Life is a feast with eggs benedict at eggspectation.If you are an egg lover, you just cannot miss this place... Its a must... <br/>Hands down this is the best breakfast joint we have ever been to. We have been going to this restaurant for years and have mostly all the dishes from the menu. <br/>But our personal favourites are the eggs benedict which is poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and my oh my it is beyond scrumptious. 😋😋😋😋<br/>We ordered the classic eggs benedict with sausages, the second again eggs benedict with spinach and the third omelette with grilled chicken, each dish is accompanied with leonese style potatoes and fresh fruits which are so refreshing. The waffles, pancakes are also yummmm.<br/>This place scores an 100 / 100👍👍👍 for its food, location, ambience, staff.<br/>There is 15 to20 mins waiting on weekends.<br/>After this wholesome breakfast head out to the beach🏖️🏊‍♀️ for some awesome family fun time.

We went here last weekend for a late breakfast and really enjoyed our experience. There were temperature checks and the place was nice and clean. I was not sure if they had any dairy-free items so I took my son's breakfast packed along and I started feeding him from the box as soon as we sat down. The staff was kind enough to provide us with cutlery for my kid even though I did not order anything from the menu for him. That was really sweet and my son enjoyed eating by himself with the cute cutlery. I love such child-friendly places! <br/>The food was great as always. My husband ordered the Eggspectation Omlette and I ordered smores french toast. The Omlette was flavorful and fluffy while the smores toast had a bit too much Nutella for my taste but I still really loved the texture and ate as much as I could. I will definitely be going back especially in good weather to sit outside. Although the prices are slightly on the higher end, I think it's totally worth it for the quality of food, service and ambience<br/>

The Eggs Benedict were delicious & cooked to perfection, with all the flavours blending just perfectly. The coffee banana smoothie was so so delicious. Loveddd everything.

We an amazing dinner at Eggspectation Citywalk Branch.We ordered their Cajun Pasta which is very creamy perfect match with club sandwich it tastes so amazing. And our drinks Coco Smoothie and Tropical Teaser which I drink bottoms up! Oh, by the way, our awesome drink recommended by our server. She had a smile on every time she was at our table. Jennifer is very attentive and she suggest the best seller food that is suitable for us she is so fond, active and friendly. Awesome service.!!! We surely comeback to this place and highly recommended!!!!

Its been a while since ive reviewed food! So, today i bring to you @eggspectationuae it is located in @citywalkdubai .. i must warn you this place is so busy!! But the staff is still helpful and smiling although they are swamped with work. The menu huge you literally need 5 minutes to read and another 5 minutes to make up your mind. The whole menu sounds so good! Ive ordered the #eggspectationomlette its is absolutely filling and delicious BUT!! The potatoes were not seasoned they needed some help with our best buddy mr salt. Loved my spicy polenta eggs Benedict! We also ordered the extravaganza breakfast and the French toast was 👍🏾. Service was good, we will definitely be making a trip back here 😊

This place is in citywalk and from the outside it seemed very quite and dull. But as soon as we stepped inside, it was lively and vibrant and full of people.<br/>The service amd hospitality is good and the food delicious. The helpings are huge and more than enough for one person. We enjoyed eating here for the ambience, taste and portions.<br/>

Absolutely loved, loved, loved all the dishes that we tried from their menu. The juices we ordered Page, A Tropical Paradise and Tropical Teaser were very refreshing and delicious. The Classic Eggs Benedict was amazing, the hollandaise sauce on the dish was extremely flavourful, and the style of potatoes served with it, the Lyonnsise-style potatoes complimented the dish very well. I also liked that they served fruit pieces along with the eggs benedict dish. We also tried the Cajun pasta which was so good and was creamy and flavourful. The chicken and shrimp sauteed in the Creole cream sauce, the egg noodle tagliatelle pasta was extremely succulent. The portion sizes were also very filling and the customer service was swift and friendly. We absolutely loved our brunch dining experience at eggspectation. And would definitely love to try their other delicious dishes the next time we visit any of their branch.

My families(5 small families) favourite place for breakfast in uae till now.<br/>U have the choice to have 2 eggs of ur choice which is done to it's best.<br/>The sausages here r really good.<br/>Potatoes r also good and in a good quantity.<br/>Baked beans only if ur a fan.<br/>The club sandwich not that great since bread becomes hard in a few minutes<br/>I.like the orange juice and the new nut smoothie is also good.

Went to both branch in dubai it was very busy in city walk and service was not good but the jbr branch was better, tried their different omelets and Benedict was tasty also like the coffee and crepe

As the name suggests, you should expect the eggs here to be amazingg.<br/><br/>The place is a bit expensive but the quantity of the food is huge and the taste is impeccable.<br/><br/>It's the perfect place if you have a good breakfast craving anytime if the day!

A very nice breakfast place in city walk. The menu is huge with a lot of options. We tried the gourmet grilled cheese, bacon Mac and cheese and eggsuberant breakfast. The portions were huge and the food delicious and fresh. It is on the more pricier side but you definitely leave the place happy.

Found another amazing place close to home, Eggspectation. To begin with, it’s in Citywalk 2, so if you think of walking to the place after shopping, well Don’t. It is almost a 1km walk. It’s closer to the Coco-Cola arena parking.<br/><br/>That said, the cafe’s ambience was Egg-septional! (See what I did there). It’s very calm and great for a date or to catch up with a friend. The service was good and the food was amazing. <br/><br/>I ordered the Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, the orange was as fresh as it gets. Simply perfect! We also ordered the Tropical Teaser, which was smoothie with rich flavours of mango, pineapple and banana. It was good too and very filling. <br/><br/>As for food, the Rosemary #ChickenSandwich was very good, it was a tasty blend of Chicken avo Rosemary and lime.<br/><br/>Now, the star of the show, THE CRAB CAKES. I don’t know where to begin, the first bite I took, I can still remember it, the rich-fresh flavour of the perfectly cooked crab. Just Perfect! And it went great with the coleslaw and aioli topping. They also have a version of #crabcakes with #PoachedEggs, served with muffins and potatoes. I prefer the Original crab cake though. <br/><br/>Must Try: Eggsceptation’s Original Crab Cake

Brekkie with the family. Kids with chicken quesadilla and scrambled eggs With pancake and sausage. Wasn’t really big on the quesadilla. <br/>I had steak and eggs which was good and wife had an omelette. <br/>

Not much to say, food is tasty, staff is friendly and overall it's a descent experience eating here. I would say the price is a bit on the steep side, fried eggs shouldn't cost so much!

We stumbled upon Eggspectatipn while searching for some English breakfast options and decided to give it a shot! It was our first visit to this chain and zeroed in on their Al Safa branch.. <br/><br/>We were very impressed with the ambience and service part but not so much with the food.. The decor is cozy and prettily done up! Menu spread is also good! Infact they have separate menu cards for day and night menu! We however decided to stick to morning menu although it was late afternoon when we visited.. <br/><br/>We tried the following:<br/>1) heavenly crepe: decent in taste. Accompanied by a salad<br/>2) Mediterranean flatbread: this is must try. Really good in taste<br/>3) veggie omelette: average taste but good portion size<br/>4) blueberry pankcake: decent again in taste! Nice and flavourful but would prefer it with fresh cream which was missing...<br/>5) espresso macchiato: must try really good <br/><br/>Overall it’s worth a try.. but since it’s a bit pricey and no Zomato offers available, will have to think before paying another visit here..

This outlet in City Walk 2 is Eggspectation’s second; the much loved first and original branch being at The Beach, JBR. Without the beachfront terrace and view, there is little resemblance between the two siblings. The interior of this latest incarnation is decorated in the Euro-café style which is all the fashion these days; take the brand away and you will be hard pressed to tell the difference between it, Tom&Serg, Pantry, Clinton Street, etc. That said, I found it to be a happy, handsome, comfortable place to spend my early morning. The outside seating area is not going to be around for long which will put a little strain on the limited indoor seating area.

Not a bad place! Although eggspectation is jbr is way more better! The service was great but the taste wasnt bad! The club sandwich was made of literally mayonnaise! Its too much honestly! The eggs smell was really bad, which makes u disgusted! But it was a not bad experience!

Wide selection of dishes for all meals, we had a good family brunch on the terrace : pancakes (plain or special), club sandwich, salads, bagels with salmon, good espressos, fresh juices. Everything was fresh and tasty. We paid 380 AED for 2 adults and 3 teenagers.

The taste was great 👍🏻. The menu is a little pricey but worth it. Restaurant is spacious and the vibe, decor everything is perfect. Staff was nice and friendly and keen to help. #highly_recommend

I really enjoy having breakfast here in eggspectation in City Walk branch. The food was awesome, it's very yummy. My order is eggstravaganza, I really love it (especially the sausage) and my wife did enjoy her smoked salmon benny. And they have very friendly and attentive service crew. The place is also perfect. Very classy and elegant breakfast place. A nice warming environment with smiling faces employees. Good choice of options and very filling dishes. Smoothies were delicious and the main dishes were just as tasty as well.

My husband and I come here for breakfast often because it has such a cozy feel to it, the service is great, the food comes soo fast which is nice when you’re really hungry 😋. The have so many great breakfast options from healthy and light to full on huge breakfasts. So far everything I’ve tried was delicious. Their drinks are great too. I’ve never came around to trying their lunch options, so hopefully I will soon.

Christmas Brekki<br/><br/>Choose this place as I had eaten in Eggspectation before at JBR, but this one was a disappointment. The food was below their normal standard, it didn't feel like I was eating at Eggspectation. The only thing was good was the coffee.<br/>I was all the more disappointed when I got the bill. The restaurant added VAT on the total bill wherein the restaurant menu clearly said the prices are inclusive of VAT. When I pointed this out to our server, they said, it's as per the system and they couldn't do anything about it. It clearly showed me that they dnt care.<br/><br/>

I go there weekly usually on Friday mornings with my mother; I love that they are at a corner so no direct/main road noise or rush to disturb, very friendly and helpful staff, great food, my favourite is the all American breakfast with the eggs poached and very runny, the sausages and bacon are yummy and the right seasoning , and ofcourse the potatoes are super yummy! Their teas (I take mine with honey on the side) and juices are also great. The smoothies area awesome! Overall one of my fav breakfast places in Dubai 😊

I’m so disappointed with this place. I took my friend there for a small birthday treat and I must say, my salad was beyond disappointing. It was thrown together, my dressing was on the side (I didn’t ask for this) and was basically a small globe of mayonnaise... total let down. Won’t be going back.

We went here for brunch on a Friday and really loved the entire experience. I had visited here earlier for a coffee morning event and decided then that ill come back. We ordered a Cappuccino and a chocolate milkshake for drinks and both were tasty and well balanced. For my son we ordered the kids portion of waffles with chocolate chips. My son ate every single bite of the waffle which is an indication enough that it was perfectly made. I ordered steak and eggs where my eggs were sunny side up, steak medium well done and i cannot describe with words how good both were. We also ordered waffle with fried chicken and the combination of both was different but tasty. Then ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and they were so fluffy and well balanced. I would highly recommend this place to everyone

Surpassed my eggspectations by many many miles. Everything was so good, and so big that you cannot leave here without regret. But todally worth it. Staff here are extremely personable and make you feel welcome.

I went for brunch with a few friends on New Years day. We were seated outside and it was quite a pleasant ambience. Whilst I understand that it was somewhat busy, we were put on the back burner for a while and noticed food being served to customers that were seated after us. It was quite simple order of the the Montreal Poutine for a starter, followed by S’mores French Toast, the Classic French Toast with Maple syrup and two omlettes, a lemonade and a latte. I received my lemonde ahead of the food, but my friend’s latte was forgotten and we had to remind them twice until they brought it over. My second friend ordered a lemonde after and never received it. She settled for water towards the end of our meal, reminding the waiter again twice for it. I was quite excited about dining here but was left quite disappointed with the service. That’s why I rate it 3* only. This is an important aspect for me, no matter how good the food might be.

Went here for brunch yesterday. With the beautiful weather, outdoor seating, great food and service, it was a wonderful experience overall. The chimchuri steak was delicious and very juice. We also tried the bacon mac and cheese which was just ok. But we are definitely heading back to try something new.

Finally got a chance to visit Eggspectation at city walk today with my friends ... located at a very quite place ... tried there breakfast items chicken Benedict and eggspectation omlet along with cappuccino they were mouth watering and the serving volume is great ... the ambiance is also very nice and the staff is very polite and friendly ... will definitely visit again n try there main items ...

As always the city walk provides a sunny light filled breakfast experience, none wallet friendly and Eggspectation is no different. The steak was memorable, moist and succulent, no mean feat for a request for well done. Possible to do organic cuts and eggs at competitive prices? I liked the idea of a tailored children menu very much, it's a collaborative effort with a third party. There is thought and effort to the ingredients which is very much child friendly. I would only suggest a tweak to the childs lasagna as the herb ratio comes across as a tad strong for a fussy child's palate.

A girlfriend and I went there for a Saturday brunch. We didnt book a table, and it was rather full during lunch, we sat outdoor under the heat, but we didnt need to wait for long. They gave us an indoor table after 15mins, which was really nice.<br/><br/>My friend ordered Sunrise Omelette which I believe was one of their best sellers. It didnt disappoint as the egg was moist & well-cooked, potatoes were crunchy and yum! <br/><br/>As for myself, I had a Salad Nicose. Portion was huge with loads of fresh tuna steak & greens. <br/><br/>Coffee was great but the highlight of the day was the green juice, with freshly squeezed cucumber, ginger, apple & mint! So fresh and I highly recommended it! <br/><br/>*nice tobhave gluten free option, but it would be nice if can provide lactose free milk as well<br/><br/>Nice place for brunch and I totally understand why this place is so popular.

Although I am on a diet. I decided to go and eat some poutine... cause life is short and I am not going to let good poutine get away... <br/>My husband had the feta and watermelon salad and he liked it.<br/>I had the chicken quesadilla and to be honest there are better ones out there. <br/>Still loved the poutine...

Food: Amazing!! This is egg heaven for all egg lovers! I've had a few of their menu items and have not been disappointed. My personal fav are their eggs Benedict.. always perfectly done. Slightly pricey, but in line with most restaurants in the area.<br/><br/>Service: was good..our order was taken once settled in at our table. however i had to wait for about 7-8 mins when i asked for ketchup once the food arrived. Staff were friendly. <br/><br/>Ambience: well this is the reason i cant give it a 5. Coz its quiet cramped up when full. The tables are very close to each other, so less personal space. Avoid the weekends to enjoy a chat with whomever your eating with.<br/><br/>But will i go again? Yep.. the foods too good not to!

A perfect place to have a great n hearty breakfast. Attentive staff, nice ambiance, hearty meal which tastes great ... what else one should ask to start a great day. Their fresh juices are really fresh though the large glass is not technically large it’s a normal glass. Famous Southwest omelette is a must try, however, Eggsilaration was just okay nothing special as such. Nonetheless, they server a nice cappuccino. Location is bit tricky as it’s not in the main building of City Walk rather they are located behind the apartments buildings .... a bit away from the main but you will find plenty of parking spaces there. Overall a nice place to visit with family and friends.

I love Eggspectation but used to dread going to JBR through the traffic on a Friday morning. Luckily opened in city walk but not in the main mall, it was quite, easy to navigate and find a parking.<br/><br/>The bottomless drip coffee is quite nice.<br/><br/>Cheddar Omlette - excellent, with mushrooms<br/><br/>Sunrise omlette - quite a portion, with Avocado, salsa and sour cream on top.<br/><br/>Mykonos - feta and olive, as dominant flavours.<br/><br/>The lyonnise potatoes served are quite nice.<br/><br/>The portions are good, complimentary bread given, good service, overall a good start to a weekend!<br/>

Awesome place for eggs, pancakes, juices, French toasts and crepes. Would definitely visit them again. Portions are big and could be easily shared

Located at city walk, with easy parking. It’s one of the best places for having a good breakfast! Southwest omelette is a must try and their best seller! Tried the pancake as well- so fresh and tasty! Must visit!

Eggspectations got very popular in JBR but the distances prevented me from venturing out there. However, opening this branch at Al Safa is truly a blessing in disguise for all those craving some excellent late breakfasts on weekends. <br/><br/>It has become my go to place every time I am uncertain about what to eat. With excellent options in breakfast, the array of dishes served here seek to impress all kinds of diners with an assortment of choices I haven't seen in any breakfast menu. <br/><br/>Besides the breakfast menu, the choices in Salads, burgers and flat breads are fabulous. The Egg options, whether Florentine, Benedict or Californian, all are served perfectly and even with healthier options. The Crepes are divine as well with their variety of choices, sweet or Savoury. Try the Heavenly with Chicken!! What is even better - being able to order individual pieces of French Toast as an accompaniment for the price of one, rather than a whole plate with three pieces charged accordingly.<br/><br/>The service is attentive and staff friendly. They have a rewards program that commands loyalty and compensates for it too!! Not many establishments can claim this attribute and that's where they score as well. <br/><br/>One of Dubai's best places to grab some brekkie and with lip smacking satisfaction at that!! <br/><br/><br/>

Worth a second chance!<br/><br/>Tried Eggspectation for the first time at JBR, and if you find my review you’ll know that my experience there was all too mediocre. But hasn’t somebody ever told you that some things are worth a second chance? Well, this joint is. <br/><br/>The branch in Citywalk is far more spacious than that in JBR; this alone deserved a better rating. We were seated immediately by very friendly staff, and when they noticed we were going to take a little while deciding over the menu items, we were suggested to have our drinks ordered and they were brought right away. We opted for the Eggs Florentine and Eggstravaganza. Both dishes took a little while to arrive to our table, but we were offered a bread basket with butter and jam to keep us busy in the meantime. The medium-poached Eggs Florentine slightly disappointed in portion but tasted fluffy enough to savor every bite. The second dish was well-portioned with a variety on the plate: the scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked but the only downfall here was the French toast as it wasn’t as sweet as hoped for. <br/><br/>Is it worth a visit? Certainly. The morning sun coming through the windows into the space makes it a relaxing setting, and the food makes good breakfast.

Average food with amazing service. The menu is extensive and they offer all day breakfast. I however don’t think that it is one of the best food I had in a cafe in Dubai

Mix and match omellate.. wowwww still so tasty.. worth to eat it there.. ambience simply superb. Must try that once again. Guys let’s check who love eggies😂

Eggspectation was something beyond my expectations.<br/>I went to this restaurant recently to celebrate my birthday and indulge in some great food and definitely this was the best birthday treat of all.<br/><br/>the have both indoor and outdoor seating with the perfect view of the city walk promenade and the interiors of this place was very well designed with the touch of antique look.<br/><br/>I tried the famous bacon egg Benedict for the first time in my life and I loved it and apart from that I tried their Hawaii burger, chicken BBQ wings, perfectly pink and light green mocktail and finished it up with waffles a la mode.<br/><br/>it's definitely a place which serves more than just an egg and having said that their egg dishes are amazing.<br/>the service was really good and the quantity of the food was good and the tasted even better.<br/><br/>for more update follow me on Instagram @sweettoothboy

Tried out eggspectation today with my husband and we really liked it. The portion was a bit small but the service was very fast. A nice quiet place to eat :)

Went here for breakfast ... nice place. Ordered pancakes and egg Benedict ... expensive. <br/>Taste good.<br/>The egg Benedict had spinach in it and while eating it, the seeds from the spinach kept on appearing in my mouth. Apparently someone forgot to clean the spinach properly ... don’t expect that from a place like this.<br/>

The staff were helpful, but weren't that aware of what's going around all the time - even though it wasn't crowded.<br/><br/>The decor was comfy. <br/><br/>The food was good.

This is the place where you can have delicious of tasty and varieties of food which have the experiments of egg. A Canadian specialty in dubai , was a must try in my list . Specially as I love egg and the names does say you could expect eggs .... but when I visited only I understood the place is more than just eggs .<br/><br/>The menu is really diverse and they have various items to choose , if your an eggetarian , vegetarian or non vegetarian you have something to eat here .<br/><br/>Chef Rohan here was so welcoming and he did share some of his tips on how to cook perfect eggs .<br/><br/>What all we had ?<br/><br/>Russian Benedict , perfectly poached eggs on a toast with some hollandise and bacon . Perfectly poached eggs with liquid gold inside. <br/><br/>South west omelette, they have wide varieties in omelette but this was the best omelette I had . Perfect omelette with special cheese spread and toasted avocado and potatoes . This is a must try . <br/><br/>They are just not in eggs , they have food Mini burger slider with crispy fried rings. Classic American style burger with bacon and cheese . <br/><br/>The flat bread was simple and fresh with just the tomato sauce and vegetables.<br/><br/>The Greek salad With watermelon and toasted feta cheese was delicious.<br/><br/>What I loved the most is their Savoury crepes must try . They have it veg and non veg flavours . <br/><br/>The dessert what we had was s’mores toast .the best toast I had , the bread is special one from Canada . What I loved is the crispy out and gooey chocolatey and marshmallow inside .<br/><br/>Final verdict - amazing place for breakfast, specially if you love eggs . But if your not an gg persons then they have pasta , burger and many other dishes to serve . The ambience is good , so is the service . Since I love eggs a lot, I decided to check out Eggspectation at City Walk. So what was my expectation about Eggspectation? And did it meet my expectations? <br/>I decided to order the following from their Menu. <br/>For drinks - <br/>From their Juice Bar, I ordered “Tropical Paradise”<br/>( this is a perfect blend of bananas, strawberries, blueberry, raspberry, mango and pineapple, all this blended with freshly squeezed orange juice, A multivitamin Blast) After having this, I felt I was transported to another Paradise... A Tropical Paradise. <br/>This drink tasted delicious and had its own sweetness from the fruits. No additional sugar was added. <br/><br/>For Starters, I had Smoked Salmon Crostini, Brie and Walnut Crostini & Bruschetta Parisienne. <br/>Smoked Salmon Crostini- served with capers, fine chopped red onions, cucumbers, with cream cheese spread on toasted ciabatta slices. <br/>Brie and Walnut Crostini- Ciabatta slices broiled with Brie & drizzled with honey. Garnished with walnut and fresh apple slices. <br/>Bruschetta Parisienne- It had fresh fine chopped tomatoes, mixed with garlic, and drizzled with olive oil, grilled ciabatta slice, a splash of balsamic glaze added bursting flavours to this Starter. <br/>For the Mains, I ordered Smoked Salmon Benny. ( two perfectly poached eggs on a multigrain toast with smoked salmon and delicious spread of Philadelphia cream, topped with hollandaise sauce, and sprinkle of chopped red onions and capers) <br/>For the smoked Salmon Benny, Eggs were perfectly poached to my liking. <br/>This was served with a bowl of fresh fruits. <br/>In starters, Walnut Criostini was mind blowing and had the crunchiness of fresh apples & bursting flavours of Brie cheese and honey. This was delicious & so was the smoked Salmon Crostini. <br/>As I enjoyed the bowl of fresh fruits, I kept glancing at the beautiful view. <br/>Finally, I just did not want to leave without trying out their dessert. So from a variety of selections from waffles to French toast, I decided to go for the plain French toast served with Canadian maple syrup. French toast was soft, and drizzled with maple syrup was absolutely ‘divine’. I washed this down with a latte. <br/>Overall food was good, Ambience was nice & service was great. My Server Sushmita & Daryl both were very helpful. Portion served is Generous. <br/>All ingredients used are fresh and of good quality. <br/>They have a variety of egg specialties done and everything is done as per one’s choice & Preference. <br/>If you are looking for a peaceful kind of place away from the hustle bustle of the city, and a quiet yet friendly atmosphere then this is the kind of restaurant you need to head to. Service is quick. <br/>They have great offers & selection on breakfast items. Apart from Eggs, they have lots to offer. <br/>Eggspectation was definitely up to my expectations. And there is so much to choose from and one visit is just not sufficient. I need to come back again to try some of their other dishes from the menu.

Knowing that one of the most popular restaurants in Montreal is now in Dubai was exciting because I’ve always wanted to try out their breakfast menu. If you’re a breakfast person this place is the place for you, they have more than 5 pages of breakfast options ranging from savory to sweet to healthy. Their prices are very reasonable and their portion sizes are excellent, the staff is very friendly and you can even collect loyalty points with them which I found awesome. I have been there 4-5 times for breakfast and I’ve tried their French toast, pancakes, eggs benedict, and omelette. All delicious and very well done. They also have a wide range of delicious drinks to chose from. Overall the setting and the location of the place is very convenient and I’m very fond of this place, my only comment was that when paying the bill the waiter asked me if I wanted to add a tip, I found that quiet uncomfortable and awkward and I wish she hadn’t asked. The same thing happened a few times in the course of my visits. Overall well done to the team and thank you for a yummy breakfast that kept me full all day long !!

Christmas Breakfast at Eggspectation!<br/><br/>My friend and I decided to have our Christmas breakfast in one of the restaurants in City Walk. Undecided, we were just roaming around the new City Walk 2 and amazed on how the place makes you feel that you are not in Dubai.<br/><br/>Suddenly, we found out that there is Eggspectation located opposite of City Walk 2. The atmosphere of the place while walking towards the restaurant is amazing.<br/><br/>The restaurant looks elegant and cozy on the inside. We took a table outside and enjoyed the view. You will be given free bread while waiting for your orders. We asked to serve the coffee first and my friend went to have the tried and tested Cappuccino, while I decided to try different caffeine, and ordered for Caffe Mochaccino. And for the main, we both had the Southwest Sunrise. I should warn you that this meal is a heavy one. It consists of an egg omelet filled with cheese and peppers, topped with freshly sliced avocados, their special salsa sauce, and sour cream. And on the side are potatoes and some sliced fruits. This is one of our favorite and a must-have whenever you will have a breakfast with them. You should also try the Honey Blue from their Juice Bar. It is a very healthy juice and heavy on the stomach too.<br/><br/>There is a free parking in front of the restaurant, or if you want to have some walking exercises after your heavy breakfast, park your car in City Walk 2. I heard that they will soon open a new branch in University City area in Sharjah. :)

This place is much more than just egg and I didn't know until I went there. <br/><br/>They had invited me for a cooking session with the chef and a tasting. <br/><br/>The chef made some great dishes and gave us some tips too. Details about that on the blog link below. <br/><br/>There is a lot of natural light and I really liked this part about the place. <br/><br/>We had a "southwest sunrise" omelette which avocado lovers will go crazy since it has plenty of it, along with three kinds of cheese. <br/><br/>The greek salad was fresh and had a huge slice of watermelon in it as well.<br/><br/>The flatbread was really flavourful and the chef taught us how to make this right from kneading the dough.<br/><br/>They've got great dishes containing poached eggs too. The waffle was a bit chewy as it became cold. Had gone here with my cousins and family friends. The location is beautiful and the food is amazing, someone who loves eggs should totally go here.

This place turned out eggsactly like I eggspected, brilliant. I ordered for the Chicken California salad and barbeque chicken wings. Both were fantastic. Definitely coming back for more.

The restaurant is egg-xactly what you expect - a menu filled with delicious egg dishes. The service and food is egg-xcellent although a bit pricey - however you know you’re paying for the quality and location. Definitely a great place to try for breakfast or brunch.

I thought there were only two ways to have egg- half fry and boiled. Eggspectation blew me away with the variety of egg specialities they have. I tried the fried chicken n waffles and it was eggcellent. Along with a mouth-watering menu, they are located at jumeirah beach residence, with a breath-taking view of the beach. This place is a must for all egg-lovers out there. Don’t worry, they have much much more than just eggs🌟

Had an eggceptionally delicious breakfast at Eggspectations at their newest City Walk branch. Tried a variety of things and highly recommend their famous eggs benedict, their “uneggspected” breakfast (your choice of eggs, a steak and delicious potatoes), their delicious crostinis and their s’mores french toast! For the crostinis we tried the salmon & cream cheese crostini which is topped with capers and we tried the brie, walnut and honey crostinis. Both were delicious - the bread was perfectly toasted, but not too hard and the combination of toppings was fantastic. I loved the huge variety that their menu offers and will definitely be visiting them again to try more of their breakfast selection and their lunch menu. one of my favorite places in city walk dubai. the location is very good. the food is amzing. they have really nice salads. I love this place for late breakfast or for lunch. they do have also amzing juices love the blueberry with pineapple one

Perfect fit for brunch. Best best best best best chocolate chip pancakes! Their eggs are fantastic as well. They have a good variety of smoothies that are really appetizing.

Avocado eggs and lobster omelette. All day breakfast very casual and really good food. Both branches are good, loved the ambiance of the jbr branch more

In a word, or a few: great choices, even better flavors!<br/><br/>I've been here twice now and both times have been (mostly) great. One visit was for lunch and another for dinner. <br/><br/>Lunch service was quick, despite being quite busy. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, but suffice to say - eggs for lunch were eggspectacular!<br/><br/>Dinner was quieter. We were the only customers, which wasn't so bad. Peaceful and relaxing evening with great weather to enjoy while eating outdoors.<br/><br/>Only drawback was that I asked for fries with my customized cheese sandwich with grilled chicken, but instead they thought I should have a salad. On well, Pepsi took those saved calories eventually.<br/><br/>Great find in my neighborhood.

Big yummy breakfast for lunch. I had the 3 egg omelette with vegetables & sausages and the lyonnaise fries & fruit garnish. Yum! Ambience was good not so crowded, waiter was helpful. Will be back definitely.

Location is cool, early morning parking is available easily, the service and waiters are so friendly, the food is delicious and portion size is acceptable, but a bit expensive. Tea is not enough hot, and flavorless. If you are going to sit outside, the flies will disturbs you a lot.

Absolutely loved this place for breakfast. Loved the egg Florentine and the buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup. The omelette was filling and tasty too.<br/>Oh! And the Orange+Carrot juice. So refreshing...<br/>Good service as well!

A very pleasant discovery. I have heard about Eggspectation from friends in the past but this was my first visit to this restaurant. The food menu is exhaustive and the dishes and very creative to the extend that you realize how little you knew about eggs (!!).. the service was attentive and efficient and the atmosphere is relaxed. Prices are average for what you would expect from dishes with the ingredients used at the restaurant. The only negative remark is the location. Although the restaurant is located in the sought-after City Walk, it is poorly advertised and located in a not-so-busy part of the complex and you would only visit this venue if you know it was there. Other than this, highly recommended.
