfast items which is not what I expected to be available in the morning at a cafe. After a detailed perusal of the menu, we (group of 4) decided to order these:

Such a wonderful café, the setup of this location feels a bit odd at times and gets hard to navigate around when it gets busy. Despite that, the cakes and pastries are delicious and we love the fact that most of their menu items have a touch of date flavor.
The Arabic Qahwa offered here is very different for other qahwas we have tried in Dubai. The first few times I tried it, I was not a fan and didn’t enjoy the taste. However, when one has had a rather indulgent meal (which happens a little too often in this city), this qahwa is a must have. The qahwa helps with digestion and relieves that over the top fullness feeling. There is no sugar added to it but the high end scrumptious, juicy dates offered with the qahwa take care of that.
Other drinks that we thoroughly enjoy here include: Peach Iced Tea (homemade and tastes great in those hot summer months), Iced Mocha and Frappe. The Bateel Sparkling Pomegrenate Celebration Drink is a bubbly concoction that feels luxurious and tastes refreshing. The little bits of pomegranate seeds are a fantastic touch.
Overall, the café aspect of this place is lovely. Will have to try lunch and dinner items during future visits.

Been to Bateel quite a few times for lunch, dinner and desserts. This time around, we decided to visit for breakfast on the weekend.
I ordered the Belgian waffles while my husband ordered eggs. For drinks we got an orange juice and a cafe mocha.
The belgian waffles took a while to prepare but they were well worth the wait. a generous portion with a side of berries, chocolate sauce, berry compote and cream.
The cafe mocha was delicious and served in a layered glass.
The eggs and orange juice were good too.
Overall, a fantastic breakfast!

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE Cafe Bateel. All the vegetarian dishes are fabulous but special shout out to the risotto it just melts in your mouth and the intense flavour surprises you with every single bite! Additionally it's a delight to see all the various creations they have made with dates ranging from the fate balsamic vinegar to the ice cream! Definitely a place to check out!

I tried this cafe long time ago, the date cake was so good.. Today we were in a shipping tour for Eid, and i was so tiered so we stopped me and my little daughter for a rest and a bite, i had the prawn lemon risotto and i absolutely loved it, although it was a bit grainy, i dont know if the regular risotto should be grainy anyways am not so expert with it, we had also the molten cake and it wasnt bad, it didnt melt from inside, however the taste was good.. My daughter had a cheese croissant and i found it good also.. What i dont like in this cafe is the location! Its so small and the tables are so near to each others ..

This is a wonderful place. We usually go there to enjoy Arabic coffee which served in Saudi style. The dates are superb. I had the chicken Salbomita which was well prepared and tasty. We had chocolate fudge which was good too. The staff is super busy and they are usually not very happy to answer your questions.

Desserts are good too,coffee is okayish.However the main course is not up to the expectations.Prolly I feel so coz I had a halloumi wrap which had jirjir lettuce and I am not a fan of that.But barring that too,I found the taste to be bland.

This place is amazing, being the Benedict lover I am, and having friends that love food as much as me, we decided to try a different place for egg Benedict and settled on this after I looked it up here.
I actually never thought that I would like asparagus but ended up loving the taste they add to the Benedict. The eggs are always cooked as asked for and the waiting time isn't long.

Espresso = brilliant.
Latte = excellent.
Cappuccino = phenomenal.
2 pistachio tarts = oh my god.
2 pecan tarts = very good.
Arabic coffee = best and undisputed.

One of my favourite eat outs in the UAE. Located on level 1 of Mirdif city centre, close to the food court, this outlet is one of their smaller ones in terms of seating capacity.
Nearly famished after strolling around the mall in search of pedals and cleats, I decided to lunch at my favourite joint and try a different salad from their menu. Opting for the Bateel couscous, I eagerly awaited my order while the staff served the ever tasty bread platter.
The date and walnut bread is my favourite and is perfect with the date and balsamic vinaigrette. I ordered a portion of sliced grilled chicken to compliment my couscous salad as I wanted some lean protein. The salad was a great mix of dates, figs and apricot that gave the chicken an interesting sweetness with each bite. I also added some of the vinaigrette to soak the couscous as the dressing was scanty.
The service was commendable with no room for complaints. I ordered a kholas pistachio to go. This treat is like and elongated baklava pastry with a sugar butter crispy base that is topped with kholas dates and pistachios - my all time favourite dessert at theirs.

Bateel cafe is a popular local spot for arabic coffee . This place is always full of people throughout the day, 7 days a week. Especially emarati locals will always be present there. You will always see groups of gentle men sitting around discussing general issues or reading the news paper in the morning. The food is arabic with an international twist. The place is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
First time i try their dishes. Usually i go for coffee and dessert, too much crowd all day and difficult to find table. Morning time is the best. I order egg benedict and find it super delicious. Try new flavor of coffee "dhibs caffe" little bit sour.

We had breakfast at bateel on Friday since bateel was really calm. Their pastries are really fresh and delicious that could beat paul's pastry taste yet they've also got great choices like their yummy eggs Benedict *everyone's favorite* and the waffles is a good choice for kids including the pancakes.. i had the cheese platter that had variety of choices. I would also recommend their arabic breakfast and other choices that would include eggs..
I wouldn't recommend their crunchy yogurt since its not served with greek yogurt i believe the taste was a regular yogurt.. on the other hand dont try they're scrambled eggs with salmon in order to be satisfied with your dish..
The cafe has great verities for different tastes. You can come for breakfast, lunch or dinner and you can enjoy a coffee with your friends. The coffee is great especially the Arabic and the sweet taste good but in the heavy side. The dishes are healthy and enjoyable, look for their specials. The place is small but the service is amazing. Excellent food, succulent Sweet and my favorite espresso coffee in town... this concept is cool mix between the Arabic best taste and the European quality cuisine...
Everything in here has that arabic touch . Even if u order a dessert or a drink , comes with the traditional arabic dates (khajoor) or the arabic sweetened almonds . The pecan and white chocolate cake was simply amazing . Most of the people order the signature ghahwa , thats the traditional arabic coffee . Overall its a wonderful place . Even though i liked the sheikh zayed road beanch better .
Bateel's dates pudding is a must try! So delicious. And they have a wide range of dates and sweets.
However what I dislike about MCC's branch is the lack of privacy!
Two words ... Turkish Coffee! They make one of the best in the city .... served hot, with a piece of date ....
They have a decent selection of date-based cakes, plus salads & main courses ... But I honestly come here for the coffee ....
You can also ask for the Arabic coffee, which is served in the classic "Dalah" .... And the Moroccan Tea ...
I order the Prawn Castellane pasta which was so good then I had desert which was good to. We ordered Arabic coffee but I didn't try it. She said it was good. Took these pictures quickly I was hungry.
Am a Turkish coffee addict! So I ordered it and loved the amazing cold date with my Turkish and I also tried the shake ! To die for such a new fresh taste!
Again bateel cafe is one of the best places to have arabic coffee with deserts. Their date cake worth to try. I had a chocolate cake as usually.

I love to eat and drink a coffee there time by time .. for who’s coming out from UAE try it and you will get international Cuisine with Arabic test .
بتيل دائما وابدا من المطاعم التي استمتع بمذاق الطعام والقهوة فيه .. لمن يزور الامارات من خارج الدولة أنصح بتجربة هذا المطعم الأقرب لكونه سعودي ولكن لنسميه مطعم خليجي يقدم اطباق عالمية بنكهة عربية .
لا تنسى اكل التمر عندهم فهو بجودة عالية
القهوة السعودية كثير طيبة وكمان كل الكيك والاكل كثير طيب، جلسته عادية بس دائما ما عندهم مكان. عندن خصم اسعاد، جربوا وخبروني رايكم
المكان ممتاز و نظيف وخدمة ممتازه وطاقم خدوم وبشوش .

جو رايق مع انه بوسط الموول ولكن تحس هالزاوية بالذات منطقة لحالها ، القهوة الرائعة وبعض اصناف الكيك اللذيذ وسلطة الكينوا العجيبة من اروع ما يمكن ان يكون 👍🏻 وفي كل زيارة يكون الاحساس وكأنه اول مرة 👌🏻❤️
الخدمة ممتازة وسريعة والمقهى نظيف ومرتب والاضاءة جيدة ، يحتاج فقط تغيير الكراسي والطاولات بشيء مريح اكثر.
