Amazing service! Steamed fish in chilli oil is a must try! Chicken sweet corn soup was a bit bland however condiments such as chilli paste are available to add. Dumplings and xiaolong bao tasted very good. Chicken clay pot is also delicious.

5th time visiting Han Cuisine Springs Souk, the taste and quality of the food is still exceeding my expectation. Friends ordered salted fish fried rice, claypot beef rice and myself Singapore styled fried vermicelli. If you crave for an excellent Cantonese stir fried, tasting the caramelised dishes consistently cooked by an experienced chef, this is the go to place. Before I forget, their dim sum is a must try too.

Menu was easy to navigate (I hate unlimited options of noodle and rice dishes). Kitchen service was prompt. Food was good.
Overall it's a place I'd add to my safe list. I'd not visit a location specificaly for Han, but if it's available in a location it would make it to my top 5 options for a lunch or dinner.

Han Cuisine is an authentic Cantonese restaurant with a very elegant and refined interior at Spring Souk and a very nice selection of food and drinks that my husband and I enjoyed last week. It was so good that we are planning to go again! The wasabi shrimps were out of this world!!! The chicken with chili and the vegetables spring rolls definitely my favorite!! We tried so many exotic dishes and everything was above expectations!! The deep fried ice cream is a must have... and Oh! Im not a big fan of Dim Sum but now I can definitely say that the best ones I ever tasted where at Han cuisine. Thank you for an amazing experience 😀
After having eaten at almost all the noteworthy Chinese restaurants during my 13 years in Dubai, I can finally say this is by far the best Chinese food in town! The food is authentic cantonese and the service is great! It’s also reassuring to know that the owners are hands on and extremely particular about the quality of the food; everything is freshly prepared and not frozen (like most other places).
We tried various dimsums which were really good, the wasabi prawns and the sweet and sour chicken which was outstanding and the seafood fried rice was definitely the best I’ve eaten in Dubai.
I look forward to coming back as often as possible!
If you're looking for the best Chinese food with a relaxed ambience then Han Cuisine is a must. Every dish we ordered was freshly prepared and tasted divine. The staff are friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant is ideally located and is great for lunch or dinner. We are regular customers and the food and service are awesome! Just visited Hans Cuisine in Spring Souk for breakfast today. We were very warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated at our very comfortable table with a lounge sofa on one side toward the back of the restaurant. Seating was nice and private for our party of 4. The breakfast spread of dim sum was adequate as they had the most popular Cantonese dim sum dishes such as Har Gow (Prawn dumpling wrapped in thin translucent tapioca based skin) , Chicken Siu Mai, BBQ chix Buns, beef balls, Radish cake fried in XO sauce and Shanghai Xiao Long Bao( soup dumplings). My personal favourites were the Radish cake and Shanghai Xiao Long Bao. Radish cake was lovely and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. XO sauce was savoury and nice. The Chicken and Beef Xiao Long Bao we had was in my opinion better than the famous Din tai Fung in Mall of the Emirates. The was delicious soup oozing out of the steamy dumplings on every bite. Truly a work of art. All in all an enjoyable morning breakfast to be savoured with Friend and family. Although most items were avail on the breakfast dim sum menu from 0830am , some were not ie fried rice noodles and claypot rices dishes as the Head Chef wasn’t on duty till 10am. Hence we failed to try those on the breakfast menu. Price was reasonable as our bill came up to dhs360 for 4 of us including a generous 20% tip!!
This is a top notch Chinese restaurant, the best in this residential area of Dubai without a doubt and one of the best Chinese in Dubai , all chefs are Chinese which is a rarity these days , delicious authentic food , nice setting and very friendly service , you might have to wait a bit but it is well worth the wait as all dishes are prepared and cooked to order , new dishes are being introduced regularly which makes visiting this place even more intriguing and interesting . some dishes are so yummy and delicious that you need to preorder or go early otherwise you might just miss out ,

Second time at this restaurant and love it. My favorites were the claypot eggplant and the beef and century egg congee. Word of advice - go for their specialities and not the usual things you would order at Americanized Chinese restaurants.
Han is a home-grown, Singaporean-owned authentic Asian restaurant. This second incarnation is located on the first floor of the Spring Souk Mall in Emirates Hills; the original is in Business Bay. Han’s interior is clean-cut and easily recognisable as Asian without being full-blown Enter The Dragon. It has a small terrace on the opposite side of its mall entrance which is lovely to sit out in at this time of year. I was introduced to Han by my friend and restaurateur, Nicky Ramchandani. When Nicky, himself a passionate foodie and my culinary guru for all things Asian, recommends and/or praises a restaurant – I listen.
Nice ambience with authentic Chinese cuisines. Roast duck, steamed mussels, deep fried eggplant with garlic, carrot cake and steamed fish are simply delicious. Heard they have started serving dim sum, must make my way there soon to try out!
Among my top 5 or 6 Chinese restaurants in Dubai. Dim Sum is top 2-3. Menu leans towards more authentic cuisine compared to say, a PF Chang. The pan fried radish cake was very good - fresh and wholesome with right amount of firmness. It used to be difficult to get quality dining experiences in Dubai without exorbitant prices. Restaurants like Han are changing that.

This is absolutely our favorite Chinese restaurant in Emirates Hill. Food is flavorful and not oily at all. Everyone in the family has a favourite dish. The roasted duck was excellent with crispy skin and was tender and juicy. My wife especially likes the spinach in vinegar, it has the right balance of sour and spicy. Totally appetizing. We love the crispy eggplant. They are so easy to eat. The beef rice noodles was superb. Service can be slow when it is crowded but definitely worth the wait.
Singaporean owned Han serves authentic Asian. This is 2nd branch, 1st is in Biz Bay. Interior is spot on Asian. Small terrace on the other side of the restaurant is THE place to dine in this weather. We had chicken dumplings & wasabi prawns for starters & two stir-fries (both beef) with rice as our mains (what can I say, we were in a meaty mood). The food is superb – the beef broccoli sensational. Service is brilliant. I love this place. Will definitely be back for more, more, more!

Excellent Chinese restaurant at the Springs Souk. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was well cooked and seasoned. The mushroom, chicken clay pot was especially good.
NICE!! Had the sweet & sour chicken with noodles and have no complaints about the food! I'm unfortunately one of those folks who can't use chopsticks. Their cutlery is fancy, but hard to eat with. The classical music is not for me. Will definitely do take away next time.
This newly opened restaurant inside the Springs Souq is an eye catcher with its Chinese Lions on its store window.
The entire restaurant has about 15 or so tables spread out over its very well decorated areas (they have both indoor and terrace areas.
Service is a bit slow (25 minutes for our orders) but the staff are friendly.
And when your order comes... you realize the wait is totally worth it!!

Kejia Tofu- lightly browned tofu with soy sauce, soy beans and salted black beans... the sauce was amazing!
Soy sauce braised chicken- how they packed so much flavor into the chicken and yet made it stay moist is a wonderful mystery
Tenderloin clay pot rice - a meal in itself.
Fried eggplant with garlic - the runaway hit... light pieces of crumbed eggplant and shrimp on a bed of seasoned crumbs...
My friend and I were raving over our meal and have planned our next meals there.
AMAZING. So happy this place opened, some of the best Chinese I've had in Dubai. Black fungus, ginger kailan, steamed garlic shrimp, corn soup all were wonderful. Will be back many times to eat the whole menu. Great experience!!

Extreme attentive and friendly Staff and very good food. We had the Beef broccoli- excellent! Fried egg rice also good - and sweet sour chicken- which my woman liked (I hate sweet sour so not a good judge for that :) ) a bit tight but food makes it worth :)
Excellent and authentic Chinese food in a warm and stylish setting. Absolute love this restaurant. The chef is Chinese so are the owners. Food is very tasty, fresh, well presented and very reasonablely priced. So pls do make sure you reserve a table before going. They are often full even on week nights.

I m usually very sceptic when it comes to try new food. But i must say this restaurantis really special with absolute delicious food. I have tried different menu items and i must say they were all fantastic especially the wadabi prawns. The food quality is superb!! And also the portions are really fair. The restaurant is fairly new so the staff is still learning but they were all very kind and caring. A must try place in dubai .
As chinese food lovers i went with a group of my friends to try this restaurant at springs souq.. we order almost half of the menu. The food was really special. Its a kind of chinese food you cannot find it everywhere . Very highly recommended to try especially the wassabi prowns so delicious.
Good place to eat but my recent 2 visits noticed portions are going down specially for takeaway!Wonderful staff with a rare personal touch. Accommodated our mix bag of dietary requests and the various options available were delicious. Wonderful authentic Chinese food - they know what they are making! Keep up the good work. As a Dubai-based chinese, it's not that easy to find the proper Chinese food here. But Han Cuisine is definitely the one I've kept visiting.
Han's food is more Cantonese style which I love the most because of nostalgia. I personally like dishes with soup so the chicken and the vegetable are my favorite. One of the famous dishes is the wasabi prawn, that's my must order one every time. They also have a very traditional Cantonese dessert, something called "fried milk" which I didn't take photo but trust me, you can't find it in any other restaurant in Dubai and it's mind-blow dish for your first try (ofc in the good way lol).
They have their first branch in business bay and extend to springs souk just now. I've tried most of the dishes in the old branch and seriously, that's the proper Chinese food I can call with no doubt. The decoration and ambience is diffident with other Chinese restaurants in town as well.
Superb authentic Chinese food, everything we ordered was very tasty and we definitely will come back, prices are very reasonable and restaurant is very well made with very friendly staff and will make your dishes just the way you like it.
I'm always skeptical when I read the word "Authentic" Chinese cuisine, but I have to say Han knows they are talking about. We were in heaven from the start of our meal to the end. My favorites were the Sliced Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Spicy Chicken in Chilli Peppers! Even the simplest of dishes like the Pok Choi was made to perfection! Will be making this restaurant a regular on our list! Thank you April for being such an amazing host and being so hands-on from the minute we walked into the restaurant!

Tasty Chinese food. The seafood fried rice was savoury and had the wok hey taste. The squid used in the dish was fresh. The Hor Fun noodles were also really good, and tasted very authentic. The salted egg yam was decent and could have used more sauce.
The DanDan noodles however, was odd as it lacked the quintessential bean paste used in traditional DanDan noodles. It was still decently tasty nonetheless.
Ambience is alright, but the airconditioning system in the restaurant was not working properly when I went and I found the heat unpleasant.
Still, this restaurant is definitely worth a try as the food quality here is good.

The restaurant is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. We had lunch here. The food is amazing and delicious. My favorite is the braised chicken feet with peanuts. Dim sum was really good. Our friend recommended is this place and it was in a nice local mall. We ordered quite a bit - tung fun with crab, radish cake, eggplant with salted fish, Ho fun with beef and siu lung pao…all were sooo sooo good especially the tung fun and eggplant. The sifu cook (from China) has the ‘wok hei’ that lingered so well when you eat the food. Service was super friendly and price was reasonable. We will come back again and highly recommended!
