I went this Saturday to have lunch at Fire Lake Grill House located at the Radisson Blue in Business Bay. I want to share with you an amazing offer they are doing everyday during lunch time: 50% discount. I started with the Wood- Fired Flat Bread with Smoked Tahini Yogurt and Dukkah. The bread was freshly baked when I ordered the dish.
A couple weeks ago I attended the brunch at FireLake. It was one of the best brunches I have attended. The food was delicious. And the drink service was exceptional. The variety was huge and generous portions. Our waiter, Godsman, was amazing. He looked after us and was tentative and lots of fun. I hugely recommend this restaurant and brunch!

the staff seemed to be very welcoming. we went there at around 8pm friday night, it was not crowded .the place is kinda huge so you kinda have that sense of privacy on each table. we stayed outdoor. the view is always amazing if you get to have a good glimpse of burj khalifa where in this place has a perfect spot of it.we stayed outdoor the whole night and just to clear it , theres no mosquito at all. they have a wide variety of cocktails. food is great. service is amazing. good job guys. 🤟🏻
Love the waterfront location and warm ambience! Music can be too loud sometimes! Ladies night on Wednesday offer is great, 3 free drinks and free shisha! Food is not that great.

Last Friday we went for a brunch at Fire Lake Grill house at Business Bay. We are currently exploring the food in Business Bay specially the hotels and restaurants located by the Canal. This is the untapped area of Dubai in terms of Food but very soon the most happening place specially for the next 5 months due to pleasant whether.
The brunch spread was amazing with all the different kinds of counters like grills, seafood, salads, shawerma, desserts etc. The best part about this brunch was the order menu, where you can order from the Brunch menu and get to eat fresh food as you like. Over all the food was splendid but its not just the food which makes this place special, its the combination of brilliant live music, the stunning views of Burj Khalifa and the water canal which make this place a perfect spot for a you to enjoy Fridat Brunch with your family amd loved ones.

Located in Business Bay, one of the best things about this place is the terrace. With a great view of the skyline, this would be an amazing place to be during the cooler months. We went to try their BBQ menu and had the wings and ribs which were nice. Their milkshake is a meal on its own its so huge and heavy! Service is swift and the restaurant also has an indoor seating with some nice music. You can also play snooker where the table is set up. Overall a nice place
First class afternoon at the Summer Brunch today with family and friends. Good fantastic, drinks also very good and free flowing (loved the Brooklyn Pints) and staff very responsive and flexible.
Not to mention the live music “southern style”.
Will definitely be back!
The food was great, took 20 minutes but that may be because they had to make more than 5 dishes. I would recommend the salty nut it goes great with the burger

Went for a beautiful lunch. The ambience is great and even though it was sunny, the place had great shade so it's good even in summer. The music was brilliant! So ecstatic. They have 2 grill stations, one with lamb chops that were good as well as a mini burger station.. We even tried out their brisket in the other grill station and it was brilliant! The mac and cheese lacked the cheese though. Their salad bar had all types of meat and boiled mini potatoes that were great! For the Small plates we had their chicken wings with a tangy chili sauce and it was AMAAZING! also tried the steak with organic egg and hash browns!! A great choice. We tried their crispy chicken taquitos and was it lovely? Hell yeah, the tortilla chip wrapped chicken was great! For desserts we tried almost everything but our favorites were the cheesecake, the custard Swiss roll, cookie mouse, lemon tart and the cupcakes that were vanilla and chocolate, but the cupcakes were little on the dry side. Loved our experience!
We had Slow cooked beef short rib and smoked chicken, oh my God the food was absolutely amazing , I so want to come back and that too pretty soon.
So on my trip to Dubai I visited this place with my friends. If you love drinking and good music then do visit this place. Their food is really great and you can have a good conversation while having a good time. Recommended.

My friend and I stumbled across this place on a Thursday night and are giving it high ratings for the great vibe and atmosphere. Sitting on the outdoor terrace, you get a great view of Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa. The place is nice and quiet with soft music in the background - a nice change from the noise and crowds in Dubai. Prices are really reasonable for Dubai and they offer both drinks and shisha was makes for a great relaxing night. Food is not excellent but it’s not bad either. Overall a great night for a quiet drink and chat.

The Backyard Brunch at the FireLake Grill House has got to be one of the best brunches of the season. This is a brunch that’s literally for everyone. While it’s super family friendly, couples and groups of single 20 to 30 somethings will still feel right at ease. The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing and there’s so much space and distraction that you barely notice the tables (or even the kids) around you. It’s like you’re kicking back on your own massive terrace (overlooking the Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa) with nary a care in the world. Add a 20-foot Christmas tree (before the holidays at least), a live band crooning easy listening American country tunes, and billowing smoke from the offset smoker, and it’s like you’re in down-home barbecue heaven.
With the weather becoming so lovely, #BackyardBrunch at Fire Lake kicked off and it is absolutely lovely. Set at the rooftop, with the majestic Dubai skyscrapers as back drop and live country music perfectly performed by Down Home, it is just perfect for a lazy midday-to-afternoon treat. Their brunch is mostly of BBQ - meat and seafood (so pls dont cry out murder because theres no pasta) and wow on the meat spread of perfectly grilled medium-rares. There is a salad station to accompany all your carnivorous delight. You can also do your own chacuterie board with their smoked meat and salmon plus their fantastuc array of hard and soft cheeses. They have small plate menu of mozarella balls, smoked salmon, oysters and more that you can order to your hearts delight. The dessert room is what chef calls "Paradise Room" and it is apt enough for one to go on a 10-hr gym date after. LOL.
Worth it for all the relaxed fun vibe, good food and lovely spot!
Just an amazing location with a stunning view. Perfect service. Shisha was nice. Food was tasty. Definitely a must try there.

Halloween themed Brunch at Firelake was the bomb! Spooky looking hosts and cob web decor within and at the outdoor seating made Halloween come in early this year.
My brother and I went for the brunch and loved every bit of it. They've some delicious starters, mains, drinks, and a large portion of dessert.
I truly loved their grill section and the mains mentioned on their table menu that you can have unlimited portions of. Crab Croquette were the best.
With live music and a chill outdoor seating, it is worth spending your Friday afternoon. Jeffery was a great host and took care of our requirements accordingly.

With beautiful views of downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and neighbouring highrises, unlimited cocktails and smoky treats, this Friday brunch on the open terrace of Radisson Blue Waterfront is made for the upcoming good weather. And, it’s casually awesome.
While the meats are being seasoned and grilled, there are plenty of tasty appetisers and salads to start the weekend. While I looked around, filling my plate to the edge, someone carefully brought a selection of oysters and mussels to the table. I paired my first serving with a rosemary infused martini and looked around curiously.
Very soon after my arrival the band appeared and played American country music, adapted to Dubaians with city focused lyrics. By the time the first set was over, I was seriously hungry for what was cooking on the grill. Steaks, lamp chops, sausages, chicken wings and deliciously charcoaled vegetables. So tasty!
The real nice surprise was the dessert selection. Come and discover for yourself!

Had a great dinner at the Fire Grill House located in Radisson Blu Waterfront. The view is simply inexplicable, as well as the food. If you're looking for a way to chill out with a group of friends on a higher end, I would definitely recommend this place.

Last Friday we visited the newly launched Backyard Brunch at Fire Lake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at Radisson Blu Dubai Waterfront in Business Bay. It was our first visit to the swanky new hotel and the Fire Lake Grill House & Cocktail Bar is a great venue which is spacious and has an indoor and outdoor seating area. The contemporary interiors indoors, look classy and chic.

It's October and it's finally outdoor weather in Dubai. What better way to celebrate it than heading for an outdoor brunch. We did just that this Friday and had the most wonderful time at this venue.
GET SET GOBBLE:
AMBIANCE | You'll absolutely love the beautiful outdoor venue. With a live band stage in the centre, the tables are spread all around the rooftop to accommodate couples, families and large groups. They have a wonderful view of the Dubai Canal and the perfect location with no direct afternoon sun hitting you in the face.
CROWD | There are a mix of friend groups, couples and families. They have a kids play room with attendants as well. The overall vibe is relaxed and everyone is dressed in smart casuals.
FOOD | The food has a selection of hearty American grub. We started off with the salad counter that is inside and made our way out to the live barbecue station. From sausages to burgers, prawns to salmon they are grilling up a storm and you cannot resist. The smoky flavours go perfectly with sides like mac and cheese, corn on the cobb, russet potatoes, grilled beans and lots of choices of dressing. In short, this is a meat lovers paradise. But the fun doesn't stop there. There is also a selection of small bites from their ala carte menu that you can order on the tables. And as is to be expected from any good brunch, don't feel shy of taking unlimited repeats. In fact, I strongly recommend it.
Lastly they have a divine little dessert room that is filled with sweet indulgences you cannot miss.
DRINKS | There is a selection of live cocktail stations, wine and beers on offer. I highly recommend you try the Brooklyn lager. I was particularly impressed by this craft beer.
ENTERTAINMENT | There was a country duo playing great music. They sung some popular old tunes that had the crowd involved and also some traditional country songs that got the cowboys tapping.
SERVICE | The service is absolutely wonderful. The staff is quick and attentive. They are chatty and involved with your dining experience to help make it better. Really appreciated it!

Fantastic ambience and lovely food. We ordered Classic Margarita and it was fantastic. They have a good variety of cocktails and i wish i could try them all. The service was timely and impeccable. We ordered the platter called good for two which had lamb chops and mussels and crab croquet and it was great. Perfect place to unwind.
FireLake is technically in the Radisson Hotel connected to the mall, but, the bar scene opens easily into the mall and finding it was not that hard using the Mall direction finders.
At the bar I was greeted with enthusiasm and good service. The cocktail menu is interesting, and innovative, but not overwhelming. Many good options on the food menu, I could have eaten several meals with all of the items I was interested in. Finally, the wine list was fantastic. So, overall, a great spot. Good food, great service, and a calm respite from the merchandising madness.
