First visit to the D3 venue. Was an issue which was sorted well by the manager. We were given the meal on the house as an apology.
The food was very good when it arrived, (chicken, veg and sauce/tagliatelle bolognese) we will be back again.

I have been visiting this restaurant several times. Zomato gold is welcomed here. Michael is very friendly. Like the special pasta with chili oil. Great experience!
I had organized a small dinner here for family...and it was very well managed by Team Larte. They accomodated us and went out of their way to let us have a good experience.
Food is good, though a little pricey for the quantity, but I liked both the pastas very much. Our server, Robert was very sincere and helpful.

Robert was a delight, very informative and prompt. I ordered a daiquiri for my drink and it wasn’t listed on the menu that chilli flakes are added. Robert helped me out and replaced my drink for me.

We were all impressed with this airy and spacious Larte cafe with beautiful seating outside. Magazines are provided instead of mindless scrolling on social media.. we ordered Salmon salad which was so delish.. and the ragu dish was just as good! oyr host Roberth was just so accommodating trading is like celebrities! we really enjoyed and will definitely come back again!

I held an event in collaboration with Larte and based on this experience, I can only rate them with 5 stars. The food was lovely, the staff was very helpful, serviceminded and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. A great thanks to the whole team involved!

I only had a starter from Larte ages ago but it had struck me because of how my favourite mushroom tasted and the space, it’s airy and has high ceiling - this is how I remembered Larte. Until last month when I got the chance to work with Beverley and the team for an event where they have done the catering, they only do not deserve to be remembered but they have to be visited regularly. Not only because I like the staff, I love their food! The burrata is to die for! I also had salmon which was also amazing, and I can have their spaghetti with tomato puree and burrata (not sure what it’s called but it’s the creamy bit inside burrata) on top every day. Can’t wait to go back!
My coworkers and I swung by this lovely place after a meeting in the design district. We ordered a few slices of the gluten free chocolate cake and I had a vanilla iced latte.
The cake was warm, rich, moist, delicious and big enough for 2-3 people to share. The accompanying whipped cream was very fresh and delicious - I really couldn’t get enough of that whipped cream, it was lightly sweetened and tasted homemade! My vanilla iced latte was perfect (how could it not, right??).
Loved the decor and atmosphere of this place. Will definitely be back!

Seriously fantastic food and wonderful service from Michaello. Very rare to find authentic Italian flavors in Dubai. I can here on a Wednesday and was back only a couple of days later. Clam pasta, bruschetta, truffle arancini, and cannolis for dessert. YUM!
Great service! Went there for breakfast, friendly staff showed us around, turns out they have events there every now and then. Overall would go there again
Italian gastronomy. Limited options if you don't want pasta/pizza. The parmigiana is to die for also a bit too oily. But definitely a must try for those who love eggplants and cheese. The ricotta sweet desert is a must try! As well as the new avocado pizza, thanks for the suggestions!
One of the best italian restaurants in town, great and fast service, Michael is the best, too friendly and professional, great vibes, delicious food, specially eggs Benedict.

Very chic place. A bit pricey but they always have promotions so not an issue. They have really good food but the quantity is a bit small. But all in all, the experience was good

Today I went with my girlfriends to Larte for our Christmas end of year lunch! Wow the food was really Great! I had the special of the day ‘ Salmon with asparagus and mashed potato, garnished with a side of lemon’ the salmon was cooked perfectly! Skin was super crispy just how I like it, a good size portion of the salmon and asparagus. The asparagus was super big and full of flavor. The side of mashed potato was so different but completely complimented the dish tasted lovely. We also had a ‘Fungi Pizza’ to share between us all and it was so so tasty! What a great lunch, thoroughly enjoyed it all. Will definitively go back again!. The waitress was also very helpful and was ready to explain all the dishes to us.
Well, I don’t know why the day we went there ( it was a Saturday) , there were no other customers. We are like reserved the whole place, which made us so special. We ordered a pizza and a pasta. They were good.
Food is okay and service also okay. But they are very quite. I don’t know the reason. Because their concept is not work for people? Price point is compare to other D3 restaurant, bit high. And they should change the coffee. I tried their pasta and pizza, it’s okay.
I went to Larte last night for the very first time and I think it’s a shame that a restaurant of this calibre was completely empty. The waitress who served my friend and I was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations from the menu. We ordered the truffle arancini which was, while small in size, absolutely delicious. We also ordered Aperol spritzes which were pretty on point. For the main course, we ordered Genevose Tortellini and the Rib Eye Beef Tagliata. Both were really good but the Genevose Tortellini in particular is now one of the best dishes I’ve had in Dubai. As someone, who frequently travels to Italy, I say this with a lot of confidence: their food is actually authentic Italian and this restaurant should be on the must-visit list for every foodie!
I went for a lunch as i had a meeting in D3. I heard about that place and as well i was following in Instagram as they are very active and fun!
We had artichoke, calamari and burrata as a starters. All were good. We had each one pasta. The mushroom tortellini was delicious and juicy. Other pastas as well.
All good, as well as service and prices.
The place is very modern and with books and art around. A cool space for work and for a nice lunch!

Larte is the latest addition to dining options in D3. I personally love D3 but the road to that place is a mess even on Google maps. Anyhow my guest and I reached the place to try out some italian delights and did the food meet our expectations? Read to know…. Our appetizers consisted of burrata, truffle arancini & zucchini fritters . All three were superb! Our favorite was the fritters which were perfectly cooked.

LARTE – Is one of the new addition in Dubai Design District - A licensed Café / Restaurant showcasing the best decor and combining with irresistible dishes. The restaurant warms up to be cozy with the color combinations used. The Italian restaurant is split into four sections – Bar, Terrace, Trattoria and Café.
The menu is streamlined to the very best options and here we started with the BURRATA PUGLIESE – the fresh Italian cheese was ever so delicious and the cucumbers with cherry tomatoes garnished with dressing were a perfect start. The complimentary bread basket was a good addition too. The crispy CALAMARI could have been better both in presentation and taste since the egg flavor was more pungent.
For the Main course I chose the TRUFFLE MUSHROOM RISOTTO – came in a deep bowl filled with a nice aroma and a simple presentation of mushroom strands on the risotto. The dish was equally a visual treat and delicious too. Simple flavors yet the right balance – make a great dish. This one is highly recommended. However I would argue on the portion size to be a bit more ivo the price.
My partner however chose to try the RIBEYE BEEF TAGLIATA – another dish that stood out for the evening. Perfectly cooked (Medium well) had so much flavor, tender and juicy meat laid and topped with greens and pine nuts. A must try for all the meat lovers. For the side dishes we opted for the Grilled Asparagus and Italian Fries.
Goes without saying a dish is not complete till you have tried the desserts and once again I decided on the FRENCH TOAST – slightly different what I expected however a very sweet result. The French toast drenched in sweetness drizzled with cream at the center and fresh berries. The Larte Bueno – which was chocolate mouse topped with crispy crumbs of pistachio and nuts and blocks of chocolate looked god in presentation however the French toast was a clear winner for me.
Larte offers fine dining with a family atmosphere. They personally operate the restaurant being there to meet and greet each guest as if they were entering our own home. Enjoy the formal room, the friendly bar with great soft music. As a first-time diner, I was quite pleased with their experience. Our waiter provided excellent service, with prompt drink refills and a warm and friendly disposition.
The overall atmosphere created a relaxed setting perfect for casual conversation. Friendly service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere make for a refreshing lunch-time break.
I had no idea what to expect when I entered this restaurant, but I am so happy I did! If you’re looking for amazing Italian food in the center of Dubai, then look no further than Larte !

We went to Larte for dinner and it was a lovely evening. They only recently started serving dinner and we will definitely be going back. We liked the menu size, it has a good variety of dishes but a smaller menu which I prefer. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Their music gets a 10/10! Great mix of music, everything from 80s to now. Volume was just right, it was loud enough to have a nice buzz but easy to have a conversation.
Here are the dishes we tried:
- Seared Tuna Fregola: I wouldn't have normally ordered this but the waitress recommended it and this one is a winner. Great mix of flavours and textures.
- Clams Spaghetti
- Ribeye Beef Tagliata: I am quite picky when it comes to steak, so many places fail at this simple dish but the one at Larte was very good. Thumbs up.
- Tiramisu: also quite good and presented with espresso on the side and the ladyfingers separately
- The negronis were excellent. I only wanted to have 1-2 drinks and that plan was a massive failure the moment I had one of their negronis. Another one of their signature cocktails, La Dolce Vita, was also very good. I love cocktails that are fruity but not to sweet and this was perfect, if you like pineapple and passion fruit, then this is your drink. I also enjoyed the red wine recommended to us by the manager, he explained a bit about the wine selection, which is always nice to learn about.
The pricing is also quite fair compared to other Italian restaurants in Dubai. Buon appetito! Visit blog for more Dubai restaurant reviews.
I've been here with my husband for dinner. Great food, nice service and interesting location in D3. Good place to have lunch/dinner, or simply hang out for a coffee or a couple of drinks. Must try: Spritz and the very original Tiramisù!

Larte is the perfect place for a casual yet cultured dinner date in Dubai. Located in the Design District, the restaurant doesn't cram tables in, allowing its guests to dine comfortably and in privacy. The menu and wine list all feature authentic Italian offerings. The beef carpaccio pairs perfectly with a glass of the Volpolicella red wine. Next time I'm here, I'll be sure to try the Chianti Reserva. For dessert, the cannoli is a must. The softness of the ricotta cheese creme mixture and the light crunch of the cannoli shell transport you to Little Italy. It's that good.
I didn't want to leave Larte once I was finished with the meal. That's why I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a refined bar with bartenders who care about their cocktail creations. You won't wait for your drink and you won't feel it was rushed either. The perfect balance. What more could you want? I'll be back soon, Larte.
