𝙁𝙚𝙩𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 – this was such a treat to the eyes and pallete as it was served on a round revolving platter with cheese, carrots, nuts, herbs & baked bread. Iran Zamin Restaurants is at the prime location of Downtown Dubai. The restaurant serves authentic Iranian and middle Eastern cuisine. It's an amazing place with spacious seating area. The art pieces at the entrance are elegant and traditional. I particularly enjoyed Mirza Ghassemi (made with egg plant)from starters. The main course was exceptionally good, minced lamb kebabs were delicious, stewed chicken with rice was outstanding especially the flavour of berries, grilled chicken was scrumptious and well tendered. I would not miss to mention their special Iranian tea as I enjoyed every sip of it. Give it a try if you haven't!!! 4/5 🌟

Iranian cuisine has been in the UAE scene for a lot of years. Iran Zamin has been in the UAE for the past 17 years. Iranian cuisine is well know for its Taftoon bread that almost all Of Gulf family.would have eaten it hot and plain with a Cup of Tea or Coffee. Or must have eaten instead of Khuboos for most of Indian Curries or Kormas. THE best part is it's always made Fresh and can be smelt from 1 km radius. Next the Iranian cuisine is also well known for their Kebabs. Their kebabs are always Juicy and full of good spices. As usual in Iran Zamin all these were served of course the dishes Names were different. As we sat Taftsoon was served along with salad and Feta cheese. I was soo good to have the Cheese and Taftoon together. Also their Hummus is a must have with its creamy texture and flavoured. Then came all the main dishes. There was the Chicken Wings Combo, Lamb Kebab Combo, The Chicken Curry Combo. All these were with the SAFFRON rice , French Fries, Charcoaled tomatoes & Long Chilli and Butter. First morsel and felt so happy to have dined here. Somehow the combination was so Yummy to have it all together. After this had to have Tea for it to digest. All in all a very Good experience..

Ambiance: The place is very cosy with a light music.They have a ample seating area with nicely done Interiors with a wooden touch. They also have out dine in to enjoy with the view outside. Food: taste perfecting is the key success to make everyone happy and this is what I felt while having Authentic Persian Cuisine. The kababs cooked with the finest and freshest ingredients, cooked with perfection. Love the juicy texture and tenderness of the Chicken and lamb Seekh Koobideh. The Barbary rice was also cooked quite well. Wasn't hard. The fries were crispy and not oily. No doubt persian food is always the best. Service: All the staff were very friendly and happily greeting. The location is also quite good where there is easy access to free parking of Boulevard Downtown basement parking. It sometimes become hard to get parking but Emaar have resolved this issue. What I liked: Two things what I really liked about the place is 1. Quantity: They Quanity of food was really amazing. Generally I have seen the price isn't worth for quantity but Iran Zamin provides both good quantity but worth price. 2. Time frame: Normally kababs take longer time but the food was really quick on time which is what I really liked about. 3. Seating arrangements: The spacious seating arrangements with separate area for smokers and another one for family area. If you are a persian food lover, this place is your heaven! Juicy kabab platters, rice with prunes and appricots, pomegranate, saffron and butter are a treat to your taste buds. Generous serving, each platter is good for 2 people. The food is exceptionally good, tasty. Salad was fresh, hot appetizer made with egg plant is a must try. Our drinks were lemon mint and fruit cocktail , tasted perfect. Staff was freindly, ambience is comfortable, relaxing. Mr.Sosan was very kind with all visitors. Iran Zamin Restaurant & Cafe at Downtown Dubai are bringing you these perfect persian kebabs from the streets of Iran.Chelo Kabab-e-kubideh was my favorite.We also tried their Mix Masti,Special Iran kebabs etc.Chelo kabab also known as the national dish of Iran is served with a mound of steamed saffron flavored rice and a cube of butter on top.It was highly enjoyable with the special mezze and salad platter at Iran Zamin.We also loved their fresh and rich cocktail juice.

In Dubai every foodies' yardstick to compare Persian Cuisine is ' Ustaadi' and I will do the same. I would say Iran Zamin is the 2nd best Persian restaurant in Dubai and it has an edge over location and ambiance but since we care more about food and taste that's why placing it on second. Their food is extremely delicious and their portion size is huge. If you haven't tried Iran Zamin then you better visit them for some yummy food

Friday (weekend in dubai) Lunch is very special for any family as we get a chance to lunch together as a family after whole week’s skipped or hustly bustly meals. This week I selected Irani Cuisine and there is one place serving authentic Irani Food in Dubai. Iran Zamin Restaurant. Iran Zamin Dubai is located in Downtown Dubai with a huge free parking of Downtown in basement. If you are residents in Dubai you know sometimes its hard to find parking there. But Emaar have resolved the issue with these basement parkings. When you enter the Iran Zamin Dubai, you see a warm and smiling staff, many of them are working there for 7-8 years. Very spacious areas divided into two. One separate area for smoker and the other side is for non smokers and families. I know that Irani Kebabs are the best, since ever I am found of kafta, kofta, koobideh . This is a Persian word which means slamming.Most probably its because of the way meat is treated before cooking. As its a Persian word and Seekh (سیخ)is also a Persian word so I am sure no one can cook kebabs better than Iranians. My quest of best kebab and rice motivates me to find out best in the city. Iran Zamin serves you the best kebabs in dubai. You can’t imagine the taste unless you visit and Iran Zamin , sit there and enjoy the freshest kebabs. They are proudly using their well experienced chefs and first-grade food ingredients to serve you. All materials used in their cuisine are purchased from fresh and first-grade food materials of the Iranian and UAE market. So Friday Lunch was perfect as the warm and hospitable Iran Zamin served us their finest Chelo Kebabs , Iran Zamin’s special kebabs in that one big platter. It's been a long time since I had Iranian food, and this place came in highly recommended by friends. Situated in Downtown Dubai, with outside seats. Can get a bit packed, but the staff are very accommodating and will find you a table. We ordered the Lamb shank with rice, and the mixed grill (lamb & chicken) with three different types of rice. The portion was large, and I personally struggled to finish the mixed grill, but I have to say that the meat was super juicy, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the combination of 3 rice gave a different texture to the food. The lamb shank was perfectly cooked as well, soft and tender in the mouth. Highly recommended place, if you don't mind the steep price. The portions are big, so you get a good value for money. Maybe share the food with friends!

When we first worked into the food court, the staff over the counter was giving tasters, which caught our taste buds. We had the jumbo prawns and shish kebab, the prawns where fresh and juicy, the lamp and steak cutlets where also tender, succulent and well seasoned. A must try....

Honestly I don't like the ambience, only when the weather is good so I can sit outside 😊. If you like Iranian kababs and Persian foods in general their foods worth it to try 😜. My favorite is Lari Kabab🥩which is lamb tikka comes with saffron rice🍚 or steam veggies🥗and fries🍟. I recommend to try their special Persian food called Dizi 😋 and Koobide kabab. Usually their food is fresh but their service is bad ! Maybe because they have only few waiters or perhaps they didn't trained them well. Its 6/10 for me.

Well, where do i start from? Been there yest for dinner and the welcome itself was like what do you want as if i am there to ask a favour! I would recommend to work on the welcome and warmth to give to a guest! After entering and getting a table almost after 5 min, we ordered for humus which wasnt there, a basic dish, then we asked for samosa, again finished! When asked the waitress she said that it was irani new year.. so according to me if there is any festival, a restaurant needs to have enough food to serve the guests rather than just telling its over! Not at all recommended..never gonna visit again!

Visited this place couple of times, the food is delicious. Iran Zamin is a Zomato gold member ( we where with 4 persons and had 3 Zomato gold / we ordered 2 starters and 4 main course ) but they always reject to accept Zomato gold for starters ( 2nd time ) and there staff get even really rude when they know that you will use Zomato gold. In the rules of Zomato gold is clearly mentioned that you can use Zomato gold on starters / main course and dessert, so dont understand the issue and specially that the staff are getting extremly rude.

One wrong dish can leave such a terrible taste in your mouth because of an un experienced 45 year old manager who doesn’t understand anything about hospitality and customer satisfaction. Hopefully that 50 dirhams that you have received, for a dish that costs 10 dirhams (cost price) will add a huge value to your restaurant.

Iran zamin is always a good experience. They have good shisha and a kind blowing honey cake. The chicken wings were average and the service is slow and inattentive. The carrot juice was nice and the ambience is lively with games and shisha. Its a nice place to relax with friends.

Iranian food it is!!! Loved their grilled kebabs, specially the prawns, you can taste the freshness. Staffs? I can say they we’re really helpful and patient throughout, helped me for the food which they knew that I would definitely can’t resist.

Iran Zamin is one of Dubai’s better Persian-Iranian restaurants. There are two branches, the recently renovated original in Dubai Marina, and this one in Downtown Dubai...which is the one you want to come to as it is, without doubt, the better of the two. Located on the ground floor of Boulevard Central Building 2 on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Iran Zamin is split into two sections, one (on the left as you enter) a dedicated shisha café and the other (on the right) the actual restaurant. Kudos to them for keeping the two apart; the alternative being a nightmare like Golestan in Garhoud where the dining buffet is located in the shisha lounge.

Food was amazing. Delivery was quick. Your app was not on point at all though. Driver was here but app said food is still in the kitchen being prepared and I had another 3 minutes left. I was following the app and had left the house to get something so the poor guy was stuck behind the door for 15 minutes. If I had been notified by the app then I would have never left. Basically he called me and I returned.

Expensive for the same quality and portion served in other iraniania. Restuarant . The Shirazi salad was very small , I could sliced a cucumber and a tomatoe from my fridge and called a shirazi . The mutton shank didn’t come with the lentil and tomatoe sauce instead just a plan tomatoe sauce . Very mediocre and not worth the 160 Dhs paid for two meals only . Will never order or dine at this Restuarant again and will not recommend to my friends

Downtown is all about sheesha and food places. When the food is great and so is the sheesha that combination with a family or friends and your evening sure is gonna rock. The meats are authentic in flavor and what stands out is the hot fresh bread. And the freshness of vegetables and meats aside. Nice location and interiors with good service..

Ordered food here the other night! It was delicious , loved the koobideh and cas-e- Badam. The food is flavour full, delicious and yummy! Really enjoyed it. However the nan bread could be a little softer ! Still a great place to eat defo reccomend!

Bad really bad, considered as a good Persian restaurant lacked flavour, no ad ons like sweet onions and lemon which are part of every Iranian meal.. Chicken was little raw and meat well done almost burnt. Maybe it was a home delivery with a discounted meal from Zomato. Would never order again.. many that serve super Persian food like Tehran, Iranian club, hatam. Felt I ordered from a food court joint rather than a fine dining restaurant.

The rice is not of that flavorous Iranian taste and smell, that would makes you drooling before tasting it..

My husband and I came for a late late night dinner here (12:30am on Thurs Sept 21th 2017). The food was acceptable, the service was good, up until the service staff started arguing and fighting with each other at 1:30am. The whole scene was very uncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant. The waitresses (specifically one African lady with blond hair) was yelling and screaming at the Filipino hostess. I wish I knew the owner of the restaurant so I could call him personally and let him know of the completely unprofessional way his staff was behaving. I can only hope he reads this.

Comparing this restaurant to other Iranian restaurants with the same price ,I'd have to say this restaurant needs to step up its game, i mean its a good place for a cup of tea and sweats but most of the dishes were kinda dull and did not have that Persian perfection in it.

Tried Deezy, an Iranian dish for the first time and it tasted good (not too good). The ambience is nice. Outdoor dining during winter would be really a better option to try as they are located in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid boulevard. Ended up with Iranian tea which is one of the best in town.
