We were just there for the day as Privilée guests, a scheme that allows you to use pool, restaurant, spa and gym facilities in several hotels around town. We visited four during our stay in Dubai and I have to say our experience here scored 10/10. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The buffet breakfast was varied and very good, catering for all tastes and needs -as far as I could tell! There are two pools-one for families and one for adults only + a paddling pool for very little ones. I musn’t forget the beach with its myriad styles of loungers and “nest” seating. Lunch was great, served from the pool bar and again a variety of foods, including healthy options and delicious smoothies. A wonderful afternoon, I hope to return.
My family and I have had one of the best staycations thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Nothing has been too much trouble, and attention to detail has been second to none. Would highly recommend, especially if you have children.
This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this :) thank youu :)

Amazing hotel, rooms are lovely and the staff are so nice here very helpful, and was lovely coming back to my room every night with a different display of animals made from towels on my bed , thank you Akash Rishi & Dines for my room so nice , I would recommend this hotel, 👍

Stayed there over the weekend and the place is just beautiful and everyone was accommodating from the moment you step into their property - from the valet people to the reception to the housekeepers. Moreso, we misplaced my daughter's ipad and so we called the reception to report it. In just a few minutes, they handed it back to me. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection. I also loved that they had Coco Kid's Club so kids had a play area when it was too hot outside to play or go to the beach!

Excellent hotel and facilities. Beautiful pool area, both adults only and family area. Staff are all friendly and received excellent service. 5* experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both families and couples traveling.
We have only been here the one night from a three night stay and I can tell you this place is just amazing. Can’t wait to experience the next couple of days. Just wow!!

Went here to try the black truffle menu one evening. They give you a selection of breads to have with fresh olive oil while you wait.
The food was lovely and each dish had very unique flavour combinations that I didn’t even know was possible! Although towards the end of our meal I personally started finding the black truffle taste overwhelming so that’s how I found out I can only have black truffle in small doses. My husband however enjoyed his meal throughly and helped finish my share as well.
The wait staff were very nice and service was good, although we did ask for warm water and it took a while for them to bring it out, they brought out a normal bottle of water instead of a pot of hot water which I think was just a misunderstanding.
