Came here a few times. It had live music, it was very family oriented and great ambiance. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The food was a bit expensive for my taste but never the less a great experience. I was happy they had choices like pizza at affordable prices as I was with my kids.

Okay so this restaurant name is Kabana restaurant and cafe, it located in such an amazing area and the view was breathtaking. It is an afghani restaurant with little arab fusion and western touch.
It was absolutely worth it. And it was inexpensive so I actually PAID the minimum amount as i pay while ordering food casually.

✅-Pasta with cheese balls :-This was amazingly delicious it had cheese melting in my mouth so yummy and perfectly cooked.
✅ -Meat hummus :- This is a must must try thing in any restaurant the most favorite side it would be.
✅ -Bread basked:- The most easy to have and freshly baked.
✅ -Chicken fingers:- This was so yummy and tasty that we couldn't stop at all.
✅ - Vegetable sambosa:- They reminded me of my mom's handmade sambosas so crispy and delicious.

✅ -Mix grill:- The mix grill included everything in it, absolutely beautiful and deliciously tasty. It had everything yummy and tasty, kebabs, tikkas, lamb chops And a variety.
✅ -Afghani pulaow :- This specifically had my heart i loved their speciality. The flavors were so good and delicious. I had all if it in some minutes.
✅ -muttoon karhai:- The texture was so good and the mutton was perfectly cooked and so soft the curry was delicious.
✅ -Pink sauce pennepasta :- The pasta had all rich flavors included
✅ -Cheese shami kebab:- so yummy and delicious the cheese was melting down
✅ -Sultani kebab:- It was a mated piece, all yummy things in one plate.

✅ -Chocolate Ball:- Oh I loved the presentation of the ball, and when the chocolate syrup was spilled how beautifully it got melted. And it was so yummy to have
✅ - Halioumi :- the hot chocolate lava cake with ice cream, who doesn't love ❤️ it was so yummy and the ice cream was so silky and smooth
✅ -Chocolate cones :- Can't forget these cuties they were beautifully decorated and presented full marks for that. The cones were filled with chocolate ganache and topped with little macaroons.
✅ -pistachio milk cake:- The milk cake oh goa again having water in my mouth it was so delicious so soft and so fresh i had literally. In some seconds
✅ -Strawberry milk cake :- This was the highlight, a must try dessert and if you visit this place definitely try this dessert y'all will thank me. It was just that yum

Yummiest food...bbq was the highlight...properly cooked meat and delicious to core...presentation was mind blowing and had kids area...plus valet parking...staff was really polite and courteous...have variety of desserts i order 2 milk cakes one chocolate ball macaroons and sweet cone and chocolate souffle....everything was perfect except the souffle...didn't like it much..

Amazing combination of Arabian , Mediterranean and Afghan kitchen,I love the atmosphere and that fact that they are working 24 hours 👏🏻. Cozy place with a comfortable outdoor seating. We went there on a pleasant evening and the ambience had a good vibe. The staff was attentive and polite. The service was quick too. We ordered the Iced Mocha and Avocado Shake. The Avocado Shake was good but the Iced Mocha not so much. It could have been much better. We also ordered Lemon Mint and Apple Mint shisha and they were good and smooth. Would definitely visit again for shisha. Overall a good experience and recommended for a pleasant evening out.
After planning for a long time we ended up visiting this place. They have a Valet Parking, one of the most convenient thing. They also have a huge team or servers and shisha guys to take care of. We ordered 2 shisha, both regular(they have a special also). Lemon Mint Flavour was lovely from the beginning till the time we left. The Apple Mint had some issues which was immediately addressed and resolved. The staff is very attentive and responsive.
We ordered Iced Mocha which was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I would never think of ordering anything around it.
In general, the place is huge, offers outside sitting also. And I would love to come again for shisha. Cheers!

This place came out to be a surprise!
We were a group of 6 friends and went here as it was the only cafe on Jumeirah road which was open until quite late.
To our surprise, it had a very cute setup with fairy lights and cane furniture along with comforters as it was winters and night was quite chilly!
The staff was very nice n friendly and the food was great!
Most importantly the sheesha was worth it❤️👌

Just discovered this place by chance and it was a pleasant experience. One of the fancy shisha joints in the jumeirah lane has indoor and outdoor seating. The shisha is good and even the staff is very active. Even the interiors are nice, surely worth visiting the place.
Visited this joint reading the reviews on Google and was not disappointing at all except the Valet service. Right from experience to ambiance everything is at its right place, we visited the place for some sheesha & dessert after a meal. We ordered Halwa and a watermelon flavor sheesha and lazed around the evening on comfy sofa seating's. The music was peppy plus lounge and the servers were quick and very professional in their service, up selling at every point of contact. I would recommend to visit if you are looking for a great relaxing hang out joint. Last but not the least, the valet driver fiddled with my car seating settings which was little disappointing.

I Have been to kabana many times with friends as well as family. As an afghan Iam always searching for good afghan food.kabana is one of the best available in town, our favorites from the menu are dopyaaza with rice, the Ash soup and mantu.
The food is very testy but I feel the staff can be ignorant sometimes.
I think kabana now needs to raise their standards even more because now it has competitor in the form of kishmish restaurant.
An up class and vibrant Afghan restaurant in Jumeirah, this is indeed a little gem to go to for some delicious food and awesome sheesha. Mostly visited by the locals, well that’s what it looked like from all the times I’ve been there, this place is a must visit. A place I would definitely recommend to tourists for some great Afghan and Mediterranean food, live Arabic music and of course GREAT sheesha. The best way to actually notice this place when you drive by is noticing the array of luxury cars in the valet, this place is bustling at all times.

Great atmosphere and they've thought of everything. They have blankets on the outside tables to keep you warm on these Dubai nights. The food is good however it did come cold which means there may be a lack of communication between the waiters and chefs. Overall a good experience.

Their food was outstanding , especially that "mantu" and kabuli palwo, other than this there were a lot of luxurious cars outside during the night. I saw miss Ghazal (the owner of the restaurant ) in there as well.But the restaurant theme was kinda dark and depressing(or is it just me?) service was kinda average or a little below average.

As for the food, I have to admit that this place is holding on to the standards. They also had live entertainment and that's bringing in lots of the local community and so is the Shisha but for me that's the downside of why I am just ranking this place 4/5 and not 5/5.

The food is delicious, Though it was served slightly cold. The service was quick. They have a lot of unique food options to choose from instead of the mainstream ones.

What an amazing Afghani cuisine, the best I've ever taste. The Kabuli palaw lamb with rice was amazing - tasted loghmeh kabab & gosht kebab each was better than the other. The ambiance is good enjoying the Arabic music. This place is definitely recommended.
Went to kabana on wednesday evening. Was packed to the brim. Great interiors, good live music. Very popular with locals. Food not upto the mark. Chicken wings were overcooked and lacked any flavor. Very hard to chew on. Fatous salad though was well done
Tiramisu was hard and felt a bit stale. Not light and airy as it usually should be. More of a place to enjoy the shisha, live music and ambience as opposed to food.

The food was just delcious and as expected, fast and great staff service. We ordered rhe pasta and a margarita Pizza.
The interior was made up to the best.

This is no doubt one of my fav spots in Dubai.. love the atmosphere, the food, the shisha and the service. I have tried lots of their dishes and I have never been disappointed. Good place for shisha !! I have been to Kabana 4-5 times now and its very popular with the locals. It has both inside and outside seating and the service is quite good as well. Nice place for a late evening hang out !! They do provide valet parking as well.

A beautiful place to chill in this weather with blankets. The place serves its purpose of providing cabana seating arrangements. The ambience is alright, there was no music playing. I was pretty impressed by the interiors and sanitary system, very hygienic. The lack of staff members being present on time to take the order disrupted an otherwise good experience.
The Chicken Wings tasted delicious although after having the first two bites did I realize the meat wasn't cooked enough. However, great flavours.
The Chicken Barbecue Pizza was better than Margharita.
The Penne Alfredo (Pink sauce), as mentioned by my friend was not up to the mark.
And, the Murgh Tikka was filling and tasty.

This place looks quite good. Their shisha was good. Wasn't able to try their food much but had a dessert and shisha. Kind of expensive, but that's is something inevitable in Jumeirah. For shisha lovers, not bad a place to hang out.
This review is purely on drinks and shisha as we visited this place after dinner. I really loved the atmosphere, we sat outside and it was pretty crowded. The seats are very comfy and it's a great environment to smoke and chill. We ordered a grape + mint shisha and Moroccan tea, both good. The service is attentive and they change the charcoal often. It's not the best shisha I had in Dubai but definitely worth a visit if you fancy a chilled evening with a relaxing ambience. Prices are reasonable for the area too.

Kabana hd been on out list for quite a while but we ended up there last friday for dinner. As the restaurant was pretty packed we thought of sitting outside despite the heat. We server managed to place 2 fans on r table which was very sweet of him. We ordered lemon iced tea for drinks which was excellent. That was followed by freshly baked afghani naan with mint chutney and my God they were so soft that they melted in the mouth. For starters we had Afghani Lamb Chops which had a very authentic taste in terms f the seasoning and spices and were very tender and juicy. The main course had Murgh Kadhai with Saffron rice and Kabuli Pulao. Murgh Kadhai was well balanced and the chicken was perfectly marinated and cooked. The only think lacking was the gravy which was very less . The Kabuli Pulao was so good because it had the perfect balance of the sweet ingredients i.e. Raisins and cashewnuts and savoiry which were the spices. The Lamb Shank in the pulao was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Grape Mint sheesha was very good considering its high price. Overall Kabana was a combination of good food and great service. Would def go back when the weather would be a bit more pleasant.

The services here were amazing from the valet parking at the door to the one who seated us inside then to the waiter who took our order whom was aware of the menu very well. I went for the barbecue pizza which was made to perfection and cooked with passion. There oxygen water was so good worth 10 dhs . Service was quick and there shisha of course was so good. I drove to Jumeirah 3 from Garhoud in the hope of having a good Afghan meal. And I was not disappointed.
I was a little amazed to see the establishment empty at lunch hour, but did not let it dampen my expectations.
I had the Mashawa soup to start with; a delicious wintery soup with a tomato base and strands of barley. Very authentic.
We wanted to stick to grilled food given the nature of cuisine and chose "gosht karahi" and "loghmeh kebab" as mains.
The gosht karahi was a wonderful lamb stew with all the aromatic ingredients which make for a good curry: brown cardamom, round pepper, bay leaves and much more. It came with a thick gravy and a side of rice.
The loghmeh kebab was yoghurt-marinated chicken, grilled to its perfect succulent state, accompanied by an authentic mint chutney, which wasn't an extra fine paste (like most restaurants) so one can't taste the ingredients.
Their authentic sesame seed naan had been freshly baked.
I did, however, have an issue with the availability of just one kind of water: a Malaysian brand "oxygen" water which I didn't enjoy drinking.
Well-mannered staff but would like to advise that the first part of the menu should be Afghan. Not many people would come here to have a bowl of penne arrabiata or spinach fatayer.
The only reason I rate this place is for severals notes:
- amazing outdoor seating to watch jumeirah as several world class cars pass by and entertain you
- Sheesha is really good, it lasts longer than any other shisha places although the prices is 60aed, I think it is worth it
-on the bad side, food is not that amazing.. There is very little options and prices are too high
My 5.0 goes mostly to the location , the filipino server who was very polite and the shisha that was amazing !
Try it if you want a good chilled place where u can enjoy a smoke

Lovely place, it's one of my favorites. Really nice and profesional. I love to sit outside and enjoy the shisha and the nice dishes. Inside it's also nice but I guess there is a problem with the AC and it's always so cold.
Nice place to spend time with friends. Especially the outdoor seating in the winter. They have good food and also good variety of afghani dishesh. They also have live music which i love it. The place is always full of arabs with luxury cars. They have made nice decoration, and have friendly staff. I have tried their bread on saj and i love it. I have to order every time i visit them. They have got tasty and unique banana milkshake, that I have never had anything similar in dubai.

Had dinner here the other night. Great Afghan food!! Loved it. Great décor and ambiance as well. Will def be back again. As a fellow Afghan, it is nice to finally have a great Afghani restaurant in Dubai where the food taste like homemade and not like those big chain commercialized restaurants. Although you cannot tell it's an Afghan restaurant from the outside or the décor, until you actually see the menu. If you like to eat Iranian food, you will LOVE Afghani food. It's so much better.
