Great restaurant! We eat regularly at Al Hallab more than a year now and we destinguish this restaurant from others for its taste and quality. Lebanese cuisine is the best in the world and lebanese hospitality as well. We would like to praise the hospitality of waiter Diaa Kiwan, at the Dubai mall brunch, who made our dinner special by being exceptional at his job, having the best knowledge of the menu, being helpful and attentive to our needs. He also made our experience unique by being personal and sharing cultural experiences. We will always remember this day and his service and can't wait to come back in a few days for another Al Halab experience! Thanks!

Al Forno is a good place to get proper Italian food to eat. I loved this place totally and the service was also quick and full of warmth.
I ordered:
1. Linguine Pasta- This was my favorite and it surely justifies the tag of being the best seller. It was well served and prepared.
2. Pepperoni - The pizza also tasted good and was a perfect Italian combo with the pasta.

Celebrating EID with a great dinner at Al Forno specialty was the best that could have happened.
Homemade Focaccia bread with olives as a welcome dish with a great staff.
Ordered a delicious Grilled Chicken Breast marinated with some fresh herbs and creamy mushroom sauce. You need to try it to feel the taste.
2nd dish - Seafood Linguine : rich in taste with mussles and shrimps. Hats off to the chef for a great work.
The desert was mindblowing, that have forgotten the name.
I was at Mirdif city center and starving then decided to try this place, which turned in an amazing experience with the taste on the food, even though at the beginning was difficult to get the service attention, maybe because there was less staff or something else was going on. Anyways I had really enjoyed the flavor and the touch on my experience when they offered extra cheese on my plate, which was the Pirata Pasta, my congrats to the chef 👏🏻 hope to come back and try the pizza as I saw so many orders while I was there.
I really enjoy eating in Al Forno. Food is always fresh , amount of food is good, place is nice, clean and welcoming. And the best part, price is fair for the quality of food it’s being deliver 😊
Had the most amazing lunch at this place. Every dish was on point but I have to say the garlic bread was my favorite- some of the best I’ve tried. Their pizza was top notch. Make sure to leave place for dessert- their chocolate cake was so so good!

My husband and I were really happy with the food and view. Although, I was pretty sure that something has changed with the taste of my favorite risotto. I hope chefs keeping the standard in the kitchen as many fans like me are very particular with the taste. Especially when this was not the first time I tried Al Forno risotto. 😊

Alforno is definitely among the top places in Dubai for Italian food. Their Seafood Pasta is so scrumptious, it is to die for. The taste was amazing & the quantity was good. The restaurant is right next to the waterfall inside Dubai Mall and the staff here is super friendly. A perfect dinner and happy customer :)
I went to Al Forno, Dubai Mall for a quick birthday lunch with my husband. This restaurant surprised me in every way. The food was amazing, fresh and authentic. Special mention of the Area Manager Mustafa Kutthini who did make it special with their yummy dessert called Tortino Al Cioccolato which was irresistible. The fresh bread they served at the start was amazing. The pizza was not too cheesy (which is what I like) and therefore you could have the real taste. The quinoa salad was amazing too.
Would definitely recommend this place for a nice celebration for your special event or a simple lunch/dinner with your friends.

One of the most underrated Italian restaurants in town...
This is the second time I visit Al Forno, located right next to the Leaping Men fountain at Dubai Mall. And I’ve enjoyed my meals every time.
The restaurant, although in a busy mall, tends to run pretty quiet most days - for reasons I do not know - at least it guarantees you seats with a great view. The service is good; all the staff you interact with are nothing short of welcoming and friendly, and the delivery is prompt.
Before ordering, you get a basket of bread that you can enjoy with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. We ordered the fried mozzarella for starters which were done well and extra cheesy and the Spicy Shrimp Penne - very fresh pasta in a delightful secret sauce, all cooked to perfection.
If you like pastas, you don’t want to miss out on this place.
I love Italian food. There are a couple of places that bake fresh pizzas, bread etc. The flavour is of utmost importance to me. The herbs they use, freshness of the ingredients, home made sauces, even the quality of flour etc makes huge difference to the final product.
These guys serve this pizza thats inside out. Love it. They serve pizzas hot and the cheese on it really compliments the sauces. The interior is fine too.

The interior design and all the lovely decorations of this Italian restaurant will have you feeling like you’re dining in Italy. They serve, by far, some of the best wood fire pizzas I have tried. Their staff is also great and patient.
I went with my family and we ordered:
- Fried spicy shrimp: i would rate this appetizer 3/5 as the fried shrimp is kind of oily and the its too crunchy, kind of hard to bite.
- Halloumi flatbread: this appetizer is definitely a 5/5 in my eyes. The dough is so delicious and the halloumi cheese was grilled perfectly. It is served with a delicious pesto sauce and some rocket leaves.
- Chicken and rosemary pizza: 4/5. The size is perfect for one person as the dough is very thin. The grilled chicken, however, was quite bland so next time I would order it without the chicken.
- Four cheese pizza: 5/5. For all the cheese lovers out there, this pizza would be the ideal choice for you. It is absolutely delicious, no complaints.
In general, I loved this restaurant and would 100% go back again.

Location: Well, located within Dubai Mall.. so it’s ideal as a quick lunch spot after all the shopping sprees you’ve planned at this massive place !
Parking and Taxi availability is out of the question.
Ambience: Ah cute with its red chequered cushion clad wooden tables and chairs.. brick walls and that rustic charm it immediately reminded me of my trips to Tuscany and Rome visiting family owned lil restaurants along the busy streets around Italy.
Service : Prompt, no complaints. The waitress immediately greeted me and my girlfriend and got us seated according to our preference as the restaurant was not so busy when we went.
We were served water, our shopping bags were carefully placed on a nearby empty seat.. good service in all !

We've tried their:
1) Spicy seafood Pasta Arabiata we asked to switch the penne to spaghetti .. they asked how we like it done .. plus points as in my personal opinion every “Italian” restaurant worth its weight in salt should do that ! Period !
This was delicious .. beautifully seasoned.. seafood cooked just perfect to the bite.
We just wanted a light lunch.. so portion size wise this just perfectly went with our side of the salad for the two of us.... but if your hungry this is good for only one I guess !
2) Chocolate Fondant - we saved space to try this out ! It was beautiful !! As fondant should be served at the right temperature.. goey inside and baked crisp outside. The chocolate ganache fondant just posed out when we spooned through.. balanced perfectly with the vanilla ice cream and fresh berries at the side to cut thru the richness of the chocolate !
Save space for this .. highly recommended it ! :)

Plus point for the lovely waitress who while clearing our table also politely asked us if she could bring the dessert out now.. which shows the sever wanted to get it out at the right temperature for the fondant to be served at as she saw us finish our meal.
As someone who has worked within the hospitality industry I’m quick to pick up “the regular from the outstanding” service qualities staff put in and this was one of those moments. So good job to that waitress.
Definitely Will be back to try out the other stuff on their menu ! Specially I’m assuming if they have a wood fire oven their pizzas would be great !

Beautiful ambiance and lovely waitress.
Of course you cannot start ordering main courses without having the “Mushroom croquettes” as a starter; they are breaded croquettes filled with mushrooms and risotto stuffed with melted Italian mozzarella served with Marinara souce, mouthwatering!
As we moved to main courses, they had a tempting presentation, big portions, and finest Italian tasting.
•Ordered a plate pasta “Casareccia Pollo Picante” This plate really gave a burst of flavours in my mouth, it’s
a homemade spinach Casareccia pasta with grilled chicken and mushroom in spicy creamy sauce topped with spiced crostini bread.
•Ordered another pasta plate “Fusilli Pesto con Pollo” what a plate! amazing! fusilli pasta with grilled chicken in a flavorful creamy pesto sauce topped with parmesan cheese and chili winding.
•Being a Pizza lover, I had “Chicken and Rosemary “, I totally got indulged in this one!

The ambiance was perfect amazing food we really enjoy the seafood linguine and lamb shank.We had quinoa salad and gamberoni as a starter we really enjoy the crunchiness of buttered shrimps and unique pasta cup that can be eaten too..and we ordered berry blast and venice for our drinks. It is very cosy and love all the staff 😊

I had lunch with some of my friends at Al Forno, Dubai Mall. Interesting menu, wonderful meal that was perfectly served by our waiter, Collins. We especially enjoyed the special drinks-lemonade with mint and sweet lime. I had the Lamb Shank - it was delicious. The service was excellent. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. Please give our thanks to the Manager(s) and whole team. Though its not near to our place but we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

What one finds in a restaurant is just a restaurant like Al Forno.
Love the food here. Do try the huge variety of pizzas. Its not just an Italian cuisine but a mix of cuisines. Love the decor and the management is attentive and quick. The Dubai Fountain being right beside it just makes it perfect for a family or a couple or even just one person. It is a little expensive but worth a shot.

Absolutely great pasta dishes. I like their calamari starters too, nothing special but it goes well with the rest of the food we usually order.
I've tried almost all their pasta dishes and liked them all. But The last risotto I had was significantly underdone.
Regardless, the flavor and quality of their food makes this place one of my favorites.
I love the ambience, decor and vibes of Al Forno. The atmosphere is warm and resembles a traditional Italian trattoria.
I love the 'mozzarella crostini' and 'monachelle with chicken' pasta.
The food is absolutely delicious, prices are reasonable and service is great!

The manager kept on checking on us and any request was immediately taken into consideration. Finally, after we were done, they brought us shots of fresh lemonade juice. The chicken picante sauce is super rich, spicy and blends well with the spinach pasta.
The ambience is harmonious.

Not really anything in particular..Just that I personally eat salt on a little higher side than the rest.. So basically my picante was without salt.. A dash of salt n I was good to go..

Visited this restaurant for a friends birthday! Their service is very food as so is their food! I recommend if you visit when it's not so warm to sit on the outside as it has an amazing view of the fountain and burj Khalifa.

Italian food is something that I eat quite often, hence this place wasn't that pleasing for my taste buds. Although the pizza we ordered was proper Italian and delicious but considering the price to quality ratio, it did not justify. Worth a try for people who love Italian food like me.
This branch offers great seating outside with a view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai fountain. We ordered a Margherita pizza and grilled chicken with roasted potatoes. The pizza was ok although far from the real pizza in Italy. The grilled chicken came with a mushroom sauce and it tasted good. The service was good too, the guy who served us was very helpful. Fairly priced considering the location and the view but do not expect authentic Italian cuisine.

We had an al fresco dining in this place at Dubai Mall and we surely love their Linguine pasta fruitti de mare, sauce is rich in taste and the pasta served al dente. They have very attentive and courteous staff. I recommend this place and will definitely come back. Happy customer.
This place is sinfully cheesy! We ordered pasta , flatbreads and grilled chicken! Along with the mushroom soup. The pasta, flatbread and grilled chicken are delicious and filled with cheesy twists, mushroom soup was not good!

Not tacky but at the same time rustic and authentic. And definitely no checkered table cloth 😅.
Everything from A-Z is good. They added some new items like Wanabe lemonchello line of moktails 😕. ..minus the real deal lemonchello ..Ahem ahem ...lol.
And of course ..you simply cant come to AL Forno without trying their heavenly lamb shank 😍😍😍. Meat braised to perfection. Falls of the bone and doused with its own juices (tip: order it with the mash potatoes. It will swim in a fine puddle of gravy) .
And of corse....dont forget to sample the signature wood oven pizza. After all, they didnt bother to stack the cedar wood piles so you just pass them by and try their wood oven pizza made with Italian love 😁.

A great place or Italian food with a friendly service. Their salads, pasta and Pizza are quite good and this particular outlet has very nice seating options. Their bread is very good and would definitely recommend and go back there often. Strongly recommend their signature dish Stromboli..
I don't know why this place has such a bad rating. Im a regular at their Mirdif branch, and my Dubai Mall visit didn't disappoint either. A couple of us went there for dinner and sat outdoors with a beautiful view and chilly winds. We had the Garlic and Cheese Flatbread, Chicken Alfredo Pasta and the Sflatino. The first two dishes were good as you can't go wrong with something that basic. The highlight, however, was that twisted pizza stuffed with peppers, spinach, cheese, chilies and sun dried tomatoes. Oh, it was delicious!
Some day soon I'd like to try some of their dessert though. I'm certain I'll visit Al Forno again, and I'd suggest it to friends too!

This is my frist visit to this restaurant and it was very great experience. Food was fresh i ate stango was amazing plat and the atmosphere very well and the service was so good. We really like it .
I have been in this place many times and I was never deceived. It is actually an italian restaurant but I would say that it has from Italy more the name then the food. A tiny indoor area and even smaller outdoor space divided into smoking and non smoking sitting facing Burj Khalifa. Couches are comfortable, staff are very kind, attentive and always smiling. I can say that food is on the average side, but as I said never deceiving.

I loved the ambiance and the location of this particular restaurant! It was soothing and beautiful. We had ordered monachelle al forno pasta and pollo al rosamarino pizza. The pasta was in creamy white sauce and had mushrooms and chicken pieces in it. I found it amazing as it had an extraordinary taste. The pizza was topped with fresh mushrooms and chicken pizzas, however the pizza was too dry and we had to add more sauce to it. For the drinks, we ordered silicila and mojitino, silica had a very different strawberry tinge to it and mochtino was refreshing. For dessert, we had ordered chocolate fondant, which i would say wasn't that great, have tried better. But the worst of all is actually the service of this particular restaurant..it needs improvement at the earliest. But would recommend if you have some time to spare!
They have the finest view as they're located near the waterfall in the Dubai Mall. The food was delicious as all the classic Italian flavours came through.
A major drawback was the service - it was pretty slow and the staff wasn't even available where we were seated. That was a little disappointing, but the food was great and fresh.

First visit to this restaurant. Visited on a weekday with friends! It has an amazing ambience and good interiors! We chose to sat near the waterfall. The food took around 20 minutes to be served - we ordered for monachelle al forno pasta and pollo al rosamarino pizza. The pizza was topped with chicken and mushrooms and was thin crusted - it tasted good (not one of the best ive tried) ; the pasta was in a white creamy sauce with chicken musrhrooms. I loved the pasta and its definitely one of the best ive tried. Recommend it to all the non vegetarians. We ordered two drinks - sicilia and mojitino. Both were tasty! For desserts we ordered for chocolate fondant - which they told will take 15 mins to bake & was on time. They also wrote a birthday message for ony of my friends as we requested them to! The fondant was good too but it could have been better!
I was very disappointed with the service. I had to get up from the table more than three times to call someone when we needed something as the seating near waterfront had no servers around.
