Awesome food, great atmosphere and fabulous service by Mr Naseem and Mr Hamsa.

Ordered from their ipl menu shisha + starter + drink. Total value for money!!

We went for our anniversary dinner. And there was IPL match going on. It was win win situation for my husband. The staff was very accommodating and humble. We ordered grapemint shisha, it was so smooth and refreshing.
In food we ordered veg platter and hummus followed by hot breads. What a delight. The best veg platter ever we had in Dubai. It was an amazing evening. Kudos to the staff who was very polite and the food was excellent because many restaurants in this covid situation cannot keep the food upto the mark as before. But this restaurant was perfect for our evening

This place is a hidden gem located on the Jumeirah road.
It is quite cozy and nice restaurant where you can order some good food and enjoy sheesha on the side. The ambiance inside was beautiful and restaurant was following all the government guidelines especially in the times like these, which was pleasing too see. We enjoyed our sheesa i.e, pan mango and blueberry. We also ordered caramel coffee and rice kheer as one of our friend had cravings for kheer. Well everything was nice until we found out that they do not take zomato pro on beverages and desserts. It was little funny to see.

Its our first time we visited this restaurant and the coffee shop. We are in love with this place and it’s not just the Shisha that’s amazing here, they also serves great food too. A perfect blend of Arabic and Indian cuisines and the flavours literally ooze out of every dish you try.
ambience is so lovely and the servers are friendly too.
Highly recommended if you like to relax and enjoy the night with shisha and coffee.

I've been coming to castello since years now and the reason for that is Shisha !! Make sure you ask for Arzo. He is best at what he does. I have never had any complains. Also everyone is super nice and polite. Even Kaleem service is commendable and recognised in ways he makes a connection with customers. Great food and shisha. Do visit.

I've been a regular at Old Castello for about 3 years now.
Sheesha has always been phenomenal and Arzoo can make the best in town.
Kaleem has always been our favourite server and now knows exactly what we'd like on the menu. His recommendations are spot on.
Definitely a must visit if you just want to sit back and catch up with your friends
