One the best sushi In Dubai, All you can eat sushi menu only, it means only sushi no salad or edamame or drinks. We got the groupoun voucher which was really worth it. Sushi was well prepared. My only complaint is that shrimp was cold not probably pre-cooked. Sashimi was great. All rolls were delicious. I will definitely come back. Service was ok as well. Reserve in advance. This place was in my list for a very long time, and when me and my friends found out that they have an "all you can eat sushi, sashimi and maki rolls" package for AED 69 per person, we had to go as it was too good to be true.<br/><br/>We booked a table of course, as we were a large group. Getting there was very straightforward, with paid parking as it's located on the main Jumeirah road. <br/><br/>You get a menu of what's all included in the package. Food is served very quick. <br/><br/>Won't say that they have the best sushi in town, but it's good value for money.

I was sceptical after reading the latest reviews but decided to just give it a try. <br/>Went on a weekday during lunch time. <br/>It is an acceptably clean place and for the price I’ve paid for all you can eat sushi, it is not bad. <br/>They restricted the sashimis to 3 orders only of Salmon, Tuna and King fish and choices of 23 sushi and maki rolls. Managed to try almost all of them as they gave 4 pieces per serving. <br/>I would repeat if I need a quick sushi fix. <br/>There were not many choices for drinks and it is not inclusive in the all-you-can-eat price.

We went for the all you can eat option. <br/>It was a disaster, the rolls are not fresh you can easily tell that it was made with a hurray and recklessness. Everything we ordered came wrong. The tempura was obviously cooked from the day before. The crispy tempura sprinkled on top of the rolls was definitely not crispy. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more but get a better quality of food and service.

Visited this place during lunch hours for all you can eat sushi offer which was pretty reasonable , costed us 90 per head which is fair enough . Staff people were welcoming and friendly as well and they were super quick in service as well . Lovely sushi &sashmi as well . Over all , as per the price the food was enjoyable . The place was super crowded as well .

Fresh sushis, salmon/tuna shasimi, everything was good. Centrally located in Jumeirah. Better to go in weekdays as it can be busy and the space is limited.

I have disliked everything since the moment I have got my first order which I have never asked for. Then I have received salmon which is raw , I’ve asked rice to be replaced with more veggies, eventually I’ve got the same amount of veggies which apparently should be cuz I don’t think they can put less then at the pic as it’s really ridiculous .So be more precise about salmon it has no taste , on the side it’s over salty and in the middle no salt at all. I’ve asked to cook it more , at least I could enjoy well cooked dish even though it has spoiled my mood completely and guess what I have got ? almost charcoal which is at least hot what I can’t say about veggies , they’ve become cold. if you take plate you should be using your common sense and bring everything if not hot but at least warm. I was there with my bf, he has ordered sushi.while he was in the washroom, waiter brought bill , where is double price for sushi 🤔. Interesting. I will never recommend this place to anybody. The place Either lack of staff or lack of knowledge how to run business. I haven’t mentioned all bullet points I have in my mind and believe me I have a lot. A very shocking experience, there was nothing mentioned about reservations they kept us waiting for the waiter to say yes u can come, reserved Tag was on tables but no customers came while we were in restaurant. Staff attitude is very bad they are not ready to deal with people. I won’t come again also don’t recommend the place to anyone.

Been here more times than I can count on my fingers and I aim to keep going back with friends. This is the best Japanese restaurant in town if you're looking for great sushi for a good price. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and accommodating and the time it takes for them to make a platter of like 50 pieces of sushi and serve it is astonishing. That's very important when eating all you can eat sushi for only 79 AED at one of the best places in Dubai. My friend's birthday is soon and Ill be taking her and her friends here as a surprise because its just that good.

Samurai Sushi and Grill is our go-to place whenever we crave sushi. For 79 aed, you get to pick from a selection of more than 2 dozen items on their eat all you can menu. We love their unique sushi variations that you just can't find anywhere else. <br/><br/>The staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. Our sushi platters were refilled almost immediately.

I am picky when it comes to sushi to be honest. Last night my husband promised great sushi and took me to Samurai. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, the waitress was sweet and polite and the food amazing! We had a really nice time, were checked upon but not bothered and we will be surely back!<br/>Just a bit of constructive criticism if I may: it would have been even nicer if we received our sushis together and not 10 minutes apart.

This is the typical whatever place. But pushed down and made worse. <br/>The waiters are rude. <br/>The whole concept of eating as much as you want should be reconsidered. Either they increase the prices and increase the quality, or they remove the whole thing. No one on the table enjoyed it, especially with the attitude showed and the negative behavior when ordering sashimi or some refills! They make you feel really uncomfortable. Then make you wait for a very long time, plus the food arrives SUPER salty to make you thirsty and stop eating. <br/>So Unless you are into really salty food i would say<br/>TERRIBLE. Convenient location, easy parking, cozy interiors, friendly staff and of course as much sushi as you would want ..what’s there to complain? The staff and the menu for the unlimited option could be a bit more clear on how many pieces are getting ordered, so that wastage could be avoided.

If you like to enjoy unlimited sushi this is the place. There is no view and nothing special about the look, but the sushi. You can buy Groupon for unlimited offer and it’s really worth it. The place is cozy. Tables located very close to each other, so whoever is having such phobia, maybe 2nd floor suits you but when we were there it was not open. I don’t mind such setting, not bothering at all when you are focus on delicious sushi:) Quality is great. Warm sushi are my favorite now. I read before reviews, so expected to have service failures, however service was very quick. By the way if you are not finishing your sushi you asked for you will be paying original price for each. Amazing idea! No food waste.

The place is very nice and quiet, people are very nice, but the hostess is not up to the high standards of customer service, food is very nice and delicious and it taste yummy, variety of options on the menu and all is available. I visited that place more than once and sure will visit it again.

Small restaurant, there is only 4 tables on ground floor, first one was closed while I was visiting. We came for "All you can eat" where for around 80 AED you will get unlimited sushi and nigiri and some sashimi as well. Make sure to finish all you have ordered otherwise they will charge you full price for items left on the plate ) We ordered some rolls, most of them were fine, one memorable (hot salmon roll with cream cheese) and one just disgusting. If you are working in the hospitality you might notice some small details like cracked plates, waiters talking in Tagalog and so on but overall experience was fine and we went out super full

Being a HUUUUGE sushi lover, I tried their all-you-can-eat sushi and was pleasantly surprised. <br/><br/>I must say, I quickly glanced through the reviews here before deciding to visit Samurai Sushi and was definitely very worried and apprehensive from what I read. However, I thankfully didn’t face any of them and had a good time. <br/><br/>One or two members of staff were a little lost, and unsure of how they should deal with us but we later had a server who was polite and courteous.<br/><br/>The food did not take too long, especially considering how busy they were. The sushi, sashimi and maki that we ate (which was literally all of it) was good, except 2 which seemed to have been made a little in advance. <br/><br/>All in all it was good afternoon and I finally got to say “get me one of everything”, so my life is made!

Been there yesterday, There is something about the structure and texture of the sushi components. rice to stuffing ratio is so poor. The taste is inconsistent. Some pieces have a total off taste. Sashimi portion is much smaller than the standard. Yet the team are friendly and generous.

Been around many sushi restaurants in UAE, this is the only one reminded me of the sushi in Tokyo.<br/><br/>The price is amazing, 83 dirhams you can eat as much as you can.<br/><br/>The sushi is really nice full of flavors and done perfectly.<br/><br/>The staff are very helpful and welcoming, Kyle, Jean and Edison gave us an amazing service and we didn't wait much even while it was busy.<br/><br/>I will definitely recommend this restaurant and I will come again.

So I have been here before and totally forgot. The place offers all you can eat but in return ruins your experience. The staff is very u friendly. Food takes forever to make. After having a moderately healthy week of no overeating and consistent physical activity, Axel and I decided we would reward ourselves with a nice dinner. We saw Samura Sushi’s post on Zomato for a AED 79 all-you-can-eat sushi and we thought it was perfect.<br/><br/>Their unlimited sushi menu was not bad. Each order for maki roll comes in 4 pieces, the sushi in 2 and the sashimi in 3. You can also only order up to 5 items per person at a time, which wasn’t really an issue for us.<br/><br/>Of course for our first batch of order we took the options with cream cheese: Philly Maki which has salmon, cream cheese, avocado, sesame seeds and spring onions (which we asked to be removed); the Rotagilla which is a shrimp tempura roll with cucumber and tobiko topped with sweet sauce and spicy mayo, which I normally don’t like but I thought the flavor on this one was nice, although I would have liked it more if my sushi wasn’t so drenched in it; Salmon Cheese which is a fried roll with—you guessed it right—salmon and cheese. This was easily our favorite of the night! Fried maki rolls are hard to come by (or so it seems to us) and we were happy to find a delicious one at an affordable place.<br/><br/>We also tried the Rainbow Maki which is a crab stick roll topped with fresh slices of salmon, tuna and kingfish. I wasn’t a huge fan of the tuna and kingfish but the salmon was not bad, though I will not really order this again. There was also Sundai, which is basically a salmon roll with cream cheese, topped with crab sticks and tempura bites (it was also supposed to have mango and spring onions, both of which we also asked to be removed) which was kind of all our favorite ingredients in one roll — I’d say this is the second best out of all that we tried.<br/><br/>My only comment is that the filling to rice ratio in the maki rolls are not consistent as some had more rice than the filling. However, since it’s a sushi buffet and for the price of it, I think this small letdown is forgivable.<br/>🍽 = 20/25<br/><br/>We were served mostly by Jean and Joey who were helpful during our visit. Jean was kind to charge my phone while we ate and we also had special requests that they happily accommodated. I appreciate they were friendly enough, but I would not say the customer service is perfect. I don’t have any negative comments in particular, but I think there is always room for improvement if everyone had name tags and paid careful attention to small things like serving the water as soon as it was ordered, offering more sauce, even simply giving recommendations can significantly make a dining experience more memorable.<br/>👫 = 6/10<br/><br/>There was minimal effort to give the ambience an oriental theme, although overall the place was not too bad. Usually we prefer to sit when there is a second floor, but it looked a bit cramped upstairs which I feel is partly due to the lack of windows. Ample lighting definitely saved the place. Add an outdoor seating and some faint background music and it would have been perfect.<br/>📸 = 6/10<br/><br/>AED 79 for a sushi buffet is a great deal especially for the quality of food that we enjoyed. The Aquafina bottle of AED 20 was definitely overpriced though.<br/>💸 = 4/5<br/><br/>To sum it up, it was a nice experience that I would not mind repeating if only they had a branch that is more accessible like in the JLT or Dubai Marina area. Ordered today as when we eat there its awesome, however today the food was not up to scratch at all the sushi was very small, the wasabi was stale and so was the ginger, but the prices are way to high for what we had, the rice we ordered was dismal no taste at all, sorry but my experience with samurai has not been up to scratch at all 😕

The sushi we ordered was not rolled properly and seemed like was made in a rush, the rolls were falling apart I was VERY disappointed because I always come with my friends or family.... my feedback was already shared with the waiter and his response was clueless...

Love this place, they have an all you can eat sushi offer. Staff are really polite. Good quality sushi, however it does take a bit of time. Which is understandable given that it take a while to put together a roll and you have room full of people hungry for sushi.

The service was really good with great entertainment..we would have to say the place is quite small so it doesnt accomodate many downstairs. The sushi was ok although we felt it couldve been abit more fresh, they have a wide variety of maki rolls to choose from and some sashimi. They have a good deal goin on right now for the all you can eat buffet where you order as much as you want. It was average but a good place to go for cheap and affordable sushi.

Came here for the “open sushi” and it was really nice and generous. The salmon salad is not what you’d expect at a Japanese restaurant especially with the sauce and veggies accompanying. The rolls were fresh and the portions were very generous. Would come back!

I went to this restaurant with my friends for the first time , I really really enjoyed the food it was 100 percent yummy and freshly made . Ben assisted me very nicely and was extremely friendly to me and my friends giving us a great first time experience we will definitely come again thanks to bens friendly serving manner .

My first review of a sushi place.<br/>The place is cozy and okay looking, menu didn't have any photos however they have a tablet that displays pictures of the sushi types but unfortunately it ran out of battery and died. So went off ordering without it just by description.<br/><br/>The rolls are good, taste is decent. For the price it's great, they also have buffets were you can order how many rolls you like, but if you don't eat them you end up paying for it extra over the price of the buffet. Imo this is a great idea to save food and teach people to be conscious of their eating and reducing waste.<br/><br/>We ordered 4 items from the rolls.<br/>1) Sundai<br/>2) Tuna<br/>3) Salmon<br/>4) Rotagilla ( i guess )<br/><br/>The taste overall was good, average I would say. Small cosy place in Jumeirah road. we ordered the maki rolls and the sauteed prawns since the lobster with lime dressing was not available. Taste is ok ..sushi rice was too dry for a taste.

I am a huge sushi fan, so of course when I saw their unlimited sushi offer for AED 79 (excluding VAT) I jumped at it. The place is pretty small with 2 floors so it’s definitely a good idea to book as it fills up quite a bit in the evening. <br/><br/>However, they have the slowest service I have ever seen, both in the kitchen as well as the servers. They are not very well trained and seemed to hesitate a lot. It was just 2 servers and they were not able to handle the 7 tables that were full. I don’t know how they would react to a full house. We asked for the card machine twice and finally had to go up-to them. As for the kitchen I wouldn’t know how many chefs they have but it clearly is not enough. <br/><br/>It was worth it because of the deal, the food was good and the quality of ingredients was definitely good. The menu didn’t have all the sushi dishes that you would see in their regular menu, but there was still a decent amount. So if you’re ok with waiting, give it a go.

All you can eat sushi offers still running until this day, only costs 80Dhs with a special all you can eat menu, make sure not to over order cause any extras will have to be taken for takeaway and paid for separately. Came here about a month ago with a date on a weekday night and the place was a little packed but we managed to score a table within 10 minutes. Selection is not really extensive, and I’m not much a fan of cooked roll/Americanized sushi rolls so I did not enjoy it as much as I have expected. Tuna and Salmon sashimi were the only saviors, but then again compared to others, it’s not exemplary. It’s not a bad choice for a quick Japanese fix though, but do not set your expectations high.

This is a great sushi restaurant! We have eaten here more than five times, and there has never been a dip in quality. The all you can eat option is a great deal, and has a wide variety of Maki rolls, sushi, and sashimi. It is great for a nice late afternoon lunch with friends or a quiet dinner with family.<br/><br/>Most importantly, staff is warm and friendly and the service is consistently fantastic. We will continue to visit here at least once every few weeks.

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been too. The food was delayed by 45 minutes, the drinks came later. There was only one staff around to serve and one chef. The place was hot, the air conditioner was not working and the food was extremely mediocre. Not worth the trouble. Definitely not recommended.

first of all this place is very relaxing..yes the food was delayed for 10-15mins but when the food comes out and they serve it..its worth to wait..i recommend this place and its fine to wait because the food is worthy..best sushi in town.. Samurai Sushi

Very bad service...Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff...Food quality is not worth the value and when you ask them for a specific order it never comes as requested...Portions are overloaded with rice even though you repeatedly ask them for less rice...<br/>Not recommended at All...There are lots of better sushi restaurants in Dubai.

The ambience is quiet and makes for a great place to with friends and on dates. I love the set up and the service is excellent. <br/><br/>The value for money here is unreal. All you can eat for 72 AED. I assure you if you go with an empty stomach, you will eat so much you will realise how well valued this place is. <br/><br/>The food itself is excellent. I can never justify going to Yo Sushi when this place is far superior. The sushi options are limited, but the quality makes up for it. The set menu for buffets is more than enough. With sushi and sashimi offered. There is also an a la Carte menu to choose from and a menu for drinks. But the two times I have been here, I have thoroughly enjoyed the food. A must visit for all sushi lovers! I will absolutely return and recommend this place to all people! <br/>

I don't usually get confused of other different reviewers opinions, but this place is highly overrated. I tried All-you-can-eat menu and first of all, not really "All" are included in this menu, so make yourself ready for limited options, and the least exciting ones I guess.<br/>The sushi is not fantastic, it was ok, but not a place to return back. so "star" lost here. The next lost two "stars" for the staff and service, which was one of the worst experience with staff. The guy who welcomed me kept me waiting for long and then he handed me to his colleague, and non of them gave me the menu for the fist 10min ! too many calls no one reply, too many mistakes,, not concentrated staff at all, and no excuse,, the place was not crowded at all.. No return back.

We love the offer two for AED 135 we got from Groupon. It was all-you-can-eat sushi, maki roll & sashimi, but it was only three type sashimi on the list, very limited choice for us that love sashimi more than sushi or maki roll. Overall, the sashimi, ginger & wasabi is fresh & sweet, cut in just-nice of thickness that we like, As for sushi topped with mayonnaise or sweet sauce aren’t our favourite, we prefer original to taste the sushi in real.

Went out with a few friends and had an absolutely great time. The food was delicious and obviously fresh; staff so friendly (and even offered to take a few pics of our group). Will definitely return. Thank you!

Authentic Japanese Cuisine! You can taste the distinction and uniqueness of each sushi roll. Ambience is cozy. Staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive. And yes, they have sushi-all-you can! You can also check COBONE deals.

So cant grudge the fact that at 69 aed, eat as much as you want is a great deal, but I did find the quality lacking.<br/>To be fair, havent tried any others and maybe any offering such a deal would cut corners.... dont know<br/>I felt there was too little filling and too much rice is the sushi.<br/>The sashimi (3 options) quality was really really average!<br/>So yes atmosphere is alright, service too is good, but the food, despite the price and great deal, I am not running back.

I love this place. I have been here for like 5 times and will definitely come back more times in the future. The ambiance was so nice. The food was amazing and take note they have an option of eat all can. The sushi, maki and sashimi taste so fresh and the cream cheeses melts in your mouth. The staff are so friendly, polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this place.

Been here to try their sushi,maki and sashimi and we weren’t disappointed... Everything was delicious.... We had the eat-all-you-can vouchers with us so we basically left the place on a very full stomach.;-) twas worth the money.. <br/>they could add some more drink variety and desserts on the menu though.

Hey! I come here because it's the cheapest unlimited offer sushi in town.. and great taste. I recocmend this place for sushi lovers. Great ambiance. On weekends I recommend a booking prior to have ocnfirmed seat. Great service and time friendly and fresh. Doesn't need any improvement. Just issues with having seats in weekends. And everything is fine!

It is the destination for those who are Sushiholics, the variety of the menu for the All You Can Eat is very good, service is very nice and the staff is really friendly. I would recommend it a lot for all Sushi lovers as its price also is very affordable specially if you took the Groupon voucher.

Today was my 7th visit to this restaurant and 1st experience during iftar time. Was waiting for the food 40 minutes, water half an hour, brought me something a didnt order and i gave up of getting sashimi and sushi they just forgot. Its so messy all viisitor been complaining. Manager lady was helpless too, made me really angry today. Never again. You should take a better care of your regular customers.

I highly recommend to ask for their all you can eat menu before ordering. For just less that 70 dirhams you get unlimited sushi, sashimi and rolls. Try all of them as they generally bring 4-5 for each type of roll, some of them have too much mayo or too much cheese so make sure you ask before ordering if you prefers lighter sushi! My advice is to book as the places are very limited and I’ve been turned away a couple of times.

Ridiculous service! Don’t recommend going for iftar as it’s a total mess! I’m not sure what the management is doing or whether they can be called an establishment with any sort of management at all. I don’t know why any restaurant would open at 7 when that is iftar time and then it’s pure chaos! We went for the all you can eat offer and Iftar set menu and although it was written that we could choose ANY items on the menu, we were told that some dishes were off the menu for the offer and also the plate with 8 pieces of signature maki ended up being 4 as it’s a part of the offer (which wasn’t stated in the offer at all). Basically they’re not giving what the customer expects and let’s not even get started about the service. The waiters are clueless, not interested and don’t want to LISTEN to what the customer is saying. I’m giving it one star coz there’s nothing lower than that. What a disappointment, food was good but overall experience was so bad that I can’t rate this restaurant better. You guys need to really consider how to manage the place especially being in Jumeirah, else you’re going to lose business and soon. Also, this place was packed so it’s that’s a great thing for business, use this opportunity to fix your issues or soon no one would be visiting Samurai Sushi.

Food was okay! The service was very bad, not because of the staff, because they were understaffed. It took 30 minutes to place the order and it took around 45 mints till we received our food. Its Ramadan so we expect the food to be on time.

Terrible service with under trained staff who have no clue which table to place the orders at and pay no attention service excellence. Once bitten twice shy! no way gonna visit this place.

It is a casual restaurant but has a nice cozy atmosphere. If you are looking for a quite place to meet with friends and have some sushi i would definitely suggest Samurai. I've been there 5 times already and was never disappointed with food either with service. The deal "All you can eat" for 69 dhs is really great and you will enjoy amazing fresh sushi and sashimi. Went there for what I thought would be Iftar on 29 May. What a disaster. The restaurant would not let people in until 7pm. Cleaning was still being done at this time. We sat down to an empty table. No water or dates. Absolutely nothing. After hearing the Adan at 7:07pm, our table was still empty. At 7:10pm I had to climb down the stairs to ask for the manager, who wasn’t even there yet. I demanded water and dates. At this point it was already 7:12pm. The waitress apologized and said there were no dates, they had run out. I said we have been fasting all day, why do I need to beg for water??? We finally got water at around 7:15pm. We order two diet Pepsi’s with extra ice and lemon. Well, thank God for the lemon because that’s what we used to break our fast!!! I had to basically harass the waiters for my extra ice and cup. After asking 4 times, I finally got my ice. I then asked where is my cup? How can I use the ice to drink my soda without a cup? The response was, “ sorry Madame no more cups.” So basically the restaurant ran out of their small water glasses and did not want to make extra dishes by serving the larger cups. They finally brought those out a few minutes later. The sushi took sooooo long to come and when it did, two orders were missing. We got those missing two orders over an hour later!!!!!! When the bill came, the water to break our fast ( 8 minutes after the Adan) was on it! The manager finally came in and I spoke to her. She said they were short staffed because two people were on vacation. I said not my problem. They could hire more people if they know they need them and will be busy. Don’t allow the restaurant to be booked if you cannot handle it. She took the water off the bill and said her staff did not inform her about the dates being finished. All in all, it was not worth our 180AED. We did not enjoy ourselves at all. We were so stressed. After a long day of fasting, you expect to be relaxed when you break it. I don’t understand why we had to harass them for water and dates. And if they ran out, they could have bought more. Or served soup or salad. They should have been more prepared. They have absolutely no respect for Ramadan. It was really a waste of our time. After all that stress, you would assume the restaurant would handle it more professionally. But again, they do not care about those who are fasting.

I have been to this place several times and will continue to visit it whenever I crave for japanese food, the staff is attentive and friendly, the quality of the food is very good, it has a cozy atmosphere and I have a big appetite, so I feel like it is a perfect match! Keep up the good work guys.<br/>The Salmon Cheese and Rotagillia rolls are my favorite, the place feels like home!!!

I used to absolutely love this place, however during my last visit i spotted a roach crawling on one of the tables. I didn’t make a scene i just notified the waiter who took care of it immediately. I am still extremely disappointed as this was a place that I love but I wont ever visit again. Not to mention that their sushi was much better around 5 months ago, quality has been suffering greatly.

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of food, variaty and amazing prices!! <br/>The food is so delicious that I am simply dreaming of the time I’ll be back!
