The most amazing and original chocolate I’ve ever tasted! Had to bring some back with me since you can only get it from a single-location store in Dubai where they literally make the chocolate on site and you can watch the process. Imagine spice-infused dark chocolate with rose extract ... and that’s just one of the flavors from a diverse variety. Absolutely delicious! And Violet was very helpful as my taste-testing guide. I hope they end up opening a chain at some point.
Fantastic Set-up and Really Delicious Produce. I didn't get to do the tour this time but I'm definitely going back for it. They even produce for events and occasions with your own personalized wrappers! The Coffee Shop is a little small and the chairs are not very comfortable but all in all it is Amazing! Highly recommend! �
INCREDIBLE. From the quality of cacao, exotic spices, never ending surprise flavor of the week - you make Willy Wonka envious. Every single time I bring a guest to Mirzam, I ask them to close their eyes...exhale... open the entrance door and ask them to inhale. And it is love at first sight, bite and delight. Well done on roasting and producing locally - this is one place I'll religiously come back to. In fact, a small bed next to the chocolate tempering section works well thank you. ;-)
We stumbled across this lovely place after a visit to the cafe a few doors down. Offered a lovely tour of the place with a very informative and kind staff member - tried the chocolate and walked out with 5 blocks! Incredibly tasty. Yes it is more expensive than most chocolate blocks, but it's worth it for the effort and detail that goes into producing it. Unbelievable flavours!

Mirzam chocolate has to be THE exclusive UAE chocolatier that makes a helluva range of chocolates with some of the most unique ingredients and varieties of chocolate!
We were greeted with samples of the cashew and jaggery chocolate ( chewy and amazing, by the way ) and had to wait quite a while to get a seat, since we visited in the middle of Eid day.
I ended up ordering the Madagascan chocolate fondant which came with a scoop of Canvas Gelato’s Madagascar Vanilla gelato and chunks of Mirzam’s honeycomb chocolate that could be sprinkled on top of the ice cream. Loved the combination of the fondant, ice cream and crunchy honeycomb chocolate! The fondant was so rich and perfectly gooey! At AED 45 apiece, it’s definitely one of the best chocolates fondants in the city. I need to visit to try out more on the menu. Really wanted to try the double baked chocolate cake, but that was unfortunately sold out!
An excellent chocolate factory ( literally) in Al Sarkal Avenue.. very authentic place and such unique chocolate tastes that u marvel at the art and imagination of the artist. We had a tour and the place is definitely not big but staff is happy to take you around and give u many chocolates tasters to try.. kids had fun going around and we had a coffee at the end which was truly authentic and tasty.. a heaven for chocolate lovers and they have workshops for kids and adults which u can book and participate

Mirzam is a Chocolate/Dessert Parlor located in Al Serkal Avenue. This place is one of the best place any chocolate lover can go to in UAE, and I was beyond impressed when I came here.
As you enter, you get a very strong smell of chocolate, which was so good and excited me even more to check out what they have. The place has an area where the chocolates are made, and you can see the whole process as well!
What is most unique about this place is the wide variety of chocolates they have, and I've never seen such unique chocolate flavours before. It's really cool that they used local dishes and flavours in their chocolates like Luqaimat and Rigag Chocolate. They also have a lot of gift packages that you can get which have various types of chocolates and dates.

Mirzam Chocolate Makers are the best home grown Emirati chocolate company. I highly recommend everyone going to the factory in Alserkal Avenue. This place is so much more than a chocolate factory. It has a proper café where they serve amazing beverages. One of the best chocolate milkshakes and hot chocolates I’ve had in UAE. They also make some great teas and coffees. While sitting at the café you can also try some of their desserts like a brownie or a cookie or even give a try to a fantastic variation of truffles.
The ambience of the place is amazing, it feels much more than just a factory and it feels much more than just a café. Going there during the day is best cause they have giant windows which provide great natural light.
The service is amazing, whether it is the barista making your hot chocolate or a tour guide giving you a fun and informational tour, everyone there is fully professional and treat the customer with the utmost respect and attention.
The guided tour is a great experience, they explain what Mirzam is and their story of who they are and what sets them apart from other chocolate makers. At the end of the tour you get a proper chocolate tasting which gives you a variety of at least 30 different bars that they make. From dark chocolate (different percentages) to milk chocolate to white chocolate each with different and unique ingredients infused with the bars and some bars just pure chocolate. They even have a 100% dark chocolate which was the first time I’ve had that in my life. You are meant to start with that as a palette cleanser and then move on to other chocolates, that way you get the subtle flavor notes of the other chocolates.
They have different themed collections like Monsoon, Winter in Morocco, Emirati Collection, etc. each collection has a theme with its flavors, ingredients and even artwork on the wrappers.
That is just the chocolate bars, they also have a huge variety of other chocolate infused products.
If you are a fan of chocolate and the chocolate making process, Mirzam is a must for you. It is the only place in all of UAE to provide such a wholesome and wonderful experience. Make sure you go expecting to be spending money because once you taste their products you will not resist to take a few things home.

located in a warehouse with other artisans, this place will make your day. once you open the door, you are immediately taken by the lovely smell of cacao beans imported from all over the world. at your left you can see a huge machine crushing the beans preparing them for the goodness to come.
the surprise doesnt end there. In the second part of store, you have their factory and chefs separated with a wall of glass, working on the beautifully made chocolate inventions.
Here s the exciting part, before reaching the counter, you will see a table with at least 20 different types of chocolates, made from different beans. You get to taste all of them if you want and decide what struck you the most.
The last part of the store, is a cozy place where you can order desserts, chocolate, or coffee and enjoy your snack sotting on comfy sofas.

The Arabic coffee with hot chocolate is new and delicious i like it and i went back after two days to have another one really it is an unique baverage and i hope of they add more food options for breakfast
High quality chocolate factory in the heart of Al Qouz. As soon as you walk in, you’re transported by the fragrant chocolate smell. If we had to pick one dessert on the menu, it would be their Flourless 72% Tanzania chocolate cake. It’s so rich and delivers so many notes of chocolate goodness. The Aseeda chocolate fondant is alright but quite heavy and one-layered. What’s also great about this place is that you can try all their chocolate bars before buying them. At 38-46 AED a pop, you want to be making the right choice. Our favourite chocolate bars are both dark, one with pumpkin seeds & sea salt, the other orange and cinnamon.
Lovely little place in Al Quoz that serves amazing coffee and quick bites. I love their chocolates and the coffee is just amazing!

Looking for good hot chocolate drink? Mirzam is definitely the place to be. You’d find the best options of hot choco drinks and chocolate bars too. I hvnt tried their cakes but the complimentary brownies are so moist and one of the best ive tried too.
Amazing place, producing their own chocolate from the cocoa bean stage. There are lots of different unique varieties and they are all up for sampling. The prices reflect the quality of the chocolates. These chocolates would make wonderful gifts. There is also a café inside serving coffee and hot chocolate using your choice of cocoa bean as well as many tea choices. My favourite is the White Chocolate with infused saffron. (they made me start liking white chocolate)
I love that Dubai has its own gourmet chocolate factory. It gives me a feeling of being in the US as I have visited stores with a similar concept there. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chocolate making class - it’s very organized and well carried out! The best part about Mirzam is the chocolate samplers that is available for everyone to try regardless of whether you attend the class or not.
I strongly recommend the Hot Chocolate here. You can select the origin of the chocolate like Vietnam/Madagascar etc and then decide on the flavor like Sea Salt/Cinnamon/Rose etc. for only AED 26 I tried the Vietnam Hot chocolate with Sea Salt and I devoured it!!
You can’t go wrong with their chocolates. They make for great gifts and souvenirs. You must try their rose spiced hot chocolate... tad pricey but worth every sip.

They offer a great chocolate tasting opportunity and, what I liked a lot, for milk and while chocolate as well (I do not like dark chocolate !).

I am on a quest on finding the best hot chocolate and I've been disappointed at every occasion.
Mirzam is not just a cafe but a factory cum cafe and it has given me an ALMOST perfect one. If you're a dark chocolate lover, you'll love it, because I did.
I tried the Madagascar hot chocolate.
The menu did look expensive but I am guessing the quality is top notch, as i tried only hot chocolate and it was lovely.
Also, the ambience is very soothing.

I love this place. Their latte is the best I ever had, it’s so rich and smooth. And the set of mini brownies are also great and you can get a taste of it all.
This place has one of the best chocolate varieties, not to mention they have really unique options ranging from dark to milk to white chocolate.

Firstly, fresh made chocolate beats everything else. Then having that ingredient for all the desserts... *sigh* ... The smell of chocolate is such an aphrodisiac that all your conversations will be intimate over here.

It's a nice experience to visit the factory of chocolate in Dubai 🇦🇪 They have many single origins of chocolate and also the coffee integrated with the chocolate factory.
If you are feeling down a visit to mirzam will improve your mood no matter what. Recently tried their drinks and was blown away by the rich chocolate flavors. I adore this place and if there was a 6* I would easily give it to them.
I went there on Al Serkal late nights... and i was next door smelling this amaZing chocolate aroma.... then i saw there was a chocolate factory! From the moment you enter you see all machines working and different glass pots with cocoa beans. You keep walking and there is a display table with all this amaZing chocolate bars packed with beautiful designs made my local artists! There is chocolate from many countries and you can taste them. It was very interesting to understand the flavors like the coffee beans! At the end there is a small bar and a display with chocolate bonbons. You can have a hot chocolate and a small sweet bite there. I had the Madagascar one and i loved it! There was as well a Dow photography exhibition.
A must visit cafe/chocolate factory, you can see the whole chocolate making process through class and try out different authentic chocolates and flavors, if you're not a fan of dark chocolate, try out the saffron/white chocolate bar.
