Bad service ever I had in Dubai city
Delay order ( more than 40 minutes) & the people how arrive after me they have same my order have their own order before me ..
Not listening to my request ( which was club sandwich without bacon) .. & they said sorry we will make new one it will take around 15 minutes.. ( maybe another 40 minutes)

No kids menu?? What a shame considering the Jumeirah Islands branch is right in the middle of three or four huge family communities! I’d love to be able to bring my children for lunch or tea somewhere nice like this rather than a burger or pizza joint. The staff at your cafe suggested my kids eat coconut rice or triple cooked fries, (on the whole I like them to eat protein and veggies at every meal too!).... surely you could add some simple kids chicken or fish dishes to the menu in small portions?

I haven't seen such an inflexible service attitude. Our request to the waiter to make a slight adjustment to our ordered dish resulted in "we only serve what's on the menu, sorry". I would understand if this was a 7-11 or a gas station packaged food purchase but for a cafe of this statute, they seriously need to work on their service staff. As far as I am concerned, I would probably avoid this place and suggest the same to others.

Went to the Hamptons Cafe in Jumeirah, close to Kite Beach and it was such a lovely afternoon spent there. From the way the place it’s decorated, to the food selection and presentation/taste, all the way to the very friendly and polite staff, I was very happy and I will come back for sure!!!!!

It was an absolute treat & my first time to visit hamptons cafe.So very interesting venue.we went on the top floor with glass roof.The feel was like one of the Enid blyton novels.Breakfast was very appetizing.I had fresh fruits with chia seeds & there 🍳 & soya coffee.A wonderful experience all together.Will surely visit again next time with my family😍

A hidden jewel for me. I had never heard about this place before. My close friend heard good reviews about it, so she said we could check it out as we were looking for quiet place to have dinner. We reached The Hamptons Cafe at Jumeirah and the rest is history. I loved everything about this place. From its innovative menu to its delicious food, from its warm staff to its comforting ambience, everything about this place was perfect. The highlight of the evening had to be the dessert, the Black Forest Dome Dessert not just looked out of this world, but the taste and flavors were heavenly. Great restaurant, great team! You guys deserve the 5 stars.

Not up to the hype or buzz around it! Was disappointed that several things they had promoted on social media where in fact not available :). The ambience and place is lovely but the menu etc is not that great.
Also the waiter had hesitated to bring me the change for the rest of my bill and proceeded to go do that after 15 min and looking my way twice to see if i was leaving! I think leaving tip should be at the discretion of the customer not the waiter, especially when they expected change is a good amount of money

I have drove past your restaurant for the last 2 years and always thought one day I will give it a try. That day came today as my mum has just landed here in Dubai and I wanted to treat her to something special. We were greeted with a smile and took was told to take ourselves up to the top floor. When we were got there we were met by a not so friendly waiter. His service was so unwelcoming and cold. We had to chase our drinks up a couple of times and we got no apology. We finally got my 4 year old's OJ after 15 minutes of waiting along with our drinks. The food was delicious and some beautiful choices on the menu that would always make me want to return, the service though was so disappointing. No staff on the top floor had smiles on their faces, my mum did say thats the first time she's ever walked out of somewhere in Dubai and felt shocked at how the service was! Such a shame

Had a lovely birthday morning with amazing egg Benedict with airylight brioche buns and fresh salad on the side. The chicken vou Au vent took us back to our childhood. It was a favorite evening dish to relish and it did justice to our palate. I do wish the kid meal proportion to be a bit bigger though.<br/>The macaroons were one of the best I had complementing the bitterness of the coffee. Over all enjoyed our cosy morning and hope to return again.<br/>

From the decadent english breakfast to the massive arabic breakfast and everything in between, this is a must try breakfast stop. The service is attentive and quite charming ambiance. Even with the Zomato gold discount the restaurant is expensive but worth the treat for an indulgent breakfast.

Great restaurant option in the Arabian Ranches neighbourhood with outdoor and indoor seating areas. The ambience is lovely and relaxed, the service very friendly. The food is good, I particularly enjoy the breakfast options (try the eggs benedict) and their coffee. I find the prices a bit high but worth it when you get good food, nice ambience and great service.

Hamptons is my all time favorite cafe , however am extremely disappointed with their service today . Unfortunately this time did not turn out as good. My mom and myself were invited for breakfast by a friend at the Hamptons ranches . A restaurant experience is about food, ambiance and service. The food is really good! But the service turned below par . When we asked for small plates , we were given saucers!! The breakfast came which was fine , however tea was served with no milk which was part of the order . No sugar on the table !! When asked we were told there is less staff !! The manager came and said sorry but we had already finished . Thanks for the gold offer Zomato 😊

The Hamptons Cafe is a gorgeous cafe in Arabian Ranches 1. The decor is stunning!! The service is great and the ambiance is sweet. <br/>We ordered an espresso, cafe latte, chocolate ice cream and raspberry cheesecake and all was tasty and beautifully presented! <br/>Definitely recommended.

Our first visit here after a year of living in the Ranches. We had the Greek eggs and the Spicy Eggs chorizo and both were excellent. Service staff (Chloe) was friendly, helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back as there appears to be tons of really nice items on the breakfast menu!

We all know presentation is key and the chef here makes sure to entice your eyes as well as your taste buds. Not quite the same scenery as their other branch in Jumeirah, but this location is great for the after breakfast and before nursery pick up grocery shopping! They also win another point with the handy (and free!) parking.

The Hamptons cafe is a great place for meat lovers. Their chicken dishes are absolutely amazing like chicken and waffles or the buttermilk chicken. Their fries is one of the best I've had. Their choice for vegetarians is limited and that too quite ordinary considering the prices. Their salads are OK, and mostly everything else vegetarian.

This place is right around my house,but as we most often ignore the places near our home and drive out to try out other places..so this was one of them.I always kept pushing this down my list even after hearing positive reviews about the place and at last a impromptu plan made me end by here.My friend and me went up for some coffee but ended up having dinner instead.We ordered some Pasta in pink sauce and Buttermilk battered chicken and a coffee with a macaroon.<br/>The quantity was good,infact we had leftovers but I preferred pasta to the chicken.The texture of the chicken was good,it was juicy and tender but the batter they could have worked on..<br/>Ambience is great! Cozy interiors,small corners just right for a couple date or catching up with an old friend but as these cozy areas are all on the outdoor areas mostly and lushes of green covering the area,most obviously there were flies,insects etc.for which they did not have any insect repellent machines,etc. and also frequent visits from the stray cats which was cute at the start but uncomfortable as we could not leave the table midway of dinner with the fear that the poor hungry creatures might just pounce over our food.Inside seating did not have any such issues.<br/>Overall I will recommend the place but also at the same time request the management to look into the issue pointed out so that next time I can give a 5 star rating with no reservations.

Met few friends here for a drink to beat this crazy heat. Ordered for matcha frappe, passion fruit and mango shake and another one which was something to do with banana.<br/>The staff are great and the ambience is really stunning witha complete English vintage feel with it's all white set up.<br/>The thing that stops me from giving a 4 or a 5 star is for the quality of the drinks... they were good but nothing to write back home about. So a 3 star.

A nice seating and a very pleasant service at the Hamptons Cafe this afternoon. The place was crowded. It was simply yet tastefully decorated.<br/><br/>We ordered our main dishes but I noticed no bread and oil/butter served on the tables, kinda makes the wait for your platters seem longer. <br/><br/>My entree Corn salad was delicious and colorful, though you start over dosing on corn when you reach half of it and I kind of felt it lacked a few ingredients. <br/>The Fusilli pasta was Al Dente which is perfect and the tomato basil sauce was actually delicious!! <br/>Portions are generous and fulfilling!<br/><br/>The prices are a bit on the high verge.<br/><br/>~<br/>“To open a shop is easy, to keep it open is an art.”
