We always knew Zaatar w Zeit was a fan favorite from Lebanon so we thought of giving them a try. We ordered the chicken tawouk wrap, zaatar and cheese, and zaatar manakish. The taste in general was good but I didn't feel I received the value for the price I paid. The tawoul wrap was 32dhs and in comparison with other competitors it is at least 25% cheaper and bigger.

I’ve been visiting zaatar w zeit since 2000 with my family when the first branch was in lebanon sodeco, i really love all the food & the professional service they provide, always exceeding our expectation with the quality of food & the professionalism they have. This is one of my favourite place whenever I crave for lebenese food. well decorated restaurant with strong lebenese influence, great place to have Arabic food! Service- The service was quick and hassle free The Manakeesh was the best in my opinion. Its my personal favourite too. Totally recommended. This place is great if you want to try different cuisine. You will not be disappointed. Must visit!!

Worst service ever, i ordered from zomato at 10:30pm and at 11:50 i contacted zomato who said they spoke to the restaurant and the food is coming, then after 20 min i contacted zomato again and they mentioned the order is on the way plz wait for 5 min extra. After all this waiting i contacted the restaurant and spoke to a person called “Saeed” he was very rude and didn’t even want to here my complain. And guess what the food never reached even after 2 and a half hours of waiting. This is the worst customer service i ever faced in my life and never ordering from this place again.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue from ZWZ tecom branch delivery. I’ve ordered the tuna wrap and if you call a mayo wrap without the ingredients mentioned in the wrap then you should take the wrap off. I’ve been on the phone trying to contact them for 20mins with no answer untill they just told me that they’ve changed the wrap (NEW tuna wrap) and next time to order and customise it. ZWZ used to be my go to for years but they’ve been lacking in quality for months now. Shame !

I've ordered from Zaatar w zeit barsha heights branch for lunch. the food came 75 minutes later, and not so hot. zomato were barely answering the inquiries, as they could not get hold of the restaurant for an update. A not so huge spacing but has comfy seating, affordable meals and tastes so good, they served freshly cooked meals. Very bad experience. First time I order from this branch. The dough was raw not ready to be eaten. I was so disappointed in the eid vacation. Although I order from zwz Beirut and recently Abu Dhabi that branch in Dubai ruined my whole feedback. Plz note that the dough cannot be eaten raw. I'm talking about the chicken boom.

The worst customer experience! After waiting for 1.50 min we contacted the resturant and the only thing they said it was they are sorry, and they can deliver another order in 25 min, nothing else, not even compensation was made, not even inform their customers there was an issue with order! The lady on the phone didn't help us at all! From zomato we were informed the restaurant will contact us back for the best solution and compensation but we never received a call from them! Thumbs up zaatar w zeit, you have amazing service for your regular customers!

We order Zaatar & Cheese Manaqeesh every Friday for breakfast; it's become a tradition! The delivery is always good! I would have given it a 5 stars, but the order is not always consistent. Sometimes the right juice comes, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the cheese & zaatar are mixed, sometimes it's half-half. Sometimes it's too much zaatar, sometimes there's too little cheese. But overall, it's one of our favorite places to order manaqeesh from.

This particular location offers limited indoor spacing, but there's plenty of space to sit outside (if the weather allows). Most of the items on the menu are guilt-free and fresh. The portions are generous and very shareable. My recommendations are: Lahme Bi Ajjine Manakeesh and the Steak Pizza.

This is another healthy food place and this outlet located on the Ground Floor of Thuraya Tower in Barsha Heights serves food 24 hours! The outlet has decent inside n outside seating. On the menu, you'll find more vegetarian and limited chicken options. I decided to order their Lentil Soup this time as I wasn't very hungry. The soup portion was okay. Not very big, just average and came with bread crumbs. The soup was served hot and tasted really good. The bread crumbs were thankfully not oily like you normally see at other places. The staff was really good too. Surely a place you would want to eat at or order in if you're working or living around this area.

The latest addition to the menu is the Angus Boom which was really great, a new twist in burgers. Instead of the classic bun the beef was wrapped in a thin layer of bread that keeps all the contents inside with every bite. The packaging for delivery was very neat and functional.

After a night out, dropped by this outlet. They dont have any indoor seatings as such, there is decent number of tables outside but can be bit of a rush on weekends. Had the bbq chicken pizza and the chicken potato platter. Both were really good and was quite the life saver at those wee hours

Being a chain of food joints, I have tried it in the past at its multiple locations and could never complain . This time around though I order in from the Dubai Marina branch for breakfast . I placed an order for the Lameh Bi Ajjine , which has minced meet with onions tomatoes and spices and has always been my absolute favorite. To be honest I have tried this dish in a couple of places and its a hard to not get this right . It is quite a big wrap and good for breakfast . I had also placed and order for the Oil- free Zaatar , from their light menu just to try something healthy . But personally not quite a fan of it . (Since its healthy :P) Well for starters it has a brown base with the zaatar mix and has tomatoes (huge pieces) , diced cucumber and mint leaves that gives it quite a refreshing taste , but is way too dry to enjoy the flavors . Probably get a 3/5 . Overall the delivery was quick considering that their outlet is in Dubai Marina and I placed an order at JLT, and the Lameh Bi Ajjine was great .

Consistency is key! And that's what I feel you get with Zwz orders. Except that bad surprise when they "rebranded" their packaging few years ago and reduced the quinoa tabbouleh portion with this tiny little plastic...whose idea was that, huh? Overall, the food is tasty and should you have a menu item you did not like....don't try it again....it's just not for you! They're THAT consistent. I have very few items I don't go near. After giving them a go a couple of times, I realized...it's not them, it's me! Keep up the good work guys!

This place has some amazing wraps on the menu. My favourite is the famous chicken wrap. Tender and juicy chicken wrapped in a blend of goodness. The rich cheese blends with the chicken and spices making in one delicious bite after another.

I have been a big fan of this place, but recently they have started cutting down on quality, the wraps are not filled in well, if you happen to dine in there you will immediately notice that the dish comes without a fork or spoon, if you ask for one it takes forever. The waiters there have no idea what dish comes out first and what comes later, I was served dessert before my sandwich.

This Zaatar w Zeit location has been a neighborhood breakfast place in my early Dubai days. Their eggs your way menu with tea was my regular choice. The only negative point about this outlet is that there is very limited and not-so-comfortable indoor seating.

Nice vibes and good decoration. Its something different a restaurant with shisha and drinks sometime. The portions are small yet lot of mix. The service is great. A variety of cuisine...They didn’t accept the entertainer voucher for the sharing dish which cost 99AED, which somehow they said it’s in T&C, they said to take other dishes these other dishes are bits they are not even a main dish more like small portions appetizers...yet the voucher was a main dish and the voucher should have covered this, but anyways it felt cheap .

Well this place not required any recommendations. Best part about this place is 24/7 availability in Tecom Area. Pros :- expect the same food quality like in other Zaatar -w - zeit's places .outside dining option. A big free parking place just opposite side of the road available. Cons :- Small place not much place to sit.

this place was one of my favorite places in dubai when didnt want to go to a fancy restaurant. but last visit was a disaster. the food was really bad the labaneh was not good at all plus found a hair inside the labneh. i ordered sunny side up medium eggs and they got me scrambeled eggs. after i complained they got well done sunny side up. even the halloumi pan wasnt like always .will never come back

We had a quick lunch at zwz. The staff were friendly and smiling. We had 2 appetizers and 2 wraps for AED 82. They had a combo offer going. We had the chicken breaded and fries and cheese as appetizers. Both came hot, but there wasn't a lot of cheese on the fries. I also didn't like the sour cream. For the wraps, we went with Mighty Kafta and Chicken Escalope. They were good and filling.

My go-to for quick and healthy ordering in! Have been ordering from here since quite some time and it's never failed to impress. The food is always well cooked and healthy. I ve tried most of the wraps but my fave is the turkey and cheese. I also like the lahem as well as the labneh manakeesh . This time I tried the chicken eggplant potato marinara sauce platter which was delish! It comes with ample pita bread and sour cream. My new fave! Service is always quick and easy and I love ordering through their app!

The food was fresh and the cost was reasonable in comparison to the quality of food and the area. I would definitely want to go there again and enjoy the fresh and healthy food that they offer.
