They have never been to a vegetarian restaurant,I being a vegetarian I treated them to vegetarian food.. The children were reluctant and grumbling, but came out completely satisfied and happy. Recently visited Cream Centre, located in Oud Mehta 👅 and I understood how yummy outside vegetarian food can be! I was amazed by how they had such interesting dishes and such a vast menu with everything from Pani Puri to Italian Pasta’s. We ordered quite a lot of things but the dishes that really blew our mind were- The Bambaiya Paw Bhaji Sizzler, it is so so cool how they just transformed the simple iconic Paw Bhaji into something so beautiful looking and even yummier in taste. The next thing I ordered was The Penne Al Forno Pasta (if there’s pasta on the menu i obviously had to order it 🙄) which was so delicious + it had 4 cheese and I LOVE CHEESE 💖🧀. Last but not the least, for dessert we went for the Sizzling Brownie Fundae which was their most running and popular dessert which was just perfect! Y’all should definitely check this place out. And all of you out there who are craving chicken right now but can’t have it cause of Navratri, the food here will satisfy your stomach 😂❤️

Went there for dinner this evening having heard about this place for a long time. Had chosen what to order hence did not waste much time. Ordered for chilly cheese toast. Nothing much to boast about but not bad because the worst was yet to come. Ordered for chole bature for my son Amritsari kulche for myself and Methi Aloo kulche for my wife. All items were served in no time but. The first impression on tasting them was I can cook better. The food was bland and just a ripoff. Using the wadapaw ka wada ka masala to make a methi aloo parantha is a bit on the cheating side. The amritsari kulche was a disaster on the plate. All in all money wasted and nothing gained. Cant imagine I had food at a restaurant because none of the dishes left any sort of taste in the mouth. Sorry folks never again to your place.

This place used to be crowded all the time when it was opened , even the rating was 4+. From.food to service everything was good. One of the best places in that area. When I visited this place recently I was surprised to see that only one customer in the whole restaurant. I told them.i am your old customer nd was expecting some good food. Food I ordered cheese balls , one of their best selling according to them. They got it in 5 minutes w/o chutney , very cold looked like it was left over from previous day. Informed them , they were not willing to accept their mistake and blaming that ac is on so food became cold. Staff attitude is like as if he is owner of the place Gradually their service has dropped beyond expectations. I am gonna complain to the food and.hygeine dept about it. They didnt serve salad along with the dish. Staff is always sitting on your head so you order more

Hi there ! Went to cream centre 4 weeks back. Absolute waste of money. No taste and poor quality. One of the things that we had ordered were paneer sabzi . It was horrible and smelling. Simple ambience with only indoor seating facility. We had been to this restaurant last week for some quick snacks. Tried their American corn cheese balls, paneer tikka double decker sandwich, bombay double decker sandwich and chilly cheese maska pav. Headed down here to try out their sizzlers ,as well to unlock my gold offer. But unfortunately couldn't unlock as they said for sizzlers gold is not applicable.so at the start it was kind of disappointing. Ordered three sizzlers Paneer ka baap-the paneers where so juicy and tasty..loved it...next time for sure I am going to order panner Tikka on the house. This sizzler was served with rice vegetables and potato wedges Second one was Manchurian hakka noodles sizzler-with green sauce on sides served with noodles mixed vegetables and potato wedges. Third one was spicy sapo vegetable served with noodles and red spicy sauce with Vegetables and potato wedges. Definitely want to try their other dishes as well. The service was so good and staffs where really kind. At the end they had served us complimentary dessert,which was of pretty much quantity. Fair prices as well for the dishes.

I am regular costumer of cream center since quite long time but today (18/10/2019) I visited and much more disappointed with this place as we ordered Their new variety Biriyani sizzler and waited for almost 50-60 minutes (9:25PM to 10:25PM) still they are asking me to wait another 10 min 😡 I can see the near by tables people came after me also getting their orders and sizzlers. One more thing they changed their menu but prices also increased. According to market we can understand but if you increasing your rates you should give proper service which customers deserves the most especially on weekends and public holidays. Worst service this time very disappointed. You have to value your customers as well value each & everyone’s time. I left the restaurant without order as we can’t wait more than this. Already informed managers but they are arguing not accepting their mistake & blaming each other.

Have been here a couple of times but never got around to writing about this place - that has always been very consistent in its offering. They have just introduced a new menu. We were here last night and had the following - 👍😋Cholle Bhature - This is a specialty of the restaurant and never disappoints - It is a Mumbai style of Cholle Bhature, not the kind you get in Delhi - but is excellent. The Bhatura is probably the largest Bhatura I have seen and one is more than enough for a person. The Channas were dark, flavorsome without being over-spiced - the vinegar onions and carrot pickle make for a great accompaniment to this dish. 👍Pau Bhaji sizzler - always wandered how they would put such a dish on the sizzler. It came stacked with all the normal ingredients with an addition of rice, roast potatoes and some more pau soaked in the bhaji. There was a lot on the sizzler and everything was full of flavor and good taste. The potato was the only exception as it was kind off bland. 👍Bao with Manchurian dumplings - Good appetizer, with a nice zing to it, generous portion, well seasoned and again was a bit different from a normal bao. Another winner. 👍Service is very good - Friendly, attentive and great customer interaction. Will be back to try out some more new dishes on the menu. There is parking available opposite the restaurant.

Whole Zomato gold is becoming useless now. Restaurant said sizzler and sizzling brownie is part of special menu and hence cannot be part of zomato. And he informed us after unlocking two Zomato. Everywhere dessert are part of Zomato but not here. Look like everyone making their own Zomato rule and customer are facing inconvenience because of this.

Live For Food

One of my all time favorite restaurant. All the items on their menu are absolutely amazing in taste. From sev puri to sizzlers, cheese balls to sabji roti, everything is really delicious. Highly recommended place. However, if you are going to use zomato Gold, inform them in advance, as after they bring the bill, they can't modify it, due to limitations of their billing system.

Update as of 12 Sep 2019. Extremely disappointed with the Service. Extremely bad experience. We finished the food and asked for the bill. When we told them we want to use Zomato Gold they refused saying bill is already printed and they cannot do anything now. What’s the logic here??? If for instance they charge extra on a bill then won’t they cancel and print another one? Why can’t they do it when we clearly said we want to benefit from Gold membership. What is the use of Zomato Gold when restaurants like these have such illogical rules of their own.

Very disappointing service. We were 4 and had gone for office team lunch. Amidst that, we forgot to inform them about the Zomato Gold that we had. During the bill payment, we asked if they could help us use that and to my shock the manager was super rude in front of other waiters and customers. He couldnt even come to the table and explain the T&Cs which I’m sure are there and we do understand. Infact, one of our fellow colleagues was also not allowed to pack the remaining food. I mean why is that? Basic courtesy is something that the manager should be trained with. M sure we are not going back to Cream Centre again.

The overall decorum of the place is fantastic .! The food - the presentation is amazing but the Time- Delay and the Process was not at all followed and price of Roties aren’t normal - We ordered cheese paav Bhaji, Paneer Ka Baap Sizzler, Chholas, and tandoori roties.all together. - One Plate Tikki Chholas in the last (thinking of they will provide the same Chholas which they provided as a gravy - Indian mentality to have the same with Tandoor roti) The waiter first bought us the Paav Bhaji which was fantastic and Tasty as well- very well presentated.! After finishing the same - we waited for 15 mins without getting another dish and were just drinking water again and again . After that they served us Chholas and Tandoor Roti which was also good - but we were expecting them to serve us sizzler’s first before the main course. Until this we didn’t get any complimentary salad or anything which really made us upset.! After finishing it, we waited for another 5-7 minutes to get our sizzler - by that we already had our tummy full .! Sizzler was very very good and a must 5/5 but it was served in the last which we didn’t really like .! We had some Rotis with us and hence we ordered one tiki chholas- tikkies were well stuffed with green peas but the Chholas were not the same - they were small in size was not up to the expectations of the customer. Overall it is 3.5/5 because of the time and quality of some items and may be price as well at some points Paav bhaji- 5/5 Sizzler - 5/5 Chholas- 4/5 Tandoori roti- 3/5 - price and presentation .! Truly delicious food. The restaurant is pretty old and badly needs refurbishment of seating, change in menu and they need to work on interiors too. But, if you don't bother much abt ambiance and if you are in search of excellent veg sizzlers then this is the place to be. Their bestsellers are cheese corn balls , Bombay pac bhaji sizzler, paneer tikka and brownie sizzler. You must try them . Cheese corn balls are scrumptious. Paneer tikka is delicious with paneer being really soft. Pav bhaji sizzler is an absolute stunner! Brownie sizzler is the perfect dessert to end your fully loaded meal here. Service is good. Will definitely go back for sizzlers.

I am a frequent diner at Cream Centre and me and my family usually really enjoy our dining experience. But we were hugely disappointed with our recent visit to the restaurant. We ordered their Hyderabadi Hara Masala ke kofte and their Dum Matka Peshwari Paneer. Both the dishes were bland and had too much salt. Look wise, it looked very appetizing but the taste didn't match. Our rotis were also charred and we had to send them back to the kitchen for a replacement. Furthermore, they took more than 20 mins to bring a single piece of naan to our table. Overall, I feel that the food here is not worth the price especially when it comes to the rotis which are very tiny compared to most Indian restaurants. We left the restaurant feeling very let down.

Well we had zomato gold and the only thing that was appealing in the menu were sizzlers . We ordered that and the guy asked us if we had zomato gold and he said it’s not included in gold. Ok fair enough. But this man goes to his fellow friends and mocks us from there.. Cream Centre is located in Oud Mehta close to many other restaurants in the area. There is an ample seating arrangement with a decent menu of options. Our order - Chilli Cheese Masala Pav Paneer Lababdar Laccha Paratha Absolute Recommend - Chilli Cheese Masala Pav Paneer was quite hard and the curry was very thick and tasted only like turmeric. Laccha Paratha was very hard and chewy by the time it arrived to the table. It was awful with the Paneer Lababdar as it was too dry and difficult to swallow. But I would definitely go back just for the Chili Cheese Masala Pav! The traditional masala pav tastes fantastic with cheese and chilli and the portion is very satisfying.

Good Ambiance, response of staff is quick. Food taste is good as specially chhole bhature which is so tasty. As per some people's review, i order with zomato gold, tried to pack by calling to their staff, but they are not allowed me to take it to home. Please focus on it.

Doesn't compare up to the cream center from back in Mumbai. It's a restaurant brand that we grew up with and this place does not do justice. The American corn cheese balls were over fried and burnt. In the ragda patties, the patty was cold and even on a weekend the ragda seemed days old, cold and quantity not sufficient even for one patty. The supposedly spicy pasta was tasteless. In the peak of the summer, the air conditioning was hardly functioning and we were sweating even toward the end of the meal. The restaurant was over packed with tables with hardly any space in between. It got quite suffocating with people sitting so close together. All in all, not what you expect from a fine dining concept especially with the legacy from back in Mumbai. A big disappointment.

Seen this place many times from outside, never tried thanks to long waiting que always during peak dinner hours. Finally got a chance to enter off peak hours. Heard a lot about their Sizzlers from friends And trust me its worth paying it for. Also, Chole bhature is something to you can visit for.

5 - 1= 4 star it is to this amazing vegetarian restaurant and my all time favorite, 1 star definitely needs to be subtracted as hospitality is one of the most important part of this industry and my encounter with one of a kind so called manager Mr Manoj Kumar has been very disappointing. So to share my experience in short - Being a Zomato Gold Member I ordered for pasta and there was some leftover n my plate as I dont encourage wastage of food in any way and also since I paid for the same, I requested one of the staff to pack the same for me to that this guy barges in and says no no tats not our policy let the food be wasted you dont worry. My next try - I requested him maintaining my tone unlike him, that if i could get my tiffin from the car and take it myself, to that Mr Manoj replies ''cant you understand what I am saying you cannot take away anything, since you have used Gold '' Cut 2 Mr Manoj hands over his phone to me and asks me to talk to a zomato staff, I spoke to Kritika and she instantly agreed to my point and said we are sorry, as I started thanking her Mr Manoj could understand something I guess and grabs the phone from my hand and says this is why we dont entertain zomato at our restaurant (not exactly word to word) and frantically disconnects. This review is not just a complain but also a request towards a practice of packing your leftovers to be consumed by self or for someone in need rather than to just throw away... Good Day ...and may God bless this guy with some etiquette and decency towards people.

The food is amazing,their pani puri is served with crisp puris and the masala served with it is too good,their pasta is oozing with cheese and is the best in town.A little pricey though but if you want to eat some good food for the palate then this is the place to be.For all chocolate lovers the sizzling brownie is a must have at the end of the meal.But do not expect their service to be good too.

Came here on a Friday night, in spite of the gold privilege applicable on this place , they had a lot of terms and conditions to it - we couldn’t use it on any sizzler (main course or dessert) which is one of their popular items. We couldn’t use the gold on one of the starter because we couldn’t finish the same and wanted to parcel it. We are surprised that zomato gold in this particular restaurant came with so many conditions. It was more like they didn’t want us to use the privilege. Disappointed.
