Great service and an extensive menu.
We dined there for the business lunch, and enjoyed 3 courses. Every plate was beautiful presented and delicious. I was really looking forward to the tiramisu as a lot of diners had raved about it. It was definitely lovely but was lacking the coffee flavour that is so distinctive. We did inform our server. But everything else was executed quite nicely.
MINA Brasserie is a modern, bustling brasserie for breakfast, lunch (business lunch) and dinner, serving a selection of hearty dishes, in partnership with award-winning celebrity Chef Michael Mina.
Before starting my food review I am simply blown away by the great service , from Hostess Julia to lovely Monica (from the great Brazil 😍) those ladies had simply added the charm to our evening, what I loved about Julia she was so confident to give her recommendations ( I love it when staff knows what they are serving)
Now coming to the food section the food variety was just top notch , love the each and every section on the menu (I actually tried most of it) every dish had richness and great flavour, simply loved the salmon, their burger is also just next level also ravioli was just so great
I must say they have most artist drinks every cocktail has short story based on painting that is just so amazing
Moving on to dessert Tiramisu was the best loved the carrot cake and the banana tart was also great bit of more base would have made it even more delicious thanks to Riyas suggesting us the desserts
Once again massive thanks to Monica and Julia I am definitely going to come back for the great service , I am Manager myself in hospitality industry and based on my experience these girls are stars

Stunning interiors, impeccable service and food that tasted really good surely made a great lunch.
I was here for their business lunch and I must say it is a great deal, AED120/- for a 3 course menu with water, mocktails and coffee.
Started the meal with a Palate cleaner, this was one was tomato consommé with buratta form and pesto power, felt like we were drinking a salad however the flavors were just perfect.
They are newly launching their drinks menu that is inspired by paintings, so much creativity gone into them, we loved both our flamingo and sunset inspired mocktails.
From the starters we chose the Truffle Gratinee and the Salmon Tartare. Both of these were cooked to perfection. The Truffle Gratinee melted in the mouth and the Tartare with salmon, avo and a hint of ginger was a burst of flavors.
For the mains we called for the Roasted Seabass and a NY strip, medium cooked. We also called for the Parmesan truffle fries. I must emphasize how everything is of such fine quality that it reflects on the taste of the food. Each of the above dishes were really good and the presentation added to the beauty.
Ended the meal with an amazing Tiramisu and an extremely delectable Lime and blueberry dessert with coffee. It was indeed a perfect afternoon.
Amazing time yesterday evening !
Went for some drinks stayed for dinner; didn’t leave without having dessert!
Mina Brasserie
Located in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, DIFC, Dubai
It was Wednesday night, instead of the usual Ladies night we, myself & Nilufar wanted to have some talk time, catch up with the school’s reopening, etc so we headed here, the bar is pretty, it’s like a garden dining area, we settled with our drinks that Léonardo, our bar tender specially prepared for us, mine was Hibiscus based & here had Glitter in it ! He understood us perfectly! We got us some Sallon tartare & also some octopus. Both the starters were so nice that we decided to try the mains, this place is famous for its Au Poivré Steaks, I got a Ribeye & she got a Fillet Mignon, both were cooked to perfection.
We didn’t have space left for desserts; we both had gobbled our Truffle fries & Brussel sprouts that came as sides of our steaks.
But we couldn’t leave without trying their famous Teramisu! Oh it was sooo good, please see my video !
I would like to indicate that portions are generous, order wisely, and reservations are recommended!
They also do a business lunch, on weekdays.
Beautiful place, sophisticated atmosphere, wonderful music that makes you travel to different places in your mind, perfect volume (so important I've been in places when you can't hear what the person besides you is saying). Jay you are the best host. Inviting staff in general. Started with mocktails, Tropical Sunset for me, what a presentation and explanation for this composition. Really the whole lunch is a total experience from beginning to end. The Kale Quinoa Salad is 🌈 for main course I ordered the vegetarian Ravioli and for dessert a vegan Coconut Cream Pie @veganfoodiedubai (IG) with Green Jasmine Tea @givemethattea (IG). Will be back soon.
This has been probably my best dinner experience in Dubai. Mina Brasserie is impeccable from the service to the food and the ambiance. Me and my friend went for dinner and we were absolutely delighted by the end of the night. Their staff (specially Monica, Joseph and Yoga) were very attentive and knowledgeable about everything being served. As appetizers we chose the Aubergine Mille-Feuille and the Grilled Octopus, both were incredible and melting in the mouth. My favorite main was the classic Fillet Mignon, to die for.
But the thing that called my attention the most was their innovative way of coming up with their cocktails. They are inspired by famous art pieces but artists such as Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo. Do yourself a favor and order the Starry Night, not only it replicates the painting when it comes to the looks but also the feelings it brings up.
Overall I recommend Mina Brasserie as a must go restaurant in Dubai, for both locals and visitors. As a flight attendant and blogger I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants around the world and this is definitely one that will remember forever.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious! You won't wanna get out of this place.
It was a good time spent in mina. Bit pricy but definitely a classy place to go to
Came here for the Emirati menu and we really enjoyed all the courses. The lamb chops were my favourite
Tasty food, great service and good music. Highly recommend! Thanks

This is a restaurant worthy of being at the Four Seasons.
The food was delicious, generous portions, the ambience was loud but fun, and the service was tiptop.
Would definitely come back again.
The highlight of the night was the wagyu burger, the Taste was exceptional.
Would definitely come back again, the setting is beautiful enough for celebrating special events!
This is the place where I can say I go every weekends sometimes for drink sometimes for dinner the ambiance is great and the food is perfect
Best. Service. Ever!
Great experience at Mina, the food is excellent, you can't go wrong with any of the items on the menu. I've been several times now and the food was always excellent.
We were able to sit at the outside terrace which is cozy and friendly as opposed to the inside area which is a bit more formal.
All aside, the best part of our evening was the service. Nothing short of perfect, all questions were answered by our friendly waiter who was extremely attentive and got all our orders spot on.
Our table was always cleared on time and remained clean. He was able to make recommendations for drinks and food. 5 star for our waiter!
I love the place from the first time I visited it .Very tasty food and lovely atmosphere, always full of people and I love the life music. What can be better for a Thursday night;)?
Loved the atmosphere here especially on Friday nights. The food was really tasty especially the lamb chops and sea bass. The music was good as well. Will visit again.
I have ordered wagyu burger and wood fired baby chicken food was delicious and the food quality was upto the mark staff was good and have attentive nature toward customers I had got a great experience of these two dishes as both are so delicious the place was good and good place for hanging out with some friends
It is a nice place to hangout with your friends or family. A cool place to chill out. Offering some amazing food and drinks, this is a perfect place for a quick catch up.
The place to go for an elegant lunch or dinner, in a quite unique ambience thanks to the beautifully decorated indoor terrace. Attentive service and good vibe at any time of the day. Food is as delicious as you would expect from any high-quality DIFC restaurant, but I find it a little more fairly priced, they are also on Entertainer.
Lovely place! The experience was just on top. Food was sumptuous. Salmon, beef and sauces were 👌🏻. You could really tell the meat were of the best quality. The sauces compliment everything. You don’t have to worry since it’s a smokeless grill. Veggies were fresh plus they also have several sweets for desserts, fruit slices, yaki udon, rice and soup. The best about it is kuya, the server, was so warm friendly, accommodating and entertaining. Although the lady manager was a bit rude when looking at diners. I mean it’s a buffet so
Had dinner here yesterday with my friends. The ambience is amazing and the quality of the food is great. Ordered the lamb three ways and the dover sole . Loved the food . Would love to come back here.
Great place with a lovely bar in the heart of DIFC located in the Four Seasons hotel.
Excellent service, the waiters are well trained, polite, helpful and know their menu and wine list.
The ambiance and crowd is nice, food was very good.
We had a pleasant dinner and will definitely be back.
Also a great spot for pre-dinner drinks.
Great overall restaurant. Favourite dishes are the eggplant crisps entree, the fish on chips and the ravioli with truffle. Internal decor is very nice and the outside bar area is super cool, especially when the live band is playing. Very good atmosphere and a very unique addition to the DIFC dining experience.
Tried the business lunch a few times What is amazing is that they rotate the menu, so you never get bored. Also, the menu is light, so you dont feel stuffed after a full meal
my colleagues and i had lunch at mina brasserie. classy ambience, attentive and knowledgeable staff. we ordered the oysters as a starter, and the burger, sea bream, and ravioli as our main courses, all of which we enjoyed very much.
you can taste the quality of the food, and see the care taken to prepare the dish and attention to detail in the presentation.
slightly high pricing point and limited chicken options/main courses on the menu (for those that are not fans of seafood or beef), but i would return again anyway for the overall experience
Mina Brasserie ...an interesting place!
Lovely ambience ,
Except We sat outside ...which was kinda warm !
We had in the starters the parmesan truffle, the tuna tartare, seared scallops and the charred octupus! To my pleasant surprise they were all very flavorsome and pretty yum!
We got pretty stuffed so the main course were only the wood charred rib eye steak n porcini truffle ravioli(mindblowing!!)
Coz we needed space for the desserts🥰
Both were fantastic !! The banana tarte n the chocolate with hazelnuts n raspberries!
A lovely evening which left us feeling stuffed!
But i guess one cheat day is allowed!!
Mina Brasserie has “bon vivant” Manhattan spirit, with views of skyscrapers and serpentine traffic buzzing with impatient honking.
In contrast to the Four Seasons where it’s located, Mina Brasserie features rather minimalistic style accented by the designer’s love of symmetry and geometry. There is wonderful proportional order in the way tables are lined up and wrapped in some seriously pressed snow white cotton cloths.
Art Deco inspired flooring, giant crystal chandelier, panoramic mirrors and cheeky art on wooden panels; these are a few elements that caught my eye straight away. Did I mention the golden bar?
Apart from the main dinning area, the stunning terrace features greenery, hanging lights and floor lanterns, and is very warm, earthy and casual. When weather allows, all the restaurant life moves over. We reserved an indoor table for the views, polished ambience and the bar.
The menu is focused on seasonal ingredients offering a wide spread of heart-warming dishes, from extravagant seafood to smoky steaks created by Chefs Michael Mina and Matthew Dahlkemper.

Great overall restaurant. Favorite dishes are the eggplant crisp, the wood grilled rib eye and the ravioli with truffle. Internal decor is very nice and the outside bar area is super cool. Very good atmosphere and a very unique addition to the DIFC dining experience. Highly recommended.
Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Dubai. They choose american cuisine with a twist and a celebrity chef from America. The atmosphere is amazing in the night, they have live bands perfectly for drinks and dancing also.
My choices are the beef, and octopus. The desert impressed me the most! Must try once for dinner and dancing!!!
Stopped by for breakfast and loved everything about the place.. mordern and comfortable furniture.. with great staff
Loved it so much that I came back to dine with my friends.. and the food was too good must try their Arabian Umali and cheese cake.
Lovely setting with a great happy hour offer. I must say the service is a bit sticky which makes you feel rather suffocated at times. Crowd was great and bartender mixed good cocktails. I will be back to sample the food menu as it look quite good.
Mina Brasserie proudly states “It’s our pleasure to serve you, and to surprise you.” The food was absolutely delicious and nicely presented. On a Thursday night, the place was vibrant, nice ambience with live music band. Inside and outside seating are available. Friendly staff and very good service. I really enjoyed my time!
we came because we had later reservations for another restaurant in DIFC. We had some drinks and starters, the octopus was amazing, and the drinks were really nice. However the restaurant was understaffed and for our second round of drinks it took an unacceptable amount of time.
New place in difc, i went lastnight for dinner, all was. Very good, fast service delicious food , you should try their buratta cheese whitch its amazing, highly recomended
Another success by the renowned chef, Michael Mina. I’ve visited twice already. The restaurant is really beautiful and they have a very charming outdoor lounge/terrace area. Food is delicious. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Wonderful experience every time. Thank you
Biz lunch day!! 100 AED. (with desert +20)
we sat outside.- the restaurant is so cute!! fancy decolated and I like the blue colour. food was brilliant and potion was very good enough for lunch. I didn't have time so I skipped my desert. Maybe next time x
Mina Brasserie impressed me with their beautiful interiors and delicious food. It's somehow a twist of New York and a Paris brasserie, however, Mina Brasserie's food menu is elevated in a way that keeps it far from a typical brasserie. With menu items such as Seared Norwegian Salmon, Australian Lamb Chops, and my personal favorite; Smoked Beef Shortribs, Mina Brasserie managed to make a big culinary name for itself right from the getgo.
I had lunch here a couple of weeks ago and was overall pleased with the food and especially the food presentation. Each dish was elegancy placed to resemble a piece of art. The Norwegian Salmon, in particular, looked like spring on a plate! The beautiful colors of yellows, purples, and greens kept me in awe. It was almost too beautiful to eat! But eat I did, and regret I did not! This salmon was truly delicious! Perfectly crispy on the top and tender in the middle. The textures of the cauliflower, citrus and green leaves complemented the dish extraordinarily. I truly loved this dish and I highly recommend it.
As much as I loved The Norwegian Salmon, I actually loved the Smoked Beef Short Ribs even more! Although the plating was not as beautiful, the taste made up for it. The tender beef was so soft, you hardly needed to cut it; it just fell off in the most beautiful way possible. The taste of the squash puree, cherry tomato confit, and mashed potato were the perfect side dishes to the beef. The Smoked Beef Short Ribs were by far my favorite dish!
The one advice I must give prior to visiting Mina Brasserie is to make a table reservation (if you want to sit in the outdoor area). I made the mistake of not specifically asking for an outdoor table and had to sit inside, even though the outdoor area was not completely full at the time. It seems like they get a lot of reservations for the outdoor area and must keep those tables available for those who reserved them.
I did, however, got to move outside for my desserts. And although I got to enjoy the beautiful weather, view and busy atmosphere, I was a bit drawn back by the service. Although the service was efficient when sitting inside, it took a back seat when I moved to the veranda. Not to say that the service was bad, it wasn't at all, but due to outside's busy atmosphere, receiving my desserts took a bit of a long time. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait. The desserts were delicious! I especially loved the S'mores Bar which was toasted by our table! Delicious chocolate cake, graham crumbles and toasted marshmallows; a recipe for the perfect dessert!
Overall, I am a fan of Mina Brasserie and would recommend it to my fellow readers. Just don't forget to make a table reservation prior to your visit to avoid any disappointments.
The fresh juices and the ambience was beyond perfect!!! Classical and delicious food... Good place for fine dinee with your friends on good weather days
Went in for an after hour drink.
The place is nice and cozy in the bar area.
At 2 AM the place was still pretty busy and it is supposed to be the new thing in town. Not sure if it will sustain and I have yet to try their food.
Mina Brasserie is the brand new restaurant by the renowned chef, Michael Mina. He is a culinary genius who has opened almost 30 restaurants around the world and this one is his latest venture and judging by the interior design alone, I think it looks promising. We visited on a weeknight which means restaurants are not supposed to be busy. We were early though and guests started arriving a little later. The restaurant is divided into two: the main dining area and the beautiful lounge/terrace outside. The interiors look amazing and it is a full revamp of what used to be Firebird Diner. If you’ve visited the restaurant before, you will see how everything has changed and there’s not even a trace of the old diner.
After the flop that was Firebird Diner, I wasn’t really sure if Michael Mina’s replacement venture, Mina Brasserie, was going to fare any better than it’s short-lived predecessor. What I’d seen so far from visitors gone before me on social media looked pretty plain, and in all honesty, you’d be hard pressed to be inspired by the menu. It reads like dozens of other very similar restaurants in Dubai – I really wondered how they would manage to stand out from the crowd. But Mina Brasserie is doing what Michael Mina does well – classic, New York-style brasserie food. It makes no pretensions to be anything else. And after visiting, I’ve realized that’s completely ok – because what it does, it does very well.
