I visited Napoletana during the late hours of Sunday 17th September 2017. I was around the area and was looking for somewhere to eat. I was looking for somewhere still serving as alot of places were closing. I found this gem which was recommended to me by a different restaurant. I walked in and was served by Rochelle who was very polite, friendly and approachable. I ordered a passion mocktail drink and also a chicken and mushroom pasta and some fries alongside some bread which had mushroom and cheese on them. I do not remember the exact names of the dishes. My order was placed as soon as I was ready. I was given complimentary bread with some virgin olive oil. This was followed up by my starter and side of fries which was delicious! After this pasta came out. I added some parmesan cheese and I ate the entire dish. It was lovely and the staff particularly Rochelle was very welcoming and accomodating. She even allowed me to charge my phone aswell. Rochelle was a prime examples of the excellent customer service Dubai has to offer and is a credit to the team. Highly recommended italian restaurant! 🖒
