We had the mango and ferro roche flavor. The flavors are tasty and not artificial ! There is a nice sitting area on the sidewalk. I would come back to try other flavors as well !

Great small ice cream establishment which doesn't use any artificial coloring or artificial flavors. Plus the milk used is low fat and sourced from local diaries. They have 16 flavors to choose from. Unfortunately a little too much sugar is used in several of their flavors. Would have been a 5.0 if they went more easy on the sugar. My favourites are the banana with chocolate chip ice cream and the mandarin sorbet.

If youre looking for fruit flavoured ice cream, Ice Factory is the best ive ever had. The flavours are on point and taste just like or even better than the real fruit. I had Mango and Strawberry. I loved them both.. couldnt decide which was better. Perfect on a sunny day in Dubai

The Ice Factory is a small place with tables to seat only outside and not very huge choice of flavors of ice cream. They are very tasty even if for me personaly a little too sweet. I can recommend mango sorbet....too sweet but the best from their selection.

After Eight is my all time favorite chocolate. It’s chocolate with a strong taste of mint. Here, they have an ice-cream with After Eight flavor. How does it taste, you ask?

I just read the other review and made me write this. its very funny that someone would compare the ice cream at ICE FACTORY with ice creams like Haagen Daz or Baskin Robbins, these products are shipped from over seas and are kept over months before it gets to Dubai and end users. and are also full of preservatives and are all made from powder milk.
As i a m a regular at ice factory i know that they produce therie gelato everyday and they use fresh milk from dubai. the gelato that they make is amazing and not even comparable with any other in the city.

The Ice factory gets 4 stars here only because there's not much of an option around this region and so it fulfills our Ice-Cream-hunger so much so that I could have given it 10 stars also. But overall I wouldn't say Ice factory has a spread like other popular Ice-cream brands like Haagen Daz or Baskin Robbins, but yes the Ice-creams doling out from this cute little kiosk-ish outlet on the Walk exudes a certain level of charm and warmth and doles out fresh and naturally tasting Ice-creams!

Our favourite is the Lemon gelati - ah fresh out of a gelateria in Italy I would say. Absolutely refreshing and soulfully tangy! Also the Yoghurt Ice-cream. Another refreshing sorbet. There are not too many options as I said before but definitely a lot more options of Sorbets and gelatis than the other Ice-Cream shops.

Is it worth a try? I would say so - specially if you are a bit tired and run down after your rendez-vous in the JBR Walk and you are too tired to go to the Al Maya Lal supermarkets (located in Bahar and Sadaf Plazas) to get a stick or a cup of Ice-cream at half the price. But no Lemon gelati there!
