Pretty good pasta!
We visited Cross cultural cafe and bistro in Meena Bazar, Bur Dubai for a snack on a weekday. It is situated in Arabian Courtyard Hotel. The interiors of the restaurant are colorful although some of the antiques can be avoided to make it look less cluttered.
We ordered for the Penne arabiatta - it was a bit disappointing as the proportions of penne and sauce were not balanced. It was spicy and tasty but the balance can be improved.
The staff is polite and the ambience is good but can be improved by minimizing the props. Valet parking is available at the hotel.

This is a newly opened bistro in Meena Bazaar.. perfect for hanging out with friends and playing some games!👬👭👫 They got alcohol for cheaper prizes and a license so you can have it all night because they are open 24*7 😃
Their interior decor is something to look out for 😍😍😍

A very cosy and homely place located in a very odd place however this does not take away from its charm. They have comfy seating areas. Definitely a great place to hang out with your friends and enjoy some good hot coffee and some light bites. I was also surprised and happy to see that they also serve alcohol at very reasonable prices. The best part is that they are open 24 hours !!
We spotted the place by chance during our Meena Bazaar run. A cozy quiet place with great ambience. Although we stayed there just for a bit, would definitely return during the weekend. Its a great place for those who want a quiet relaxed and chilled out evening to unwind or those who wish to work in a quiet environment. Best part is its got an attached bar and the place is smoke free :)
The rates were also very reasonable.
Definitely look forward to visiting the place soon
The main concept is to entertain and accompany the different walks of life cause friendship is the common thing between individuals
The ambience is set for a 20th century vibe [a bit from the friends series]which makes it a chill place for your mates to catch up and have a drink or even grab a snack from the wide range of selections available.
Went here for the opening session where I tried most of their menu best items as well as some refreshing drinks too.

Splendid in all ways, beautiful ambience, courteous staff, amazing coffee and pastries. Rehaan makes the best coffee, truly international in nature.
It's very easy to find, just opposite Dubai museum.
The menu is a good mix of Mediterranean, Asian, Italian and more, but not exactly F.R.I.E.N.D.S themed for obvious reasons (I wanted a Gunther 😂)
It's still a great place to hangout with your friends, especially for students

It was my first visit to this cafe with my cousins and we did not realise that it might turn out to be one of the memorable nights, had soo much fun!! The ambience is perfect, the cafe gives a warm and cozy feeling, you can enjoy and shout as loud as you can. The staff is very friendly, if you visit please encounter with Mr. Sahil, he was very polite and did not ask us to shut up even once😂😂. Food was average but after all the positive factors, this went unnoticed for all of us, thank you again for this amazing time!😘
While walking past Arabian Courtyard, we chanced upon The newly opened friends inspired cafe - Cross Cultural Perks - Cafe n Bistro.
It has a beautiful ambience - colorful, bright and fun, with extremely friendly staff!
The Pesto hummus for Dhs18 was a unique combination of pesto sauce and hummus- served with hot pita bread and pickles - this was an absolutely delicious starter.
The Vegetable kathi roll wrap for Dhs 22/- served with French fries 🍟 and coleslaw was appropriately spiced wrapped in a thin roti. Absolutely loved the food, ambience, and service of this cafe!

Spent my Saturday morning at this cozy cafe located at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel at Meena Bazaar in Bur Dubai.
It's a cute and innovative cafe that epitomizes everything that's Dubai, from the food to the interiors! They have a delicous mix of international cuisines (continental, Thai, American, Irish and much more) all under one roof and is perfect suited for the vast variety of tourists that throng this busy spot in Bur Dubai.
Full marks to the staff for their warm hospitality. Trust me,the attitude of the staff at any restaurant adds on the the entire experience, so thumbs up guys!👍
Went here for coffee that turned into lunch with friends.. Apart from the fact that it's located right in the middle of bur dubai.. One would have to double think if they wanna go aftwr work becoz those times bur dubai is the busiest.. Even tho they have valet parking.. Reaching the place would be a task..
There's not much else I didn't like.. Loved the ambience of the place... The interiors were done really well.. It would have been great if they had been playing the friends episodes on their screens.. Hope that they do that in the future.. Food was great too.. Price also quite affordable..
Its not the central perk. Once you get that into your mind you will actually enjoy the decor, seating and food. Had a lovely time with friends and will go back again.
What we liked:
1. Food -
Cold mezze: had all your usuals. Hummus, tabouleh, moutable and fathoush. Was definitely good.
Hot mezze: good mix of kibbeh, sambousa and puff. Good again.
Pasta: arabiata and the chicken one. Was served hot and was flavorful.
Mexican chicken quesadillas: small quantity but good.
The strawberry mojito was lovely.

Ambience 3/5
This was advertised as "FRIENDS" Themed restaurant & honestly I couldn't relate much with the Series and the location. I liked the idea and concept but I think they need more work to do with it. Would have been really impressed if they kept playing FRIENDS episodes on TV and added up few more posters. Overall it was a good place with variety of activities like Cards & Monopoly included. Respectable amount of seatings were placed according to the location.

Service was decent and they were very friendly. Allowed me to film everything when I asked for their permission but there was a bit delay in serving the cheque in the end so for which I'd give 4 stars
Menu 4/5
It wasn't sacked up. Rather it was properly aligned with Series character names. They have most of the continental food like Italian, Indian Etc. Beers and other Alcohol items were there too Pricing was absolutely affordable and respectable.
Quality & Quantity 4/5
I ordered Homemade Camel and Chicken Burger with Caramel Frappe. It was having a good taste but was little sour. I was really impressed with the quality because I didn't expect a big quality for the amount I paid.
Overall a perfect chill spot for group of friends to have a great time together with few Insta worthy pictures & a chill time.
F.R.I.E.N.D.S themed cafe in Dubai ❤️ If that does not make you want to try this place out immediately , i dont know what will. An amazing little cafe in Arabian Courtyard that has a good variety of food and beverage options ( including alcoholic options) making this place a complete package all in itself . What makes it even better is the entire ambience is of the FRIENDS tv show and has snippets of the show running continuously on television. Tried the Chandlers Choco-Coco , Chocolate Frappe , Pesto Hummus , Peri Peri Fries and Mushroom Pasta . And would definitely recommend it .
