Having visited several Pappa Roti outlets I love their consistency wherever you go and this one is no exception! Try their chocolate bun, it tastes amazing for a special treat especially with milk tea! Yummy! This outlet provides good service and the taste is always great. Highly recommended!

I visit Dubai frequently and I am surprised how I missed being here in my previous visits . This is a bun straight out of sheer love and passion for baking . We ordered the combo of coffee with cheese , lotus and dark chocolate. It melts in your mouth , served fresh with beautiful seating space . Waiter was courteous . Must visit when you in are in dubai

The buns were delicious and very fresh. Everything arrived quickly and the staff was friendly. Favorite the cheese bun and the nutella bun. Milkshakes were tasty too
My all time favourite spot for a cup of tea but this time without biscuit only with their all time famous Bun.
That one of a kind bun is crispy on the outside while soft and fluffy in the inside. They have a range of topping that you can add to it.
I went for some black tea and their classic bun while my friend tried out their nutella topped bun.
I must save they are totally worthit.

So we were invited for the kids bun making session. My son had so much fun making his own pappa famous bun. While he was busy with his activities I enjoyed my cuppa green tea 🍵 and it was really refreshing and loved the way it was presented to us. I Love Pappa Roti and will visit soon again.

The fresh buns are outstanding as in any other Pappa Roti, unfortunately that is it, there are no other decent options and the coffee is mediocre to say the least.
In any case it is always worthy to drop by and pick up a Roti.
The sweet treat for sweet lovers (: Always was wondering what’s the big fuzz about the place so finally tried it! Well, was good and fresh and nice but probably was expecting something more because of alot of reviews and usually crowded places. Bus as for a nice treat with friends and warm drink is definitely a good option (: Staff was nice, welcoming and friendly!

I must say, your buns make me want to keep asking for more but your service is the most pathetic so far.
Yes, I’ve so far enjoyed every branch of yours in Dubai but have only one constant note and that is how poorly your staff reacts to customers and how carefree they are when they’re supposed care.
I’m no hater, I’m someone who’s done 7 days of papa roti in a row. There was a time we would frequent so often the branch manager would question our love for the buns.
Don’t take that away from us. Train your staff, teach them how to behave and you’ll see better days.

Piping hot bread with a crisp outer crust and soft inside with melted butter at the centre. The toppings add to this delicious treat. My favourite topping is nutella. Make sure you choose kadak chai as an accompaniment. It's one if the best kadak chais of Dubai. This outlets is not as big as the one in Dubai Mall and relatively less crowded as well.

I had the Nutella Bun with nuts (nuts are extras which are not inclusive) which was heaven (since I'm a Nutella Lover)

A simple bun that melts in your mouth. You don't need any tea or coffee with it. Neither do you need to add in any extra flavors. Just the plain butter bun makes you realize that its all about the simple things in life that can bring so much happiness. For all those visiting Dubai - PLEASE DONT MISS PAPA ROTI. You'll definitely take the taste back with you.
But just make sure that you are served with the freshly baked bun.

My mom loves this place so it was her idea to visit this place for dinner!! Well to start with location, PR is located within sunset mall and seating arrangement is ok as some people can have laid back experience with plush seats with small coffee table and some can have restaurant experience with table and chair. Service was standard. For food we ordered, bun with ginger milk tea. The bun was as usual yum (soft inner layer with butter and crispy outer layer ), tea was watery (not that great). Overall a 3.6/5 experience.

If you have never visited Pappa Roti, you DON'T have an idea what a delicious bun tastes like. Their Signature BUN is the best bun I have ever tasted. When few of my client visit they get baffled to realize that even BUNs taste so delicious. The best thing to taste: Signature BUN, with Arabic Coffee and Dates.
If you are a bit hungry to fill your stomach, they host a variety of juices so it will fill your stomach along with a bun. BUN with their signature tea is also a very good option to try upon.
Pappa Roti is all about BUN BUN BUN. This particular place is something I love. Its not very crowded. My meetings generally go for hours, a perfect place to meet clients, evening time with friends and family.
Nestled in a remote corner of a sunshine mall in Jumeirah, I somehow like the location of this branch more then those in some of the bigger malls - much more peaceful.
Food obviously is a non-question. Ordered original and hazelnut flavours. The hazelnut was good, but nothing beats the original bun. Crispy on the out and buttery on the inside, it's simple and tasty.
The mango smoothie was decent, but the coffee was amazing and goes well with the bun.
Do visit the place if not already, it's a roti not only your papa but all family members will like 😃
My first visit to Pappa Roti was a good one. I had ordered a bun with strawberry sauce and it was delicious. The bun was perfectly soft on the inside with an added crunch on the outside. Definitely enjoyed it.

We have tried a few flavors like nutella and lotus which are delicious but nothing beats the plain old bun.
Their karak tea is good as well.

We didn't try many dishes but the ones we tried were amazing. Their bun is absolutely recommended. We had croissant Which was huge and delicious. Melon juice was little bland but still good.
I've always been tempted to try Pappa Roti in malls when passing by the appetising aroma of the freshly baked buns . Finally got to try them in Jumeirah . We had shakes and buns , topped with chocolate and honey .
Absolutely delicious - so fresh , soft , and perfect amount of sweetness .
Just a hot cuppa tea with the plain bun for me !! Consistently delicious and very addictive. There have been multiple occasions where we have ordered the second helping of the bun 😊!! How can they make it so soft is still a mystery !!

What's not to love about Pappa Roti? I do question the name though! :)
The milk tea and the signature buns are too good to be true. I always order them as I am scared I will fall in love with something else. Although, I would suggest the following:
- For lactose intolerants like me, it would be best to make the milk teas with lactose-free milk but avoid using soy milk because of the taste difference.
- Milk teas will taste better if the correct amount of sugar is added to the drink. I find the drinks too sweet to enjoy it the most.
The service is always good and the prices are not bad.
As always, Pappa Roti is the perfect place for delicious buns and a relaxing atmosphere. I love to have it all plane without any additions, its just yummy !
For me this place bakes the ultimate bun. It is simply absolutely delicious. How can anyone not like it!

This magic little bun will lighten up your mood on a rainy day. It's so soft and light and buttery that you'll not want to stop eating it. It's fun breaking into it since it looks so perfect ! The satisfaction of breaking one up is similar to when you kick into a sandcastle ! I prefer the original flavour with all its salted caramel and buttery goodness ! Perfect with coffee for a day of PMS. The staff at the sunset mall branch are so friendly and sweet! Their juices are a little overpriced but they're fresh AF.
the regular roti bun with the same flavors and all. still cant understand why they dont serve green tea along with their hot beverages.. only serving red tea or karak or coffee

Toasty, buttery, airy, yummyyyy buns served Hot with the drink of your choice.
Variety of drinks from the ginger milk tea to the Cappuccinos or the fruit cocktails ( juices ) to the cold latte or hot chocolate!!! They have it all and they are sooo good at it.
The latest addition of ice teas are amazing too. Raspberry ice tea is recommended.

This branch has the same excellent pappa roti buns which are consistent across Dubai Pappa roti and which never disappoint. Perfect for a cold windy day, I took the warm, fresh out of the oven bun as a takeaway and ate it while walking around city walk. Strongly recommend!

A bun which costs as much as Big Mac (ok, it’s actually a Dirham or two less) – but really? What do they put in the stuff – gold? Whatever it is, it’s OMG good and highly addictive. One bite and you just can’t stop – almost as bad as that Cinnabon place I visited a couple of days ago but instead of the ultra-sweetness of the Cinnabon bun, the Pappa Roti bun has a peculiar, coffee caramel taste which has (seemingly) no sweetness yet is no less intoxicating. And there’s like this blob of (melted) butter inside which just oozes and dribbles free with your first bite – heaven! I felt no guilt whatsoever stealing my daughter’s share…
Went for a pick up of their signature buns. I called ahead because i needed 15 buns, which normally takes 15 min to prepare. Really good taste and heavy but priced on the higher side.
Ordered the ginger tea here which was heavily priced at Aed 18 but was really good. The chocolate, cheese and caramel buns are my favourite.

It was amazing as the location is perfect with an ambience that does it for me. Whats amazing is the way they have specialized in breads. Its out of the world especially with nutella as my topping. Plus its amazing how the butter hits your taste buds when you are thinking this is it. Also its pretty feasable if you dont want a complete meal. I ll be back for sure.
Papa roti has branches in most the malls which at times affects the ambiance because it tends to get noisy and packed.
This particular branch is the perfect place to unwind and relax. When we went, there were only a few people and it was quite quiet. Everyone knows about the great buns that they make.
Some ice coffee and warm buns, the perfect accompaniment for a great conversation. I am happy I stumbled upon this branch.

Papa roti is the perfect solution to any type of mood swing problems! Their buns are yummy and buttery! A perfect way to gain a lot of weight without any regrets! I love their nutella bun and cheese bun, but my recent favorite is nutella bun with nuts which is a perfect half sweet half nutty blend. Overall this place is definitely worth a try. One visit might not be enough! 😁

Lot of eateries and cafes popping up on the entire jumeirah beach road stretch which is awesome for us foodies. Pappa Roti has expanded aggressively and made a huge fan base for themselves. Their rotis are soft, hot and hits the right spot. they should look into adding more flavors though. I am tired of the old ones ;)

After weeks of coaxing, we finally found ourselves at Pappa Roti.
There is one and only one thing good about this place. The bun - One of the most scrumptious ive ever tasted in my life !!!
Other than this, the service sucked. The server looked terribly pained while taking our order. The other staff too looked like they were going through sone terrible ordeal!
I will be going there again for the buns of course. But not to the same outlet.
Papa roti takes credit for being the only restaurant specializing in these round bundles of joy, called buns. They come in various flavours and can be teamed up with a hot drink (or cold if you may like) of your choice, the perfect remedy on a chilly, december evening. We went there in a group of 10, ensuring we got to order every conceivable flavour of bun the menu had. Brownie points to the wait staff who were very friendly and helpful. Amongst all the flavours, I would say caramel is the winner for me. Get here and take your pick. 😀
This was my first time at any Pappa Roti and I loved it. I like that there's one in Sunset Mall because every place in there is very relaxing and never too crowded.
We went with Pappa Combos. I had Pappa Milk Tea with a bun and the wife went with Hot Milk and a bun. The server told us we would have to wait 10 minutes for the bun, but that's fine because we were anticipating a hot, fresh bun. The bun was indeed hot and fresh with a nice, crisp outer layer. So good! I could've eaten at least half a dozen, but the wife would not have been pleased.
My milk tea was legit. I felt like I was in Hong Kong for a second. I would go there just for that milk tea. For sure there would be no way I could pass up a bun.
The wife's hot milk was....hot milk, and that's what she likes so she was happy.

I'm a papa roti fan! And a bigger fan of this place is my little 4 year old sister who craves and asks for one every now and then! The favorite part of having one is the salty buttery surprise in the center of the bun creating such a yum mix of sweet and salty flavors in the mouth. And to make the whole experience even better - some Nutella topping!! 😍😍
Ahh yes. Out of nostalgia and missing Malaysia i normally go to this place. It annoys me a little that I pay 8 times here than Malaysia. It is still extremely affordable and a simple pleasant experience. If you haven't tried it. I highly recommend it :).
I had ordered for breakfast a Royal croissant and a fresh orange juice, the croissant was more than enough for a breakfast I felt filled without finishing it, it had some egg omelet and some fresh vegetables, overall the taste of their croissant was really good, more also their orange fresh juice really tasted fresh and well. Recommend for breakfast, the place is really quite at the morning time ;)
Coolers are nice and sweet and tasty.. We often go there and have it's ginger tea.. Cannot say it's the best ginger tea but better than other cafés who are serving tea..

Been to this branch twice and had a different experience each time. The first time, the bun was awful. This time, it was the tea. The service was fast and the staff was pleasant, but the standard and quality of the food is very moody.
Papa roti doesnt needs any introduction, if you havent treid this place then you are missing big time and I strongly recommend to visit them. The highlight is their yummy bun, freshly baked with sweet coating and butter filling, yummy to the core. Their karak chai is very good and worth trying. Usually their other outlets are in big malls and are always crowded, this out is very nice and you get place to sit easily.
Me and a friend randomly decided to try pappa roti and it was one of the best buns I've had ! Soft and crispy buttery flavour with a caramel drizzle ..yummm , would come back again to try their coffees soon
