When you are in a mood to have subs, there is no other place better than Charley's..Their meat in tender,and juicy and topped eith the right things, you have yourself a perfect sub..Their buns are always fresh..apart from the subs, you just cannot miss thrit cheesey jalapeno fries and strawberry lemonade..perfect philly steak sub,just yumm fries and so refreshing strawberry lemonade will just lift your mood up.
Good price order was fast and food was tasty, food was customisable so can choose no onion, tomatoes etc. Bread was fresh, steak was tender, the make a good cheese steak.
Good food and good service.
its an awesome place for dining with friends or family. the price might look a bit expensive for some people but the environment and food quality its worth for that. Taste is good. vibe was good.Good place for heavy food. value for money

It's been a few hours since I had a Classic Burger with twice fried fries, and I'm still full! Now that's a sign of a good burger! The Classic is a straight up traditional style burger with a 7oz Harris Ranch patty,
they make sandwiches right in front of you loaded with veggies, chicken as per your choice.. they have hot pan on which they grill the stuffing inside fresh bread.. i like their sandwiches..
As always, this place never disappoints with their fresh peach lemonade juice
Arguably one of the best freshly prepared sandwiches. The Chicken California was fab so was the Chicken Teriyaki. Do they alter/customize as per your dietary requirements?.. Yes! They do... but we had to prompt them for it. We surely recommend this place.
Thoroughly enjoyed the made to order steak sandwich. Good fresh ingredients make it delicious combined with great service.
Underrated is a word that you would use for fast food joints like this. I find charley philly steak a reasonably priced, tasty and filling choice. Do opt for their mint lemonade when ordering a combo meal

Order came like after 1.5 hour. Which is probably not the restaurant problem. So the food wasn't really hot + the fries not good already. But the sandwich good.

Im not a big fan of steaks but this restaurant changed my perception completely. Awesome food and authentic taste. as if im in Philly! I have had the Philly steaks in Philadelphia and these guys have nailed the taste!! keep it up and great show guys.
Been to their other outlets and always liked the food quality and quantity. One of the best options for a quick and filling meal. I ordered the Cheese fries, Chicken Philly Steak and Strawberry lemonade. The service was quick and the prices are pocket-friendly. Overall, an absolutely delicious meal.
Being here last week i ordered Philly cheese steak & pepperoni and chicken Philly subs, fries with cheese & all were good, a lot of vouchers are working here like entertainer, smart deals & etc.

I like the Charleys philly steaks chain. This branch at the upper food court chain is also serving good food. Serving time is around 7 mins.
My order was a combo of chicken Philly which is prepared with grilled onions, mushrooms, green peppers and white American cheese at 17 dhs. The bread was white- i remember in other branches, they used to ask me about the choice of bread though. The taste was really good and they are filling. I went for a gourmet cheese fries. At 10 dhs they are expensive for a small bowl/pack but the molten yellow cheddar cheese on the lovely thick cut fries were too good. I had the classic lemonade at 1 dhs in the combo.
This is a real good combo. Specially the white cheese oozing out with every bite was amazing.

Dined here last week , we had philly cheese steak, Bacon 3 cheesestake, chicken california and chicken philly. The service was pretty quick though it was extremely busy being a friday. These were meals served with fries and drink. we opted for cheesy fries and in drinks we opted for lemonade and coke . Philly Cheese steak and Bacon were excellent and relished every bite. The chicken ones were good too. The breads were fresh, the filling was super generous. Cheesy fries were yum too. We did use the entertainer voucher which made it a steal deal. Loved this place
I went for large 3 combo and the jalapeño fries. Ordered chicken buffalo, chicken teriyaki and philly cheese steak. It’s not an actual steak but steak filled in a burger. Surely worth a try😊
Best Fries & sandwiches Everrr... Fries are soft with crispy outer layer, topped with their amazing melted hot Cheese and Bacon with Ranch sauce if you go for Ultimate Fries option.
Chicken California sandwich was freshly baked with garden salad and melted cheese.
Peach lemonade was Refreshing and Ice Cold.

The staff of the branch are quite friendly ,gourmet cheese fries and original lemonade are a must, try i have tried chicken Philly and it was just appetizing and delicious it was my first time i have been their and the experience was satisfying
If you are looking for a cheesy good wrap it’s the place to go. I had and loved it, way better than a sub. You can customise it as you wish, and staffs not acting as if they are bringing the stuffs from their home.
Amazing Philly Steaks, staff is so kind and friendly.
Sooner will there again.

Tasty sandwich, located in the food hall of The Dubai Mall. It's always crowding by pros who love it's delicious sandwich, most recommended sandwich place in the Downtown of Dubai.
Had a large chicken philly and cheese fries. It was so yum!! The chicken in the sandwich was so tender and flavour was on point. The sandwich bread was really good too. The fries were so good that I almost ordered another one! Its inside the food court so if you are going on a busy weekend it might be difficult to find a place to sit easily.
Nice and fresh sandwich. Tried their veg and was not disappointed

I got this amazing meal at Charleys Philly Steaks for just AED 15. It includes a normal sized burger, fries, some nuggets with bbq sauce and a standard size drink. It is absolutely fulfilling for one person. The taste and quality of food was good.
Chicken teriyaki sandwich and BBQ steak was awesome taste ever.. yummy fillets for sandwich and so so colouful and healthy.. so fresh with the fillets and cooked so good. Yummy ever..
Been there yesterday very polite staff and quick service. Lemonade is very tasty and food is very delicious. Definitely will visit again when i will be in Dubai mall.

Decided to get my personal favorites - Footlong Philly CheeseSteak with Ultimate Fries. Unfortunately, he loved it so much, that I really didn't get much to indulge this time around. This is something you really can't go wrong with. The service is quick, and you even get free samples as you wait. Highly recommended.

I really like this fast food place. The sandwiches are always fresh and tasty, enough meat, enough cheese, veggies are fresh, lemonade is not too sweet and staff are all friendly and fast moving.
Again, good good alternative to all the boring popular competitors. And I will not stop repeating and agitating people to try new things, which are more delicious, more natural and give you more enjoyment while eating.
Charleys Philly Steaks are our all time favourite we enjoyed the Philli steak and chicken teryaki sandwiches the inside filling had mayonnaise lettuce tomatoes and a variety of yummy sauces that added to the taste
We also had lemonade and it was truly refreshing

Quality of bread is amazing; always fresh and soft. Although the philly meat is frozen, however it is the original quality from the US. Service staff are friendly and nice.
