The food was great. Ambiance was excellent but what makes it better or even best at par is the service given by one of the staff there - Raman. He was knowledgeable and is very courteous in approaching customers even though we do not look our best when entering the restaurant. Raman was attentive to our needs as well and made sure we are sitting comfortably. I have dined in sheikh zayed but now i could confidently recommend Nandos Al ghurair. But nevertheless, food was excellent and the place looks terrific.

Nandos has been one of the favourites when it comes to dining out.Today went there as it was my son's birthday.Given the current pandemic situation I was concerned to go to a place with strict hygienic measures in place.I was served by Lina.She was friendly and assured me that all utensils and table was sanitized and cleaned because I was there with 2 kids.
Yummy chicken with a selection of sides cooked to perfection is what is offered by this place.Would definately recommend Lina as a server for her friendly and welcoming nature,good customer service, attentive and quick to take care of customer needs including the children.
