Their deals are really nice, thou without deals it gets highly expensive. i wish they had unlimited puri’s because i truly love their puri. The combination of bbq with puri or rice is just love with a touch of arabic and desi cusine making it love for sure. even thou i am not a veggie person but their veggies are perfectly roasted with juicy texture. The bbq is never over cooked, and is good in quantity.
Nice place ☺️ food was really delicious we had ther barbecue and it was great ambiance is nice ther specialty is tikka which was really great and delicious they serve bit with freshly made naan or paratha with raita and chutni. Staff is very good. Its a must try place.
Order from my office.
Really happy with the food.
Liked it. The Curries are really worth it.
Food ordered: chicken mix grill
the dish was served with Rotis to eat the with.
the chicken tikka, boti, and chicken seekh kabab tasted good. the chicken tikka was the best among them. the flavor was good but is costly for the dish given. The chicken tikka is a must-try and the staff is friendly
Had recently visited this place for some Indian food. My favourites from the menu are chicken Tikka and mutton Tikka. Highly recommended.
Had called for mutton seekh kebab, paratha puri and chicken fried rice from al barsha branch..Food was amazing..Fried rice though was not that tasty..Got good amount of chutney&pudina raita with mutton seekh kebab..Food was delivered on time..Overall a very good experience..
Had an order placed from Chicken Tikka Inn , Al Barsha branch .. the food was truly amazing - the seekh kabab and the poori paratha is a must try from here .. the dishes come with complimentary raita and chutney..
Ordered Chicken Tikka , Achari chicken , Mutton kabab masala , Paratha Poori , Tandoori roti ..
Wowwwwwwwww food ... Each Item was fab except Paratha poori .. Chicken tikka was good but both the gravies were star dishes , especially mutton kabab Masala .. Spices , taste , goodness everything was balanced .. Really liked the food .. only problem with Paratha poori was it was very thick and oily too .. Definitely want to try again and again ..
Dish of the day : Mutton kabab masala
Value for money : ✌✌✌✌✌
Over all experience : ✌✌✌✌✌
Excellent food. Chicken Handi Achari was perfect. Delivery was packed very well. Gave me a generous amount of salad on the side free of charge. Really enjoyed the food.
Stopped by for lunch at Chicken Tikka in the other day.
Food
Ordered Tandoori Chicken. It was yummy and perfect served with amazing green chutney and salad. ..
We ordered the Paratha with it which was a bit Oily but nice.
Ambience - Quite Decent and clean
Service - Fast
They have a quite reasonable menu and a good variety.
its a bit small place and parking also can be a problem. not much variety for veg and i think it should not be a problem bcs name it self is chicken tikka inn. we ordered paneer butter masala...veg raita...and butter naan..quantity & quality both good. satisfied.
Nice and tasty food. Loved the deliciousness and delivery service. Good prices as well. Keep it guys. Recommended.
Panner butter masala & puri paratha will make ur day..
delicious. but very spicy. best raita in delivery

I haven't been to the restaurant to have the food, but I always on rule order their Palak paneer.
Rich with a thick, gravy of spinach leaves added to soft succulent paneer I cannot emphasize how much I enjoy their palak paneer. This must be an ironic review considering I am praising their veg dish when the very name of the restaurant has 'chicken' in it!
tasty and piping hot on time
To enjoy Great Pakistani cuisine, step into one of the early eateries of Dubai... Its a great place for Kebabs, the mixed-grilled kebab platter is worth every Dirham and there Bihari Kababs are the most succulent!
This restaurant is One of the original Pakistani food restaurants in Dubai... they have an excellent menu and the taste is the same continuously and has been consistent for decades.
A place worth visiting!!
Chicken tikka inn literally no words to describe their food! Loving it! I m a regular visitor to the restaurant and I absolutely love the food because the food is made perfect! Loving it like anything ....sometimes the service gets delayed on weekends but the naan and the butterchicken and the platter and everything uff can't be Better anywhere else. A mussssttt visit.
better biryani rice than the last one and chicken tikka wasn't what I expected. other than that was ok
Good food and worth of trying it again.
Arrived well before stated time and really yummy as usual. Chicken tikka Inn is an established restaurant that’s been serving great food for decades. One of our reliable favorites.
Delicious Indian food! Butter Chicken, Chicken Archer.... and the rice desert.
What's In Your Menu.?!
+3.5
As we were been for shopping, we are famished and looking for some good restaurants.
Finally we found this good place and ordered for Chicken biryani- which was spicy and too good in taste. It has Indian flavoured cuisine. The Raita was Thick enough and was very tasty.
With friendly service and good quality and quantity this can be rated 3.5/5 for everything.!!!
One of my favorite Indian restaurants
I like all there dishes
Mutton tikka and kebab and chicken tandoori
Quality food well priced and good quality
Love the bread too
Ive eaten here many a time. The brand from the 80s is not what it is today it has definitely changed but not for the worst. I really enjoyed the food back then and the experience was quite unique. Now I’m giving a rating of 4 only because of nostalgia but also I’ve seen the prices jump over the years. This branch is cozy, and by cozy I mean quite tight. I Usually go for take out. Out of 10 orders Id say have a buffer that 1 or 2 orders might not be that great (something might mess up) but they got great grilled food if you’re in a rush and need to get it done ASAP. Couple of times my chicken was slight over done but that definitely is not always the case.
There are many BBQ options, but this old dubai school restaurant has been all time favourite, basic menu and a compact restaurant, the food is really nice... service tends to be a bit average, but must try......
This is the simple Indian cuisine restaurant..
the taste is great with all that Indian spices and aromatic flavors..
I really like the Indian breads at Chicken Tikka Inn..
The Indian sweets are to be find here, and it has the best taste and texture.
I absolutely love Chicken Tikka Inn meals! My favorite is handi chicken achari. Tender pieces of chicken cooked in aromatic achari sauce and hot bread is a treat! I must add that it has a unique flavour and taste. It's neither too oily nor too dry; perfect blend of spices. I love this mouth watering handi from chicken tikka inn.

Amazing food!!!! Ordered chicken reshmi kabab for starters and murgi achari Tikka for main course...both the dishes were fresh good qaulity and quantity with relishing taste. Quick services and courteous staff. Will certainly visit next time for Dal makni which is pending.
Ordered plain nan, tandoori roti and dal Makhni. The food items and the salad was good. The plain nan could have been better. It was too thick almost like a bread roll. Also consider adding dal tadka to the menu as its on the lighter side of dal Makhni.
Ordered the chicken boti and chicken biryani, both tasted amazing.. delivery was a bit late but the food was still hot. Recommended if you like spicy food
Ordered five times, food is great and price is right. Great delivery service. Usually the chicken kadai and naan, but their rice dishes are also good. Highly recommend.
Dishes ordered :
Main course: chicken kadai, mutton curry with breads
Advantages: good for Mughal options
Disadvantages: quite simple
Nothing innovative
Ambience: common
Arrangements: better
Pricing: worth
Quality/ taste: amazing
Quantity/ presentation:
Simple
Speciality: chicken curries
Over all rating: silver medal
🐔 Tikka Inn is very close to our ❤ when it comes to our couple outings. We love to visit the Barsha branch as it's just a 100 metres walk from home.
They are our # Craving Saviours when we just wanna hog quality 🐔 or mutton at a pocket friendly place. On top of that they have discounts on ENBD cards 😁 So 1 more reason to frequent this joint 😉.
Abhiurfoodie recommends # 🐔 kebab roll,# Haleem, # All 🐔 starters, Qeema Naan, # Bhindi pyaaza ( surprise element ), # 🐔 Biryani to name a few.
Foodie Tip - They are grill and tikka specialists so don't go round a lot from the menu. Please grab the 🐔 and just Burrp 😝.
Keep griiling guys. You G-rock ❤👍.
A Dubai classic. They catered my parents wedding in the 80s and we still order take-out on monthly basis. The famous Quarter Chicken Tikka puts Nando's to shame, the Chicken Seekh Kabab is a must try and they are the only restaurant that I have come across that serves more chicken than curry in their Butter Chicken! However, they're best known for their Puri bread - the ultimate cheat day savoury!! Enjoy :)
Delivery was on time. However no plates or spoons were given provided the fact that while giving the order we mentioned the location as work. How do you expect somebody to eat food at workplace without plates and cutlery.
Chicken Tikka Inn– Al Barsha 1 – Dubai
Cuisine: Indian (North Indian Grill/ Tandoor/BBQ)
All reviews will be based on the Cuisine and Fare the restaurant/outlet is known for / specialized in.
ALL RATING ARE IN THE SCALE OF 5. A rating of 5 mean Excellent while 1 is Poor
North Indian Tandoori/Grill food is all about the richness of the meat and the perfect flavour of the spice/seasoning. Chicken Tikka Inn (CTI) does justice to that.
FOOD: RATING 4.5 OUT OF 5.
The place is known for its North Indian Grill and it lives up to the expectations
Item 1 – Starters – Salads & Soups: The items in this section is just to ensure that the menu covers up all the standard options in a menu. The soups and salads are here to entice the non-Indian contingent of Al Barsha area. The Indian taste buds can give it a skip.
Item 2 – Signature Grills: This is where CTI starts showing their true colours and taste tinglers. There are quite a few in the list but here are my picks
• Chicken Tikka – Order the spicy one. Use your fingers/hands and the Mint Chutney.
• Chicken Boti – Succulent pieces of chicken with a tangy taste
• Mutton Seekh Kebab – Though I always believe the Pakistani cuisine excel in Mutton dishes, CTI does a good job.
Item 3 – CTI Chef Specials: The “Chef Special” item is something that many restaurants do and is usually just a gimmick to entice the customer. CTI does entice and the dishes does give you ample amount of happiness.
There is a quiet a few “international” or should say “not completely India” dishes in this menu list. Just like the starters, the non-Indian contingent factor comes into play. My picks are
• Chapli Kebab : Ouch! The green chillies but still a good dish.
• Chicken Tikka Masala: It is a good dish with a rather rich ingredients. Mind you! The Methi (fenugreek) taste may be a little overpowering for some.
Item 4 – Famous Curries: This is pure North-Indian Meat loving fare and almost all dishes in this menu list does bring out a smile and air of happiness while eating and after eating.
Item 5– Chinese: Please refer Item 1 of this review
Item 6 – Vegetarian Delights – Strictly speaking, a restaurant that specialises in good old North Indian non-veg grills and tandoori does a rather poor job with the vegetable dishes.
CTI is not one of them, they treat their veggies with the same marinate and love as their meat. My picks are as follows
• Dal Makhani : Oh! Balle! Balle! What a dish!
• Chana Masala: This is good but not as good as the Makhani (oh! Balle! Balle! Again)
Item 7 – Rice & Rotis : I haven’t tried the rice items. I am not sure if I will ever for the Breads/Rotis/Naans are just too good. My picks are as follows
• Garlic Naan – Soft, Garlicy and Aromatic
• Tandoori Butter Naan – Nice!
SERVICE – 4 OUT OF 5
CTI is known more for its take away and delivery. They do have a few tables and waiters and it is usually full at peak times.
The service staff is friendly and courteous as well as very well versed in their menu. Language is not a problem. Home Delivery is easy over the phone and much easier over Zomato Online Ordering.
LOCATION – 2.5 OUT 5
It is in Barsha, tucked near the Lulu Hypermarket/ American School traffic lights and in the heart of Barsha 1. Parking is a hassle to say the least and there is not dedicated parking area nearby. If you are opting for dine, I suggest you either gear up for a parking space roulette or opt the Lulu Hypermarket parking (200-300) meters away.
PRICING: 5 means cheapest while 1 means expensive.
I RATE THIS PLACE 3.5 (Affordable)
For a place that dishes out pretty decent food and also a good serving size, the pricing is quiet affordable especially in an rather “affluent” area like Barsha
AMBIANCE: 3 OUT 5
Nothing much of an ambiance. No family section or any sort of private dining area. It is more of a café setting. I must say though the place is clean and suitable for people wanting to have a good meal rather than a comfortable dining experience.
DECOR AND SEATING CAPACITY – 3 OUT 5
Just a few tables with 4 chairs each. Nothing fancy at all. Considering the pricing structure, I presume the management is more reliant on the takeaway and delivery part of business. This way they cut the overheads on maintaining a rather elaborate dine-in feature.
OVERALL RATING: 3.5 OUT OF 5.
The food is worth a visit and surely worth the money. A rating of 4 is an option but then given the fact that the Dine-in feature is rather lacklustre and the location (in terms of parking), the rating goes down to 3.5
We ordered for the first time because I was in a mood for some Chapal kabab and me wife wanted soup. I'm glad to say It didn't disappoint, The food was excellent, We ordered Chicken Biryani too which was tasty. Although it did took a little time for a delivery guy to find us but all in all a good experience. Added to my favorite restaurant list.
5 stars for the chicken biryani...the chicken seekh kebabs and the chicken handi with rogani naan...staff is friendly and helpful and the delivery is also quick...always great on taste
Visited for lunch. Ordered the Chapli Kabab which was quite nice. The portion was quite nice. The food was served hot. Was not too impressed with their roti's though. Had the biryani rice which was good too. Overall a good meal
Ordered in a Kabab platter which was great.
The chicken tikka was overlooked though but the butter chicken was great.
Ordered in for home delivery. Delayed and took and hour and 15 minutes but would probably give it another shot.
Ordered from chicken tikka in and it never disappoints ... Have been eating at the branch in Jumeirah beach road for years and always have the same and the Barsha branch did not disappoint ... Chicken tikka quarter piece with different kind of Nan's and raita to tame the flames but well worth the burn
This place is good, food is very yami. If you are a nonveg grill lover this is the place, although there in-dining sitting is not great you can have take away. there Chappli Kabab is one of the delicacy. other karahi dishes are also great.
This place serves good Tikka chicken, tried both spicy and regular. Puri bread is great as well.
Their Biryani rice and French fries are not the best but still I would order them as sides once in a while. If you are into tikka this is a recommendation.
Tried their business bay branch as well, and it is as good
Very fast delivery, food was nice and overall experience was good. The portions of curry were maybe little small, but worth the money though.
Although its a bit small, but I like their food. I had their Biryani, Chicken and also Keema Walla Naan in 3 different occassion that I went there. The taste is amazing and the food is good. The service is also really good. Thank you for the good time there.
Easily the best food of its kind in Barsha.
Delivery is fast and portion sizes are generous.
Food has never failed to hit the spot. It certainly rivals places like Ravi and Karachi Darbaar.
My recommendation: Mutton Tikka and Chicken Handi. and lots and lots of naan. Yum.
Delivery is quick and when eating in, it's not too bad either.
Ordered Chicken Tikka / dal and biriyani.. Except the Biriyani everything else was really nice ... The order was delivered actually before time and actually got a full plate of salad free which was very unusual..
so i went here today with 3 of my colleagues and ordered a butter chicken and chicken biryani. i liked the rice of the biryani with the masala but not the chicken in it as it was very dry and rubbery. the butter chicken had good taste but too much food color. however, for the price it was worth it.

I was so happy to see a branch of Chicken Tikka Inn open up in Barsha. Have a lot of childhood memories from this place. Still lives up the expectation of alllllllll these years. Best spicy chicken tikka ever!!!!!!

@AyaashPaw
This place has been a favourite since childhood so I might tend to be a little biased in my review. Although I've lost count of the numbers I've eaten here or ordered in from here, I have only stuck to the basics.
Their seekh kebabs, chicken tikka, hale and puri parathas have ruled my tastebuds for years now. While they may not be the most amazing tikka or kebab you may have eaten in your life, they sure come real close. From Mankhool to JLT, i wouldn't bat an eyelid if I had to eat at any of their outlets again.
Pakistani joint and is great for kebabs and tikka. Have tried their chicken tikka and reshmi kabab with puri paratha and chutney. After a long time I had a great kebab especially chicken based. Have to try their curries but the quantity is too much for one person so waiting for company to try other stuff. They quiet pricy and I believe it's because of the location and rent they have to pay.
Location - 3
Ambience - 3 (small place)
Quality - 4
Quantity - 3.5
Price - 3
Service - 3.5
Brilliant grilled chicken the tikka way, their bread and dhal fry is to die for, it's a good place for a different kind of food, international flavor with a Pakistani touch, if you want to sit there it's not very comfortable because of limited space and noisy atmosphere, however it's perfect for take out or order home, I recommend most of their dishes because they are true value for money.
Its a tiny little restaurant with barely enough space for 15 people at any one time. Standard Pakistani fare although their Nihari and Chapli Kebabs are ace. They do offer a couple of chinese options which is completely random - but since I'm a fan of desi chinese, its more than welcome. The paratha rolls are nice too, but only if you eat in. For takeout or ordering in, they get all soggy by the time they get delivered. Not nice.
Staff are friendly and accomodate special cooking requests which is great!
When I am on a budget but craving something flavorful, I usually end up ordering their paneer tikka masala and a side of rice.
For the price you pay, it tastes a lot better than some restaurants who are charging double or triple the prices for the same dishes!
Used to eat at Chicken Tikka Al Barsha almost on a bi-weekly basis before i left the neighborhood; the food was always delicious and the service was timely. all in all would rate this place at 4 / 5.
Love the food..it is rich and has a strong flavour and the delivery is also pretty satisfying.make sure you eat the kebabs at the restaurant instead of delivery cos they lose the taste on delivery.
We went for a simple meal so just ordered the main course, chicken makhani and nehari with plain naan.
Food was good, typical Pakistani but yum. The nehari is must try although I felt that the nehari at the mankhool branch of chicken tikka inn is better.
The seating is decent, small place but nice and good location. The staff is also good. Reasonable price, good food !Taher Kamari
If you want to try true Indian and Pakistani food, you must try this restaurant and the best of all is their deliveries, they are fast & it is amazing how they pack everything - no mater how big the order is - in one plastic bag. So easy to move it around!!!
This place has been a favourite among family and friends for years now. I've got a selection of dishes which are must-haves: chicken tikka (leg or breast piece), dal fry, mutton behari and the palak paneer. The food is simple, flavourful and comforting. Highly recommend.
A very small outlet serving the tastiest of food !! That would probably sum up my experience. Chicken Tikka Masala - simply delicious. Try out the Chicken Kebab Masala, Chicken Ginger and Chicken Reshmi Kebab. If you crave for authentic Indian food, this is the place to be. If you choose not to enter considering its size and decor, you are surely missing something. The Mutton Biriyani did not appeal to me so much which could have been done better. Overall, simply fantabulous....
Very nice food. Though very British Asian Style but their Mutton Kebabs are some of the best kebabs I have had in Dubai.
Even though it is not made in the traditional way and it is made with thick chunks and strands of chicken, their Haleem is quite decent too.
Butter Naans are amazing and even after day or 2 they are soft and taste great.
Delivery time is always quick and within the expected time.
Good work guys
Amazing/10. This place does the best chapli kebabs. You know when you go to those street food places and the foods made in the most ghetto conditions but it tasted out of this world. Yup thats Chicken Tikka Inn for you.
great food, great service. biryani recommended but the Haleem could use some more flavour n spices

Hands down best chicken tikka masala I've ever had. Been in dubai a few years and had many. This is incredible. Palak paneer is awesome as well but oh, that tikka....
