I visited the Rolling Cones with my wife and daughter on the weekend and it was quite an experience.
From the gold laced soft serve (the signature product – called “The Rolling Luxury”) and the supremely tasty ice cream served in a fruit (melon) base (appropriately called “Melo ‘n’ Drama”) – this was luxury at its absolutely best.
The experiencing of watching your order being prepared in front of your eyes adds to the excitement and creates an amazing edible gold experience.
It’s a must try – for both kids & adults alike.

Rolling Cones
I like how this place represents Dubai’s bling, luxury and extravagant presentation in something as simple as softies.
Good: luxury cone containing melted chocolate served with Icecream, gold foil and saffron. Something really insta worthy is the melon with pistachio softy. If you can have your coffee quickly, try the coffee in a cone. If you like sweet ice creams, try the Salted Caramel softy with popcorn!
What could have been better: The quality of the chocolate; Wish it was just more rich and dark.

Well... I am not a billionaire child, but I had an aunt who used to wear a gold chain and locket, which used to be my chewing toy when I was a kid (that explains the picture heading). Though I had consumed a fair amount of gold through my chewing toy, I had this edible gold ice cream on my bucket list ever since I knew about this.

Last day I have got an opportunity to try this gold ice cream from rolling cones and oh boy it was super delicious. The price of the edible gold ice cream was not that outrageous (55 AED) and the gold is not bringing any unique taste, but it is definitely going to be a once in a lifetime experience.

We have also tried gold coffee(5/5) and Melo 'n drama ice cream(5/5). The presentation of both coffee and Melo 'n drama was superb. The coffee came with dates and orange peel whereas the ice cream was served in melon with pearl sprinkles and flowers. Ice creams were so delectable, and the coffee was great as well.
Can't wait to revisit rolling cones.
Had been hearing a lot about the edible gold ice cream and coffee from rolling cones on social media & after seeing that the prices weren't outrageous we decided to try it out. We ordered the pistachio and black hazelnut soft serve with edible gold on them & also the cappuccino with edible gold. The edible gold of course doesn't add to the flavor but makes for some really exclusive and must try sort of value. In terms of presentation it felt luxurious from the look of it & in terms of taste unexpectedly the soft serve flavors were really good. We liked it so much that we plan on revisiting to have it again without the edible gold only for taste. The cappuccino tasted average but considering the edible gold value and the fact that it isn't priced too much higher than coffee shop coffees, makes it a good place to entertain premium clients or bring guests from back in India/native country for a unique outing. Overall we liked the concept as well as the ice cream!
Visited this place during the last week, located at the Hyatt , serves some amazing soft icecreams and premium coffees. We tried The rolling luxury soft icecream, Melo n Drama and Coffee De Arabia.
The Rolling Luxury - we chose the chocolate flavor and this premium soft icecream was presented impressively with a covering of edible gold and saffron sprinkles. Not that it looked amazing only but tasted great too.
Melo N Drama - This is another must try while you visit here, we chose the pistachio flavor icecream. Topped over fresh sweet melon and sprinkled with pistachio sauce and some edible pearls, it was such a refreshing treat . Again a lovely presentation .
Coffee De Arabia --I chose my favorite cappucino , this premium coffee was topped with pure gold flakes. Not that it looked so royal and classy but was defnitely a refreshing boost of energy every sip .
Excellent presentation , delicious icecreams, lovely service ... A place to go without a miss !

Initiated by two UAE based residents, passionate for sweet luxury and everything nice. Now open in UAE, A luxury desert salon, located in Hyaat, Um Hurair, provides a very leisure filled experience with the desserts they serve. Loved the variety and uniqueness of the dishes they served. Their passion for the subject can clearly be seen with the distinctive tastes they offer.
One of the first things we had was My Precious Platter, consisting of the most delish and exotic creation of soft serve ice creams on a selection of wafer cones, cups & rolls, which were in turn laced with pistachio sauce and lotus biscuit crumbs. The mini versions of these sweet treats come in 4 flavours - Pistachio, French Vanilla, Chocolate & Lotus.
One of the things we had was called "Once Upon a Time" which was dressed in a really pretty looking princess. Basically, a waffle cone with a soft served ice cream surrounded with a cotton candy (making her very pretty dress), and a dash of diamonds/ marshmallows. This really cute dessert comes in 3 flavours - Vanilla, Chocolate & Bubblegum.
This is the dessert that has been doing the rounds of my Instagram feed for quite some time now. Yes, an edible Gold ice cream, which looked so pretty I couldn't muster the courage to gobble it up but when I finally did, it was totally enticing.
This premium soft serve ice cream served on a delightful waffle cone, covered in edible gold and laced in delectable crunchies & sprinkles of saffron. This incredible treat comes in four flavours - Pistachio, French Vanilla, Chocolate & Lotus.
When Gold on your ice cream is just not enough, you need some gold on your coffee too. Coffee De Arabia, served in Rolling Cones - is a premium coffee sourced specially from all around the world, topped with pure gold flakes, available in various Cappuccino & Latte variations.
Overall I loved the ambience, food and service. It spelt pure luxury. Would love to go back again SOON.

Don’t settle for regular #coffee when you can get premium coffee with real #GOLD flakes, after all, this is #Dubai!!
Rolling Cones is one of the few places in #Dubai who has this concept of gold coffee and gold ice-cream and it is so good 😍 I loved the taste & richness of their ice-cream!

I would suggest to not waste time reading a review and instead head directly to rolling cones and taste the gold. It’s amazing to see, feel and taste the gold in everything they serve. Loved it and was happy to be the first to taste the new flavor called black hazelnut with vanilla. Also my son tried the bubblegum flavor ice cream with a blue cotton candy and finally the gold cappuccino.
Just visit and try it. Period!!!

Dubai is all about gold ... so why should the ice cream be neglected...
Rolling Cones is a sweet little icrecream place with the touch of Royalty... as it serves everything with a touch of Gold ..🤩.. located right in the lobby of Hyatt Regency, Dubai.
According to my experience, it’s one of the best ice cream places I have been to. The presentation of their ice creams is absolutely unique & you can choose from their range of flavors they have (French Vanilla, Pistachio, Lotus, Chocolate etc.). They believe in quality & not in quantity, so you will find their menu limited to quite a few options which they try to change every now & then to maintain the uniqueness & also the excitement of their loyal customers.
I was invited there for the testing session, so I got to taste a bit of everything there.
- Firstly I tasted their “Rolling Luxury Icecream” an icecream with a 24k gold leaf on it ... now that’s something that defines Dubai... 💛💛 I choose to have it in Pistachio flavor .. it was as pretty as it looks.
- Then they served me one of its kind of combination ice cream .... “MEL O DRAMA” ... ice cream served on top of melon ...you can choose the flavors of ice cream ... I choose Lotus ..& believe me it’s combination with melon came out to be mind blowing ... totally loved it... it’s a shareable portion
- Then comes in the “Once upon a time” ... an ice cream with a cotton candy around it & topped with a Barbie .. with all the edible Jewels on it... a perfect ice cream to please anyone.
- One thing which was really unique was their coffee in the cone “Rolling comes Coffee” ... really cute presentation .. yet another a must try thing over there.
- Then comes in their signature coffee “ Coffee de Arabia” which was served with gold flakes on top & orange zest & a cookie on side. .... it looks like a perfect example of luxury coffee.
To sum it all .... it’s a place with Luxury, great taste, amazing presentation & the best of the service. It’s really a must visit when in Dubai

What an amazing place to visit. In real sence Rolling Cones rolls your mind. The staff are too energetic and frendly. They have budjet dishes for a wide variety of menu to confuse you to select one of it. And if you are really confused go for all just like me and am sure you wont regret.
