Amazing view. Chef have meshlen star. So it’s high quality of food and presentation. I just enjoyed each peace and each minute of been there.

Instagram brought me to this place and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The setting, the food, the service. Everything was on point. I was really surprised by how good the Paella was.
Had a brilliant meal,fresh and full of flavour. The service is excellent and it had a nice ambience. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
What a gorgeous place! I felt like I went on a mini vacation. Wonderful service, great food variety. I had the paella and oysters. Both were delicious. I would recommend this for brunch as they have a huge selection of food.
Having thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Matagi at the new Emerald Palace by Kempinski, we were excited to return in daylight to experience another one of the food and beverage outlets at Dubai’s new Palace by the sea. The lobby while undeniably opulent with its gold leaf embellishments and elongated colonnades, is a little too gaudy for our tastes and we’re relieved to escape outside to the beachfront setting of Villamore.
I have tried three different places at the kempinski so far and Villamore remains my favorite, the moment you enter you will be greeted by the staff as well as inviting table of colorful salads, amazing breads and variety of old cuts ., I really wish we took a picture. We decided to try a selection from that table along with the salt crusted fish ( it really is a sight to behold when they crack the fish open in front of you and scoop it out and serve you , simple yet flavorsome. We also ordered some lamb chops but they were not memorable , other than that the rest of the food and service everything was 5 star .We were there for dinner and I can’t wait to go for lunch as it’s just by the sea and the view is just amazing !
Fun, frolic, seafood, wine, beach, music... a perfect combo of all this is Villamoré! Located on the private beach of the Kempinski Emerald Palace, this place is perfect for 'blue lunches'!
We were seated outside which is by the beach with a nice ocean view. The blue decor in that white washed villa gives it a very Greek look. Looking at the menu, the Scallops Carpaccio caught our eye. It was thin cut scallops with shaved radish, pine nuts, basil oil and lemon. Delicious is the word for this! For main course, we had the Seafood Linguine which was spaghetti in tomato sauce with shrimps, mussels, scallops and calamari. We also had their House Specialty which was Seafood Couscous. It had clams, mussels, lobster, and prawns. The pasta and the couscous tasted nice and the sauce was well absorbed by the seafood. The service was pretty prompt and very attentive.
This time we had no space for desserts. But you got us hooked! We're going to be back for more seafood, great ambience and the experience 😀
Been to Villamore for the first time after a friend suggestion. Honestly one of my best meal in Dubai. Really felt I was somewhere back in Europe. Relaxing atmosphere with a great view and good service. Each dish was just perfect and the photo really show how good the food was . Really looking forward my next visit. I am sure I will not wait very long.
Villamoré is a Mediterranean-inspired, mostly seafood restaurant with an enviable position on the West Crescent of the Palm. The decor is fresh and inviting channeling a New England beach house meet Santorini vibe with its cobalt blues, white wash walls and glossy decorative plates. The bar even has an Art Deco, tropical modern nod. The outside terrace is perfect for large groups and parties in the more tolerable Dubai winter months. If you never eat here, it’s a stunning place to start and finish a bottle of rosé... or white.... or cocktails.
You will need to crawl through the surreal Kempinski hotel lobby and breakfast restaurant before emerging poolside to get to Villamoré (which is very poorly sign posted).
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Roasted Sea Bream with thymes, olive oil and lemon is subtle, moist and cooked very well (Sea bream is a much overlooked fish vs sea bass but half the price). It’s cooked whole and filleted table side. Highly recommended.
- Heirloom Tomato side salad is not only colourful but also features perfectly ripe tomatoes which is not easy to come by in Dubai. The raw red onion is barely noticeable and does not overwhelm.
- Bacalao croquettes are crunchy with a golden crumb that collapses into flaky salt cod that’s clearly been soaked and washed well as the salt flavour is light and does not overwhelm.
- Mocktails are very good and I didn’t miss alcohol the entire lunch (uncharacteristic for me...)
LOWLIGHTS
- Seafood mixed salad starter is OK. The frisée leaves add very little and the slight bitterness detracts a little from the otherwise fairly sweet seafood. I would recommend swapping these out for something more bold like green olives or herbed croutons.
Service: impeccable.
Price: looks let’s be honest it’s a seafood restaurant ok the Palm facing the beach in the Kempinski. It’s not an everyday now budget lunch BUT it’s very enjoyable and somewhere I would return to.
You should definitely make the effort to come down.

We decided to try this new place at the Palm. It exceeded my expectation to be honest. From the welcoming staff to the most delicious dishes. It is indeed a place not to be missed.
Step into Santorini at the new Villamore in the striking Emerald Palace Kempinski on the Palm. Situated in its own building overlooking the beach, Villamore truly feels like you are miles away from Dubai on a beautiful Greek Island with its stunning stone floors and blue and white hues. Upon arrival we walked past the antipasti room (yes I did say room), through the minimalist chic restaurant and out to the candle-lit terrace overlooking the beach with awesome views of the marina. Our server quickly came over to introduce herself, offer us drinks, the menus and explained the sharing concept, with a focus on fresh seafood. Having walked past the antipasti room we couldn’t resist checking this out to begin with. We figured we could always order extra starters if we needed to. We didn’t.
Villamore is by no means the first or only water side venue that is pitched towards to the premium end of the scene but where others have either come across as too pretentious or not quite on point, Villamore at the Emerald Kempinski strikes just the right balance of understated elegance and beachside luxe.
Another day, another trip to the Palm — this time to Villamore. As Hubs and I stayed in town for the holidays, I responded to my invite by confirming a lunch reservation — perfect for the late December weather. Walking down through the OTT lobby of the Emerald Palace Kempinski (and even more ridiculously outfitted all-day dining venue), we step outside to the pristine grounds at the resort. Given the hotel is in early days, there is no one by the pool, and we easily spot Villamore, which is located in a separate building. Do I think there should be more of an effort made to determine the entrance to the restaurant? Yes. My suggestion would be large planters, or some other landscaping feature, however, once inside the venue, guests will feel immediately transported to the Mediterranean. Done in blues, whites, natural stone and materials, and tiled surfaces, the restaurant delivers on chic beachside elegance.
What could be more delicious than the diverse flavours of Mediterranean cuisine? Well… Mediterranean cuisine served on the coast! Imagine enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon with a refreshing tingly beverage in one hand and an iPhone set to selfie-portrait mode in another :) You are at Villamore.
Throughout last year the Palm Jumeirah has appeared on Dubai’s foodies’ map as a destination for memorable dining experiences. A trip to any of the surprising number of excellent restaurants is so irresistible, even difficult Palm traffic has no effect. The newly opened Villamore is no exception. Set on the Kempinski Emerald Palace hotel beach, it faces both the sea and Dubai Marina skyline, extending the royal blue colour from outdoors to inside. I’m not sure what inspired what: the location or the cuisine, but these two are made for each other.
The restaurant is comprised of two levels, an elegant rooftop and main dining area on the ground floor. The interior-exterior design is greatly influenced by Greco-Roman architecture. You will notice the Corinthian ornate slender fluted columns decorated with acanthus leaves and scrolls. Long beige curtains hanging on all sides of the pavilion provide shade. One expects great cocktails and pizzas served on the rooftop, judging by the amazing bar and a big ceramic woodstove. If you have a curious eye, you’ll notice a little elevator that connects the rooftop with the main kitchen.
The main dining area downstairs is delightfully Greek with 50 shades of white and blue incorporated in the design. Every little detail makes you want to drink, eat and have an amazing time with the help of a very friendly DJ.
Chef Gokhan created the menu with a focus on dishes and ingredients loved in the Mediterranean region (think seafood, risotto, ripe tomatoes, zucchini, focaccia, cured meats, etc.) and a noticeable influence from the Middle East. I absolutely fell in love with the squid risotto, crunchy roast potatoes, garden salad full of textures and flavours, and Portuguese style octopus served sliced. I paired my extended lunch with a few glasses of Whispering Angel rose and had no regrets staying past the sunset.

Went here to have an intimate birthday celebration, at the beginning we thought the place looks more like a lunch thing but soon we felt it is ok for evening occasions too. The octopus salad and the seafood stew highly recommend. The oysters are tasty and fresh but a little expensive. The waiter made very good recommendation for the wine and he was very friendly. Charming Italian place within the brand new Kempinski Palace. Located on the waterfront, it offer stunning views of Dubai's skyline. A well laid out antipasti buffet, staffed by a knowledgeable Chef, offers a wide range of items. Some are better than other. Lack of careful seasoning renders many dishes rather bland. The complimentary crusty country bread with roasted garlic cloves and olive oil however are a treat. Service is a bit slow and uncoordinated. For a party of 7,it took nearly 45 minutes for the main course to arrive. Portion size is hit or miss - more consistency is required. Desserts run on the overly sweet side, except the Panna Cotta, which tasted lovely. The restaurant has potential, yet needs to be managed better.

A standalone structure close to the hotels swimming pool, Villamore is like a breath of fresh air when compared to the ostentatious Emerald Palace. A two story structure heavily influenced by the trattorias and tavernas of the Mediterranean manages to be both chic and rustic in equal parts. Led along stone floors and down white washed corridors, we soon find ourselves on the outside terrace. Decked out in blue and white upholstery we are given a distinct feeling of Santorini island life. A sense that’s further heightened by our location, sat upon the sand of the Palm Jumeirah with impressive views towards Dubai Marina and its glittering skyscrapers piercing the horizon.
Villamore’s barefoot lunch attracts a more mature crowd then we perhaps expected and looks to simplify the weekend brunch experience with a four-course set menu of Mediterranean dishes that leans heavily into the cuisines of Italy and the Levant while maintaining a strict seafood focus. We begin in the anti-pasti room (yes you read that correctly) where guests are encouraged to graze on a selection of cold mezze, cheese and cured meets. We’d particularly recommend the Spanish Manchego drizzled in balsamic oil and honey which accompanied by a glass of champagne, marks a wonderful start for this weekend affair.
Four main courses are offered – roasted sea bream, sirloin tagliata, whole fed corn chicken and lemon risotto – of which guests can select one each. The sea bream is a large fish which arrives whole and is expertly filleted table-side. Once again the simplicity of ingredients and pronounced flavours are key and the tender flesh of the sea bream is delightful. Of a similar calibre, the risotto is cooked al dente with an abundance of cheese. The creamy mixture has subtle hints of lemon which works wonderfully with the sides of bitter leaf salad and a chilli garlic broccolini.

The restaurant has a good atmosphere.
Good choice of both sitting inside or out. Outside offers a stunning view of the Marina.
We opted for inside as it was relatively cold during dubai winter.

All main courses were very tasty. Desert was equally delicious.
For a restaurant with these high quality finishes and food, we found the price very reasonable.
