Dinner 🍴 at Le Pain Quotidien
Quinoa detox for Dhs 56/- was a healthy option - it was full of greens 🥬 such as baby spinach along with avocado 🥑 sundried tomato 🍅 red cabbage, n green lentils. It was a complete meal full of good yumminess 🥘.
Butternut squash risotto for Dhs 56/- was on the sweet side, a mixture of herbs, lentils, squash n rice 🍚. Very soft n creamy!
Great service as always; love this place for healthy options it offers!

For the love of bread, turkey and cheese, just order the Croque Monsieur! What a lovely sandwich on a hungry late evening. That day, the mushroom soup warmed my stomach and heart too. Loved this visit Le Pain Quotidien!
I Love Food
If your looking for quality then this place is for you! Been dining in all LPQs for the past years and this is one of my favorite places!
The staff is extremely polite & friendly,One of the best services you can find in Dubai!
The manager really knows his stuff!

The food is always fresh and healthy.
The pastries and desserts keep me coming back for more.
Love the scones and pecan tart!

I have visited this place months ago when I was around world trade centre area for an industrial expo. I totally fell in love with their creamy cheescake and it made my day brighter.

I go here a LOT!
Ambience: Perfect for work, they have outlets around the cafe, the decor is nice and warm. They also have a long table for a larger group for hangouts.
Service: They serve food quickly. Some servers are better than the others. Like, there is a guy in there I don't want to serve me mainly because he's slow and looks a bit lost? Not a deal breaker but would prefer the other chirpy and friendly ones.
Food: My go to food here are just these two
1. Penne with Tibar sauce (spicy altho you can ask for the nonspicy version) - The servings are large! This is served with two slices of bread.
2. Le Pain Quotidien Breakfast - The LPQ breakfast consists of a choice of omelet (love the Salmon Spinach one) which at first is a bit salty but later on grows on you with the bland egg matching with the taste of the salty salmon, texture is just perfect. This is served with two slices of bread and mixed greens. I dunno what they use as dressing but it makes the salad taste fresher and tasty. The LPQ breakfast also contains a bread basket (yey!). Pain in French apparently means Bread so this is their expertise and I SOOOOOOO agree. I find myself daydreaming about their bread a lot and this is not an exaggeration. Maybe just a preference, but I really like the sides of the bread to be crispy and the inside really soft, which they meet. I always ask for the spreads (Hazelnut, Nutella, Dark Chocolate, etc) to go with it. It also includes a choice of drink (I either have a cappucino with hazelnut or iced chocolate).
Whattoeatmaria
Follow me on Instagram @whattoeatmaria

While waiting for my friend, I decided to order hot chocolate in coconut milk. I was hesitating if the taste will turn out good or not. Surprisingly the taste is wow! The hot chocolate is so creamy which I like and it is not too sweet. I enjoyed my drink to be honest.

We ordered Croquet Monsier and mushroom tartine, which were both delicious. The sourdough bread really is amazing and you don’t feel too bad for eating bread.

Le Pain's outlets throughout Dubai are great. But this location specifically is my favorite. You have a great outdoor seating which is amazing during the winter months. Sitting outside with a nice hot coffee/tea.
But today was the first time I actually came here and had something more than just coffee/tea, bread or dessert. I came here to celebrate an anniversary and have a lovely lunch with my partner. And it was a great lunch with the freshest and most delicious items on the menu using organic ingredients.
The mushroom and chicken bread bowl is fantastic.
The ambience and decor or the place both inside and out, is cozy and welcoming and the best place about the whole experience today was the wonderful and flawless service.

Thank you Anil for great support and recommendations! Food is very tasty and healthy as well! I suggest to all to try this restaurant and bakery

One of the best place for having breakfast , their cheese omlet is super amazing with the best ingredients used, soft and fluffy, fresh and aromatic. The bread is equally fresh and soft.

Initially my 1st time visiting this place I didn't love it, probably because I ordered wrong.

The 2nd time I went to it I loved it. I love their food, various menu options and most Importantly their spreads.

Prices are mediocre. Staff are always friendly at every branch I've been to and the ambience is always hip.

Overall a 5.

Visited and my second time around. First was in the Airport and recently Trade Centre with a friend before heading to United States. Ordered Fisherman’s Pot and Salmon. A bit expensive but its worth the taste and experience. ❤️

I visited this restaurant yesterday at 12:30 midnight hours with my wife. Sorry to say but I really had a very bad experience. Although the salads were good but was unable to buy the dessert because we were force to leave the restaurant as the restaurant manager told us that they where going to close at 1. We had just started eating our salad and the manager told us to make the payment. It was such a humiliating experience that we will never think of visiting this restaurant again.

Great breads, salads and soups. They have amazing hot chocolate and even better deserts. The staff is friendly and attentive.. the open sitting is serene and gives a very French bistro like feeling. It is obviously on a higher side but the ingredients they use make the cost worth it. Do go if in the area

A very nice place just next to financial center metro station, the eclair was so fresh and tasty whilst the cappuccino was fine .. professional staff and reasonable prices ..

I've always loved this chain and having one in my neighbourhood is just the best. Their food is very good, their service is amazing and they have really good coffee. Highly recommended. They are a bit pricey though

Items ordered:
1.) Avacado toast: the avacado toast was served with egg and bacon in it. The taste was average as it wasn't having any spiciness in it.

Went in a bit late, so the main delicacies were over , overall the espresso and chocolate cake combined with eclairs and ganache were a pretty good combination.
Props to the staffs working , who kept the establishment open until we were done with our board games.

I visited the Dubai one with my husband. And i quite liked the menu.

We had Bread soup bowl with lentil soup, mexican scrambled eggs, and croissant. The breads and croissants are very fresh. Highly recommend to try it.

This cafe was recommended by my brother who had his breakfast during the weekend. Without a doubt, Le Pain Quotidien has a lot to offer from its wide variety of bread and pastries. Considering I being a vegetarian, I tried the veggie bread basket and a Moroccan green tea. I was never disappointed by the taste of fresh unprocessed bread with organic green tea. The tea with its fragrance and the menthol inducing tinge gets easily absorbed in your throat. The bread , on the other hand, is freshly baked and easily digestible. In addition, I was given free bread samples to taste with their organic peanut butter and white chocolate spread. This really would suit people who would like to try something new and break the ho hum monotony of Karak chai in the morning.

This is a lovely Belgian cafe, which is conveniently located. It is the first cafe you will see when u walk out of financial center metro station. I never used to notice it earlier, as it was overshadowed by the Starbucks which shares a wall with it and is right next door.

It has an attractive ambience and interestingly, they sell organic spreads like sun-dried tomato, black olives, white chocolate, my favorite being , which tastes like digestive biscuit cream. I was served by a very warm waiter, Shekar. He was kinda enough to bring many of their spreads for me to taste.

Tried their cheese n tomato croissant, which was heavenly. And their soup of the day, which was a tangy lamb and lentil soup. The soup was 38 DHS and there croissant was below 30 DHS, if I remember correctly.

Loved the decor and the black boards with little quotes. This is a place I will be proud of taking friends for a chat over coffee and snacks.

Great job, guys!

What’s the best way to chill in Dubai heat during the hot summer? This place happened to be the next to one of my offices.. very nice , cozy ambience. Went to grab an ice tea in the afternoon but settled for a quick lunch. The lunch service wasn’t quick though, had to wait for almost half an hour. Ordered for a chicken slider and an ice tea. Portion size is huge and thus finishing one slider alone is a task. Taste wise it’s good, freshly baked breads are one of the bests! Ice tea was also good... they have bakery items as well. The food is organically sourced as they claim! The price is on a little higher side. But a visit is recommended surely.

I'm not a big fan of the bowl of coffee they serve the coffee in! Please I need a cup
Also.. I was just served a cold cappuccino..
The staff and the ambiance are good

Instagram: soniastable

Passing by this cafe decided to snack something here. They have good outdoor and indoor seating. As i wanted something light and quick I decided to have an almond croissant to fulfill my sweet and savory cravings.

The croissant was delicious with yummy caramel filling and lots of almond flakes on the top. Its a must try. They have other items on the menu also. Will visit them to try them too.
Lovely salads and staff. I visit often and would recommend it to all. It’s a little pricey though. Their breakfast options are also very nice.

An amazing cafe with really nice and beautiful ambience with old style tables. Had an opportunity to visit this place and eat super rich Praline Chocolate cake which was very much delicious.

Located right outside the financial centre metro station, this is a great place for breakfast.

The interiors are nice too.

We had a shakshouka, and it was quite good; though could have had more vegetables.

The eggs benedict with salmon was delicious.

The quinoa salad was very nice too. It had a lot of rocket leaves.

The hot chocolate was okay.

They also sell some lovely spread here.
Pedro Gomes
Cozy place very nice for a quick breakfasts or afternoon snack. Bread and desserts are top.

Seating available outside, but being to close to the road makes it unpleasant.
Rajarpita
Amazing ambience ! welcoming, warm and comfortable.
Had stoped by for tea and dessert late at night, and wished if I hadn’t had dinner already.
Definitely going back on my next trip to Dubai.

I am so in love with this cafe! Nice selections - their eggs benedict is to die for! Great customer service! Staff is amazing:) plus - they have the best speculoos - another one to die for :)

Today I was at LPQ for lunch, was catching up with a friend.
Their location is excellent, right next to a metro station. Ambiance is great, had a good time.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I had spicy scrambled egg, grilled chicken and watermelon coolers. Scrambled egg was a surprise element, a proper spicy one. Did expect a Belgian cafe to prepare such a well spiced dish.
Grilled chicken was excelled, had the right balance.
Last but not the least, Strawberry Tart, Heavenly.....Just loved it. A must try item here.
Overall a great experience, 3 cheers to LPQ.
Simply one of my (and family) favourite dining places for breakfast. Great baked items, good coffee and the harissa omelette is absolutely wonderful. The poached eggs are not too bad! Great sociable and casual environment to put you at ease whether alone or with kids/friends. Will keep going back!

Rigard & Jeanine
A little gem just next to Starbucks at the Trade Centre Metro Station. Not as busy as the more well known and pricier outlet next to it. Offers delightful meals and coffees at reasonable prices. I've never been disappointed at a Le Pain Quotidien outlet.

An ever smiling and an ever ready staff. And a beautiful interior decor. I have been there thrice and all the visits have been extremely satisfying.

For breakfast I ordered for a wild mushroom and mozzarella cheese tartine which was fabulously flavorful. And a cappuccino which was nice and frothy, just the way I like it. A little extra bitter but they do have brown sugar that you can add according to your taste. I love the fact that they had jars or chocolate spreads, jams and those sorts that you could apply to the extra basket of bread they present you with.

For lunch I went in with a friend, so we ordered for Penne with grilled chicken was average. But I loved their grilled chicken salad. Each of these dishes were like one full meal and sufficient only for one person.

Another time we ordered for a Mixed berry tart, a Strawberry tart and a Parfait. Since it was one of the girl's birthday, they gave us a complimentary cheesecake. The tarts and the Cheesecake, both of them were sinful. But I personally didn't like the parfait. I felt that the yogurt put in was more sour than usual. And there was a coconuty flavour which I don't like it my parfait. Though that was the dish with the best presentation.

Overall I would like to say that I feel LPQ is a little on the expensive side. But it's a must visit for the breakfast and the sweets.
Pooja Sridhar
Was catching up with a friend here , we ordered the Mozzarella Tartine which I personally thought was just about average ,we ordered the vegetable gratin which actually was quite heavenly served with bread and huge portion would recommend to try this .
Lastly we ordered the mushroom flat bread and roasted herb potatoes , the mushroom flat bread was good too but wouldn't recommend the roasted herb potatoes ,they were really over cooked and didn't wasn't edible .

A place I visit everyweekend for their breakfast options..
It's good and fresh..and organic
Really tasty..
Good one for a group meal ..
Remember to try their tartines..
I love their jam selections and chocolates spread..
The fun part you can buy them and enjoy them at home..

My favourite place. I come here for breakfast at least twice a week. Staff is amazing: always helpful and they try their best to satisfy all your requests.
Definitely give a try to the omelets and eggs benedict!

Tad expensive but you get what you pay for. Delicious, fresh food. Friendly staff and cool crowd. Had a pleasant experience each time I visited.

I went in to grab a coffee one evening, on a whim, and was delighted.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Ordered a Mochaccino, which was brought to me in a nice bowl :). The right heat, the right level of chocolate and coffee complemented the pleasant atmosphere at the cafe. Dim lit (kinda), good music and nice people, who all made it a beautiful coffee experience for me.

I enjoyed here thoroughly, and would recommend it to everyone.
Assad Shaikh
Very small portion sizes.. its a tad expensive for the ambience and food quality.. and the small portion don't help either. Just had eggs benedict n belgian waffles with berries for breakfast. Still hungry. Portion size was ok for wifey, but not for me, so it could be ok for some folks. Wife had spicy scrambled eggs and french toast.

Nothing was bad, french toast was good, everything else was average.

Service was good, the server was cheerful. Ambience is ok.

I always pass by one of the branches of Le Pain Quotidien but I have never tried it until this week. This branch is right beside the DIFC Metro Station so it's quite convenient for those who commute.

The place was quiet and very cozy. My friend and I went here for an afternoon coffee on a weekday. We tried their pecan tart and baked cheese cake. Both were superb. These desserts just had the right sweetness -- not overly buttery or creamy. If you're the type to be fond of desserts that are not very rich but still tastes good, then this cafe will be a good place to visit. Coffee was served in a small pot and since my friend and I were not big coffee drinkers, 2 small cups of brewed coffee were enough for us.

I like the quiet feel of this cafe. They have good food at reasonable prices. I'll be back to try more of their desserts. :-)

Stopped by for a meeting over breakfast, I had a turkey ham croissant and a cappuccino. The croissant was delicious, a tad crumbly but could be tackled with a fork civilly ; fresh no doubt. The cappuccino was refreshing but I would have expected my lips to come in contact with a hotter liquid beneath the cream, I'm not a fan of lukewarm, or anything below 96 degree C coffee. The breakfast was delicious, but for the prices they charge it better be. A croissant and a coffee at LPQ near the DIFC could set you back AED 38!

Service was polite, we were able to catch a stewardess' attention whenever required, the cafe is flooded by natural lighting and has a warm ambiance standardised at LPQ. Parking at a private parking lot nearby as RTA parking is scarce on weekdays, but not an issue on the weekends. Very good metro access.
Inês Yebra
Had lunch here the other day. The food was okay, nothing special and it kinda tasted weird at the end. The same with the iced coconut water. The taste was a little off, didn't like it at all.. Maybe they are a better place for breakfast and not lunch, don't know..
Red Plate
I tried Le Pain Quotidien's dinner set menu tonight. I went for the three-course meal: tomato bruschetta, meatballs in apple and cinnamon sauce and Belgian brownie. I also had the watermelon cooler for drinks.

The bruschetta gave me a refreshing start, with tasty bread and zesty topping. The tomato-cucumber concoction was well balanced and was a perfect spread for the bread. It had a mild flavour so it did not drown the taste of the bread. My main course was a surprise treat. It was curiosity that nudge me to go for the meatball dish. I was wondering how the apple-cinnamon sauce would taste like. It was very similar to sweet and sour but more on the sweet side without crossing the line from savoury to sweets. The sauce went well with either the wild rice or the bread slices. The meatball itself was well done, but with moisture still locked in. It had a good consistency and it was quite taste. This dish was different in a good sense. It was, however, the brownie which was the highlight of the meal. It was light, with good texture and with pure chocolate flavour. One can ascertain that fine quality ingredients were used in baking this dessert. This alone is enough reason to go back to this place.

This restaurant offers good food. I am glad that I gave it a try. Aside from food, the place also marked high in terms of service and ambiance. The crew members were very attentive and customer-oriented. The outlet itself was spacious and inviting. It had a relaxed vibe to it. I can picture myself here on a weekend with my laptop, just surfing the net, with coffee and a warm brownie on hand.

One of the finest breakfast place in Dubai for sure....in a place like Dubai unfortunately not many breakfast places (there are too many brunch place) but this one for sure comes out in the top for good breakfast. True to their name their bread basket is fresh and organic. To go with the bread their jams and preserves are very tasty. If good food is not enough it is topped with good service as well (Suresh at the Shk Zayed Road outlet) you will certainly love the place. Very convenient location as you walk out of the financial center metro station and hence this is a place which will certainly be frequently visited by me :)
Ilaria Guasoni
Very nice place to sip a cup of coffee or enjoy lunch and dinner. Very friendly atmosphere.
If you have any sort of allergies they will tell you what you can eat.
Aysha Haider
I just love the vibe of this place. Also their drinks and this special of the day we're to die for. Pear with goats cheese drizzled with honey = explosion of flavours in my mouth. Terrific.
Bachir
Love having breakfast at this place. Staff is friendly. But their shops look like caves! The only great branch they have is the one in Marina.
Andrea Cornel
I've been here a couple of times for breakfast, it is the only place I can find proper spicy scrambled eggs (other than the street side Indian cafes). I highly recommend their scrambled eggs with harissa if you can tolerate spicy food to an extent. Such a hearty breakfast. Also, had their french toast which was cooked to perfection & not overly sweet. The staff are always really courteous as well.

Excellent breads, wonderful soups, tasty salads and scrumptious main courses.. describe this place!!

The restaurant is right under a metro station and is on a curb with outside seating. The staff is always very courteous and hospitable.

My picks are always the baguette, lentil soup, veg at gratin, quinoa salad and the carrot cake..

The place has a lively atmosphere with some great food, worth the visit always!!
Mohsin Siddiqui
Standard LPQ fare; nothing exceptional or aggravating about this place. Service is always very good; the staff are accommodating and friendly and don't nickel-and-dime you to death. The food options are a bit odd; not quite sure why the platters are so confusing or what goes through the chef's mind but hey ho. Try the spicy scrambled eggs with harissa or the waffles if going for breakfast. If anything else, you can't really go wrong with a tartine or one of the bread-bowl soups.
Hungus Girl
Great place for breakfast. Even more so if you are a health freak like me and looking for healthy organic food, this is the place to be!

The foods they serve here are mainly breakfast, lunch, salads, soups and baked goods items. I've tried their Le pain quotidian breakfast and that consists of a generous basket of bread that comes with organic olive oil, sundried tomatoes and Jams. The staff informed me that they bake their bread on a daily basis. The breakfast comes with a choice of omelette. We choice the spicy omelette with harissa and tomatoes. The spiciness definitely gave the eggs a nice kick to it. The breakfast meal is quite filling and good enough to share for two.

To compliment the food a beverage of your choice is also included as part of the breakfast meal. I ordered a flat white, it was not on their menu but they still made it for me. The flat white was okay seemed a bit like a cuppucino as tasted quite milky, but still enjoyed it. The coffees are organic and fair trade too.
I've also tried their quinoa salad previously in their mirdiff branch and that was wholesome and delicious.

It is slightly pricier but is expected of a cafe using quality organic ingredients. They even sell jarred food items such as jams, olive oil etc. and coffee beans too. The only downside was Staff being a bit slow in responding to our order and attending to our payment, but other then that it is a lovely place to have breakfast.
Faiza
Have passed by the shop many times while taking the financial center metro as it's located right outside but had never stopped to eat there.

Today I was meeting some friends for breakfast and we decided to eat there.

I ordered the Spanish omelette, pain au chocolate and sangria and enjoyed every last bite. I would only recommend that they add butter/ jam with the bread.

The rest of the gang ordered egg Benedict, spicy scrambled eggs and omelette with mushroom and cheese. Everyone was happy with their dishes as well except for the orange juice which was very sour.
DSN
This place does great coffee!

The eggs benedict (salmon) and the various omelettes are great! Yet to have a bad breakfast here.
Go the LPQ breakfast option and you can stuff yourself with their bread basket. It's delicious. Plus you can try their various chocolate spreads.
The desserts are ok, but nothing special.

It's busy for breakfast and especially weekends. And service can be very slow at these times. The food makes up for it.

This brand is quite a special one for me. The first time I visited their brand was the One on covent garden London, it was a beautiful location and with great ambiance. So when I moved to Dubai I was quite pleased to see quite a few of them here. the only one i frequent is this one.. They have outdoor seating which i really like as it is always quite windy ( the way it is located) .. their fresh organic food is always unique and quite good. Friendly staff too ...
Reena Sachedina
Finally visited LPQ for brunch on a Friday afternoon since they serve breakfast all day!!

We ordered a spicy harissa scrambled egg, a cheese mushroom omelette, an orange juice, and a mochaccino.

Everything was delicious. The scrambled was made to perfection (we asked for it to be well done), while the omelette was slightly runny (as requested).

The only criticism would be the lack of salt in the egg but it may have been intentional to cater to various palettes.

The coffee was served in a cute red bowl like mug and was divine.

The orange juice was fresh and cold.

For dessert we got the strawberry mille fuielle and it was DIVINE. In comparison to Paul and Bateel, LPQ has won the title for best mille fuielle.

Cant wait to go back and try their other desserts and breakfast items.

@ENBDJBR
Absolute delight!

Walked in for a late breakfast and ordered for scrambled eggs with harissa sauce along with q Spanish omelet, and the scrambled eggs are one of the finest I've ever tasted. The sauce was just perfect! We also ordered for a strawberry lemonade which tasted just right along with a pecan tart and a chocolate eclair which were just divine!!! I would only request the management to look into the time taken for the order to be served, as the Spanish omelet arrived after everyone almost finished their meal. And there were several reminders too.

For the food they serve, I'd go back any day anytime :)

I went there yesterday. The table wasn't clean and waitress didn't notice that. I asked her nicely to clean the table. She brought the menu and she didn't come back. I had to wait 15 minutes and i was not able to order, then I decided to leave the restaurant.
Jasmine Malhotra
Went to LPQ for breakfast today and it was amazing. Tried the eggs benedict, scrambled eggs with the harissa sauce and the spanish omelette. After that we had a chocolate eclair and the pecan tart which was also divine and decadent. This place always cheers me up with its comfy setting and comfort food. A must try for all food lovers

I love the salads and the soups at le pain quotidien but lately their prices went up in a rodiculous way... now i think twice before going there...
Lesley Haddad
When you have time to enjoy a long breakfast, this is the place to go to! Always start with coffee, whether its black or with milk! The following meal was for 3 people. We ordered the eggs benedict with salmon, fresh yogurt with berries and fruits, turkey and cheese croissant and a bowl of fruit. The interior is very nice, cosy and clean. Their clients are mostly european/american who go and have breakfast before work or grab their lunch to go.
Cheers
Louise Bolo
I hardly dine near my residence, LPQ is an exception. It's my casual let's-meet-for-breakfast place. Hence, the waffle picture.
Which btw, i love.

The serving portion is just right, the presentation - picture perfect, the service - consistently good.
Francisca Madeira
This was the first cafe I went in Dubai. Just next to my apartment and with a delicious menu, I sat inside to have one of their tartines. I fell in love!!! From that moment on I've been trying the whole menu and so far so good! The staff is always helpful and friendly making me feel like home. The only reason I don't give 5 for rating is that I think they should add more gluten free options to the menu, especially bread. Other than that, congrats on the great food and hospitality LPQ!!!
Elie
Went there for breakfast, we had the granola with low fat yoghurt i would rate it 3.5 since it didn't have much of a taste, eggs Benedict with salmon it was super tasty and turkey chicken croissant which was ok. This organic Belgium bakery-café is good for a quick healthy bite

I have tried to eat out at PQ twice before but something always came up. So when I finally landed early enough to reach the restaurant before 10pm, I decided to have a go at their food. I didn't expect the portions to be that large nor that tasty. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. I have to say the only downside of the experience was that overpriced bill. But worth every bite!
Sangeeta Dhanak
The food at Le pain quotidien appears simple, but the flavors have remarkable depth. Cosy ambiance and competent staff.
Ideal for breakfast.
Muneeb Jan
Am a breakfast regular there. I could care less about the organic branding but this is a wonderful homely joint with excellent staff and perfectly competent food. On the downside, just a tad pricier then it should be. The bill once shot up twofold when i ordered a glass of orange juice!

Have tried waffles, various omelettes, eggs benedict, open sandwiches, and the bread platter.
Nazha Sadek
Terrible place to order breakfast croissant aren't up to expectation at all and bread delivered isn't fresh or usual Belgian quality
When you price food up to this you definitely would expect way different quality than what you actually get here
Saraffair By Sara Beato
From the unique european style, to the sympathy of the workers, this is my place to be with friends or alone, laughing or just in silence reading my book. Feels a bit home here, cosy 😊
Aysha Ahmed
Good service and the menu has a variety of interesting choices. However, I didnt care for neither the pain au chocolat or the cheese croissant. The bread was too dry and disapointing. Coffee wasn't great either.
Nail
A very friendly staff, the food looks very fresh, especially the salads. My preference goes for the Atlantic salad and the mushrooms and the halloumi

Awesome place for breakfast. Dedicated staff, awesome atmosphere, classical music, large selection of choices for everyone to find something they love.

We ordered feta and spinach quiche and it was awful, if I was the chef I wouldn't serve this quiche to anyone! eggs not cooked properly and the crust dough is completely raw and not cooked well. Please avoid ordering the quiche from their outlets... also they do charge for the bread basket?? it is a bakery and I don't think it is acceptable to charge for bread when there are many outlets in town that serve you complimentary bread. Overpriced and food quality is ok but nothing to make us go back again there!!

Have been there quite a few times ...cafe latte and cappuccino are good ..... Cakes are also nice ...had tried one of their open sandwiches ... Didn't like it much mainly because the bread was too hard ... Also I feel that it's a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of food and drinks that they serve.

The staff here are warm and friendly and the cafe latte is passable. Bread, pastries and other menu items have all been excellent. There's not much to object to here.

We had a awesome painting event @funwafannan
#LPQ. The staff there is awesome and so is the food. One of the best place to hangout in Dubai.

PQ is like my second home. I love the detox salad with quinoa, spinach, rocket, avocado and more beautiful ingredients. The Chia seed pudding with raspberry compote is amazing!

Fresh bread, organic everything and an adorable ambience. This place is like home to me for coffees and tarts! I recommend the chia seed muffins, strawberry and mixed berry tart.

Being a chocolate fanatic I ordered the Mini Chocolate Bombe and it was a bummer. The bombe had a tinge of some fruity flavor in it which was not pleasing. The biscuit base of the dessert was very bland and dry too. They should atleast have a description against each dessert in their menu specifying what they contain. The Mini Chocolate Bombe is definitely not worth 18 Dhs!

The staff at Le Pain Quotidien are extremely ignorant. They were in their own world and did not bother to even look at the customers as they enter or ask a question (the place was not even packed). I had to repeat myself atleast two times for the receptionist to turn and look at me.

I personally loved the wooden layout and interiors at LPQ. It was classy and pretty !

A cosy cafe tucked away in a corner of Sheikh Zayed Road. A friend and I decided to grab a nice breakfast before work one day and headed to PQ.

Upon walking into the cafe, it felt warm and comforting, away from the early morning hustle on Sheikh Zayed Road. The waiter took a while to serve us even though there weren't a lot of customers in at that time.
Once he got to us, we placed our order's. I ordered the Brioche French Toast along with an Iced coffee, while my friend decided to go for the Continental Breakfast.

Service was slow, and it wasn't really worth the wait. The French toast wasn't warm when it got to me, and they definitely did scrimp on the maple syrup that comes along with it. The portion size was decent, however, the taste was quite eggy.

I don't think any one should rely on getting a nice cup of coffee here, they had a board that said ' our wifi is as strong as our coffee', I assure you that the wifi was much stronger than their coffee. The coffee was very disappointing. It tasted like really cold water with some coffee beans it, definitely not something I want to start my day off with,

My friend got a mushroom and cheese omelette along with hot chocolate and a bread basket. The hot chocolate wasn't really hot, it wasn't even warm, nor was it sweet enough. The breads in the bread basket were good, except the walnut bread, it left a very bitter after after taste in our mouths. We were served a little helping of plain butter to go with the bread basket, however the ratio of bread to butter wasn't right at all. Since they were serving raisin and walnut breads in the basket, I expected them to serve us some marmalade or jam to go with, but I was left disappointed.

However, the the omelette was cooked really well and was generously stuffed with mushrooms and cheese.

Overall, it was a very average experience, I give the ambience 4, the service a 2.5 and the food a 2.5 as well.

Le Pain Quotidien is a global chain that can be found across Europe and ofc the middle east.
It really is the same everywhere, same rustic decor and rustic menu with a few little tweaks depending on the country.
The one on Shaikh Zayed road is much the same, very spacious, relatively empty but consistent in terms of quality and delivery. Though the service was a bit slow and confused, the plates all came out on time and were delicious.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad which was quite good and my partner ordered ab read basket with all the delicious organic spreads and a yummy french toast.
Overall, it was pretty good, what one would expect from an LPQ.

I love Le Pain, from the chicken salad to the great tartines to the delicious pastries, it's a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a quick coffee and cake with friends. After sampling many dishes I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal at any of the locations..I highly recommend Le Pain especially the chicken salad with the raspberry/balsamic vinegarette off the goats cheese salad followed by a banoffee tart.

This place is so so. Not living to their name.
Also their delivery is only around the place. I mean only walking distance.

a good breakfast place or an evening snack like a fruit tart or an eclairs! yum!

Visited the Jumeriah Beach Walk branch on a busy Saturday morning. The atmosphere was alive and bustling but let down by very bad service. Ordered egg based breakfast which came first, then the bread (when asked) and then the coffees afterward so no sync followed. When finished the waiter was so eager to take away the jams and spreads but didn't bother to take away the plates or asked if would like another drink or coffee.

The food was okay, delivered reasonably quickly but felt was prepared in a rush.

Where do these people learn service? That was the biggest let down. Do the staff not want to be tipped, is there no incentive to work more than the minimum? When you experience good service and efficiency you want to go back. I'd rather skip LPQ next time. Service goes a very long way.

I really like this place, the staff are friendly, the food is fresh and healthy and they serve breakfast all day.

Good place for late morning breakfasts or anytime snacking. Having a big sweet tooth I love the Belgian brownies, waffles, creme brulee ans everything else! Early mornings are usually eggs made to order and a little indulgence with pain au chocolat. For the other times, their world famous tartines make a satisfying meal.

The PQ in DIFC is just round the corner for us.It is the perfect neighborhood joint with good food, ready service and a very good ambiance. The outdoor seating is limited and makes for a nice spot for people watching right next to the metro station. It is in the darker corner of the street and is a nice nook in which you can lose yourself in your book. The indoors are bright and well done. The tables are charming with candles and very homey jars and mills of organic foods. They also have large shelves stocking pastes and oils, which lend to the warm setting.

As for the food, they have quite a wider variety of proper French and Belgian cuisine.Their breads are fresh and the cheeses plenty. We had a Spanish omelette which was tasty, filling and served with a harissa paste on the side. The highlight of our meal was the belgian waffle with syrup. It was yummmy and we were tempted to have another. The sides served with any dish are very well selected and complement the dishes perfectly.

We would surely come back for the waffle and the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe.Don't count too much on their coffees. They are a tad disappointing. But the desserts more than make up for it. Recommend it strongly for a laid back outing with friends or by yourself.
