Alhamdulillah. Atmosphere was calm and inviting. Had Nasi Ayam Penyet and Nur Malaysia Fried Rice. Food was full of flavor. Bought raw keropok lekor and had it this morning. Nice.
Hv been there 3 times with diff management but d food always excellent and good quality. I love d mee bandung so so yummy even though not much ingredients like you can get at some stall in malaysia. Keep it up 👍🏻👌🏻😘.

Awesome taste, all smiley staff, cozy place. Very recommended for those loving SouthEast Asian culinary
I love the idea of lunch box! Nur Malaysia should continue. The mee bandung, teh tarik, seri muka and karipap among my favourite, Thank you!

Excellent food excellent staff great ambience. But sometimes service is slow
It brings back the memories... 😍
Food is authentic ☺️
Lovely, brings me back to Malaysian memories
One of the best Malaysian food so far.
One of the best place to try out malaysian cusines and taste is very nice.
But if you are looking for a standalone place for desserts after dinner somewhere then nur malaysia can still be considered even for desserts.
I really miss Malaysian food and this one totally made me remember the taste of it! I really love this place now considering it looks expensive but is actually affordable for its quality and serving. Main dishes especially satay may take a while to prepare but you know it is made properly and carefully. I will definitely come back here. Might be a problem to get to due to limited parking and the distance from the nearest bust stop. I love this place. Terima kasih!
The food here are always good but it does take a little time to prepare even with no crowd.
Excellent Malay food, very much authentic
Nice ambiance and friendly staff.
Only thing keeping me away from giving a 5 star was the slow service.
If you crave a heart warming chicken soup or seafood soup this is the place to visit, no kidding, their (sup ayam) is the best chicken soup I had in a restaurant so far, no starch, no bull, the real deal, plus their seafood tom yum was on point, using the Far Eastern ingredients you would expect in a Thai dish, even though they're Malay, so...galangal, lemon grass, keffir lime leaves, ginger and so on.. And the staff is the friendliest too.
If you love Malaysian food, Nur Malaysia is the place. Tried their Nasi and Iced Milo it was totally awsome. They do have different roti types for Breakfast. Price is very reasonable and I will be definitely going back for more Malaysian food.
Was longing for authentic malay food. Found this place by accident and the best place for malay food. Nasi goreng kampung, ayam penyet and chicken satay brought back the singapore memories. Definitely this place deserves more than 5 star. Only problem was serving was slow.
Undoubtedly very good and authentic Malaysian food. Some dishes even taste better than having them in Malaysia!Friendly staffs. My only comment is that when there is a bit of crowd, the waiting time for food to be served is hugely affected, could take almost an hour.
Love it, roti chanai and roti talur both were the Best and filling. We went for breakfast and tried both of mentioned items and love it. Good ambiance, customer service, communication and staff was helpful and explained all available items and its ingredients. Simply love the taste and hospitality
They serve authentic Malaysian food. My personal favourites are nasi lemak, mee mamak goreng and nasi lemak. Their kuih (seri muka) is good too. Service can be slow at times during peak hours but all is good in terms of their food. Staff are accommodating and friendly.
Oh Man! Waited so long for trying authentic Roti Canai with Curry. This place reminds me of my Singapore / KL days. A little bare decor is made up for with amazing food and good prices. Service is a little slow of my taste though.
Ordered the mee goreng, egg and onion prata (what Singaporeans call canai), Kopi tarik and teh tarik.
Everything was excellent and tasted like home.
Would have been ideal if my mee goreng had a bit more spice and less sugar, but we finished every bit of it nevertheless.
They obliged our request to add onion to the egg canai. If you’re a fan of crispy prata / canai, this isn’t for you. It was still flavourful and good.
Left with full and happy bellies... and a food coma.
I went there for lunch with the entire family. Food is authentic malysian and the taste is amazing. I love their chicken satay and their ice cream. Very friendly staff and low price food with high quality ingredients. 5 star for but malysia
Amazing food and very polite staffs. If you are ever craving for Malaysian food, come by here! Affordable prices too and the portions is quite huge too.

I have no idea how I found this place authentic Malaysian food , I have tried there egg rotti with a fish gravy a must try & they have all the Malaysian special juices which I liked the iced milo
We were always in love with Rasa Sayang due to very homely Malaysian food. Even though it was my first experience of Malaysian food, we loved the place due to its reasonable prices. Thus we were quite Sad when Zomato mentioned the place has been permanently shutdown. Thankfully when we went to Nur Malaysia we found out its the same place with pretty much the same menu just a changed name :) We tried Beef Rendang, Roti Canai, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Bihun Goreng and Iced Tea.
Roti Canai is best had fresh but the combination of flakyness, crispyness and lightness of the Roti Canai at Nur Malaysia makes it among the best. The supporting curry with fried shallots is a perfect accompaniment. And you must try this as your introduction to Malaysian Cuisine.
Nasi Goreng Kampung is fried rice comes with a fried egg, Shrimp paste and Ikan Bilis. The dish has a slight spicy tinge to it and fried rice with vegetables and chicken is really really tasty. Bihun Goreng was Vermicelli based noodles with Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce and Chicken. The taste profile is full of Umami and really complicated for such a simple dish. Definitely worth trying.
Beef Rendang comes with rice and is boneless dried beef curry. It's a very tasty interpretation of this classic dish. The dried coconut based spice mix mellows down awesomely with the white rice.
The iced tea is a generous Teh Tarik which is served with ice but the most commendable part is the bitterness of the tea coming through the dish even with the ice and condensed milk. You are not getting a tea devoid of it's kick here. We really liked the food and the homely feel again. The food was quite generous and we had to pack it with us , looking around a lot of the groups seemed to be doing the same :) So it's quite possible you will end up over ordering.
P.S: And finally they have started selling the elusive Kaya which they make freshly for their Shop. So all you Kaya lovers, there finally is a place in Dubai which serves as well as sells Kaya.
I must admit it was slightly difficult for me to find this place because it was close to Malaysian Trade Center, which itself is a minute drive from Lamcy Plaza. However, the staff was helpful enough to send their staff to guide me through the lanes to reach the destination.
Since I was familiar with Singaporean food, I assumed the menu to be similar to it. However, when we ordered the food, I understood that the preparation is different along with its presentation.
For a start, I ordered Chicken Laksa. The Singaporean version uses coconut milk and sea food while here it is predominantly fresh flavours of vegetables; lemon and mint with boiled egg. It was spicy unlike the Singaporean version Then we ordered Nasi Goreng Seafood, which I found it less spicy than expected.
My major disappointment was Roti Canai as the fried bread did not have the taste and authenticity like the one sold in Malaysia. The curry that was served along with it was little and lacked the taste that I would expect it to have in Chicken / Daal.
I am still giving it a rating of 4 because the dessert was the best ending to the dinner. I do not remember the name of the item but it was mixed with red beans; corn; shaved ice; sweet syrups; chocolate coatings; fruits; milk etc. and it was good enough to be shared with two people.
It was definitely good for one try but now I know that if I am craving Malaysian food, I should hold on to it until I travel to Malaysia.
A must visit place if you are a fan of Malay food.
Food - Almost the same taste and quality you get in Malaysia!! Try their beef rendang. 4.5/5
Service - Staffs are very friendly and they provide some good suggestions. 4/5
Price - reasonable price 4/5
Ambeince - nothing special and its very average 3.5/4
Authentic Malaysian cuisine at reasonable prices. Freshly prepared and most ingredients as made at the restaurant. Keropok Lekor to die for and fresh kaya👍🏻👍🏻
This place has changed its name and if I remember correctly their menu.
The establishment is really clean and pretty basic. But you're not going for fine dining here you're going for the food.
And the food is wow! Have been here twice and it only got better with the name change. The seafood dishes taste super fresh and are delish. Meal portions aren't huge huge, but great for sharing. For the price you pay and the quality you get. Very very impressed.
Fresh juice is nice and the lemon drink is made with real lemons and still water. I was expecting soda water or something. But in general it was very refreshing.
If you want great food at an even better price and want to eat Malaysian this place is a must. Just keep in mind English isn't the greatest...but hey it's far better than my Malay :-P
We visited on a weekday night for an early dinner. Only two other tables were occupied and it wasn’t really a busy time. The one staff manning the floor didn’t notice us as (I think) he was on the phone taking a delivery order. It took him 10 minutes to get to us, and it required prompting from another customer for him to take our orders. The guy was alone (cashier, phone, taking orders, serving, clearing tables) and he was friendly so we didn’t mind. Food was good - we had the Nasi Goreng Kampung, Chicken Satay, and Tom Yum Seafood. We loved everything we ordered as food was really tasty and the serving portions were generous. This wasn’t our first time in this place (we’ve been going when it was still Rasa Sayang) and we will definitely come back for more :)
The boyfriend and I are fans of their Roti Canai, particularly the roti telur. We also enjoyed the Tom Yum soup, and Kuey Teow Goreng Seafood. Definitely satisfies ones Malaysian food cravings.

Very good restaurant, clean and neat place and spacious for many visitors. The meal and drink are delicious with affordable price. The best things is the employees with all smiles and helpful. I always order nasi goreng kampung and nasi lemak ayam goreng. Dont forget to order teh tarik also.
This spot used to be Rasa Sayang, our fave haunt for great Malaysian cuisine in Dubai. As Nur Malaysia, it has improved even more! The servings are still generous, the prices are reasonable, the ambiance is welcoming, and the staff are always warm and eager to please. Now they've added to their menu, jazzed up the decor and picked a name that ties the place to what its food and drinks are all about.
Hubby and I were so pleased to dine here for Valentine's. We didn't go for our usual dishes - senseless to limit yourself in the face of an expanded menu!
I had Nasi Goreng Seafood, which paired up really well with my Kangkung Belacan. Hubby's Mee Goreng Seafood was also delish. All three were really spicy, the way we like our food.
Rounded off the great meal with Keria (sweet potato doughnuts) and Milo Ais Tabur. Can't wait to go back and try more of their new offerings!
Never been to the actual restaurant, only ever got the food delivered and it’s DELICIOUS! Had a craving for nasi lemak so a colleague told me about this place and have been hooked since! Best Malaysian food in Dubai; super authentic and easy on the pocket too! Portions are perfect! Delivery is always on time too. One down side is that the minimum order for delivery is 50dhs which is a tad high especially when you wanna order for one and the dishes are on average about 25dhs. BUT that would never stop me 😂👍🏽👍🏽 SEEEEDAP SANGAT SANGAT!
The all star is for getting it as close to the Kuala Lumpur authentic eatery we visited. The roti canai and rendang is bang on.. Malaysian cuisine and hospitality. Enjoyed both, thank you. Will recommend to anyone who loves their roti and Kar cheow tay.
LOVE IT! Can't even describe how good the kwetiau Kungfu was. The portion was generous, the taste was on point and the best part was that the kwetiau was perfectly fried so that it had crunchy outside and soft inside. It was the best. I also had the roti pisang which was really good too and the curry puff (potato) which was okay. Overall: great place, great service and excellent food. Would obviously go back again ❤️❤️
I had gone here on weekend for lunch after the prayers to try Malaysian food.. there was no alacarte from 2 to 5 .. a limited menu on the buffet with authentic Malaysian taste... the best part was they said the buffet was pay as you wish ... which is only on fridays , was so touched to see such a place here in dubai.. do try if you love Malaysian food..
Lets start with ample parking, friendly staff, and a satisfying menu , the ambiance is also pleasent.I ordered a noodle soup, Came with a large serving tasted great, not too impressed with the small servig of Ikan Billis especially when I paid extra for it as a side.
No free snacks to munch on or to keep you occupied while you wait for your food.

Established Malaysian restaurant specialising in Malay cuisine. Service is casually slow and laid back - don’t come here if you’re in a rush, but if you’re not, do come and have a relaxing time. Food was decent: their nasi lemak is tasty and good value. The chicken satay also hits the spot, though their peanut sauce could be less “stiff”. Their ABC dessert was nice and refreshing, but I would suggest ditching the chocolate sauce. It doesn’t go well!

Love this place, authentic Malaysian food, I ordered fried noodles with gravy sauce, fried chicken with coconut rice both were great! However Laksa was too bland for me. The satay was so tender and well seasoned. I ordered mix satay and I found beef satay was more tasty than chicken satay. I also ordered roti with condensed milk. It was very crispy, well thin and super chewy!! But the green dessert with grated coconut was bitter and overcooked. Iced volcano milo was also nice! The staff they are super polite but quite slow service. I would love to give 5/5 if the service is not slow.

I have checked out Nur Malaysia in EXPO 2020. It is found inside Malaysia Pavilion. We definitely loved the food. It took time to be served and a long queue ahead but worth it.

Loved this place to every bits!
Went in just for the Roti Canai (a dish I remember prior having feasted back in 2006), ordered with Satay Ayam (Chicken).
The dishes were executed to great quality and satisfaction. I went in on a weekday night, hence there wasn't any wait at all.
A serving of Roti Canai (w/ Curry/Gravy) costs AED5, and a 6-skewer Satay Ayam costing AED25.
Recommended.
Edit (Nov 2021) : Second visit here for the breakfast, bowled over by the taste and quality of the dishes. Ordered Roti Canai (even better than the previous times’ good ones), Kari Kambing (a mutton gravy, went well with the Roti) and a Milo (served in a big cup).
Good food. Service was decent. The plain roti was really good. Food came disorderly i.e starter came after mains.

Location great, the venue is clean and neat, visited on a Thursday night. It was busy and food took some time to come out, server was polite but the order was not completely accurate. Overall food was good and we left satisfied.
