It's a very good restaurant . The food is tasty and delicious . The staff is very professional and friendly .
It's was a great experience here . We enjoyed a lot here .
the price is very low..i love the taste of waffle, pancake, french toast and the various baked food.. the juices and the salads are to fresh..
highly recommended.
This my favorite seafood buffet ever . Really recommend this buffet , perfect quality of food and varieties . Price is really good especially if you have an entertainer
Was craving for some Arabian Sea food and the food here was very delicious the Arabian food was just amazing and the outlet has a very nice ambience and the price was nominal to you must check this outlet ones.
Better than expected
We knew the price was low so did not expect too much from it, but wow! Very good service and actually delicious food! The deserts were also tasty, we are very happy we went!

There are improvements compared with 2 years ago.
Food was fresh and good quality, well prepared with reasonable options and varieties.
Package included in buffet (drinks) is additional point. The poor variety was in dessert section. Staff is attentive and kind.
Ambience is quite and relaxing unless there will be bunch of noisy children without control of their parents as for my last visit when they spoiled dinner for most other visitors.
BAYTY Resturant at CARLTON serves a wide variety of International Cuisine
.
While our Stay at the Hotel we tried their Breakfast Buffet...From live Cooking §tation serving you eggs as per your liking, to Waffles, Pancakes, French Toast, Variety of Baked Goodies, Fresh Juices, Salads, Cold Cuts & more, there is a lot to savour on..There are choices for everyone including Aloo Gobi, Dhoklas also
.
The Egg station was absolutely amazing & the Chef prepared us a delucious Omlet with Cheese & Ham which we absolutely enjoyed...Loved the Fresh PanCakes as well...The place has beautiful views of the Sheikh Zayed Road & the Staff was very prompt & courteous to assist..We enjoyed our experience!
I have had breakfast and lunch at this place and enjoyed both. They have a wide variety of dishes and they all taste great.
The highlight is always the Egg station (or the Soup station during lunch), where their chef Basheer always does an excellent job! Will be visiting this place again for sure.
Rich buffet and good service. International food with few Mediterranean dishes, soup and starters. The food is good and tasty. It is not a place for family.
The food was delicious and the service was even better! As the cuisine suggests it’s mostly traditional Arabia food and everything was made to perfection. The best I would say was the live shawarma and manakish station, worth giving it a try!

Bayty at Carlton Downtown offers Iftar Buffet during the Holy month of Ramadan and I got a chance to experience the same. It was a culinary journey with Arabic and International cuisine. Live cooking stations makes the buffet exclusive. Ramadan beverages always give the extra energy boost after the long day of fasting. From this buffet, I liked the Jallab. Dried fruits and nuts were kept separately to snack on before the main course.

went for Iftar at bayty in Carlton downtown, the buffet was full of Arabic delicacies. they vent had love grill and shawarma section which was great! they lamb ouzi was the star of buffet! next to full grill fish! they dessert section has only Arabic sweets! a little bit of chocolate would have been a plus. the chef walk around explaining abt dishes! and food talks are always great! had a lovely time place was a packed and felt crowded.
Came here for their seafood night Thursday , unlimited lobsters and muscles . The rest of the food were normal. Their desserts were ok. Lots of variety.
So if u want loads of lobsters , this is the place to be.
Staff were friendly and attentive
With Hamad , Mohammed Al Sheikh , and Ahmed Ezz
I tried this place since i was in carlton hotel for 1 week....overall service and good and food as well
Decoration can be better.........................................
It was a friday seafood night, there was a vareity of the main courses ( shrimps, calamari, fish, lobster, beef and chicken)
Salads and desserts.
The ambience was a little bit noisy with no privacy since the tables are so near to each others.
The food was delecious especially the fried calamari, the grilled shrimps and the white sauce pasta.
The sushi was tasteless and the salads station was nice and various.
Me and my better half went for a weekend dinner to Bayty. It was their surf and turf night. What i found initially a bit weird but later on appreciated was the very focused buffet. They didn't throw in a few quesadillas or a dash of butter chicken just because they could. It was kept pretty focused , you had bread, salads and then it was the Surf and Turf.
Turf part included beef steaks, beef+chicken+lamb skewers, lamb chops and chicken breast. The sides of grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes existed with a variety of mustards/sauces. We really loved the meats and the artistic way of the chef. He made the meats juicy, fresh and let the ingredients shine in their beauty. The raw meats themselves were pretty awesome as we found in the final flavour too.
Surf part included Sand Lobsters, Prawns, Mussels, Fish and Squid. Accompaniments included mashed peas, mashed carrots, squid rings, spring rolls and mac&cheese. Again the food here was grilled fresh on order and the raw ingredients were pretty awesome. The chef grilled them to perfection and taste shined.
Sweets section existed as well and had a good variety of fruits based dishes. All in all it was very good experience.
The only problem we had was that the chef on the Surf part kept disappearing but oh well its not like we missed out on something :) Staff helped take the orders even when the chef wasn't there.
i went several times especially on the seafood nights
the restaurant setting is very good .. the ambiance is amazing and the staff is very helpful
the menu for the seafood night at least is widely varied ... sushi , lobster , calamari , and plenty of fish
the only thing that i didn't like ... is that the menu is always the same .. no diversity
i know when it comes to seafood its not that much of choice but still you could arrange different things from time to time . i went once 2 nights in a row .. a Thursday and a Friday ( both seafood nights ) the menu was exactly the same .
We were excited to try their seafood buffet. I can say its one of the most generous seafood buffet as they serve a variety of seafood. The fried shrimp was well seasoned and soo tasty, the grilled fish and lobster were soo good. I liked the fresh taste of the sushi (WoooW). Service was super excellent. My only disappointment was the dessert, yes it was much below my expectation. And that is the reason why i didnt rate it as 4.5 or even 4.
Visited this place with my colleague to try the middle eastern cuisine. Having tried places like al hallab and reem al bawadi, this place maintains its own presence aiming at higher quality & good service
Even though the buffet was over crowded , there were enough staff members to check personally if the guests required anything else.
We opened our fast with the dates, figs, apricot which
was nicely kept on each tables. They had very different choices in juices like tamarind unlike the boring orange & cocktail flavours found in every other buffet. For starters I has the lentil soup, cheese spring roll, manoushe, tabouleh, hammous, shawerma and saj manakeesh
After eating all the above, the only space left was for deserts. I tried the cheese kunafah and something similar to kheer.
Overall an amazing experience
Visited this place for iftar last night. A little change for me from the usual Indian/Pakistani iftar buffets.
The cuisine they serve is Arabic/Middle eastern which is definitely interesting.
Various dishes were served from shawarma to kabbeh to the mix grill to the grilled fish to the chicken cordon blue and lamb mandi etc. Lot of dishes with an authentic middle eastern taste.
As for the desserts you have your usual bakhlawa, kunafa, umm ali, chocolate and strawberry cake, fruits etc.
The service was great at the table but back at the spread it was slacking in terms of not refilling the dishes on time.
They have the entertainer +1 so it's a good bargain but will I price a full price of aed 165 for it ? Probably not.
Will I come back ? Not too sure.
I went to the open Buffet for Iftar ! the food was very delicious and there were various dishes and meals ! the BBQ in particular was the best
the sweets were too many to count and most of them are well done and good

Seafood Buffet for AED 165
Seafood special : Lobster, prawns, mussels, white fish.... grilled
On request the Chef gave us spicy Lobster meat which was really good.
Other than grilled seafood they also had rice, chicken, beef, veggies, salads, bread baskets and lots of yummy desserts.
Must try for seafood lovers.
Nice ambiance.
I really like the breakfast spread at bayty. They have good selection of fresh fruit and yogurts. Then dessert section is my second favourite section. They do have Mediterranean breakfast options. And many more including Chinese, Indian, baked beans, saluted bell peppers.
The spread is not very wide but just perfect to choose your food items without going insane about making selections.
The food is fresh and tasty. The service is quick and good

Review: Such a lovely place with a nice selection of seafood items in their buffet. The presentation of the salad bar area is beautiful. The seafood items are always running out because it is so popular! But no sweat, as there was always more added to the buffet when this happens. Finally, I loved the dessert section, as there were delicious exotic fruits and my favourite sticky rice with managing was present! I was surprised and so happy to see it.

Gone are those days where you end up waiting for the weekend to have a good brunch or theme based dinner + unlimited drinks / mock tails for a reasonable rate. Dubai restaurants and hotels now serve amazing food and drinks for good value deals / packages and theme nights every single day. Being a foodie it gives me a great choice to try out different cuisines too around. Recently upon receiving an invitation from Warwick hotel located in Sheikh zayed road I tried the Bayty restaurant for its “Surf n Turn Wednesday theme night “. Bayty is an all day dining restaurant located on the third floor of the hotel which usually serves both international and Arabic cuisine buffet based. Surf n turf theme symbolizes the main course with a combination of meat and seafood.

It serves authentic Arabic and International cuisine buffet-style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have special theme night dinner buffets featuring live cooking stations and several other options. We came to visit the restaurant on a Friday when they were having the Seafood Night. It starts at 7pm but we came just a bit earlier before everyone else so I was able to take this picture. The place soon filled up leaving no space for walk-in guests.
Affordable and seafood buffet don’t usually go together but Bayty proves to be the exception. Despite being a relatively small buffet, there was a reasonable selection of grilled and fried seafood as well as some sushi and a surprisingly impressive dessert spread.
Situated within a towering member of Sheikh Zayed Road, the Warwick Hotel, Bayty is an all-day restaurant that features different theme nights over the course of a week in addition to international cuisine buffets. Every Thursday and Friday, the restaurant hosts its seafood night aptly named “Jewels of the ocean,” and we got the chance to try this theme night out at our recent tasting. The restaurant itself is a moderately spacious, warm setting with a few lavish counters filled with salads, Sushi, fried and grilled seafood, some non-seafood dishes and finally desserts. There is quite a bit to eat especially for seafood fans so make sure you pace yourselves and make the most of what’s on offer. Here are the items that stood out for us:
Bayty – Warwick hotel is located in Sheikh Jayed Road and i tried the Seafood night at Bayty recently and i am still thinking about good everything was. The restaurant is such a peaceful place have dinner with your family and friends, loved my recent experience. The ambiance of Bayty is very simple yet elegant, loved how spacious this restaurant is and the food spread is really very huge. The moment you enter all you can see is food, since I visited the Seafood night, all I could see was a good spread of seafood and other

Priced at just AED 165 per person, it's a great way to give in to those stir fry, teppanyaki and sushi cravings.
The food is cooked fresh and absolutely delicious. The ambience is relaxed and quiet. And the staff is absolutely helpful and friendly with a smile that's so welcoming.
My review will be up on my blog soon. (Link in bio)
I went to Bayty at Warwick hotel for their seafood night tonight. They have a great Entertainer two for 1 offer, with which you can enjoy the theme night at AED 165, for TWO people.
Frankly speaking, it wasn't the most extravagant or lavish seafood night, but the small and humble variety was a solid contender.
You could find the whole 9 yards being grilled, from lobster to mussels to shrimp to calamari to 3 different kinds of fish and everything was delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried versions of fish, calamari and shrimp.
There were options to pick from a large variety of salads, a few kinds of sushi, and of course some curries and dessert. I absolutely loved the Thai Green Curry and Seafood Fried Rice, while my plus one loved the Beef Medallions in Black Pepper sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of the sweet and sour shrimp because it was too ketchup-y for my liking.
Overall though, it was an absolutely fantastic bargain (at what comes down to AED 87.5/pax) because although the variety was small, the food was delicious and done very well!
We went there for ifftar, the buffet was so good and lots options offered. The salads were amazing more than 15 option. Sushi was there, and shawerma. The ouzi was so yummy.
The service was so good, welcoming staff and so friendly.
A very nice cozy place for Iftar dinner. Service was good and staff was helpful and friendly.Food tastes great. Will definitely recommend and visit this place again.

Ramadan, the holy month of fasting observed by Muslims the world over, is set to commence from the 6th of June this year. I love the charms of living in the UAE during this beautiful month. Office hours are shortened, malls are open till early dawn, and a whole list of enticing Iftar and Suhoor buffets make for the perfect excuse to catch up with friends and family over delicious, Arabesque meals.
Breakfast is amazing i must say... Loved the breakfast it was really nice and fresh... Would totally recommend if you are staying at the Warwick...
two times I go there with my family ,we recommend this restaurant, tasty food , very nice buffet, live cooking station, fresh fish ,shrimps and lobster , wide collection of dessert
It's the first time to try Warwick you can find the best taste of sea food good service staff very friendly the variety of sweets not a lot the view was so nice
I always go there with RAMZI my friend, we have experienced à very nice buffet 3 times, we tried out the seafood buffet as well and I totally recommend this restaurant !!!!
This is the best place to have the seafood, first time I had the best oysters so fresh and yummy. The lobster just can't relish the taste, it's so yummy and mouth watering. And the most amazing and the best is the Master Chef of France Mr Jean Luc Aman Eugene who makes its so amazing and delicious.
Recommend the seafood which is the best thing one can ever have.
Ambiance:
Large dining area, good chairs & tables, separate sections and view of the Sheikh Zayed Road on one side is good to set the mood for some delicious buffets they serve.
Cost:
The breakfast and lunch was included in our stay so, nothing much to comment but it did feel and look like an expensive spread!
Food:
Wide variety, huge spread and live counter for A La Carte, what else do you want? Every dish is perfect in flavors. It was a delight everyday to be here and enjoy the yummy food.
Service:
There was always someone to attend us, they were swift and helpful. The Indian guy at the egg station every morning for breakfast made some amazing egg items with his signature style and ingredients.
Overall:
If you are around financial center, hungry, ready to splurge some dirhams and expect delicious and variety of cuisine, this is the place to be.

I decided to eat at Bayty when I was looking for a place to eat on SZR where I could use an Entertainer coupon on a Thursday evening. I had fairly low expectations based on the other Zomato reviews but was pleasantly surprised in a lot of areas. The most impressive was the service of the restaurant manager Uma, who was so friendly, helpful and accommodating that we felt like we were visiting the restaurant of an old friend. This made all the difference and is why I bumped this review up to a 4. I do agree with Minhal Shakir in several respects. This is a fairly functional buffet that doesn't have a massive selection, and I didn't love absolutely everything I ate (I rarely do!), but there are enough options that taste good keep you satisfied.
It was seafood night so they had a live cooking station preparing fresh fish, prawns and calamari (both grilled and deep-fried). There was a sushi counter (not live) with a range of tuna and salmon sashimi, plus a selection of maki rolls (California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and salmon avocado rolls). There were chilled oysters, prawns and crab. There was a selection of 5-6 hot non-seafood mains which looked okay (I didn't try). And a selection of salads with smoked mackerel, smoked salmon and other seafood salads. I focused on the grilled sherry, sushi and sashimi and I was quite happy with that. The dessert area is smaller than many buffets, but some of the desserts were delicious, such as the deep dark chocolate mousse with a slightly crunchy base.
I didn't find the interior as offensive as some reviewers. It's not super-luxe but it was not too dim and not too bright and was perfect for a chilled out dinner and good conversation. We sat in a window table off to the side of the buffet with a view of SZR.
We were the first to arrive before the buffet even opened and they let us get started early (while the staff were still setting up) as we were in a rush so we got the first pickings of the buffet. Worth a visit with the Entertainer coupon if you like buffets (like me) and are looking for a place around SZR. Note that they only serve a buffet 3 nights of the week. Each night has a different theme - Asian, seafood or Arabic. Sounds like it's best to go early in the evening.
I tried the buffet breakfast at Bayty. The selection is good for the price you pay. It is inexpensive and has good food. They serve a selection of breads, desserts, saj bread with Zatar and cheese, waffles and other midetranean dishes. They also serve complementary tea and coffee.
The ambiance is not special what so ever, but the food = the price.
Cheers,
Khloud
I will for sure recommend this buffet to other, they have a wide range of food and sweet. You will feel high quality of food Even when it crowded.
Very good choice of menu in buffet!
Best part its 24 hours open.
Wide range of sweets
Amazing grill.
But they should have open terrace along with sheesha.
They improve the food quality and selection from the last year
They have now wide selection of international cuisine and better service ...
though it was Ramadan Eftar and i expected it would be crowd and will wait in long row to fill my plate but fortunately was well organized, frindly fast reacting stuff, restaurant very clean. food was good except the grill wasn't as good as other dishes. sweets and salad bar were rich and declcious. definitly will visit it again incha allah.
If you searching for place to enjoy really tasty food - Bayuti - is a perfect place for you! We came for lunch with my friends, there was a buffet. Huge selection of tasty seafood, sushi, amazing fried shrimps, delicious desserts, attentive staff. We tried everything we can, because you can't say no, when you see such appetizing food. Last but not least, prices not very high and perfect service. Highly recommended!

Wrong order of drinks but I think it’s only mis understanding.
Rooms was bit old, there is opaque wall in 33 rd floor where next to our room but must Ay very nice location.
