The staff are friendly and welcoming to our requests of not making the food too spicy. Simple, Quaint place in Barsha heights, valet parking is a bonus. Food was delicious especially the ginger chicken and prawn crackers. Lemon grass ice tea was refreshing.

Went here on a Friday night for dinner. They served us burnt pad thai and on complaining the chef said that it’s the flavor of tamarind but they did replace it eventually.<br/>Also served us horrible fried fish which was chewy like plastic.<br/>Highly disappointed as it has such good ratings.

There are way too many Thai restaurants in Dubai to just be average. This place needs to think about how they can add more authentic flavour to their dishes. Also, I've been to this place twice and both the times its been quite empty. Service was okay. Food was average.

No option of ordering vegetarian Tom yum soup on the app. Hence called the restaurant and asked them to send Veg Tom yum soup. The lady checked the food preference as vegetarian and confirmed that the soup served will be vegetarian. However when the soup arrived it was a chicken Tom yum. Completely waste of time. The side serving of rice with a price adder of nearly AED10, was tasteless too. Only papaya salad was ok.

The Thai is plain okay compared to the Thai that I had before from here. What is certain from this place is that they have great coconut water.

Absolutely delicious. Each and every dish was filled with flavours and we enjoyed it to the last bite. Both the chicken dishes were nice and spicy, catering perfectly to our Indian palate. The banana fritters were to die for and should be tried out by everyone. Will surely be eating more regularly from here.

Got a call back from the restaurant. The manager apologized and offered to replace the dish (this time without a charge). No doubt the food is 5/5 however customer service could have been better from the beginning so as to avoid a bitter customer experience. This time it’s 3/5.

I have Beena fuchsia fan for over a year, but this was the most disappointing delivery I received from the Barsha Heights branch. <br/><br/>Ordered the Tom Yum soup and the chilies were burnt for some reason along with the burnt taste in the soup too. Would have let it pass but paid over 68 for 2 soups which left us disappointed. <br/><br/>I haven’t had this experience with Fuchsia before but unfortunate I guess. At least the lemongrass chicken wings were good!

Food is very good, especially pad thai and katsu curry. Be careful when selecting spice levles, they are not consistent across different menus on different apps.

I order from this place all the time. Amazing food- this complaint is from the customer service side. I had ordered through a delivery app and after checking my order I wanted to change something so I called Fuchsia Urban Thai to do that. The guy who answered was extremely rude saying I had to coordinate with the delivery app itself (literally only wanted to change white rice to purple rice). Obviously, the delivery app said to coordinate with the restaurant and the restaurant refused to change my order after that. Something that should’ve been so easy proved to be so difficult for this restaurant- please do better, this is unacceptable!

This place serves amazing Thai crispy chicken burger , green curry , and hand made rice noodle in peanut sauce . We really loved it . We already visited this place like 4 times . The lady who served us was really good in explaining the menu And help up choose .

The dim sum and cashew nut chicken never seizes to disappoint. Always on point and yum and consistent quality!!! Love coming to the restautant. Staff is great to our kids and very helpful:)

So, at 2:30pm I decided to order in. After agreement with my palate on what to eat, I decided to go with last night’s craving of coconut soup. I called Fuchsia last night and asked if they could do a seafood coconut soup rather than chicken. The guy on the other end of the phone last night said yes, but they would charge me the price of the clear seafood soup in light of fair pricing, on the menu they only have chicken coconut soup and that’s cheaper than seafood. Fair enough and rightly so! This afternoon when I called the person on the other end of the phone tells me that they’re going to charge me AED18 over and above price of the chicken coconut soup. The seafood clear soup is AED 5 extra in comparison to the chicken coconut, confused? So was I, apparently, The veggies in the coconut soup are more than the clear soup, 2 more to be specific. In spite of that, the coconut soup is cheaper than the seafood clear soup. To keep things short I told him to charge me the price of the clear soup (the higher price) and even it out. After about 15 mins of debate on veggies and me refusing to pay the extra 18 AED we decided to go with the clear seafood soup price. Oh, I almost forgot, he tells me that for five years he’s been doing this and I don’t seem to get what he saying.<br/>You guys reading this must feel like this was a SOUP-ER waste of your time, I know, I wasted a SOUPER 20 minutes of my time on that phone call. For the eager ones, the soup felt like it fell from heaven! (A ton of sarcasm there)<br/>Bottom line, never do a customised order from Fuchsia.

Nice food and ambience, unfortunately the ac was not working well and despite of non busy day and with not a lot of customers it was very hot. W able enjoy the food either because of this.<br/><br/>Staff was friendly and polite considering how much hot environment they were working.

This Thai specialty outlet is located on the podium level of Two Towers building in Barsha Heights. It's an easy access entering this area.<br/><br/>The restaurant looks tiny from outside but actually its wide and spacious inside with a cozy decor. We ordered the Thai Chilli Fried Rice with Chicken. It was okay and the chili was a bit hard and dry bothering the taste of the rice. We also ordered the Chicken Satay and I liked this more than the rice. It was very tasty and the peanut sauce flavour was just as I like. The service is very good as well and prompt enough.<br/><br/>I would surely visit once again and next time to try their curries instead. Coming soon again!

We ordered food from this place abd one of the dish was Prawn Cake.<br/>While eating i and my daughter felt weird taste and soon after eating my daughter's eye turned red and itchy abd had sore throat. Even i immexiately had sore and itchy throat. Morever we both felt drowsy.<br/>We are very sure that they were stale prawns. Thd reactiin happened immediately after eating thd prawns Cake.

The place is one of our favorites of all time, food were really great but when we visited today the AC is not working and found out that it's not working for the last 3 weeks :( :( :( in this scorching hot summer in dubai, to dine and eat without AC at 45 degrees outside is a big disappointment, which greatly impact not only the health of the customers but of those workers especially inside the kitchen :(.

The food was really good, the staff was cheerful and overall experience was really nice. The prices are a bit on the higher side but due to zomato gold managed to save money. Only thing for us was the location as it is very far from where we were. Would definitely be visiting again.

We really enjoy the food and always order from the restaurant whenever we want to eat Thai. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I requested no cutleries but when I receive the order it came with cutleries. I'm ordering at home I already have cutleries so the plastic ones are completely unnecessary. Please be respectful when someone is requesting no to receive any cutleries with the order and save the plastic.

Delicious fresh Thai food. They make it spicy so tell them if you want it mild. Good curries, and stir fries. Better as a takeaway as they tend to ignore customers at the restaurant, but worth going to eat in as well.

So we were in a search for good Asian food we came across this wonderful restaurant and trust me I had the best thia food so far with good value money and plus it's also on zomato gold cherry on top. After reading a lot of reviews I went with the garlic beef and my husband tried their red curry 🍛 with complimentary white rice. Will definitely visit soon and try more dishes. Also, Julia was really friendly. I also read some of the reviews that their service is very slow which is completely not true our order was right on time 🙂

Tried so many Thai restaurants in Dubai, by far the yummiest food is right here. It’s quaint, quiet.. service is excellent. The food was fresh and delicious. Rose Lemonade was super refreshing. They do not kid about the spice levels, so be mindful when you order!!!! Loved it!

Have visited the place on multiple occasions. Delicious Thai food with very hospitable staff and a nice ambiance. On one occasion when we didn’t find it as good, the food was immediately replaced. We were served by Julie who was pleasant and courteous. To top it off, the deserts are simply amazing! If you haven’t already been here- it’s a must try!

Our go-to Thai restaurant in Dubai! We recently visited and tried their Ramadan menu which was great value for money - the portions of food were perfect too. My partner and I had one set menu each and shared the mains. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a slightly different iftar experience. Nevertheless, Fuschia will always be our favourite little haunt, tucked away in busy Barsha Heights! Also, the staff is just the nicest - super friendly! Will be back soon :)

Cute place with very soothing ambience and very good food. We ordered Prawns in holy basil and Chicken red Thai curry which were both very good. The food had too many chillies, but well Julie warned us about it so can't blame them. 😀 Would definitely go back!

Pan Asian food, a bit costly but good food full of flavour. This place is my NFL! My boss suggested this place to me and I finally went there.I am generally quite apprehensive to do dine in at Thai places because I am allergic to seafood and I can’t bear the smell too. However, this place is neat, clean and absolutely lovely. It was spicy for me but I enjoyed it way too much.<br/>The only thing that I feel could have been better is the jasmine rice, I mean I have eaten better Jasmine rice, they were sort of dry. Had a pleasant and satisfying lunch at Fuchsia today. For starters ordered prawn tempura, for mains red prawn curry, chicken green curry, pad kee mao, jasmine rice and for drinks fresh orange juice, fresh coconut water(actually fresh not the can one ), passion fruit iced tea. Our surver Ms. Julie was lovely and kind. The hospitality is amazing here.

I absolutely love the place. We had green curry, red curry, pad kee mao, passion fruit juice, coconut water, and prawn tempuras. The green curry and pad kee mao was out of this world. Our server Julie was a great host.

For our first time at this restaurant, we had higher expectations because of the ratings on Zomato, and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed at all. We ordered Prawn Dimsum, Cashew nut Chicken, Garlic Beef and Pad Thai with chicken, everything was perfectly cooked, right amount of hot, medium of course and beef was really tender and juicy. This place deserves all the accolades. Julie was really helpful in making us select the right food.

Ordered Cashew Nut Chicken it came with no sauce what so ever no soy sauce at least and was very very oily and had that burnt oil after taste, lost my appetite didn't even continue eating it.

Fuchsia is one of the hidden gems of Dubai and a lot of people do not know that they provide one of the best and Authentic Thai food. Their food is amazing and every things served in Fuchsia is of the best quality and taste. We were not much of Thai cuisine fans but since we have tried Fuchsia we have become one. We highly recommend those who want to try Thai.

We’ve tried to dine here a few days ago and I must say we’re very satisfied! We loved the calm asian ambience, the grilled sea bass, the thai chili fried rice 🤤 and the very pleasant servers Paulo and Julie! Definitely coming back ❤️

Must say one of the best places for Asian cuisine in town. I live pretty close to this place and it had been there on my list for long until I made it finally one day. The ambience was decent but the food was divine. Loved the fried calamari starters which is served with delicious peanut sauce. In the main course I had the Chicken Thai green curry which was perfectly cooked with the flavors quite fresh and served with a portion of sticky jasmine rice good enough for one person. The prices are a bit high compared to the ambience of the place but definitely a good place to try on. We were served by this lady called Julie who was extremely sweet and patient and served us really well !

Had a great time but the food was quite spicy even though the waitress did warn us that medium spicy would be pretty hot. Will suggest going for mild. <br/>Julie our waitress was very helpful and fun. <br/>Loved the music too and the new french toast dessert was absolutely perfect.

Very good Thai food in Barsha Heights, we ordered dim sum and pad Thai. Julie from the staff was kind and helpful , will be back for sure, recommended!

I had food delivered. Again, I expected because of the 4.1 ratings... Ordered the clear soup with mushroom for my husband and he didn’t like it though he was very hungry and I had the mango sticky rice - the mango is not even the delicious Thai mango - for that, it’s overprice! We love thai food and Fuschsia is not for us!

Tried it first time for delivery but disappointed. Ordered golden fried tofu, morning glory and red veg curry. Golden fried tofu was saugy with bland taste. Morning glory was acceptable. Red veg curry was too spicy and less cooked. It was not proper red Thai curry. Shall not try next time.food was not worth the price.<br/>

We had the mushroom soup (so fresh), chicken pad Thai, and green curry with beef. Julie was a wonderful waitress and the food was amazing! Watch out for the spice cuz it’s the REAL deal.

Good place to try healthy thai food.<br/>We tried corn fitters, thai green curry , pad thai noodles<br/>All dishes were good n served with a dressing of healthy peanuts<br/>They have a fully vegan option as well and they offer 3 level of spiciness, quantity is decent.<br/><br/>Service is quick and ambience is above average<br/>Overall a healthy thai food place.

We came here and upon arrival all staffs are very welcoming. <br/>Their foods are so delicious and after you order they so fast that they immediately served it.<br/>Definitely will come back and eat here and of course will endorse to all my friends.

Came here as it was highly recommend by friends and we now know why. 😋<br/>We ordered chicken satay for starters... Three skewers of tender chicken and flavourful peanut sauce which was polished off the plates immediately and mains arrived quickly.<br/>We tried their speciality Thai burger with sweet potato fries , Kao soi chicken and chicken green curry that was served with steamed jasmine rice.<br/>The food was great and you can customise the spice to your liking.<br/>Surely a place to go back to.<br/>Food 5*<br/>Service 4.5*<br/>Ambience 3* ( outdoor sitting is noisy and indoor us bustling with delivery packing happening right in front of you)<br/>To summarize, I am a foodie and when the food is 5*...I will be back again to try other stuff.<br/>

The food was good and could cater to family’s dietary needs so thumbs up.The philipino staff taking our order was rude, unfriendly and should be given a training on how to deal with customers. I would visit the place again however wont let him attend to us
