Looking for a healthy option in the town? Do visit them as they have a wide variety of healthy dishes which taste absolutely yummy! Looked their interriors and the way they have used chalk which gives a school feeling!
Lentil Soup (4.2/5) - It was really thick and rich in flavours, loved it! Really healthy at the same time quite filling.
Blendilicious (4/5) - They also have wide variety of fresh juices, they use top quality fruits. Its a great detox drink and very refreshing. It includes orange, apple, carrot and pineapple. A great combination of fruits which taste absolutely amazing.
Vegan Falafel Burger (4.2/5) - I tried their burger which was served with fries, ketchup and mayonnaise. Most unique thing about them was that their bread which was baked by them, even the sauces were freshly made by them, rich in texture and tasted absolutely delicious. Im in love with how it tasted. *Personal favourite, HIGHLYY RECOMMENDED*.
Vegan Donuts (4/5) - Ever tried vegan donuts ? Zest has these tasty vegan donuts available, its difficult to come up with vegan donuts glad they came up with it. They have 5 flavours available Pink Pitaya, Green Matcha, Activated Charcoal, Vanilla Bean, Belgian Chocolate. I had Green Matcha, Vanilla Bean, Belgian Chocolate all of them were topped with nuts. My personal favourite is Vanilla Bean.

@zestuae is the right option if you want to go for a healthier yet delectable choice of food! The menu has plenty of vegan and other healthy options ranging from breakfast to desserts. I don't usually dine at restaurants that focus on vegan/healthy food but since I've been eating quite unhealthy for the last couple of weeks, we thought why not give #ZestUAE a shot!
Upon visiting, we noticed the lack of sitting space so we recommend you get the food delivered!
They have a variety of smoothies and fresh juices to choose from, with no added sugar! For the drinks we had, Le Mint, Blendilicious, Mango Tango and Berry Nice - Le Mint being my absolute favorite!
For the mains, we ordered: Avo and Feta Cheese Gourmet Sandwich, Vegan Barbecue Burger with fries on the side and Handcooked Potatoe Crisps. The potato crisps were a bit too oily for my liking.
And lastly, we had Chocolate Truffles and Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse for dessert. The Chocolate Mousse is a must try! 5 stars! ⭐
They prepare their mayonnaise and ketchup inhouse! You should definitely give that a try!
It's a little overpriced but at least you eat without guilt so it's alright 😂

Zest has everything a vegan foodie could ever ask for: all dishes, sauces and even the plant-based milk are prepared in-house and from scratch and are full of flavors!We tried the Vegan BBQ Burger, the Moroccan Lentil Soup, the Organic Vietnamese Wraps and we loved all of them!
There are also many different vegan sweet treats available - even vegan pancakes with home-made vegan chocolate sauce. The vegan donut and vegan cinnamon bun were also super delicious!If you want to eat healthy true vegan food that is prepared with love and thought you must try Zest!

After some search in this new and upcoming area, I came across this outlet located behind Butterfly Garden serving healthy food, drinks, ans salads.
They have a pretty good outside seating but it can get too intense in summer. Inside they have single bar stools where you can hang out with a healthy drink. I went for the Salmon Salad which had mixed lettuce, pasta, salmon with lemon & garlic dressing, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. The taste was good. I also went for the Chocolate Chip Cookie which was made of vegan chocolate chip chunks. It wasn't very sugary but still tasted decent enough. The staff and the service is pretty experienced given that it's in a new outlet.
Something I would certainly look forward to when I order my salad and breakfast meals...

For past few months we have just been eating unhealthy food and it was high time we needed a break and start exploring healthy options. We found this Resturant in Arjan which is near by our residence so we decided to pay them a visit and finally have some thing healthy.
We ordered a Salad (Chicken Caesar), Avo & feta cheese gourmet sandwich, granola with blended Acai and offcourse a burger for Mr. Ather but wait this was not a normal burger it was a vegan burger and this is Ather's first ever expereince of some thing like this.
Honestly speaking we always thought that eating healthy means compromising your taste buds but some times if healthy food is prepared with dedication and passion you don't feel that your missing out on any thing else. We actually enjoyed the food and that too without the calori guilt 😂 plus Ather being a beefy guy also aprreciated the vegan burger and as usual did not leave any thing behind on his plate 🤣😅. I on the other hand loved my sandwich and I would want to mention specifically about their in-house granola and the blended Acai, it was just amazing and it's a perfect healthy breakfast so I took one pack of granola home too 😁.
The best part about this place is that they have passion, determination and the sense of responsibility towards the society. We were lucky enough to talk to the person herself whose sole purpose of starting Zest was to make sure that every one had access to healthy clean vibrant nutrient rich food.
I ordered from Zest the mamas tomato soup and the Vietnamese wrap and I should say they nailed it .. the food was so healthy and delicious, the only comment I would leave is that I lost half of the wrap trying to remove it from the box that was delivered in.. the rice paper was so thin that got stuck to the box so it fell apart but other than that, I will def be ordering from them again .
This is my first time, I love the food 🥘 clean testy and really healthy, delivery was too fast 💨 backing and presentation was very nice.

We wanted salad but was too lazy to head out and get the groceries for it, hence frantically searched on zomato and zest popped up as a suggestion.
We had the chicken caesar salad and the pasta salad - both tasted fresh and was really filling. The packaging and delivery time is also worth a mention. Overall we were satisfied with this one and would definitely try other things on their menu.
Order arrives on time. And it was a open toast loaded with avocado , feta cheese and cherry tomatoes piled up on thick sesame bread. The toast looked like it was brought straight out from the kitchen. Not even one ingredient had fallen from the big pile. Now either this must be a miracle or these guys take up their delivery pretty serious. I know it’s a big rant for a toast but it’s in these little details that you can tell if the restaurant cares about their customers and the impression they leave with their food. I have attached pictures for proof. The packing deserves another mention as it came in what looked like a wooden base instead of plastic. Though the lid was transparent plastic. Extra points for using degradable options as much as possible. Also the food tasted fresh and delicious. What looked like a huge toast was finished within seconds.

If you are looking for healthy food this is the place for you. I ordered for breakfast. It’s healthy bt delicious also. Their chiken curry sandwich is to die for. Another must try is almond and coconut cake. It’s so tasty. They have a lot of juice and smoothie option. My friend who’s a vegetarian she likes the veg sandwich as well. finally got something really useful In Al barsha. Thanks to me Christine for wonderful hospitality. dnt frgt to order their fruit pot as well.
Great choice of healthy food and prompt delivery. Food was beautifully packaged and presented. Tomato soup was fresh & homemade and came with croutons. Wrap comes in a half option which is great. I had the taj chicken it was gorgeous. Fresh crisp salad and tasty filling. Crisps also good. Can’t wait to order again.
I visited Zest for a quick lunch today. I chose a small carrot soup, light Caesar salad and a pinky power juice. All of the meal was delicious. The salad portion was very generous and the chicken with it was so soft and it was literally just falling apart with my fork. Delicious, will definitely be back.
Fantastic food, we have used Zest twice now and both times the food has been incredible, not one little complaint. We are guilty sometimes of not going with the healthy option so dont use Zest every time but we will definately use more going forward, really tasty food, the side of beetroot salad was so nice, many thanks!
Tried the new Açaí bowl today and it was really really good. The home made granola topping was delicious...is it possible to buy the granola on its own? Would love to buy for my family?
The Organic Vietnamese Wrap and Organic Farm Salad was really great. Not sure how they make the sauce for the wrap but it was out of this world! Loved it, will order again.

Extremely Yammie smoothies & juices, my favourite "Mango Tango" & "Ginger Zinger" together with the Almond & Coconut cake !!! Nice environment too with mellow music, very relaxing and nice.

The best place to eat in Dubai!! Everything is so fresh and delicious, doesn't even compare to anything I can make myself or any other place I've been to. Such a huge range of geourgous and nutritional food and drinks that accommodate whatever I fancy and leave me feeling great afterwards too. The delivery and take away service is just perfect for when I don't have time to sit down, even though I do love to do so as the staff are so friendly and has an awesome aethstetic and vibe in the store itself. My absolute favourite things at the moment being the Mango tango smoothie, Magdalena cake and salmon rhapsody wrap! Can't put into words how scrummy everything they have here is, couldn't recommended more!!!!go go go!
Great healthy food like sallads and wraps, but even healthy snacks. What about organic ice cream and poop corn, almond cake to the coffee and waffle!

Healthy Food options in Dubai are a rare find. This family run outlet located close to Miracle Gardens is a gem of a find. Meals/Salads/Juices/Smoothies etc all Freshly made from scratch.
My ABSOLUTE favorite is the Moroccan lentil soup, which I vote the best in town. Their recently launched farm Fresh Organic Salad made for a great meal along with the Moroccan Soup.
RAW Coffee with nut mylk was an option if required. Great to see they deliver to the Ranches and surrounds.
