Snacks items are really good !! Puffs, sandwhiches, rolls, vada pav ....
My special favv from this place is plum cake. You can have either get the slices or in kgs . A must try for plum cake lovers !!
Had been ordering cakes from caesars for long and never had a complaint.. be it eggless or normal cake they always have best sponge and flavors.. tried their chocolate, premium and fruits cake and mixed fruit cake also comes out as a winner.. loads of fresh cream and fruits on the top make it a treat for kids and adults alike.. ordered a fruit cake this week and staff was more than happy to help and guide. They even delivered it to my place although it is bit far without any delivery charge. Got one kg fruit cake for 84 dhms and it was treat.. made our celebration even more sweeter..
This place is next door to my work 💼 and I have almost tryd everything the offer.. I like pande coco a lot.. Cheap and good quality food.. Cakes are fresh and I am satisfied with the design they did for niece birthday.. Thank you guys...
Caesars has been a well-known bakery in the UAE for possibly more than 2 decades now and it has been a part of many events, both formal and informal, I have been to.
I quite like their Chocolate Delight cake and their Black Forest cake. Even their range of cupcakes is really cute.
Another one of my favourites at Caesars is the Mini Pizza, which I just cannot get enough of.
I haven't tried their restaurant style food yet and neither have I dined in here. Always opted for takeaways, however I would love trying out their main courses as the pictures do look a bit tempting.
Good service and their cakes are very delicious. We had ordered one big pastry for our little one's birthday party, the design and the taste was amazing.
my one call away shop. my faves are kiri bun, nougat cake and black forest cake. i hope they will soon have a branch behind moe so it will be easier and faster.
Had their chocolate , Strawberry & Vanilla Cup cakes . All 3 of them were good and extremely soft , never had so soft in the past . Staff people were decent and ambience wise place was decent too .
A huge fan of this place. They have a wide variety of delicious food that are very easy and convenient to have on the go. Their tiny pizzas, puffs and samosas are my favourites. The best kind of food for snacking. There is a huge parking space right in front of the shop.
Had ordered from a cake here for a friend's birthday over the weekend. Went for their butterscotch cake. It was really delicious. The cake had layers of cream and sponge and was super soft and fresh. Loved every bite of it.
Mouthwatering!! Delicious food we tried here.. Chicken soup, tikka chicken,Masala roti were all amazing...must try dessert as, red velvet cheesecake, kulfi and gulab jamun....Best service provided by Mr.sukesh and by Mr Virendra.... I Thank your team for such great service...will keep visit again ☺
Very close to my house , I always go here and have many memories attached with it
Caesars is just childhood memories for me as anything we used to host/ organise , we got snacks from Caesars .
Even when I went to any friends house they used to keep a box of cheese pizzas and samosas
Cheese pizza in Caesars is like heaven on earth !! , Can't get better than this with their delicious sauce.
Love the snacks here! The mini pizza has always been a classic favourite since childhood for me. The chicken do pyaza puff and veg do pyaza puff are fantastic!
Great food and service... Sweet corn chicken soup was nice..Had taken my wife and six month old son and the staff was very supportive to take care of my son while we had our lunch..
Mouthwatering!!delicious dishes we tried here, sizzeler soup and masala roti were the fabulous delicacy. Service from guru, sukesh, Mahesh, Virender was commendable..thank you so much guys for this amazing experience.
Their sandwiches are always great!!
Also ive tried Sahi Paneer with naan.
Satisfactory taste!
5 stars for ambience and service. Worth a try.
Good job Sukesh and team!!
The food was amazing and the service was great. Everything served to us was great quality. We will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommend. Thanks Caesars!!
Love the food, and the staff is the best! They have Indian, Chinese and Arabic, and all cuisines are authentic and taste great. Highly recommend visiting this place
For quick bites ceasars confectionary is the best choice..
very economical n filling...tried their tarts, sandwiches, rolls, mini pizza....evrything is good here..
Overall a good value for money...
Great place to dine with family. The variety of dishes amazed me. The quality and quantity served is very good too. Fully recommend this place for dining with family. The fish dish served here as fresh fish cooked, now that makes a big difference when you order sea food. Customer service is brilliant too!!!!
We ordered with Caesars Barsha for a community event for over 100 people and quite amazed at the service levels extended along with the quality of food . Must say the supervisor mr.cannute was a superb Coordinator and extended his services wholeheartedly to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. Every detail was taken care of with responsibility and his patience to accommodate multiple changes was commendable. With such committed people on board people will have the comfort of availing future services from the same place - we wish him and the Caesars team all the very best !
This a place I frequently visit when not in a mood to try out new places.
Staff is friendly, very spacious, option of private cabins and prompt service.
Must try : chicken Manchow soup, chicken malai tikka, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka biryani.
Ambience : spacious and well done, dim lit.
Value for money: Definately
I went to Caesars yesterday and I must say this place is amazing, it has the best mushroom starter called Mushroom Pepperchilli. If you are a huge mushroom fan like me, be sure to order it .Apart from this starter there is also a wide range of other cuisines available , they are absolutely delicious. I ordered manchow soup, mushroom pepperchilli and a Veg Chowmein. Me being an ultimate Chinese cuisine fan, as you may have realised ,really liked the soup as it was very tasty. The Veg. Chowmein however could be improved as it was quite moist and soft, which sort of ruined the taste of it as a whole. The usage of the sauces too , in the noodles was less which in turn gave it a mediocre effect. The ambience of the restaurant is okay and the price too is reasonable. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and I assure you that you will not go home dissatisfied.
Recently we had placed a order for an event with Caesars Al Barsha 1 branch, I must say we were very happy at the food quality & quantity which was very tasty and sufficient. Employees were courteous and professional. I would like to also add the delivery was made on time. This was one of our best decision to place the order with Caesars. I would like to extend my special thanks to Canute Paes, whom I interacted from the time of enquiry until delivery. Our team enjoyed the food . The event went very well and thanks again Canute & Caesars !!.. Sujata
I've been to several branches - but always end up coming back to this one. Love that they have the option for people to dine privately.
I've tried a number of things from their menu and LOVE their selection of Indian dishes. Their butter chicken, naans & biryanis are amazing. Some of the best Dubai has to offer! Chicken is so tender and sauce is the perfect balance of sweet/spicy. I have also tried their selection of Chinese and Iranian dishes, but would not recommend them.
They also have a good selection of International dishes and the Ceasars steak is very delicious. It is served on a sizzling platter and is basically two large pieces of stacked steak with melted mozzarella cheese & peppers between them.
Service is always great and prices are average.
We always buy cakes and snacks from them on my birthday party we love their mini pizzas those are really soft and a very unique taste it got ... my all time childhood favorite
I usually visit restaurants quite often in bur Dubai,as they are near to where i live,i was visiting a friend in al.barsha and we decided ro fo for dinner, aje decided tjat we come to Caesars ,which was a brilliant idea,we loved yhe food, nice decor and good ambience,we must not forhet to mention Canute,he looked after us with exceptional care, his suggestions for the food we ordered was awesome he is truly an asset to Caesars, will.aurwly bisit ahain ,thank you Canute.Great job
Absolutely amazing snacks and confectionary. I got to meet with a very nice gentleman Mr. Canute who knows quite a lot about the products served by Caesars. Definitely will visit again.
Food over Caesars is good, loved the menu and dine over here, staff support is good and quick responsive.
Will suggest to come and good time with friends and family.
Ambience and staff is nice a perfect family Indian joint which serves cakes, finger food and even proper restaurant.
Ordered manchow veg soup which was perfect in taste not so spicy and comes with fried noodles.
Veg moghlai was in green gravy with all mix veg perfectly balanced flavor
Over all it was a pleasant experience
Naan was disappointing. The profile picture shows a kulcha sort of naan, and the one we ordered was for 6 dh each, something others charge for a roghni naan. It turned out to be quite plain and rubbery - don't believe it to be worth 6 dirhams each.
The chicken kebab ordered was a little rubbery, but okay. Biryani was nice and so was the chicken tikka. Overall good but very pricey compared with the quality and quantity we get for a like for like order elsewhere.
We also ordered sweets in an earlier order. The ras malai was horrible, like chewing rubbery cardboard dipped in white water. The gulaab jaman was okay. For both of these I'd say go for Nirala instead.
The place is huge and beautifully set. The staffs are always at your service and will make you feel special. My husband and i dine here often and our favourites are the drums of heaven, the hot and sour chicken soup, malai kofta, garlic naan and their Hyderabadi chicken biriyani!😍This is a perfect place to take guests; Indians and non indians alike, if you wish to treat them Indian food!
It was the first time I visited this branch of Ceasers and I must say the service was far better!!
We were served pappad and chutney which was a tasty snack to much on while waiting for my main course. I ordered the pepper steak with pepper sauce, which came onto the table rather quickly. (Pleasantly surprised after the service I received from the other ceasers branch) My Steak was sizzling and cooked to perfection, moist with the generous amount of pepper sauce all over it. My favorite is the pepper steak with mash potatoes and my mash was fluffy - a brilliant compliment to my steak!
Recommend visiting the Ceasers barsha branch for a great experience!
The ratings are based purely on confectioneries. We haven't really explored the main course here. The cakes here are so soft and fluffy that you can't resist just a bite. Always a pleasure to come here.
We went here around 11pm
The man who served us who was the head waiter was excellent .......he was really energetic and pleasant.
The food itself was good and ample quantity....
The service there was incredible and much appreciated
Really would go there again...
I had lots of food from here since I was with with my family. We had golden fried babycorns which were average, then we had a Caesar salad which was okay as well. But the main course was amazing, we had chicken do piyaaza and qorma both tasted really good, the breads they served was were hot and fresh.
The meal was worth every penny we gave here.
It is been a while since we visited caesars, tomato soup is still yummy. Quality of the food is excellent and taste as well. Service is very good and very friendly staff. .. will be visiting again

I like this place. Have been there many times. Their ambience is good, staff is friendly and food is also tasty. Their cakes are nice
Dinner time and it was Caesar time. Decide to visit the Barsha branch on SZR. Great place, good ambience and nice welcoming staff. Being an extended group, we ordered Tandoori chicken, bread basket which is an assortment of breads (romali roti was the highlight), butter chicken, mutton kadai, paneer butter masala and a mixed fried rice. Sufficient portions, prompt service and delightful service.
Definitely a decent Indian restaurant.
Visited Caesers in Al Barsha recently. Had the following;
Shrimp Cocktail - Average. Not really great stuff
Chicken Caldeen - Good
Romali Roti - Good
Kulfi Falooda - Excellent
My Verdict;
Service - 7/10
Food - 7/10
Cleanliness - 7/10
Recommended for Indian Non Veg Foodies !!
This outlet gives you a good dining experience in terms of food plus desserts. You might miss this place if you don't know your exits on SZR :-)
For the first time, I went here on the way back to office and because of traffic and no parking space, I had to drop the idea of food and stick only to the desserts part. I went into their Confectioneries store and had the Special Chocolate Truffle pastry. The pastry was rich in chocolate and heavy on tummy. It tasted pretty good and was surely lot more worth than what it costed. The sponge could have been a bit more softer; but nevertheless I liked it.
For the second time, I went for dinner and trust me, the whole experience was like eating in traditional Indian multi-cuisine restaurant! The Jumbo Prawns Sizzler, Sweet Corn Chicken Soup and Reshmi Kebab was simply amazing.
I'm sure there's going to be third fourth and many more visits coming soon...
Caesars restaurant and confectionery is always been a place which i always wanted to have a lunch in. So this Saturday we went in for a lunch with couple of friends and this place isnt disappointing at all. The food menu is filled with alot of must have food items. To our bad luck it was all veg day for our friend who was treating us. So we ended up ordering masala pappad and masala chass in starters. For the main course we ordered paneer tikka masala, dal makhani veg fried rice and mix basket beards. The starters and main course were amazing. And then for all my sweet tooth friends please try their pista matka kulfi you will love it and also their chocolate and vanilla ice creams are mind blowing. The staff was very professional. The service was quick. The price is pretty decent. The hygiene come on its a Caesars restaurant it had top notch. The amibence waa amazing. Overall experience would highly recommend this place to everyone. Will be visiting this place again to try their non veg options.
One month before i order Mango delight cake for one of colleague for his bday, it was awesome....yummyyy cake....everyone likes that cake...Mr. Ikon who is working there helped us for the delivery... Today again i called him for the same cake in Karama for my sister's bday... He arranged from there ...he is too much helpful.... thank you Ikon for your great effort...
We were just on our way back from Madina Mall this afternoon, when the thought of sizzlers stepped up our appetites. The solution was trying out this branch of Caesars. First off, the place is modeled pretty much the same way as the others. We ordered the Beef Shashlik, chicken shashlik, with noodles and rice and also my favorite tandoori chicken with a few rotis and mutton roghan josh.
The food was easily too much for the six of us and i guess we ordered one dish too many. However, in terms of taste they were all good. Beef shashlik impressed me the most. Also had a mango lime lassi which was very refreshing. All in all, a satisfying day out for lunch.

Come here for the sizzlers. Chicken shashlik & garlic sauce is my fav and they never disappoint. We are always well taken care of. Been coming to Caesars from more than 35 years now right since my Kuwait days.

I was staying in IBIS Al Barsha and this was one of the closest restaurants to the hotel. On a afternoon, I went to this place. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They helped us make good choices from the menu.
The menu is full of indian food. Somehow we were not keen on having indian food so we Chose Ash-E-Reshteh. A thick flavorful lentil (dal) soup. We took a by two but even then the quantity was huge.
For main course we ordered a Veggie Sizzlers (veg has limited options). The quantity is huge and the amount of noodles on the platter was too much as compared to the vegetables. Overall it was good. The bill was "Ok", didn't know that water was chargeable!
Caesars Restaurant is located in Al Barsha area of Dubai close to sheikh Zayed Road. I tried their Veg sizzler which was full of vegetables , veg patty , noodles and spicy sauce. The portion size is good enough for two and a great experience. The interior of restauarant is good and staff service is great. Their price is reasonable and menu has many options for vegetarians. There is ample of parking around the restaurant and I can definately recommend this place to try.
We have been to Caesars for dinner after a day long shopping and had golden fried baby corn , roomali roti , naan . Paneer butter masala was ok ok in taste. Veg biryani also tasted good. The real refreshment was Shalimar drink a blend of watermelon and pudina so good. Nice ambience, friendly staff .
We always go for the sizzlers. The chicken wings are good as well.have tried quite a few dishes here and everything is quite good.they have a huge variety to choose from as well.
It is really a good restaurant, I have never went there I always order for delivery. Try the butter nun bread, Iranian Kubida Beef, Stroganoff, and Chicken noodles... I think everything there is delicious! Just give them a call.
Today I went for a dine in and it was perfect! They also have closed cabinets so you can eat in peace..
I have Been a Caesars fan since my teen years I love their quality and their excellent customer service. Mr Rajesh has an excellent team . He is honest straight forward and never compromises on quality.
good food, cheerful staff, lot of privacy.....go for it.i loved the chicken manchow soup, like apna indian Chinese taste, tandoori is good, chicken tikka biryani the best.... loved it
Every time we go out as a family to dine out I suggest Caesars restaurant, because the food is very delicious and they have a good service ,also the prices is very good. If you went there I suggest these delicious dishes to order
Butter chicken with butter naan
Chicken biryane or shrimp biryani
Bashamel maccroni
Don't forget to share with us your opinion 😀
The decor is nice, staff very friendly, the food was tasty, the staff could help in advising if the portions being ordered is sufficient or on the higher side as we ended up ordering more than what we could consume as we were not sure of the portions. The food was tasty but a bit overpriced.
This review is a bit of a challenge as I try to squeeze in both the restaurant and the confectionary. Caesars's confectionary is a no frills, budget friendly yet tasteful option. Mini pizzas are their hottest selling item.lots of puffs/rolls to choose from. I wish they served their puffs at room / bulb temp. The puffiness and crunch dies once you microwave them. For me their plum cake is top of the list. I've tried many from fancier confectionaries but none to match their soft juicy plum cake. Trust me, try once.
Moving on to the restaurant. Nice ambience, plenty of seating options (I think I saw private cubicles too), courteous staff, prompt service and pretty decent food. Though we just tried two things. The veg au gratin was perfect. A medley of vegetables baked to perfection in cheese and white sauce. The chicken sizzler had nicely grilled chicken fillets but the gravy on top was a disappointment. No where near continental it was more of indian curry poured on top.
I would give their confectionary a 4 and restaurant 3 hence a combined 3.5

Good location close to Mall of the Emirates. The food taste is similar to its other locations, which is not bad at all. I always try their sizzler whenever, i visit any of their branches.
Crispy spinach with prawns is also good as a starter. Overall experience was good.
Amazing food. Best north indian food in and around al barsha. Breads baked to perfection and dal makhni is a must. Ambience is decent and service is good. 👍🏻👌

This place is perfect to dine out if someone is looking for indian or pakistani style food. I tried their butter chicken, Bar BQ Mix platter Vegetable fried rice Schezuan Chicken and Tom yom soup. Everything was delicious, ambiance is very nice and staff is very curteous. I like to visit this place again.
Nice ambience
The menu has vast variety
The taste is good n price is also ok
When you walk into Caesar's, you are warmly welcomed by waiters and managers, who always seem ready to help. Service is very good, and restaurant is quite spacious. I like their Iranian and Indian kebabs, as well as Chinese dishes. Not a fan of Indian gravies though, which is why I avoid ordering them. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous, really giving me my money's worth.
Polite staff, reliable food, great decor, child safe, food quantities and everything you'd expect from a restaurant like this. Except this place goes above by being in a good spend bracket for us, while offering discounts from a bank we actually deal with, and the cherry on the dessert (which my son devoured) was the Iranian Falooda which was very refreshing and looked nice...
They exceeded my expectations with the cake i ordered for my husband birthday. Design was amazing, taste was great and price was sooooooo good
The little pizzas and cheese puffs are the reason why we keep coming back again and again. Best place for an assortment of fresh and melt-in-your mouth Arabic pastries, from spinach and meat fatayers to small hotdog rolls. Perfect for takeaway for a picnic or a night barbecue in the desert.

Caesars has always topped my ranking to dine in Al Barsha. Lovely place, service is really good and good ambience. Above this ranking is the food, what amazing variety of cuisines they have got leaves you amazed. Right from Indian to Chinese to Persian to Seafood to Sizzlers and the list goes on. Most of the restaurants though just add up dishes to make their menu look grand but this restaurant makes sure that all what they have listed in their menu is of actual taste.
I have umpteen dishes to name which i like the most starting from crunchy prawn balls to schezwan noodles to chicken satay sizzlers and the list goes on and on.
Caesars has never disappointed me. Would recommend it to everyone in UAE.
I was stranded in nearby hotel and the nearest place was this, so it became my breakfast and lunch pick up and sit down. It's a wonderful place. They serve a variety of quick breakfast and snacks options, which are surprisingly very budget friendly, imagine a nice cup of cappuccino & mushroom toast in 28 AED. I actually had a meal here in 30 AED with fresh orange juice. The food is nice, it's not five star catering but one of the best budget friendly, daily pick up places.
Ok now about dining in, the staff is really friendly and you can ask them to provide variations according to your taste and they serve pretty good North Indian and I love their spring rolls. Along with this their vada Pav with mirchi took me back to Bombay.
We have gone a few time and like this restaurant very much. The food is good, the service is very good and the prices are quite reasonable. My wife typically orders grilled fish with vegetables, I order fried squid as a starter and they are always very, very good. We share them and enjoy them. My daughter likes the Teriyaki chicken, very much. I usually go with Rogan Josh which is done very well, very tender muttone, excellent sauce. And, the price is always reasonable.
Ceasars has a very good seating area, It also has private seating areas which i think is amazing. I don't have much to say but I would recommend you to eat these 2 things:
1. American choupsey: This is delicious, its the best american choupsey I have eaten in dubai.
2. Sizzling brownie with Ice cream: I love the sizzling brownie with ice cream, so if you are in a mood for dessert you should try this.
Hope this helped, comment below and tell me if you like the choupsey... :)
We visited this place during our vacation to Dubai. The ambience was really cool. The setup was really good. The sizzlers were amazing and the huge Papad was splendid.
Visited this restaurant yesterday and felt 1st time i went to some official restaurant like usually in India. Had broccoli soup, pudina parota, navaratan kurma etc and taste it too good. You may feel the price is high but it is worth for their quality and taste.
Food:
Quality wise they are really good. Taste wise they are good.. nothing very great though. Given their popularity and pricing I would expect them to do a little better job. Have eaten at the Barsha branch a couple of times.Creamy of broccoli soup is really yummy ! Rest all roti-sabzi-biryani- noodles-manchurian is about average.
They are super good on the confectionery part. Love their cakes, Samosas, minni pizzas et al.
Service:
Friendly staff. Average delivery time
Ambience:
Cozy seating. Nothing very great.
Overall : It will never disappoint you; however the taste on the tongue fades off by te time you leave the restaurant.
Ceasars is both bakery and restaurant, first review is the bakery and it is the perfect place to have a super fast and super low priced lunch (but nothing fancy). You can choose different "small bites" (fx minipizzas) all are priced between 2-8 Dhs and the soft drinks or water is 2 Dhs. The furnitures/decor is nothing special at all and from the outside it looks a little old and worn but the staff is super friendly! I would give the bakery 4 in rating.
The staff is also friendly in the restaurant and it's a nice cozy place, nothing fancy but funktional. For starter we ordered the french onion soup and the chicken/meatball soup. The french onion soup was very nice but it was only onion soup, not like the usual one we know. - blended onion and one single bread crouton - no cheese or big rings of onion. The chicken/meatball soup (I don't understand the name, since it was a see trough soup with a couple of pieces of chicken) was standard, and only ok. For maincourse we had the specials in the menu, mix grill special and the garlic steak. The mix grill was nice, not many french fries though, so hubby quickly emptied his plate. The garlic steak came out and the presentation was very nice! Sizzling hot plate with layers of first veggies, toped with french fries and the steak on top of it all. Sadly the hot plate kept frying the food troughout the whole dinner and the veggies and french fries gets complitely burned! - also i would have prefered the sauce on the side instead of covering the whole plate. i would give the restaurant 3 in rating.
