The place is located in Galeria Mall in Al Wasl.
It's a quite big place in the corner, they sell as well italian products. You can see how they prepare the pizzas and the pastas.
We tried different pizza, all were really good, and we had pasta, was very tasty too and perfectly al dente.
They have a selection of italian starters and nice dessert. Nice place for carbs craving day!
Don't expect fine dining!
Very good ambiance, ample space, good service. Food is more Swiss type rather then Italian Salad, Fries and Pizza are good. Good variety of sauces. A good choice if one in haste.
Trooped all the way from Al Ain, we visited this branch in Al Safa armed with a voucher (thanks airmiles) and empty stomachs. Prebooked a table for 3.5 pax via zomato, we were welcomed by the usherette as if she knew who were exactly. We ordered the ragu, ravioli, pasta for the kid and the marinara. Extra magherita with salami to complete the feast. No complaints really about fresh pastas, all were al dente and flavourful. The pizza was divine! The negatives we experienced was the presence of a fly (no tea candles were available) and the whole place was a bit hot bordering to being uncomfortable. One more thing, no mozzarella. Yes no mozarella in an italian restaurant (in our visit for that matter). Hope they do something about the flies, candles (they used bday candles btw) and airconditioning. All in all good dining experience with a bit of extra pasta shopping if desired. Yes please, stack up on mozarella.

We like everything and this is my third visit
We opted for the lunch menu. The host was extremely friendly and our waiter was attentive and well informed about the menu. It's a nice restaurant with an open kitchen and lots of goodies on shelves for sale as well as picnic baskets.
We shared the calamari and a salad. Huge portions but we still had space for the delicious lasagne and mushroom pizza. We topped it up with the best gelato pistachio and hazelnut mix and an excellent creamy cappuccino.
Fresh Vannila ice cream topped with almonds and chocolate balls are all we need after a scrumptious meal
What i ordered: mixed green salad with avocado and Italian cherry tomatoes.
And pasta with tomato sauce and fresh basil. Couldn't get a decent picture of both but were quite good. Good place for team lunch and laughter.
While on my way to box park i spotted the word taste of Italy and took a turn to check this restaurant out instead. It's so refreshing and so beautifully made. I had equal urge to check out the restaurant next door called slider station i guess which also looked very good welcoming but i stuck to my original plan. We were welcomed with delicious bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar which i would i have liked better had there been some butter or had the bread been toasted well to be actually enjoyed as a starter. Ordered mixed green salad with avocados and it was delicious. Also ordered the lasagna alla bolognese which was superb and really exceeded my expectations as i had been hunting for a good lasagna since long. All in all great neat n tidy dining experience n i shall be going there again to eat the same lasagna for sure.
QUICK TIP! Sit outdoors when the weather permits. The scent of sea breeze really adds to the atmosphere.
We chose the delicious beef bresaola pizza and for pasta, a dreamy serving of cassarecce al ragu. The beverages were okay. Was a light enough meal for three.
Will definitely visit again.
Good place for authentic Italian
Their pasta is lovely and freshly made, especially the ravioli and tortellini
Their pizzas on display are delightful and just like in Italy where it is sold by the slice, suitably sliced with a scissor - lovely marinara to take away
We were very impressed by the affogato which has become our favourite dessert - scoop of gelato topped with a shot of espresso which was served in a beaker on the side - pure bliss
Taste of Italy by Heinz Beck is one of the best restaurant in Dubai....
First they served fresh and homemade bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, They suggested fresh pasta ( Tagliolini Frutti de Mare) and it was amazing, The best coffee in town. And they have retail as well.
