The best shawarma ever. And wonderful coctails.
Authentic shawarma taking me back to old dubai. Haven't felt that nostalgic taste in a while. Thanks.
This is like a hidden gem. Located in Baniyas Area, close to the creek, this place is famous for its Lebanese cuisine and for its Shawarma which is one of the best in UAE!
I looked at the reviews and was not disappointed. I ordered for their beef kebabs with saffron rice and the quantity is pretty big for 1 hungry person. The waiter took my order and told me that the salad is complimentary. Filled up my side plate with salad, hummus, mouttabbal, yogurt raita and called for one complimentary naan to Chow it down. The mains arrived within minutes of me asking for the mains to be served and it came with warm and properly grilled kebabs, rice with saffron on it, a grilled tomato, chilli and saffron rice cake. The kebabs were fabulous. An Indian would love a curry to have with the rice and hence the beef-rice combo seemed dry, but enjoyable. You could ask for more bread to make it a kebabs sandwich with the salad, pickle, hummus and naan. Damages were 35 AED for the meal and a Coke. Absolutely worth the money. Loved it! 🥰🥰
Very good shawarma from the restaurant
Amazing food! Although they are known for having the best shawarma, we absolutely loved their chicken fillet kebab with rice and hommus. So delicious and great service with Deliveroo. The portion size was huge and very filling. Good value for money without a doubt. Can’t wait to order from here again soon to try more dishes.
Great service, delicious food, generous portions and friendly staff. Loved the berry rice with succulent grilled chicken and the chicken shawarma. The other dishes (Thursday special and kebab platters) were yummy. The vanilla and saffron soft serve ice cream is a great way to end your meal! Bookmarked and definitely coming back more often ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tired of searching this place, but won't give up as somebody recommended to go here. Well finally found this and it was full. The queue for shawarma here is crazy. This joint small yet happening. I would recommend if you like shawarma and kebab.
The staff is good polite and suggestive.
We ordered 3 chicken shawarma, mutton kebab which comes with naan and also with one plate of salad, humus or yoghurt and one bowl of soup which is a buffet where you can select.
Over all the food is lovely, recommended for all.
Near Al Sabkha Abra boat station.
Found this place randomly and I wasn't disappointed. Super friendly staffs and the service was amazing, I wasn't hungy so just had chicken and meat shawarma.

Will go again and try other dishes!
So many times we have gone infront of this restaurant. But never tried. This weekend we went there. There was a long queue for shawarma. I also ordered two, one normal and one spicy. Both were excellent. Will definitely go there again. Economy price and good service. Sraff was friendly.
The shawarmas served are absolutely delicious, with a slight sourness that makes this one of the best shawarma I’ve had from Dubai.
The long queues are testament to the solid reputation this place commands.

Great place bustling with people. Amazing iranian kababs and rice. Tried the "bargh" (iranian steak kabab), was fantabulous. Also the kababs mix platter and the sultani kabab with the saffron rice were super! They had a salad and soup bar with generous refills! A memorable culinary expericene indeed!
Honestly besttt shawarma I’ve had in Dubai! It’s not oily and greasy plus not too much garlic. Would of loved to try the beef one but sadly it was sold out! Queue was till the end of the world...I wasn’t hungry but had to check it out, so impressed I came back for more before leaving the area! Staff are also amazing and friendly! Loved the fact how they have a separate queue for the ladies 👌🏻😊
Two Restaurant next to next, Hatam and Siraj night at B aniyas, Hatam is very famous and very old in this area, Siraj is comoaritively newer, I am cery regular in Hatam , but last week in a hurry i went inside Siraj once i understand i dont fill lije to come back and order Kabab, to be very honesty quality was very good

During our entire stay we had atleat one meal at this place. Great taste and budgetary food. The shawarma they serve is the best in Dubai, yummy and filling in 7Dhs. Must visit
We had a great meal and the waiter, Shams was very friendly and efficient. We had a good meal, full of laughter. Amazing shawarma.. Tried spicy one, and it was awesome! Only bad thing is that it takes alot of time to get our order ready!
Went with family to try their Shawarma as it was recommended by my wife. Ordered beef shawarma , amazing taste. I can say its one of the best in UAE. Very juice beef added with their special sauce & salad. Family sitting area is available. Friendly staff , recommended to all friends & family. 1 shawarma is good for 1 person , its a big serving. Thumbs up.
The spicy chicken shawarmas are to die for here! Anytime and any day in the evening there is always a line for their shawarmas!
We travel 30 mins from home just for these shawarmas. Love it.
Thank you Shiraz for giving your shawarmas!

This is our childhood favorite one of the best shawarma to munch on . Gladly they have two parking buildings besides so you can park car and then eat at peace .
Beef shawarma is my personal favorite
One of my friend told me that if you want to try the shawarma go to Shiraz night they have very good shawarma,so visited this place ,they offer two types of shawarma i.e beef and chicken regular and spicy ,we had tried both it was good.
What a place always full of people inside and outside too. Had to stay for over 15 minutes in queue for the Shawerma but it was worth waiting. Delicious is the word I can use to describe the taste. Try the food if you are shopping in the neighborhood.
If you crave for a shawarma this is one of the best place to try them. You get a good foot long crispy and spicy shawarma with good fillings for just 6Aed/pcs and eat one it fills you.I would suggest you to buy one and sit near the diera creek beach and enjoy it dnt miss to eat the salted chilly with it :) 😋🌯🏝
Great shawarmas, both chicken and beef. They have two varieties in chicken, one spicy and the other one the normal one. I prefer the normal one, the spicy one is quite hot. The beef shawarma is delicate and juicy and bit at all chewey.... Love it.
Nice Arabic foods.
super cleanliness maintained.
though crowded from 7-10 pm they're pretty fast.
shawarma here is a speciality.
grilled meats are lretty good too.
minor negative is that you can't find parking nearby this restaurant.. so use public transport!!!
The Chicken Shawarma both Normal & Spicy too GOOD. This is the Best outlet and very Hygiene for Iranian Foods and Shawarmas. Today I enjoyed mixture of Normal & Spicy Shawarma..... it’s very liplicious and Yummy 😋. Would very highly recommend not to miss this place if one is in Baniyas Square/Nasser Sqare.
The best shawarma I’ve tasted so far. Crunchy and tasty and it’s really MASARAP!- Yummy! 🤤
For only 6.50 aed, you’ll get what you’ve paid for.

Found the chicken shawarmas too delicious. In fact I ended up having two. The bread and chicken taste blend for an awesome bite. Definitely coming back for more.
As a shawarma lover like me, this one is the best shawarma in Dubai. Very addictive! And I also don't mind the long ques because it is worth the wait.
I have visited this restaurant and it was my first experience there and the service was very bad,the food was not bad , the atmosphere was too busy, and I didn’t want to go back again
Very tasty kebabs, especially the chicken tikka. Hygien needs some improvement, noisy music. But great staff. Salad buffett was ok. I would come back for their kebabs!
This is your local street joint but mind you, don't be deceived. This place has one of the best sharawamas i ever had. And by the way of intro, being in tbe middle east for over 25 years, even my hair has shawarma content with the amount of sharwamas I have consumed. We could not manage a parking here and so has to double park, but never missed a moment enjoying the sharwama standing off the street. Lovely!
Been there 5-6 times and every time i was happy with the experience i had . Nice and delicous food with reasonable price . Staff and service is also above standard
The rating is only for the shawarma, Their shawarma is big and the best in area. Even though there is a long queue for the shawarma it's worth the wait.
Always been there and waited in the long queue for the shawarma the good things is the bread they use is different and better than khaboos,
Should Recommend it :)
Been there on recommendation of my friend 1st time and found one of the best Shawarma the key ingrediant was different bread. Shawarma is without any doubt excellet. Must try and definately going there again. Although que is long and street is conjusted but definatly worth eating shawarma and grills. Thumbs up
I'm not really sure if many people are aware about this place but this place in Baniyas serves the best shewarmas in town. It's super packed on weekends and you might have to queue up for pretty long but trust me it's worth it all. Their spicy chicken shewarma is super filling, crisp and juicy. For all shewarma lovers you have to give it a try! Haven't tried the rest of the food here but I have been coming back to this place over years for their shewarma
Wonderful Iranian food.
We have been there few times before and the food and service were exceptional. They have a really good choice in the salad bar and customers are also served with complementary soup.
Their shawarmas are one of the best, quality and quantity wise. So it's not surprising that there's always a long queue outside the shop for their Shawermas.
We ordered the following this time:
(1) Eggplant Stew with Rice : Eggplant, meat and tomatoes cooked to perfection.Good portion size and delicious
Dhs.35
(2) Minced Chicken Kebab with Rice : Delicious and juicy kebabs with a good portion of rice.
Dhs.38
(3) Spicy Chicken Shawarma : Spicy yet so flavouful. We got two as takeaway.
Dhs.7 each
Food : 4/5
Ambiance : 2/5
Service : 3/5
Known for its shawarmas, this is my favourite spot to grab a shawarma when I have such late night cravings(especially during ramadans).
Best chicken shawarma in Town.Tasty spicy I don't know how to express this.First of all don't stay in the queue just go inside pay the money they will give you a slip with that only you will get this awesome one
Final Verdict : " stay calm in long queue you it will never disappoint you for sure "
If you want to eat some super awesome pocket friendly chicken shawarmas, this is right place. been here so many times now all the way from sharjah just to eat this. Only problem is the parking near this place but it is ok for such a delicious meal.
Suggest the owners to open one outlet in sharjah also.
TBH I haven't had anything from here except the shawarma. Now it's 6 dhs but I get that it's hot, fresh, wholesome, succulent, flavorful, crispy, oily-not too oily(u know what I mean) and most importantly filling. Will never stop eating their shawarmas.#ShawarmaForLife
Update : Had ordered Shiraz nights special mixed grill from here on NYE. The delivery was quick with the food arriving warm. Everything from hummus, salad, Arabic bread and the mixed grill itself was good. Maybe because it was the busiest day of the year, I didn't find the Mixed grills as good as I used to have from there earlier.
They make the best chicken shawarmas in Baniyas! Be it spicy or the normal variety, their shawarmas are juicy inside and toasted outside which are delicious and filling for a nominal price. If you don't fancy waiting in long queues for their awesome shawarmas, try dining in their top floor which is clean and spacious with a good salad bar, baskets of Iranian Flat Bread and do try their 'Shiraz nights Special Kebabs', which are soft and succulent mixed grills.
Best shawarma with authentic middle eastern taste. Very flavourfull and filling. We go there once every 2 weeks. The seekh kebabs and the cocktail juice is amazing too.
Hands down on this one.
The best of the chicken shawarmas in the town. They have the authentic shawarma filling with a burst of tasteful ingredients.
The chicken is so tender and juicy.
Shiraz Nights was a pleasant surprise when I had been there for the first time almost 10 years from now.
One of the amazing Shawarma I had ever, really juicy and they have good salad options as well.
Earlier there were parking issues but it now after RTA started a multi storage parking just next to this place that also is sorted up to some extend.
There are many people who take an abra (traditional boat) ride from Bur Dubai to this place just to have a shawarma.
Have you ever bought a shawarma by standing in 30 min long queue. If not come to shiraz night. It is one of the best shawarma in dubai. People are crazy enogh to stand in long queue for having a shiraz shawarma....👌
Parking is not a problem here as it is located near to RTA multistorey parking
Surprise surprise did hear about this place a few times but a Iranian friend of mine. Promised that this was one of the best shawarmas in Dubai.
It was virtually a mistake that I drove past this place and decided to pop in as a foodie for a quick shawarma.
I ordered both the meat and chicken shawarma, there was a queue waiting but nothing scary as less then 10 mintues I got my shawarma and ordered it both to be spicy.
There shawarma is different and there are some that follow this way as in they grill the breads which I personally don't like.
The chicken beats the meat for me it was very juicy and the filling was perfect I personally don't like the lettuce in mine but people do and the sauce was just great spicy the way I like it !
Will I drive all the way here No ! Will I stop if I pass by it defiantly yes !
Last Sunday we happened to be in Deira and a impromptu family dinner just happened at shiraz nights. We loved their spicy chicken shawerma..the chicken is tender and the Saaj or Bread is nice and crispy...they have these cheesy sauce in the shawerma which is very delicious...the meat to Bread ratio was just amazing...we even ordered the minced chicken seekh which was good. They give you a complimentary salad which u can pick yourself from the salad counter...the fresh coleslaw was good and so was the hummus...in all a great experience...not too heavy on the pocket either...
This place reminds me of Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Always a queue of people, a serpentine queue that goes on and on. I was heartened to know people take food that seriously, there is hope. Of course the shawarma that causes this show-stop, is must have. It's done with the pomp of Persia, with a hint of what do those Lebanese guys know across the creek when it comes to meat wraps. Their other stuff served inside is nothing as legendary as the thing they sell on the outside. Some day I'll get hold of really old pictures of this place and post them.
Shawarmas. Totally worth it. Best ones I had yet. Although just one down side, the service is really slow. Had to wait a really long time just for 3 sharawmas
One of the best spicy chicken shawarma in Dubai for late night... If it's around 1 am and you are in Deira then come here and grab a shawarma!!!
And at that time you don't need to wait or stand in a Que. and even you can park your car on roadside
Meat Shawarma here is tasty and much better than the neighbor hatam. Chicken shawarma is ok but if you want to have a very good chicken shawarma just go to Tavalino cafeteria (only 50m away from this outlet). Iranian food here is above average mostly. Nothing special.
Shiraz Nights is hyped for its shawarma, and people come in droves every evening and stand in a long queues for a taste of this most sacred of sandwiches.
If you ask me, I've had better. They shawarma's are good, sure, but not stand in a queue good. They've got a fair bit of stuffing and are quite saucy but they're most certainly not the best.
There's also never any parking around. I'd recommend delivery if you stay nearby, or park far and walk.
The beef shawarmas at Shiraz Nights is what we kicked off our shawarma trail with. This one came highly recommended, along with the adjoining Hatam. I ordered for the regular beef shawarma while my cousin wanted to try the spicy beef shawarma.
Firstly, compared to the sandwich served to me which was loaded and quite filling, the other one had a more limited filling {a 2nd visit confirmed that the one served to my cousin was their regular filling and I just got lucky first time around}.
Other than that. there was barely a discernible difference between the two shawarmas - to use the word spicy, as we found out, was an aberration on the restaurant's part. But both were quite tasty and saucy.
Not sure if it lived up to the hype as I've had better shawarmas since then but you can go for it if you're around.
I am going to jeep this review very short. I LOVE LOVE the spicy shawarma here. I guess they sell the best shawarma in Dubai. I have not tasted a better shawarma than this. Though you need to stand in that loong loong queue for like an hour, its totally worth it...
Some next level spicy shawarma they have.
BUT you have to stand outside and wait in a line that has at least 15 people.
and the most harami thing they do, if you want your shawarma inside 1 dhs more.
This place has an authentic taste and style of preparing the sanwich and is always packed and there are ques during the evning hours .Must recommend to all the shawarma lovers out there ❤️

I have a Bohri friend Aziz Surti who was my roomie in Australia but lives in Deira. And around those years (2006ish) just after graduating from college I used to live in Bur Dubai. He knew Deira pretty well. And i knew Bur Dubai at the back of my hand. He used to come to Bur Dubai 1 weekend a month and i used to take him around. I used to go to Deira one weekend a month and he used to take me around.
Shiraz Nights was one such place where he took me one weekend saying that this place has the best shawarma. I had laughed on his face at the time. But after trying it out, I was left completely spell bound.
Man, i fell in love with the shawarma. We ordered about 4 each. Way beyond my capacity. But it was that good.
Must do it again!!

Best swaouerma I have tasted in Dubai so far. The herbs and the flat bread OMG! The mixed grills we ordered were also tender and super tasty. And the salads fresh! Prices pretty reasonable! Hidden in a small road, there is a public parking next door which makes it convenient. Everytime I am in Deira I pass by! Too bad we dont have sth as tasty and cheap in Jumeirah!
Their shawarma makes me trip. Tried their chicken kabab once. Lets stick to the shawarma. Crispy kubz and delicious meat filling. Best Dhs 7 that you will spend on food.
I've been eating chicken shawarmas here for years and haven't come across shawarmas better than in Shiraz nights. Make sure you're you dine in as you wouldn't want to stand in long queue.
Nice place to have shawarma... next to hatam restaurant there competitor.shawarma is very good... especially falafeel .sometimes need to stand in long queue but worth.
Waooo.. Mouthwatering authentic THE best shawarma in Dubai. value for money with free unlimited varieties of salad to choose from if you dine in.. Good service but due to over crowd need to wait for some times to serve the orders..
This is one of my favourite spot since childhood time
Truly the best shawarmas I have ever had so far not to forget the spicy chicken shawarma do your self a favour give it a try 👍
I was told that people all the way from Ajman and Abu Dhabi travel all the way just to buy a minimum of about 10 pieces of shawarma from this place every time. I wanted to see if this place was simply an urban legend or for real so in the quest for satisfying the craving for shawarma, we went here to see if they were as good as their myths. Your first bite of their normal shawarma will not disappoint. I found myself after ages of eating normal and mediocre shawarma to have found a new appreciation for this street food mainly because of this place. Their bread is thin and toasted well. It is not stiff that it should give you a hard time when biting into it, but it is crisp in the middle and perfectly compliments the chunkiness of its ingredients inside. The meat inside is so juicy and tender that you won't even notice how you've already downed a long piece of shawarma when it felt as though you just started. It's not swimming with pickles or with random chunks of other vegetables but it is well stuffed and evened out. I was very happy that their bread didn't get in the way of bringing out the great taste inside it. Their spicy tastes good as well, although it isn't really all that. The chicken was more dry not as juicy or tender but still nonetheless delicious. I was told that their beef finishes from 7pm itself so I wasn't able to taste any. For a restaurant that's already been running for 10 years, one might find it odd that this is the only branch of its kind. However that can arguably be the reason why their shawarma is so good - to the extent that you see 5 or 6 more other people lining up just to get their shawarmas 11 at night.
This place has the best chicken shawarmas in Dubai. They grill the shawerma and what comes out is unbelievably delicious. Location is not great, but a trip here is absolutely worth it.
Shiraz Night is an authentic Iranian restaurant that serves kebabs, stew, rice and freshly baked bread. This is one of the busiest places in old Dubai (Baniyas Square). What makes this place so interesting? What makes hundreds of people stay in crowded lines at lunch time and wait? I found the answer to this and it's because of the ambrosial shawarma sandwich. Shiraz Shawarma sandwich is tasty and finger licking good! First time I have seen so many people staying in the queue out in the blazing sun and waiting for sandwiches only, this says a lot about the food.
The taste of meat shawarma is delightful, the meat is full of juice thanks to the secret ingredient (fat-tailed sheep) that makes any kind of meat full of juice. That is the oldest trick in the culinary world. The sandwich itself is rich and not dry because of the tomato garlic sauce and mixed vegetables ( onions, parsley, tomatoes) which make up the succulent taste. What is most important is that they are using thin bread. The texture of the bread is crispy and the inside is oily because of the fat-tail. To make the crispy sandwich they toast these for 2-3 minutes and mixing the bread with oil dropping from the meat, the sponging of the oil gives that different shawarma taste.
I think this is the best and the oldest shawarma joint in Dubai. If you don't try it, don't say you know of the best shawarma in town because this is definitely the place.
By the the price is 5AED only
Today I experienced the sharwma served by them. It's unarguably the best in dubai. I loved it. The chicken , sauce , salad was all very good. The pickle and chilly given along with it was too good. It was tangy and provided the kind of zing that u need while having the sharwma. The whole package is yummy
The best shawarma i have ever had and im a shawarma junkie so yeah. Its super affordable and super tasty. Service is also fast and i make it a point to go there atleast once every month.
Can not find any thing better then its shwarma with such a low price .... Love to go again again ... I must take my every guest to taste its shwarma
The.most amazing shawarma i ever had.The bread is so crispy every bite you take you can hear the sound plus the meat is fantastic and so juicy tender it has a lemon touch and its filling and cheap.Only issue no parking and there is huge que for this amazing shawarma infact i waited for 20min in the que for this shawarma if you have patience to wait its going one amazing shawarma yummmy
This is officially a Dubaïan hidden gem. Amazing food, proper serving size, great service. And VERY CHEAP!! For a meal you get free salad, and soup.
Who would like some quick road side munch...Look at the size of the meat stick..This shows how much they sell in a day..
Overall the Shawarma were really yummy and tastes amazing.
shawrma is best in dubai.
Tatsty
spicy chicken shuwarma (y)
This place is where i had my first shawarma in UAE and very few shawarma joints are able to serve the 'better' shawarma that u get these days like shiraz nights.
The chicken n meat is fresh n prepared daily as by close of business they are out of stock, the saj bread is crispy n the filling is proportinate. Two shawarmas and you'll be done or in some cases 3 may suffice.
Priced at aed 6 which is very reasonable and believe me you'll come here time n again to get one.
The only issue here is parking which you'll need to find else park yr car at the parking building nearby and walk..
