Andes has a beautiful pleasant ambience and welcoming staff.

Had been here to have some breakfast recently. I like the way their menu is so simple and easy to choose on. They have elaborated each item on the menu so we can see what’s on our plate!

We ordered for chef’s omelette with onions tomato chives paratha bread and labneh, I t was super fresh and egg was extremely delicious! Along ordered for Andes breakfast which is great meal for 2 and it was quite a large plate for breakfast, no complains here it was smack on and I enjoyed it fully. Andes breakfast includes 4 large hash browns, scrambled eggs, squashed avocado, however the sourdough toast was missing on the plate.

Also was served with Spanish latte with almond milk, I loved it and had one more. It was smooth and a good coffee.

Anyways it was a good breakfast.
Had a good experience.

Can’t wait to try their other dishes on the menu!!

❤️❤️
I've been to Andes a few times, being for both breakfast and lunch.

Liked every dish I've tried till now.
I really like the place and it's overall vibe and ambience. I just find the service to be a bit inconsistent. The first time, it was friendly and perfect. The rest of the times, it was slow and very inattentive. I'd have to literally get behind the servers to come.

Andes is a South American restaurant located next to trade center. Beautiful interiors and generous portion size for food they have an open kitchen as well. They are famous for their breakfast also but we went for lunch and tried their angus beef burger and rib eye steak both were amazing. I would definitely go back to try their breakfast and other menu items . Guys check them out if you haven’t tried it yet.

Amazing staff and ambience. A good selection of salads and mains. My favorite is the quinoa salad 😋. There is something about their brownies that you want to eat again and again. Deliciously sinful!!

Three weeks ago, I won a giveaway at Instagram. Andes is a South American cuisine established less than a year ago. A fine dining that as a couple we experienced for the first time. We ate at fancy (hotel) restaurants (for free) but a fine dining is a different setting. The privacy you get and the luxury to take time is beyond words.

What a fantastic Cafe cum Dining Area. Was here to taste the Limited Edition Coffee Specialities. 3 of the best South American Coffee brewed into the best Coffee Milkshakes which were Vietnamese, Pistachios and Iced Latte. I tasted Vietnamese Latte, definitely my davorite. I am more on the side of not so strong Coffee Vietnames Latte just did that. It was a very wholesome Coffee that boosted a lot at the Energy Lsvel.
The interiors of the restaurant had the gold and marble effect combination made it very commendable and live kitchen area is the other best.

Follow on insta: lazysreezy

Before I visited Andes today, I did my zomato check and found some bad reviews for this place. When I stepped in, it was really beautifully done and I thought ‘really?? What could be wrong?’.
There was a tv screen with the dishes displayed and the french toast looked too good, with a lot of toppings and berries. Then i got that. Are you kidding me? What happened to the rest of it? Did the chef eat it? The server? Because I definitely didnt. When I asked the server who kind of looked like she was having a moody day, she said ‘oh we are cutting down on portions’.
Wow.
What was that stupid reply? The Benedict had a weird unpleasant taste thanks to the sauce.
I didnt say anything then because nobody cared. But let me tell you this. GUYS, you have so much potential! Its a beautiful cafe! Many places don’t have half of what you guys do. Why are you screwing up your food and service when you know you can do better? Almost like you dont want people to come.

FYI, when the french toast came on the table, the server and the chef were looking at us to see our reaction.
Blame me for reading the bad reviews and still giving you guys a chance.

Loved the vibes and ambiance of Andes restaurants. They serve amazing coffees. Loved the Pistachio and Vietnamese Latte. Going to visit soon again for other items from their menu.

Very friendly staff. The pancakes are delicious!

Having heard a lot about Andes restaurant, I decided to try the place for breakfast. I ordered well done omelette with smoked salmon on the side. My friend ordered omelette well done with glazed bacon. The staff who welcomed us into the restaurant and took our order did not look pleased AT ALL. She was least interested in explaining the menu of the restaurant, made no suggestion as to what's their best. She did not look interested in doing what she was supposed to do. And when our breakfast came, it came without the sides. She forgot to place orders in the kitchen about our side orders. The side orders which were 12 and 14 dhs each. We had to wait while our omelette was getting cold.

Food quality was good. The place ambience was good too. I only wish the staff made more efforts in making the place look better and paid more attention to their job in hand.

Visitied on a Thursday evening and was not very impressed, may be one of the days where things were not going right for the restaurant. My order took a lot of time and there was only one staff serving, they for sure need more staff on a weekend evening. Food was also not what I heard of, may be my expectations were very high. Would like visit once more and give one more chance.

There’s nothing more filling and satisfying than a good beef burger during work hours with the beautiful winter breeze to keep you company!

Andes used to be one of my favorite spots in trade
Center. To my surprise, I was very disappointed during my last visit. The menu changed, as well as the chef and the service. The amazing bread is not served anymore and the dishes are standard nothing compared to the previous experiences!
Hope they will improve or at least go back to the old but good experience.
Yazan Kasaballi
Due to the new change of management, the service has dropped, the food standard is luckily the same but no way does it justify the price. You can tell the employees are not happy. Disaster for what you pay!
Jihaneablal
I went or lunch today at Andes and it was a horrible experience. Ordered Caesar Salad for Starter to share and 2 Grilled Chicken. Waited for 45 Min wondering where is the food after checking with the Restaurant Manager I was told that one of their team FORGOT to pass the order to the kitchen. Food is nice (even if it's very overpriced) but the service is just not up to the standard compared to the price you pay for the meal.

Cozy stylish place, delicious food, pleasant service

I had some guests from Germany. Service was not very good although food was ok. They should improve the service & have more staffs. Staffs need some training about taking orders & improve their skills of hospitality

Was here for the all you can eat tacos on saturday. The place is brilliant, the food, the ambience, the people, everyone was friendly. We did face an issue but the service recovery didnt take even 10 mins, kudos to the outlet manager. The chef, i forgot his name, he was from Kerala and was always attendive. Great job team!!

I tried the DH 19 all you can eat tacos deal at Andes. The tacos were really good and although the service got a little chaotic due to the crowds it was a good experience. I'll be going back there to try some of the other dishes very soon.
The Trippy Foodies
An amazing restaurant nestled in the trade centre area. The interiors is just amazing. Wanted to try Andes for so long and unfortunately I think we visited on the wrong day.

There was a special day advertised offering tacos, tostadas and huevos rancheros all for AED19 so we thought we would visit.

Now I understand that we cant judge Andes normal capabilities based on this visit but to be honest this was a shambles.

It was clearly too busy for them to manage and we were waiting 30 mins per portion.

As time went on the quality dropped and we ended up with sausage appearing on beef tacos to pad them out and the vegetarian option ended as a plain mound of lentils on a taco, nothing else on there. That is NOT a taco.

Offers like this are to promote a venue and gave people come back, I will think twice now as the experience today was so wide of the mark and left a very bad opinion.

Andes is a good choice for anyone looking for some delicious Latin American food while in Trade Centre area. Its a very happening place though very newly opened.

Excellent interior, must say truely outstanding, followed by excellent service and food. The food, in particular, was beyond excellent. We dined here for lunch on a weekend and although Trade Centre is usually quite empty during those hours, I was surprised to see that Andes had some full tables here and there. So it was a good indication that Andes will surely live up to it's good reputation.

The portions served is very generous and they have business lunch as well as Ala Carte options for week days. They have a 3 course meal with good options to select from. For the 1st Course starters we selected the Shrimp Ravioli & Chicken Pasta. The Ravioli sauce was excellent in taste with soft Shrimps. Chicken with flat pasta was nice and not overly creamy but made with very nice consistency. Well done. 2nd Course we took Fillet of King fish & Chicken Fillet. Both the main course was excellent in taste, the Fillets were perfectly grilled. The sides of both the dishes was also very tasty and went well with the main course.

For dessert, we ordered the Andes mountains and Artisan Pasteries If you like fluffy home-style cakes, you will love this Artisan pasteries. Loved the taste.

Overall, I truly loved Andes and I know for a fact that I will be dining there again in the near future.

I went to Andes for their first birthday. It was all you can eat tacos for AED19 only. It was a bit hectic during the lunch hour. We order couple of taco’s plate. The beef taco is the best! Maybe you guys should keep this “all you can eat” tacos for weekly event 😋

We drove all the way from Sharjah for their 1st Anniversary All-You-Can-Eat for 19AED Taco event which was meant to run from 9 to 6 PM. We arrived at 5 PM and were ushered to a seat but then suddenly pointed to sit at the other end of the restaurant after which the waitress disappeared after stating that they only had Lamb Tacos remaining. We said we didn’t mind having just Lamb. We stood there clueless and then another waiter asked if something was wrong with the initial seating area but we stated that we were just unsure of where we were meant to sit.

Once seated and served two bottles of water (when we only asked for one) they told us that the Taco’s had run out. The waiter’s attitude suddenly turned cold when he realised we were there only for the Taco’s. We decided to leave because we didn’t really want anything else on the menu. We asked for the bill for the water which got the waiter even more annoyed. He proceeded to ask the waitress (who ushered us in) to produce the bill for us while looking over to us, whispering and basically throwing a whole lot of unnecessary shade.

We paid for the water which would have covered 2.135789 of our meals but hey ho we walked out with the VOSS bottle and not so much of our pride.

It’s a really cute place but would definitely NOT recommend in terms of the way they treat their customers.

Came to this place on 3rd Aug for their 1 year Anniversary . The welcome was horrible had to approach the waiter and ask for a table. Even after getting a confirmation from the waiter about their all you can eat Tacos we sat . After few mins another waiter comes to take our order when asked about the tacos he refused to serve saying that it was over. We entered around 5pm and their board outside read all you can eat tacos from 9am-6pm. We had to pay for our overpriced water and leave the restaurant. Not even a single apology from them ....
Very very disappointed with their service

The food is good quality and the coffee is awesome but even better is their awesome service! The staff is excellent and accommodating in every way possible. Had a lovely experience and can’t wait to visit again. Will mention the dishes soon.

The place to go for tasty food in WTC area, in a modern but warm ambience. We went for breakfast on a Friday and loved both the scramble eggs and the avocado toast. The location is elegant but with a casual feel, I love how it is decorated! Service was slow, but all the staff was friendly and welcoming. Fairly priced with zomato gold.

I’m giving this place 5 stars for the incident we had this evening with Chef Perez from Venezuela
We went for dinner and it was my 2nd time to visit. We ordered Tuna Ceviche for starters and it was an utter disaster. Nothing to do with ceviche at all. Huge long lumps of tuna in a spicy sweet paste and pickled corn. It was a huge disappointment that I was worried the mains will be as horrible but luckily that was not the case as both the Chicken Salad and the Salmon Fillet were amazing.
Upon complaining to our hostess the chef checked with us in person and was very attentive and understanding that he asked us if we are willing to try his ceviche which is not on the menu and boy that was the best ceviche I had in years!!!! It was shrimps and calamari ceviche in refreshing lemony sauce served with plantain! Out of this world, compliments to the chef!!
Definitely coming back for more Latino flavors.
The breakfast is really good there and the coffee as well. (Photo below from my 1st visit)

Andes was my go to place for lunch for a week while I was working at One Central.

The staff are friendly.

They have a business lunch deal which I tried for one day.

They also have a variety of dishes and salads which are simply delicious! My favorite was the chicken salad which was light, simple yet delicious. The chicken is perfectly cooked! The grilled calamari was also very tasty.

Prices are average.

Overall, if you are at One Central, make sure you try it! Highly Recommended!
Where to begin?? Been there and done that.

Will i go back? No.

Place is smaller than the photos on Zomato. Once inside it is almost so empty, lack of ambience, (music however is good) So first impression once i arrived not so great. 3 tables were occupied while we were there for lunch. Service is fine i would say. Room for improvement though yeah for sure. Had Octopus Ceviche, Salmon Tataki , wanted Beef Brisket as it was not available -no idea why as it was not even later during the day so one would assumed finished -settled for Sea-bass and also some quinoa salad. What i will remember is the perfect crispy skin potatoes served with my fish. potatoes were pOctopus was fine but nothing unforgettable however Tataki was not really a Tataki. Way too salty as well. Had Creme Brulee and coffee too. Creme Brulee was on the side of eggy. Coffee was terrible. All we could taste was that acidic sharp after taste.

Our Zomato Gold discount was denied at the table. Manager lady approached and told us restaurant decided not to accept discount cards as it was Eid holidays. We verified with the Zomato representative via live chat that discount is available but it was still denied. At this point we told her we are willing to pay the full amount as we were ready to leave and never to come back and We were told the food is good so there should be no issues to go back.

Now to be fair food was fine and even the prices are fine. All mentioned above and large Voss water cost only 214 Dhs. Execution and presentation for sure was at same level with some exclusive restaurants. If this place was located in some fancy 5 star establishment that would easily cost us 3 times more for sure. So the issue is not the price tag but rather principles. And at no point we argued or anyone was rude. Everyone made their point and we got tired of the subject and decided to leave. Simple as that.

After about 20 min or so talking to us she left the table saying she’ll give us a special discount.

For about 20-25 min we did not see the cheque and as i told you it is such a small place with another table occupied no idea why would they waste our time??
And best is after my friend personally went and followed up the bill as we were almost exceeding the complimentary valet parking time limit (55 dhs for 2 hrs after complimentary 2 or 3 hours) then we get the cheque with no discount or no modification what so ever! So wasted around 40 min of our lives to talk about the bill and later to wait for the bill.

Food is for sure part of a restaurant experience but not all of it. Ambience, service, music etc etc so many other elements add to the whole story. And my verdict is Andes failed to impress me from the moment i entered and left a bad after taste in my mouth as i was leaving.

Andes is nestled in the trade center area, amidst the trees and beautiful modern architecture. The space is cozy in size but with high ceilings and impressive decor inspired by what I can only assume is a citizen of the world. I enjoyed the Superfood Salad as a starter, the Hamour for my main course, and the specialty Andes Mountain dessert which comes in a cone with smoke released to reveal the tender chocolate cake with ice cream. The service is impeccable, the taste is unique and memorable, and the prices are reasonable! What more can one ask for? Recommended!

Few days ago I visited a new restaurant called @andesdubai and on the very first glimpse, I fell in love with it, because it was so mesmerizing. Its located at Dubai World Trade Centre. It offers complementary valet parking. The restaurant looked amazing, the décor and overall feel is very lavish and modern. The design is unique and elegant. The concept of having indoor trees looked creative. The hanging lights & candles enhanced the beauty of the restaurant

The food was quickly prepared and was served on table in no time. Andes was established last year and since then has earned a name for itself and quickly gained popularity

Andes offers South American contemporary dining. The extensive menu covers various dishes with options from seafood, pasta and steaks. There is also a mouth-watering breakfast menu that is served from 7am to 12pm

I was invited by Andes to experience their food and hospitality. I ordered my food on staff recommendations. My meal began with 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀 which were absolutely delicious. Shrimps were well cooked and tasted amazing

For the main course, I opted for 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮. My choice was fantastic because that pasta was oh-so-amazing. The white sauce was thick and creamy, exactly as I prefer. It had a great flavor mainly due to the excellent sauce

I also tried their 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁. I must complement its presentation. The fish looked like a piece of art on a plate. It was served with tapenade, fresh salad & pickles. It was delicious, I enjoyed it a lot

Honestly, the best part for me was their beverages. Ahh, I will definitely go back to try their 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 + 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹 drink. The drink was carefully made because the blend of sweet and flavor was perfect. I also had their 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 + 𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀 it was really refreshing. Both drinks were tasty, I can’t decide which one I loved more

Overall I had an amazing experience. Would love to try their breakfast. ---------------------------------------------------------

If you're ever around Trade Center or just around Dubai in general, do use that as an excuse to drop by because this restaurant is amazing!!

Venue Vibes: Their layout is brilliant and their interior decor is elegant but in a modernized and delightful way. They've got a good amount of seating arrangements, indoor and outdoor which is absolutely convenient.

Service: Assisting! Chef Diego is a brilliant man and is excellent in what he does. The pastry Chef is just as brilliant as their marble chocolates are unique and so flavorsome and they definitely impressed us with that one too.

Highlights:
Complimentary sourdough goodies
Starters - Pulled chicken pasta, Grilled Calamari.
Mains - Fillet of Fish(Salmon), Ribeye Steak.
Desserts - Berry cheesecake, Molten Lava Cake.
Beverages were spot on as well!

Personal favorite: The pasta, the calamari and the salmon fillet.

Great place. Discovered it after a workout and was happy with the breakfast options (so many to choose from, deserves many more visits). The food was prepared quickly. The waitress didn’t seem familiar with the menu, which stopped me from ordering other items, however I was happy with the meal I chose. Very nice interior, too.
Nidhi Kumari
Food was amazing.

However the staff of one central hotel was very very rude. From the vallet guy to Mr. Milad (the floor manager) was super rude. We didnt know that Andes is not a part of one central as it doesn’t say that anywhere clearly. We got it stamped and one Central Vallet still asked for aed50 even though the vallet driver dint mention it to us.

Thanks anyways.
If you fancy a cute lunch or dinner with great ambience and food, this is an amazing place to be, the food it freshly made in the live kitchen and served very well! Their deserts are to die for, so unique and delicious! Specially the molten lava cake with sorbet ice cream 🤤 and oh, their shrimps with the Mexican dip made out of over 30 ingredients 💯

Such a gem next to WTC. I wish I visited earlier.
I went there for breakfast & they do have a fantastic breakfast menu.
I tried some classics like Avo toast with salmon & poached eggs. I like mine runny. This was delicious. Presentation was gorgeous too. I paired with a latte and I was good. We also got the buttermilk pancakes to cure my sweet cravings. So fluffy and delicious.
The service is good and interiors are beautiful.
Id come back to try the lunch menu.
Was invited to review this place for dinner. Their mushroom pasta is to die for served on cheese palette but my favorite part of the meal was their desserts section. Their chocolate fondant is one of the finest ones I’ve had in Dubai: perfectly cooked with oozing chocolate pouring out. Their coffees are a bit of disappointment because I have had better ones but apart from that a great place to munch on. Id love to try their breakfast options soon.
Hamad
Visited Andes for breakfast on a Saturday, paid basement parking available. Very nice location and welcoming staff. The place was quite busy.

I decided to have the brisket omelette, it was big and fluffy filled with soft brisket, the portion was big enough. We also had a plain omelette which was also big and fluffy and came with a side of hash browns.

The selection of juices and coffee were good.

They are on entertainer.

I wanted to come here for a while and I am surprised! Nice staff and amazing food! 100% Recommended! I will be back very soon. Fresh fish and Jamila was very friendly.

Indulged in some South American fare a couple days ago Andes - everything was packed with so much flavor! Serving up some contemporary Latin cuisine, this restaurant is a winner. Beautifully prepared dishes served up in a wonderfully done up space. Plus everything is so reasonably priced! Add it to the list guys.

On a fine Friday afternoon we decided to have an early dinner at Andes in One Central. A good lookin’ restaurant with a perfect ambience and vibe.

The staff were all proper lookin’ dapper and polite.

Since we told them that it’s our first time to dine at their place, they guided as very well with the menu. Their staff were all well trained and amazing. The service is over the top. So if you are lookin’ for a place to dine where you want to be treated very well, this is the place.

Chef Diego and the pastry chef went to our table to explain what we are about to eat, or what we ordered. How cool is that. Plus, they will ask you of what taste you’re looking for. They are very flexible when it comes to taste. We have a lot of nationalities in DUBAI and not everyone wants spicy , tangy or sweet taste on their food. Good news you can tell their chef what your taste buds desires and they will gladly do it for you.

Here’s what we ordered and their rating:

Starter:

Smoked Octopus: 5 ⭐️ perfectly prepared. Other’s might think twice because of piscine taste or smell, this doesn’t have it much. And it’s yum

Arabian Yellow Fin Tuna Ceviche: 5⭐️ Tuna was fresh!

Mains:

Ribeye steak: 5 ⭐️ we highly recommend this. On our plate with this ribeye was mashed potatoes and special sauces, it is over the top!

Andes Burger: 5⭐️ beef patty was so juicy and soft! Perfectly cooked patty was their secret I guess.

Dessert:

Rice Milk Ice cream: 5⭐️ add this on your list! You don’t want to miss this.

Andes Mountains: 5 ⭐️ the brownies on our plate with this dessert took our breath away.

Congratulations Andes Dubai for having the best team and the best food! You guys deserve an award for serving people award winning dishes!

Until our next visit,
G & M eat ❤️
This place took me by surprise. Tucked away in Trade Centre, it is a great gem if you want high quality food at reasonable price. We tried several dishes:

15hr Short rib (MUST GET)
Pasta with mushroom sauce (skip)
Pesto hummus(MUST GET)
Sea Bass (Great)
Salad
Lemon cucumber sorbet (Great)
Fruit trifle (skip)

Everything was great but the short rib wins them all.

One of my favorite restaurants from Zomato app. Beautiful interior and juicy steaks for lunch! Asif (the waiter) is always super helpful and fast with taking orders. Can’t wait to visit it again

Breakfast don’t work with Zomato Gold. We wasted our time coming here. No qualifying and no polite manager. The location and interior is excellent.

IG: @eatgosee

The global trend of Latin American food is, literally, palpable. There is an excitement about Latin American food beyond the customary big red wines and large steaks, which became ubiquitous and predictable. There is a nuance, deeper dive into specific ingredients, cooking methods and story telling from a continent that has not even fully realized it's own culinary journey. The rest of the world is at the foothills; which nicely brings us to Andes, eponymously named after the staggering mountain range stretching like a spine down South America. Andes describes itself on its website as a 'contemporary dining culture' 'all driven by a young team of mates toying with a cuisine inspired by the Andes and modern gastronomy'.

DECOR: Modern and spacious with bench and table seating. This makes it flexible enough for large and smaller groups. The open kitchen makes for light entertainment watching the quite chefs plate up and serve dishes on the pass. The indoor plants add a homely feel perhaps in an effort to bring the 'jungle' indoors. I came at night which is romantic enough for special dinners but also flexible enough to not 'be awkward' for business dinners (a consideration I will return to further down). During the day, this would be a fabulous open air restaurant complete with al fresco dining for those more forgiving Dubai winter months.

FOOD: There are glimmers of utilizing local ingredients such as Tonka beans and methods like trendy ceviche all adapted to popular dishes today. Here is a run down of what was eaten:

HIGHLIGHTS:

- 18 HOUR WOOD SMOKED BRISKET (with beetroot crisps, sweet corn & sweet potato puree): this dish was a joy for your inner carnivore. A generous portion of silky soft brisket in thick slabs glazed in beef juice and topped with a bright streak of sunny sweet potato puree whose sweetness lifts this chunky, deep, rich dish. The sweet corn brings a little more texture and compliments the puree's fruitiness so the dish achieves balance while remaining a decidedly savoury main course. This spanks any BBQ brisket I have had including some fine Houston hole-in-the-walls. It is unbelievably good value at 72AED. One point: the beetroot crisp add nothing but colour to the plate; in fact, they were soggy by the time they arrived. I recommend to ditch them or thicken the slices a little to allow more rigidity through the frying or dehydration. 4/5

- ANDES MOUNTAINS (Organic Peruvian Dark Chocolate 'brownie', hazelnut and tonka bean): at first a modest looking portion which is assuaged as the deep fudgy thick shards of brownie are cut into. Dark chocolate indeed! The tonka ice cream relieves this richness with a milky, subtle fragrant tonka flavour that is difficult to describe: between a very subtle sweet vanilla and a light herbaceous flavour (maybe lavender?). The hazelnut gives recognizable warm to the overall dish. This is really delicious being both bold and delicate in flavour. 5/5

PRICE: 3 courses, sparkling water, mocktail (see below), macchiato and tip: 220 dhs. This is almost scandalously cheap for this quality of cooking, decor, service and location. Moreover, there are Zomato Gold deals available making it all the more accessible for people to enjoy. The WTC workers should take note of the attractive breakfast and business lunch prices which are remarkably competitive especially for this kind of cooking.

DIVIDED:

- OCTOPUS CEVICHE. The presentation is a beautiful opener to the menu with an asymmetrical generous portion of octopus pieces and pickled lying beneath parsley leaves and dusted with a dark black speckles (unidentified, on this, see below). The issue with this dish is that it is juxtaposed to the widely understood preconception of ceviche: there is no citrus acid, it is not fresh flavour profile. The overwhelming flavour of chili and cumin masks any discernible sweet octopus or seafood flavour. The pickles do not successfully break through this spice wall. The dish is more accurately described as a spiced octopus salad with pickles. On cooking technique, the octopus is surprisingly tough suggesting it is overcooked - unexpected for a ceviche. The main issue here is the dish just seems poorly described coupled with some tough meat.

- SERVICE. There are a lot of reviews here highlighting service. I honestly had objectively good service for the meal. Polite, quick, friendly - good! My surprise however is the service seems unfamiliar with elements of each dish. When I asked about specific ingredients, cooking techniques etc, they were unaware (save for one of the chefs who came out to explain the intriguing amuse bouche of potato skin with mushrooms 3 ways). This seemed odd for a fine dining restaurant; I recommend the staff are briefed on each dish each night and perhaps tastings for the team to take them through each dish so they can talk about them confidently with foodie customers who love to know this stuff.

- UNLICENSED. And in here lies the surprise: no booze available. This is not unusual in Dubai for newly opened restaurants waiting for their liquor license but I hope that application is in process because wine and cocktails are a significant part of the self-described 'contemporary dining culture' which this 'young team of mates' seek to curate. This means there are no smooth pisco sours, no bold argentine malbecs, no firey capirinhas - nada. This could be a major fault resulting in lost customers among other things. However it might explain the very low prices...

Would I come back? Absolutely. The brisket alone is one of the best brisket dishes I've had anywhere. There is technique, restraint and balance in the kitchen that is not always achieved in Dubai. Some attention to detail needed on the ceviche, some coaching for the staff and a strategic decision about the license.

IG: @guccionion

The Food deserves a 4 or 4.5 rating but because of their SERVICE we gave a 2. We like to try new places using our Zomato Gold because it allows us to play it safe - if the food is good, we’ll go back whether they remove the gold in the future or not but if it’s bad well we got a great deal so no harm done. However when we tried to avail our Gold discount at Andes, not only was I suddenly met with a cold disgusted attitude but it also took them more than 10 minutes to input the discount for our bill. Our server even threw down (read: CHUCKED) a pad of paper in front of me for me to write down our personal details for using the Gold. I was so shocked!!! I never felt so upset using my Gold discount until dining at Andes - don’t partner your restaurant with this deal if you are not going to be happy when your diners use it! What a shame.

Nasser Bahlooq

Nice ambiance, outdoors seating, not busy at all on a weekend, decent food offering.
Reasons for the low rating: nobody answered the phone when I called to confirm their location. Only 3 customers in the restaurant but still took them a while to get around to me. Was given a paper menu and then an iPad menu, but the paper version had things that weren't on the iPad so it was incomplete. That I find difficult to forgive and inexcusable, if the iPad version is incomplete don't use it until it is ready. The final straw, the cappuccino was cold.

Love love their ambience. The outsidr seating is so perfect for a leisurely weekend breakfast.
The service is good and quick. Tried the entire range of brrakfast menu. My favourites here were the avacado toast, granola and berrries compot and their classic crossiants. Please note the breads are all sour doug which means they are bit hard compared to the normal breads but they taste heavenly. The avacado toast was super loaded with fresh avacado and pesto. Its was delicious in every bite. The granola pot was also cute, healthy and filling. The strawberry toppings were perfect. Crodsiants werr freshly baked and smelled and tasted heavenly.
Prices are average, quantities are good.
A great place for breakfast!!

+++++++What We Ordered+++++++
1. Grilled Calamari
2. Smoked Brisket
3. Wagyu Steak
4. Chocolate Tart

Beverages : 1. Lemon- Pomengranate 2. Mango Basil 3. Gold Assam Tea
------------------------------------------
.
.
🎉☺️😁A fresh breath of South American dishes awaits you at Andes Dubai Restaurant. This is definitely a spot for you to try some new and exciting south American recipes that are prepared with such finesse and technique.👌🙏
.
By the looks of the restaurant, it has a very chic, modern, and classy vibe to it.❤️😍 The interior design is amazing. The lighting and the furnitures were on point. Their staff were dashing and very helpful to our requests.👍😘
.
I must say the food, being the highligt of this review, were also top-notch. I loved their Smoked Brisket and their Chocolate Tart.💕💋 The smoked brisket is packed with mesmerizing flavors. It was tender and very aromatic. The chocolate tart was jaw dropping. Creamy and sweetness perfectly balanced.👌😋 True to its taste and authentic.

The smoked Calamari and the Wagyu Steak were also special. Perfectly plated.☺️☺️☺️ Yet, in my opinion, I believe their servings were kinda petite and small for my appetite. The Grilled Calamari has some bitter grill notes to it. I just hope they serve some perfect sauce to go with it.😉 Nevertheless these south American dishes were excellent and above average. 👍🏅

How long had I been waiting to try this restaurant? Andes is one of the latest South American-inspired restaurants to pop up in Dubai. I’d heard about it from friends working in the building and had seen their eye-catching dishes on Instagram. Bar a few lapses in the service, what you get is fine-dining-style food in a laid-back atmosphere at fairly reasonable prices. (Starters at AED 50-60, mains around AED 60-70.)

Are you one of those foodies who can't decide between a belly-busting breakfast or a low-calorie healthy breakfast, then this is the place for you as it offers the best of both worlds. But trust me, there is no better way to kickstart your day than having these eggilicious dishes which are quite high on protein. After all, you can't really say “no” to the fluffy sphere of eggy goodness, topped with greens and avocado served with grilled sourdough buttered toast. Yes, that’s how I spent my weekend morning trying their beautiful breakfast menu at Andes. Oh, can't really miss out on their interior and spectacular outdoor seating arrangement which was again a bonus.

We kickstarted our meal with Sourdough Bread which was presented beautifully with their homemade butter. If you are here for breakfast, you can't miss out on their Avocado on toast where the smashed avocado with some really delicious seasoning was served with pesto and coriander. Avocado has always been my favorite but these guys ace at making these simple breakfast dishes so scrumptious.

Healthy Granola with Berry Compote – I understand if you have a sweet tooth but you cant indulge yourself into some cheesecakes cause “carbs”!!! Then you need not worry at all, these healthy granola bowls with sweet and tangy berries will make you feel as if you are having desserts. They are delicious and most importantly quite good for your health.

Then I went on to try the Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Avocado Coriander, Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon and Egg white Omelet. The eggs were really fluffy and perfectly seasoned and I love the way each dish was served with salads like chives, basil, radish etc. Not to forget their egg benedict which was medium cooked poached eggs with the yolk running on top. The egg benedict perfectly complimented the salmon and is something I would love to have as my regular breakfast!

Also if you are an egg lover, do try their brisket omelet which is packed with eggs, mushrooms and my all time favorite caramelized onion and cheddar.

Now coming to their Signature French Toast which literally melts in your mouth as it was served with cream, white chocolate, and grilled fruits. Overall, my experience was pretty good, it was a weekend morning breakfast done right!

Located on the ground floor of The Offices 3, One Central by Dubai World Trade Centre, Andes focuses on serving the business community and beyond by offering elegant breakfasts, specialty coffee, business lunches, fine dining dinner tasting menus & chef’s table experiences. The restaurant is designed beautifully with tables facing the open kitchen so guests get to visually enjoy their culinary theatrics in the making. They also have a long espresso bar which serves single origin and house blends of speciality direct trade coffee, along with fresh artisan bakery and pastries.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and boy does @andesdubai take that seriously! 😍

Headed here last weekend and loved the scrumptious breakfast spread. 🍳

We opted to dig into a Brisket Omlette, a White Omlette and a French toast too.

They also serve a creamy Organic Hot Chocolate, that was just the right mix of that heavenly chocolate flavor. 🍫

The Vietnamese Iced Latte was a refreshingly different spin on the traditional iced latte. It's what you should order if you like your iced coffee strong and sweet! 😁

Check them out during the winters, since the weather is soo good. They are located in DIFC.

One of the best overall experiences in town. No corners cut; Proper chefs, meticulous and flawless service (the way it should be); Perfect ambience; and last but not least, the absolute perfectionist execution of the food by the chefs.

Went for the 9-course A-List tasting menu. Given the high standard of the a-lacarte menu items and their similar level of execution, I’d just stick with it for next time.

I didn’t like the fermented tea. 2 of the 9 courses were just ok. The rest was all great, introduced unique flavors and tantalized the taste buds. The mocktail was refreshing and one of the best I’ve had. The desserts and main courses were the highlight. The tartare and pickled strawberry appetizers were very great.

The dishes are very flavorful, original, nutritious and fulfilling; despite their small quantities. Ingredients are fresh and top quality. The value is very good for money.

I would come again many times and recommend many friends. It’s nice if u have guests, special occasions, or simply want a serene no-fuss dining experience.

Thanks to Jeraina who provided exceptional service that is to the highest standard, and to the energetic Egyptian host who needs to be slightly calmer and more subtle.

follow me on insta @surenrajamohan

This is truly a special place and trust me when I say this. They bring out the best Latin american cuisine and you dont need to go far looking for one. Located ideally in the new Central One office building. The Restaurant is a perfect mix of rustic and contemporary, they have indoor seating as well as alfresco. A divide of spaced with trees in the middle of the restaurant is a wise move, that break gives some finesse to the place. You will surely fall in love with this place, simple and elegant.

Top quality food, awesome presentation and service.

An amazing place with beautiful interior and nice staff. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast, service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend this place specially with their outdoor seating you will enjoy the beautiful weather these days in Dubai.

I have mixed feelings about Andes. There are things I absolutely loved about Andes, and others that simply fell short.

The interiors, on one hand, are beautiful! The lighting, furniture, flooring, ceiling, and walls are all beautifully designed together which created a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. The interiors give an 'oh wow' reaction which I personally really appreciated. They clearly invested a lot in the construction of this restaurant and I don't know about you, but I think it's worth it.

The menu, however, is very limited. With only a couple of appetizers, main courses and desserts to choose from; I was left disappointed when flipping the last page. I suppose I got used to the large and endless menu items most of Dubai restaurants had to offer, so I told myself just to choose what stood out to me the most and think 'quality over quantity'. Unfortunately, however, the 2/3 dishes which I chose were not available. I was really excited to try the octopus which was not available, and I was very keen on trying the steak which was also unavailable. For such a small menu, having anything unavailable is a big no no..

Nevertheless, the waiter (who is a gem!) recommended some other dishes and I was overall pleased. I tried the Ceviche and Calamari for my apps and both very delicious and highly recommended. However, for my main course, I was again left with the short end of the stick. Both my fish of the day and my husbands beef brisket was dry and chewy. The flavors were great, but the quality of the meat/fish was simply not good.

As briefly mentioned above, our waiter was a gem. He was kind, welcoming and the service was super fast too. We were the only table there, but still, at least they managed us excellently.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Andes. I don't hate it but I don't think I would personally recommend it to anyone. It simply is OK.
Abs&Babs
Fine dining at its best. Both the indoor and outdoor seating is splendid. We definitely loved the wind so sat outside.. They have a very well set menu where each can order a drink, starter, main and dessert. For drinks we had the botanical mixology and tea. The pomegranate lime and vanilla pru eh! Both were fantastic. For starters we had, shrimp ravioli which was great especially the ravioli stuffed with shrimp.. We also had the mushroom and chicken pasta, small in quantity but very Filling. For mains we had the beef brisket which was amazing. The mushrooms gave it a very good taste and so did the sauce. The beef steak was made to perfection. The mashed potato was very complimenting. For desserts we had the Andes mountain and trilogy. The ice cream sorbet with the walnut biscuit was just heaven and the Brownie with the vanilla ice cream was literally the cherry on top!

I take my breakfast very seriously and Andes didn't disappoint me! We ordered a French toast, brisket omelette, an Americano and a yellow cold press. Everything was excellent. The place has been done up so well, they have valet parking and the servers are super attentive. I am going again and so should you!

Great ambience and good food! Very convenient prices for quality food. Whenever you visit Andes, make sure to try the Wagyu Brisket and homemade cheesecake - DELICIOUS. I will be back soon to try their breakfast, as recommended!

My mother and I went to Andes on a Friday night for dinner and we both loved the atmosphere and decoration, the bar is really nice too! I loved the fact that there are not too many tables and that the kitchen is open so you can see how everything is made :-)
We had starters, mains and desserts and they were all really good and tasty with original, unexpected flavours (try the smoked butter and ice cream!). The portions were just perfect and they do have vegan options so everyone can find something that suits their diet :-)
We tried 2 mocktails and they were equally tasty, loved that they use glass straws and not plastic ones!
Enjoyed my breakfast 🍳🥓after soo long at Andes. The place is beautifully decorated. They have soo much variety for breakfast. #frenchtoast, #eggsbenedict , #scrambledeggs, #eggwhiteomlette , #breakfastbowl , #croissant . Their presentation is outstanding.
🥚

Granola and berry compote; my top favourite choice in breakfast. I loved the taste, presentation and colours in it. Perfect combination of yogurt, berries and granola.
.
Poached eggs with hollaindaise sauce; well presented. Comes with choiceof of what style in poached you prefer. I like the egg medium done
.
French Toast; love how they used cinnamon sauce to give it an amazing flavour. Served with berries what can you ask more. It was perfect.
.
Bread topped with parmesan:
This had a unique taste. Ive never had something like that for breakfast. It tasted good. More of a starter for and breakfast.
.
Croissant and Sour dough bread: it was good but i would suggest them to keep the bread more soft.
.
For all the lactose intolerant or vegan people they have alternative milk as well. I had their cuppicino with soy milk. It was just right for me.

Andes Dubai: Breakfast with a side of class 🔥

Andes is a South American influence dining experience located in One Central and is within close walking distance from the World Trade Centre Metro Station.
As soon as you arrive, you immediately notice the contemporary decor. Warm woody mixed with brassy tones indoors, and marble-rich tones with an impressive plant feature right in the centre of the restaurant all coming together to be quite a cosy experience.
We visited for breakfast and was blown away by the whole experience. The detailing behind menu you can tell that thought and precision was put behind it. For instance, their Signature French Toast (45AED) is served with grilled strawberries, apples, pomegranates as well as toasted walnuts and white chocolate! Doesn’t that sound delicious? The texture was so soft and fluffy to the taste and sweet, it’s no surprise that it is their signature dish. They also offer you a means to create a breakfast dish to your liking choosing eggs and whatever you want it with whether it be avocado and coriander pesto or smoked salmon or perhaps just a croissant. The choice is up to you. Now the Brisket Omelette (58AED) was simply served with cheddar, caramelised onions and mushrooms. The taste of all of this combined taste was delicious! The brisket melted in my mouth and was so flavourful it was quite frankly my favourite meal. Breakfast is served from 7am to 12pm on weekdays and 7am to 4pm on weekends and public holidays. The restaurant also provides free valet service.

We were delighted by the selection of drinks that Andes has to offer also. Self proclaimed coffee experts their teas and juices are something to also speak highly of. Their juice presses are a must try and also surprised to see fermented Kombucha, we had to try it! We suggest you do to.

We stayed for a long while the ambience is so inviting and it was so interesting seeing come and go enjoying their meals.

Andes prides itself on offering “Elegant breakfasts, business lunches and dinner tasting menus” and we are proud to fully back that statement. This is a place that we can safely say we will go back again and again. Perhaps next time for their 8-course tasting menu perhaps? 😊

Great interiors, outdoor seating as a bonus in this weather and a great lineup of dishes, what's not to love?

The interiors are very modern and chic, every nook being very photographic as well! Loved the extensive use of marble, as it adds a touch of beauty to the interiors.
Very spacious and airy, they've got a semi open kitchen as well, where you can watch the chefs in action.

We were served a variety of breakfast items.

Sourdough bread with butter - Absolutely loved the presentation of this! Though the bread was a tad bit tough to dig into.

Croissant - Delicious, crispy and buttery croissants served fresh on our table. I'd probably go just for these. Finding a a spot with fresh croissants is very rare here.

Bread topped with parmesan - Oh my! These were so so good! 🤩 the bread and cheese would just melt in my mouth.

Granola + Berry compote - A layer of Greek yogurt, granola and oats and topped with Berry compote. It's a perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

Scrambled eggs and avocado toast - The eggs were cooked just how I like it. The avocado were alright. I'm not a big fan of it.

Poached eggs with hollandaise sauce - I may have not tried it at a lotta places, but I loved the egg yolk wasn't too runny. It had the right consistency and went well with my bread.

French Toast - Crispy toast served with a cinnamon flavored cream. I wish I could have had it all to myself. It's perfect for those who love anything cinnamon.

I also had their mango Basil drink. Wasn't worth the wait though. As refreshing as it was, I wasn't too impressed. The basil was too overpowering. I was honestly expecting basil seeds and not the use of leaves.

It's a great place to go to with friends/family/date morning. I recommend it to anyone willing to make the drive or are a breakfast person like me!

This is by far the best breakfast restaurant I have been to in Dubai in last 10 years. Andes is a contemporary dining restaurant, serving South American flarers. I was so impressed with the ambience, friendly staff and the FOOD! We had poached eggs with avacado, eggs with Salmon, french toast, cheese omlette. All the dishes were so artistically decorated and presented. The taste was super scrumptious. Their specialty coffee is something to die for. I am a coffee lover so I need my coffee just right. Honestly they lived up beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who appreciates food and ambience.

Lovely ambience, tasteful interiors, delicious food and good service is how I would summarize this place.
Favorite Savory dishes: Raclette Croquette with baby potatoes, Shrimp Ravioli, Steak, Chicken Pasta are dishes I am definitely going back for!
Favorite Desserts: Chocolate Tart which was more like a chocolate mousse made with rich South American chocolate. Enjoyed the coffees too!
Between Good & Average: Wild Mushrooms (5 different wild mushrooms with a sauce that had a hint of truffle oil). I wish that the Organic Dark Hot Chocolate and the Andes Mountains had a bit more oomph!
Instaworthy dishes: Smoked Octopus
Being Foodie
If you have lived in Dubai , you would know there is no dearth of Breakfast places here. I visited the newest place yesterday called Andes which serves all day breakfast. As i was a part of a group, we got served their entire breakfast menu.

1. Sourdough Bread - They started serving their Sourdough Bread with their Special homemade butter and Preserve. I absolutely loved their presentation of the bread and more so of the butter.

2. Homemade Croissants - After that they served their homemade fresh Croissants in a pretty tray.

3. Avocado on Toast - Next up was the Avocado on Toast. Smashed Avocados seasoned with fresh pesto and coriander was served on their homemade sourdough bread. I really liked the flavor of the pesto in the avocados.

4. Next they served their Healthy Granola with Berry Compote. The beautiful looking bowl was both Healthy & Delicious. The layers of various fresh ingredients consisted of Greek Yoghurt, Oats, Fresh Berries and Mixed Berries Compote.

5. Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Avocado Coriander Pesto - This was my favorite egg dish. The scrambled eggs were so fluffy and perfectly seasoned. And the avocados paired well with the eggs.

6. Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon - I always like to eat a perfectly poached egg with runny yolk on toast and smoked salmon and this one was made very well too.

7. Omelette with Crispy Bacon - Trust ke when I say that this was one of the fluffiest omelettes i have had in Dubai and would recommend this dish to all the omelette lovers.

8. Brisket Omelette - This was a plate full of all my fee favorite ingredients like eggs, mushrooms, caramelized onions and cheddar.

9. Egg White Omelette - This again was a plate with a very fluffy omelette made with egg whites served with Tarragon, Chives, Basil & Radish.

10. Signature French Toast - Any breakfast is incomplete without French Toast and so was ours till we were served their version of the dish. The toast was served with Grilled Fruits, Nuts, Cream and White Chocolate.

I ordered a Cafe Latte with Soy Milk and it was not as good as I have had at other places but otherwise I had a wonderful Morning at Andes.

The service was good too.

OFFERS -
* 1 + 1 on Food on Zomato Gold
* 1 + 1 on Breakfast Item on Entertainer
* 1 + 1 on Main Menu Item on Entertainer
* 1 + 1 on A-Listers Tasting Menu on Entertainer

Taste : 4/5

Ambience/ Decor : 5/5

Service : 3.5/5

Value for Money : 3.5/5

Located at the Trade Centre Area and walking distance from the metro station, it is conveniently accessible with great food and ambience. The interiors totally caught my eye hence why I decided to sit indoors.

With dark coloured interiors, it makes a pretty fine dining date time.

We started off with Botanical Drinks - Lemon&Pomegranate and Orange&Stone Fruit. I loved the Orange+Stone fruit one better for its slight sweetness and refreshing flavour.

For our first course, we had the first dish - Ceviche. Loved the texture of the Tuna. Slight flavour but delicious. We also had Shrimp Ravioli which was not as I expected. The shrimp taste was very less but overall, it was a good one.

Second course was just Smoked Brisket. Cooked for 15 hours, it was clearly noticeable in the taste and texture. Truly loved this one.

Our final course were of two parts. We started off with The Andes Mountain. Great dish, a bit different from the usual so it's surely a must try. As the portion was small, we went on to have one of their displayed pastries. Chocolate Cake was delicious with a bit of coconut and nuts.

Great service by the staff and the timing of service was perfect.

Beautiful, cosy and spacious restaurant, Andes Dubai, offers some amazing varieties of breakfast. The moment we entered this place, I loved their interiors, their hanging lights and the great ambience they have. Their staff service is good and what they have to offer is something worth the drive, as we stay in Sharjah. We ordered the following from Andes from their breakfast menu :

1. Vietnamese Iced Latte : Served with a glass straw, this tasted refreshing and perfectly flavored.
2. Flat white : It was presented in a black cup and saucer, which gave it that classy look and the taste was good.
3. Signature French Toast : This cinnamon flavored french toast, should not be missed! Its so good and its served with berries. If you are someone who enjoys something sweet for brekkie, then don’t forget to order this!
4. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon : This is one classic breakfast. Perfect taste and beautifully presented.

To conclude, Andes is a beautiful restaurant, offering both outdoor and indoor dining facilities, for one to indulge in some amazing breakfast! Would visit again to try their dinner and lunch too. Also, thanks to socialism uae, for inviting us to Andes. Totally recommended ✅

There's magic in their sourdough bread. Subtle olivy walnuty hues with a not too dry not too wet texture. Good enough to eat on its own. All thanks to their in house baker who makes them fresh everyday.

The cinnamon rich French toast was evocative of good times. Made to perfection with grilled fruits to give a unique taste.

Also served with their signature sourdough bread, the Andes omelette and poached eggs were generous and luscious.

If you're looking for a carefully crafted nutritious yet flavourful breakfast, Andes is a noteworthy option.

If your looking for a light relaxing al fresco setting, Andes is also a great place to start your morning.

Such a cozy place to have your breakfast during the day. I loved the interiors, the music, the crowd - basically everything in this restaurant. I got fascinated by the chefs counter, its so transparent, youd see how they operate. So hygenic and systematic.

Now for the food:

Smoked Octopus - perfectly cooked and combination was just bursting of flavors in my mouth.

Wagyu Steak - i was expecting more from it. The flavor was perfect as well as the sides that come with it but i dont feel the steak being tender as i was expecting.

Machi Pichu - this was so refreshing, i would love to have it again. First time to try and the best dessert ive had for years. 👌🏻

Service was impecable, overall experience 5*

The service was very good, the waitresses are very friendly and can recommend you some amazing dishes if you don’t know what to order. The prices are very fair, you can view them on Zomato. I had a perfect time and I enjoyed my lunch there starting with the complimentary bread and the special smoked butter and the amuse bouche.

Tried this new restaurant in Trade Centre, the cuisine is South American and they have a good choice of options from the menu. The place is done up well, it looks sophisticated and has a beautiful vibe especially during the day.

We tried their Avocado Toast, French Toast, and Brisket Omelette to start with and later on tried the Tuna Ceviche, Chicken fillet and Fillet of Fish. Most of the dishes were decent when it comes to the flavour but the quantity was tad bit too less but the dishes were still enjoyable.

Since it’s a new restaurant the service was slow and there were big gaps between the first and second course. Hopefully it improves in the coming few days.

Overall, it’s a pleasant place but a bit of rectification is needed when it comes to the service, and quality.

Andes serves up classic south American dishes with a twist. Adored the setting. The menu is small but well curated, and it is clear to see the detailed thought behind every dish. We relished (almost) everything we ordered, especially the chicken pasta which was irresistible. Perhaps only with the ceviche, we would have preferred smaller pieces of fish. The desserts too were beautifully put together. An inventive and thoughtful addition to the local dining scene, highly commended.

Careful Purveyance + artistic making is the sum total of the inventive dining experience at Andes. A contemporary South American restaurant - Andes serves everything from elegant breakfasts, specialty coffee, business lunches, fine dining dinner tasting menus + chef’s table experiences. Andes is a fabulous place to enjoy some inventive international cuisine in a laid back ambiance with ample green foliage, interesting milieu and inspiring service. Overall 5/5 for taste, ambiance, value and service. Definitely a place to check out.

Lovely ambiance, friendly staff and amazing food! We started with the yellowfin tuna ceviche and the shellfish ravioli. Both dishes were delicious and had a lot of flavor. I loved how balanced the ceviche dish was, also one of the best I’ve had here in Dubai! Our mains were great as well. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The lamb was tender and juicy. Our dessert was amazing! I had the Cusco (not pictured) which is a rice and dairy ice cream with lemon curd and white chocolate. I would highly recommend this seasonal dessert! Perfect ending to our meal and probably my favorite dish of the night. The value for money is also very good. We will definitely visit again!

Looked great on the plate but not flavourful to the palate. Presentation was good. Coffee tastes good. More South American options for breakfast would make the place more true to its name.

Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance! Great authentic cuisine with Peruvian twists. Went for dinner on a Friday night and loved every bit of it! Definitely try Andes Mountain dessert!

Here's a place that not only looks pretty and has a good vibe but also serves some creatively crafted dishes. The building has valet parking and if you are lucky, you won't have to wait for your car to brought back. I was here on a Friday afternoon and we had the car parked right in front of the restaurant by the valet.

The restaurant has ample indoor seating and it does have outdoor seating as well. The interiors are very pretty and the beauty of this place leaves you in an awe. The service is good.

Breakfast is served until 2.30 pm and it couldn't have been better for us to try out the same along with the lunch menu.

We called for a Pomegranate Lemonade and a Mango-Basil smoothie to drink. I loved the combinations and the mango-basil was exceptionally good.

From the breakfast menu we tried the Poached Eggs with Salmon. It was served beautifully with eggs on a toast, smoked salmon on the side along with some fresh veggies beautifully cut.

In the starters we tried the Grilled Salad. This again was a piece of art. It has a green sauce - a traditional mexican sauce with some perfectly grilled vegetables and fried kale. This is not only a visual treat but a delight to the taste buds.

In the mains we had the Catch of the Day - a King fish fillet and the Chicken fillet. The fillet of fish was served with coriander and a paste of fresh seasonal herbs while the chicken fillet was organic and served with garlic paste. I'd go back for the chicken any day, after all the chicken needed no effort to gobble down.

For the desserts we tried the Choux which simply melted in my mouth. We also tried the Andes Mountain that has peruvian dark chocolate, hazelnut and Tonic ice cream.

Andes is a breath of fresh air in the South American cuisine scene in Dubai; a fine dining experience with a twist on Mexican and Peruvian specialties.
The place is up and running starting 7:30am offering great coffee (I recommend Burundi) and breakfast (the French toast to die for).
A great business lunch deal is there too if you happen to be there around lunch time.
However, my best time is dinner; it’s when you get to experience the nice decor in the best lighting ambiance with charming candles on the tables (loved it).
I tried a few dishes and one outdid the other; great menu. You could start with the tuna Ceviche: the condiments of this dish will tickle your taste buds namely the beetroot dust! The brisket is a wagyu beef smoked for 15 hours and offered along with shallot confit; unreal. For vegans I recommend the wild mushroom; it comes with almond purée and truffle oil;earthy and delicious. As for dessert, Cusco is a great option with rice/dairy ice cream, lemon curd and white chocolate. The ultimate experience would have to be Andes mountains that comes with organic Peruvian dark chocolate, hazelnut and tonka ice cream.
As far as the star rating is concerned I give this place the 5 stars not only for the ambiance, service and food but also the positive energy complimenting the experience.
P.S: don’t miss out on the smoked butter!

New year, new expectations and for a foodie like me, new restaurants to visit. If you have listed restaurants to visit in 2019 in your dining-wishlist, then you should definitely add Andes to that list. You can thank me later. Andes is a contemporary South American Restaurant that opened few months ago in the Ground Floor of The Offices 3, One Central by Dubai World Trade Centre. Their menu offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

While DIFC naturally steals the culinary limelight in the Trade Centre area, a new stomping ground is emerging close by in the form of One Central. This premium built locale is set to host a range of dining options from high-end cuisine and fine dining to more affordable eateries. There’s also a nicely landscaped terrace section which looks like a perfect place for a a range of bespoke restaurants to set up, while it’s early days - it all looks very promising.

Loved the venue, amazing design, music and food! The tea they serve is one-of-a-kind - never tried anything similar anywhere in town. Easy to find and valet parking was available.

I am a big fan of a cooking show watching cooking show in Netflix with those great chefs in the world and I can't deny that being a chef is a broken dream of mine. I'm always fascinated by cooking and how to present a beautiful dish every time I cook, So I ask my friends where we can dine a restaurant that serves good food that will satisfy my palate and experience in dining a restaurant. We found this Andes restaurant in the World Trade Center that serves a delectable dish and flaunt an art in every plate that the chef serves us. A great fine dining restaurant and friendly staff. I would say that they are truly amazing. I'll definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and colleagues. Try their restaurant too to fully understand what my experience when I dine in the Andes restaurant. 😊

The restaurant is true to its promise of fine dining experience.
It's mainly divided in a 3 course set meal

Appetizer: The fried Calamari has the right crisp and has that flavory taste and great mixed of greens on the sides
I also recommend their inhouse made pasta.

Main Course: Wagyu Steak, is the right amount blend of cooking and a potato on the side is always a good combo. The drinks, complements the taste where it's a combined lemon +pomegranate juice.

Dessert is amazing, i must say you need to try for you to appreciate the differences of each.

Overall experience is remarkable, especially how they prepare the food is quite amazing.

The interiors and the feel of the restaurant is of a luxe experience.
