this place is quiet and nice although small the food is nice the burrata as a started is nice and the linguine ai frutti di mare is delicious you should try it when the weather is nice you will get the chance to listen to a live band
Amazing pizza and the best short rib risotto you can have in Dubai. It was succulent, tasty and worth every penny. Service is abit slow butbthe food is excellent. Highly recommended.
So we had literally the best Ladies Day Out @habtoorgrand Luciano’s Saturday Brunch last week! The service was outstanding, very warm and friendly staff who provided the best service with a smile! The finest Italian food was available buffet-style! Breads, cheeses, delicious fresh salads, live fresh pasta station, beef brisket, made to order pizza, fizz, wine and soooooo much more! We actually all felt like we were on holiday, sitting poolside with wine in hand and a huge buffet to choose from. I was very impressed by the salad options, I chose the Octopus salad, it was so nice! They had fresh Gnocci too and a big selection of hot Italian meals and vegetables. My friends ordered a stone baked fresh pizza, split 1/2 veg and 1/2 margarita! They also had a huge selection of desserts to choose from. thank you to Ayub, John Angelo, Ivan and the team for a super day. #lucianos #habtoorgrand #brunch #dubai #dxb #dubaihotel #luxury #saturdaybrunch #italian #pizza #pasta #poolside #wine #drinks #freeflow #weekend #dubaiweekend #dubailadies #dubaibar #dubaifood #dubairestaurants #dubaiblogger #ukblogger #eat #review #habtoorgrandmoments #exactlylikenothingelse #marriottintl

been there couple of times during winter, very much enjoyed sitting outside... the fact that it's in a resort is peaceful by itself. I very much enjoyed the food as well, a big big fan of Italian, since Italian had a big influence all over the Mediterranean cuisines and the fact that it's also awesome by itself... ordered couple of different pasta dishes and all was fine..
Went many times for dinner with friends, food was always delicious pasta, pizza and starters. A cosy place with a old Italian style for the interior and a nice outdoor. Service could be better for sure.
Nice place to visit after tiring day....homey atmosphere and cosy place. The staff are all friendly and approachable.
Delicious and appetizing foodie.....
Went there for lunch with a couple of friends, ordered mussels, charcuterie, pizza, pan fried calamari, octopus, and slow cooked lamb.
Mussels were really good, the sauce that came with it was everyone's favorite, the calamari were just perfect (texture, taste and light), the lamb and octopus very good and the pizza ok.. the place itself has nothing really special to it and the service is fine.. the prices are average compared to the dubai market and the service decent !
Luciano's a fine dining italian restaurant located at Al Habtoor Hotel in Dubai Marina area close to skydive Dubai site. Being vegetarian me and a friend tried their Margherita pizza and their special veg Ortolana pizza that has been pretty good not just for taste, flavour and freshness but for the crispiness and filling that is done just perfect. The resort side restaurant always a great experience in such pleasant weather of Dubai. Their prices are worth the quality and service being offered and a great place for family and social dining. I can definately recommend this place to try.
Had a brunch there over the weekend!
Everything was great and well presented with good views of the pool and beach.
Nice and clean with great atmosphere.
Good service!
Nice place to relax with good food.
Nice and calm place.. friendly staff... the food was good but the pasta could be better...delicious prawns and the mocktail drinks was refreshing.. I recommend it this for couples ..
Ambience - Very well done restaurant with outdoor seating option.
Service - 5 Star!
Food - Everything you order, I bet you will like it. The menu has a good spread of food and very authentic Italian taste.
Cost - 100 per person
Must visit !

First of all sorry for my late review.
Used to be my favourite restaurant back in 2005-2008. Decided to go there again for Eid Ul Fitr after so many years. Faces changed of course but the food and decor brought me back to those years when I was their regular guest. For our starter we had the Minestrone soup which was amazing. For the main course we had the Tagliatelle with carbonara sauce ( a special request),and Virgin Colada. From the food presentation to the service, from the plate to the stomach, every second of it was awesome. As for the dessert, I enjoyed the Tiramisu so much!!!Thank you for having made our Eid.
Awesome place ...one of the best Italian food I have had in Dubai..awesome veg options also available. The spaghetti arrabiatta , pizza n minestrone soup was just what we wanted for lunch ...it's a must visit place. We were too full to try the Tiramisu..will go back for it definitely soon. Nice outdoor seating and very good service.... Food is ok but not super, music from the Arabic restaurant near by ruined the setting. caprese salad ok, ravioli good and bolonaise pizza is very heavy...
Oh you gotta love this place!
Went here with great expectations and loved it every bit. Place is very cosy, by the pool, decor is very Italian, staff is amazing and warm. They have great list of selection and very accommodating with making new dishes for you on request. We had a ravioli, which was like nothing I have had before, it was filled with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic, dill and parsley, plus pink sauce over it. Pizza was a little boring but it was decent. But desert was brilliant, raspberry macaroons filled with ice cream and waffle cup and raspberry sauce really made for an amazing knock out. Must try.
Ideal for a romantic dinner.
Luciano’s is located across from the pool at Habtoor Grand Beach Resort and Spa. If you pass by it, it seems like its just your average restaurant by the pool, but its so much more! We came here for lunch on the second day of our stay at the hotel. There’s outdoor seating as well as indoor, but we opted for indoor since my 1 year old Khalifa would run to the pool every few minutes if we sat outside!
After being shown to our table, we ordered drinks and were helped in choosing what we wanted to eat. There is a very large selection of wine and alcohol, but we chose to have some mocktails.
With our drinks came a bread basket filled with different kinds of breads and breadsticks, and along with that came three different dips. Khalifa filled up on the breadsticks but my husband and I waited for our starters since everything we ordered seemed so appetizing.
For starters, I ordered Cappesante al Tartufo Nero di Norcia, which is scallops with celery puree and black truffle. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection– slightly opaque and definitely not over done. It was served on top of a celery puree and had bits of truffle a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. The presentation for this dish (as well as every other dish that was served to us that afternoon) was so elegant.
My husband had the Scampi Saltati con Rucola. The prawns were covered in a tomato sauce and placed on a bed of rocket leaves, parsley and garlic. The prawns were very tender and just like the scallops, perfectly cooked.
For mains, my husband was confused between either having a pizza or a seafood dish. The waiter suggested we try a bit of both, so he ordered a Spiedini di Pesce and a small version of the Pizza Diavola.
The seafood dish he ordered was so good! It came with grilled Omani lobster, Hammour fish, calamari, prawns all with a creamy lemon butter sauce, and it had a small cup of steamed rice on the side. The sauce was mouthwatering-ly good, and all of the elements on the dish were cooked just right.
I had a slice of his Pizza Diavola and I was surprised when the waiter told me that it is in fact not made in a wood-fire oven because its tastes and smells as if it came straight out of an old-fashioned pizza oven!
For my mains, I ordered the Risotto alla Aragosta, which is a lobster risotto. I was expected to see a dish mainly of risotto, with bits of lobster and other ingredients, but Luciano’s went way above my expectations. The chef used a whole lobster for the risotto, and even served the dish inside the actual lobster! How creative is that?! The risotto was very creamy. I asked them to omit the use of white wine in the dish, which they happily accommodated, and the risotto still didn’t feel like it was missing anything. This is a very very heavy dish, so I couldn’t finish more than half of it and ended up taking the rest for take away to enjoy later in the hotel room.
After all of that food, we had absolutely no room left for dessert, so we had the rest of our drinks and went out to enjoy the rest of our stay at the hotel. By the look of it, I was expecting Luciano’s to be more of a casual place, but the food that’s served is definitely not casual or average at all. Its real, hearty Italian food and the presentation of each dish was very elegant.

Worth Trying?: This restaurant has really great Italian food and the vibe is very laid back. I was very happy with it, and I love how authentic it is.
Cute Italian restaurant with a lovely setting at the hotels pool. Had lunch here after a day at the pool and was absolutely famished. The carb heavy Italian dishes hit the spot! Waiters were friendly and the food was delicious. I wouldn't however go out of my way to visit this place, it's only good if you're staying at the hotel or spend a day at the pool like we did :)
Yummy pasta & tendering beef lasagna, pizza Okay not that Grt, feel good ambiance with partners.

Yesterday we had dinner at this restaurant. Overall impression is positive! When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered a carlift to the restaurant, which was very convenient. We ordered seafood and chicken pasta and it was very delicious! Still the menu offers very limited choice of fresh juices and tea. Food presentation and service was good, only tissues were absent on the table and i had to ask twice to bring them. The ambience was lovely and romantic with live music at the background! I would recommend adding more lights at the terrace as it was a bit dark.
Perfect place for a lazy Saturday. My wife and I had brunch here for Valentines. We really both enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. The food was great especially the freshly cooked pasta which they let you choose you own sauce, toppings and herbs. They only had 1 choice of beer though which was an Italian Pilsner. Nevertheless, a lot of bottles were downed. Lastly, the service was excellent. If you just want to chillout on a Saturday afternoon with your friends or family, then this place is for you.
Visited Luciano for dinner. It's a beautiful place with a pool view and a live band with a pleasant service. We ordered two chicken pasta and an appetizer which was extremely filling for the two of us. Would love to visit again.
Came to Luciano's for dinner. The place is really beautiful. The restaurant is by the pool and it has live soothing music. The ambience is pleasant and calm. This is one of the very few Italian restaurants in Dubai which knows exactly how Italian food tastes. The flavour was perfect and the quantity was a lot. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasing. I had a really nice time and I'm hoping to go back soon.
I attended the Saturday Brunch last weekend at Luciano's. Amazing selection of food with a fabulous cheese table and a rarely seen pork table too. Great value for money as well. The salad selections were really good. The lamb and beef that I had were cooked to perfection. For me however I would prefer a separate location not so close to the swimming pool. Enjoyed it though.
Roasted Vegetable Salad with Goats Cheese @ Luciano's, Dubai
Its simple, its tasty and it looks good. I bet the chef took its own time dressing it up. Filled with exotic veggies, it was the balsamic vinegar which gave it the distinct flavour. After eating so many salads, I have realised that more than 50% salad dressings are with Balsamic. Its simple, readily available and the acidity is just perfect to touch you pallet.
Goats cheese on top cuts the acidity and gives the entire salad a very creamy and mild flavour. Its a salad fit for low appetite but with huge taste. :-)
Me and my husband enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. The ambience of the place is very nice-classy yet cosy. we enjoyed a nice romantic dinner. The food was very nice- oozed freshness, quality and taste. One of the finest Italian restos I have been to in Dubai.
The place is very much affordable to enjoy a meal on a special occasion.
Refreshing Food! That's how u feel when u eat her! Suprisingly, we had only vegetarian and it was awesome! They have live music, but its better to check wat time it starts and ends.
