We were sat for a good 40 minutes before the first item hit the table and that was miso soup and edamame, neither of which require prep! The food was good..i loved the pan seared gyoza but i think it was fried!! The lemongrass ice tea was also refreshing! The worst thing was there were fruit flies during out meal and it was very disturbing

Of course this is not an authentic sushi stand but very delicious fusioned sushi can be enjoyed. Salmon avocado roll and tempura like maki were undoubtedly yummy! The size of each dish is relatively smaller than other sushi places.

Was craving sushi, decided to visit this location. The workers were very friendly, the atmosphere was serene. I would personally recommend the lychee ice tea with the bulgogi. Tasted great. 7.5/10.

Minoj is a great server. Attentive and quick. He didn't hover but was always around when we needed something. Minoj is friendly and polite. This is our 2nd time here, we will definitely be coming again. Hopefully on a day that Minoj is working! Thank you, sir!

I had small issue with the delivery of my order , and I am really impressed with how they handled the situation, how they care about their customer. Nobody can do everything perfectly all the time , but it is important how restaurant will respond in case of failure. The food is delicious and fresh, one of my favourite now for poke bowl. The food and staff are amazing! Right at the moment we entered, everyone greeted us and walked us to our table. We ordered lion king, gyudon, samurai and shogun. As usual, food is delish and really filling. Staff are very accommodating and knowledgable about the menu.<br/><br/>Ambiance is very calming and surely, one will enjoy their dining experience.

The overall experience is great in terms of food, service and value. The Tuesday open sushi is very much recommended!

It's only fair to give other chances to restaurants after having a bad experience previously, when you hear positive feedback from more than one person about it. I have decided to go to Miyabi and visit its different branches. So here I am changing my rating to 5 stars, which I think this place really deserves, and also share the positive experience I had with all the staff in all the branches. The hospitality and the quality of food and service is honestly superior, and I would like to say that it is one of the best sushi places I have been to in the UAE. I recommend it to all my friends and the reader here.

Sometime I get asked how can a sushi or sashimi be any different between restaurant - I have come to appreciate the nuances in a fresh cut of salmon or tuna vs not so fresh and the sticky rice while doesn’t have any secret ingredients - it’s about the right proportion of rice vinegar/sugar etc that goes into the making. While miyabi sushi isn’t out of the world they do a have some good sushi/poke bowl you can enjoy by the palm<br/><br/>Like the ambience, great service and pretty good sushi place. Coming back

Very fresh fish !!! Perfect delivery

I can understand that a restaurant can delay in accepting an online order. But I found Miyabi taking this a notch above every goof up I have ever seen. We followed up on our order after an hour of placing the order online and the call centre had the audacity to tell us that they have NOT started preparing our order. To top it all, the call centre personnel (don’t want to name her) didn’t seem to care at all that they missed the order. It sounded as if they were doing us a favour for making an attempt to deliver this. Definitely not going to order from here in the future (btw, still waiting for our food after 90 minutes of placing our order).

Food was very late, 50min for food to be served. Wrong order. No manager or supervisor to talk to. Service was very bad. Soup came at the end as a dessert!

Had lunch in Miyabi with my team and the food i ordered for myself was Gyoza and bibimbap. Gyoza was fine. It was actually savory and the taste was great but i think the gyoza was ‘grilled’ a little. I was expecting the change of texture but it felt like was eating a steamed dumpling. Then the bibimbap. It was pricey but it tastes okay. I wish the egg was a sunny side up egg and it would be better if there is an actual kimchi. But i would go back here and eat.

Excellent food, creative dishes, fast service. Loved the black rice Salmon Kimchee roll. Our waiter Bishwas was extremely friendly and helpful at recommending dishes. Will definitely visit again, great experience all around. A+

I have always had sushi from Miyabi, but this was the first time we tried other items. We ordered spicy chicken, Tori khimchi chicken (my favourite) and sizzling truffle mushroom risotto - the risotto was a bit bland.<br/>The best part was the ambience - A budget restaurant with good sea view is rare in Palm Jumeirah, so definitely with the visit

This beautiful sushi place is located at the end of Palm Jumeirah. We had a nice view of the water and boats while we enjoyed our food. We ordered Nigiri, sashimi and combination bento. The iftar menu was terrible. The order of service was wrong : started with sushi, ended with the soup and the food in general didn’t taste good at all.

Great quality food from this outlet. It is located on the end of the trunk of the Palm, we ordered a selection of nigiri, sashimi and sushi, all of it arrived on time, well cooled and nicely packed and presented.

Almost nothing tasted fresh.. salmon & tuna were old and chewy with a very bad after taste.. even avocados tasted as if they’re rotten.. many rolls tasted just the same.. presentation was so clumpsy..

Lucky to have a quick time for a lunch out after a tiring back-to-back-to-back meetings. Trying to steal some time for a hearty quality meal.<br/><br/>Miyabi at The Palm has always been a favorite because of its location- near my work place and it’s a slightly private because it is situated at The Palm and in the vicinity of the residences. And of course, it is a favorite because of their food is always fresh and the staffs are very friendly.<br/><br/>So, I ordered Samurai Bento (which I always do). Sashimi is something I am obsessed about especially salmon sashimi. Samurai bento usually consists of rice, teryaki chicken, 3pcs sashimi (salmon, tuna and a white fish), salad, dumpling and prawn and vegetable tempura - all in one platter. As you know, a bento is like a platter or a sampler where you can taste different menu items so that you get a taste of all the flavors and selections. <br/><br/>I requested to replace the rice to salad and the server/kitchen gladly confirmed it. I was thankful that they agreed this time as the last time I requested, they only added a few more greens but left the rice. I feel bad that I was not able to finish it (rice) then.<br/><br/>As per my meal, it is delicious and satisfying as always. My only comment with Samurai is that of how they cook the chicken pieces. The outer part of the chicken is a bit tough because, if I am correct, they pan fry (maybe pan grill them) and toss it later onto the teryaki sauce which is OK only that the outer part (some) of the chicken meat become tough and is difficult to cut into smaller pieces especially if you are only using chopsticks. I will not discount the fact that the item is indeed yummy! I am just suggesting that it can be better.<br/><br/>Service at Miyabi The Palm will never be a question, it is always superb! Our server (Jochelle) was very articulate and gave suggestions. She anticipated our needs too during the meal experience by offering to connect to wifi while we wait. When I also wanted to take photos of the yacht outside, and was about to open the door, she rushed and opened it for me. The view here is soooooo relaxing! What’s nice about this branch is that they serve alcohol too as it is located at The Palm.<br/><br/>My recommendation is, if you wish to have a quiet place to have lunch with a nice view, this is the place to go. Dinners is also best, it can be an after-work venue if you wish to have drinks after work (and of course pair it with some sushi, yum!) They have different promotions too during weekdays (which Jochelle also mentioned while we are billing out) Tuesdays is something that stunned me as they offer AED147 per person for all you can it 🍣 Now, thinking on when to visit next!

Went for the unlimited sushi on Tuesday’s !!! I ate sooo much good sushi for only 150 pp. It’s really good that they don’t really limit you when it comes to the menu for the unlimited package. The location is good too because you are by the water. <br/>Definitely going back

Always a hit and miss with this branch. Not all the food tasted fresh and there was lack of attention from staff, especially if you chose to sit outdoors. There are some good rolls on the menu but a lot of them taste very similar and repetitive. The 5 rolls for 150AED weekend offer is great value for your money. Worth a visit with the many offers they have.

I used to like them but recently their food standard has seriously gone down. Having old and chewi salmon sashimi is just not acceptable! The sushi rolls are also made with no care and are very clumsy in presentation and not that great in taste. <br/>Definitely won’t be going back any time soon.

This is one of the best sushi places in Dubai which is also licensed as an extra bonus. The service is excellent and plus you get your sushi served on this giant boat which makes the feeling even more cool. <br/>Sushi is fresh, beer is good, all in all I would rate it highly.

Miyabi offers a wonderful selection of Japanese menu. Their bentos are very savory and I have tasted the best sushi here too, especially the Alaskadelphia. <br/><br/>They have a very accommodating staff, polite and all smiles. <br/><br/>The place is quite small though and would suggest expanding to a bigger location in SZR.

Went there for a bday dinner on New Years. I guess that was not such a great idea. We were craving sushi so decided to give Miyabi a shot.<br/><br/>We ordered edamame and beef ramen for starters - the edamame was nicely done with sea salt. The Ramen had maggi noodles in it, I mean you don’t expect that from a hardcore Japanese restaurant. The broth tasted good, and the beef pieces were not chewy and well cooked. If only they got the noodles right, the soup can be a Star.<br/><br/>Then came the sushi boat, we ordered the platter for two. And it was good for the four of us. The sushi had a good mix of makis and sashimi. So I would recommend to order this if you go in a crowd since it’s worth the value. <br/><br/>This place did not get a spot on my repeat list.

It’s one of my favorite sushi places in Dubai! I love their miso soup and the sushi sandwich is a must try. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice with good background music; the outdoor seating has such a nice view! The staff is very professional and friendly. Definitely a must try!

Miyabi the fancy name with some delicious Japanese food in the menu. The name itself attract the authentic Japanese Korean taste. 😁 <br/>Sushi platters are my recent fav miyabi being one of the reason for it, though i have tried bento boxes and sushi platters elsewhere but Miyabi offers the best taste, u cant know it until u taste it, it was too good specially the fiery sushi as suggested by the manager of the restaurant. We couldn’t decide our menu from the wide range of bento, teriyaki, sushi, noodles etc , hence went with the recommendation of the manager and couldn’t be more happy about it, and so Our menu for the night was the best Fiery Sushi, beef Bento box which was sumptuous includes white rice ,Tempura, wasabi , sushi 🍣, veggies , chicken sweet & sour sautè ,😍 beef stir fry noodles, soothing lemon ice tea & Japanese style expresso. Ambience of Miyabi was another plus factor as it was quite & calm with soothing music adding to the perfect dinner date experience in palm with sea beside, interior of the restaurant was Japanese inspired with both indoor & outdoor sitting arrangement as per customer preference , staff were quite friendly and the service was very fast, everything was on the table as we wanted. Its great place for dinner date and spending quality time with friends & family. Bulgogi bibambab was delivered cold, and it obviously hadn’t been made properly (no crispy rice, no egg, etc). It was just a bed of rice with veggies and cold bulgogi. Veggies were fresh, and the bulgogi tasted great... but it def wasn’t bibambab.

Tucked away in Palm Jumeirah is this cozy Japanese resto. Place is very relaxed and not crowded any time of the week. Food is really great. <br/>There's ample parking space and it's free.<br/>We usually order the 5 rolls for AED158 during the weekends. They serve these in a cute wooden boat. It's good for 2-3 persons to share. The 5 mains for AED231 is also worth it.<br/>The staff are also friendly and very accommodating.<br/><br/>A go-to place if you're craving late at night but do not want a heavy meal.

Compare to the Myiabi yellowtail Hamachi sashimi were these very thin and small, very disappointed 😔

We visited the restaurant two days ago and as usual were very pleased not only by amazing food but also by the friendliest staff. Especially mr. samiuddin ( hope I spelt it correctly ), was very nice and attentive to us and my baby. My baby was so happy to play with him:) thanks a lot. It is my favorite place to eat !!!!!

Miyabi, very Japanese restaurant, look and feel .. it happened that we wanted sushi, we looked through Zomato ,got a recommendation and we ended up here..we def didn’t regret the choice.tuesday evening, they had an offer of 147 aed pp all you can eat sushi and sashimi plus limited edamame and miso soup which is to be honest a great deal for sushi lovers for sure as it was all fresh and delicious, an array of flavours and different type of sushi. Very pocket friendly ... the waiter, biswas, was extremely professional and friendly, he recommended the food and was knowledgeable about the menu and what to order. They have many offers throughout the week too..the only thing that I can fault the place is not having any kind of music to create an ambiance especially that it is situated by the lake other than that it was very nice.

At least a much better japanese restaurant here in Dubai. I had beef ramen and spicy tuna roll on the side. The broth was tasty however I was really craving for some pork broth with pork belly on top of my ramen 😭 we sat outdoors and my ramen was just perfect for the weather. Will come back for their sushi as it was amazing!

Freshly, well presented and yummy sushi. It’s not common to find good sushi restaurants in Dubai, this one is good and yummy. We were served a very good dinner a boat of sushi, mix of 7 rolls and all were tasty. Will visit again for sure 👍

Taste and quality are excellent, the packaging is good on delivery . I ordering sushi here from the summer 2015, all good,but I would like to see something new in the menu, new rolls .. for example, a warm roll and new sushi, for example, baked.Something like this 👇🏻 I do not to go to a restaurant often, I use the delivery, so the service in the restaurant for that time was perfect.(Palm Jumeirah brunch)

I'm a big fan of the other DIFC branch but this one on the palm is much much better. Way nicer interiors and a cute outdoor space by the water.. highlight is they serve alcohol here, wine, sake and beers. Not sure about cocktails but will definitely check next time. Quality is as good as the other branch, sashimi is so fresh that is to die for. Our waiter forgot to bring 2 of the dishes we ordered but we didn't bother to complain, luckily we were not charged for them. <br/>It's an easygoing but cute spot...perfect for a week day dinner.

My daughter spent her 6th Birthday yesterday at Miyabi Palm, Been here many times because of the food which is always fresh and excellent and staff specially the branch manager Ms Mary Joy, she is so accommodating and knows how to handle the customer very well, many thumbs up to Miyabi Sushi. 😘

The location of this restaurant is awesome - laid back & relaxed where you can enjoy a nice long lunch of a day off. That's exactly what I did. I had my dinner tonight in this restaurant. The food was ok, nothing special. After paying the bill by credit card, I got to know that there is an option of paying through Beam, but I was not informed. On my question: "why nobody told me", I got amazing answer " YOU DIDN'T ASK". <br/>

I have a mixed-feeling with this restaurant. I have only been to this branch so I cannot speak for all the shops in general. Although the food is very good and so as its value for money, I cannot say the same thing to the staff and the service.<br/><br/>When we came into the restaurant, we were greeted with the usual 'Irashaimase', seated by the waitress then ignored us for the first 5 minutes. She did not gave us the menu during that time and I had to ask for it during those dull and blank 5 minutes. There are at least 6 or 7 tables and only 1 waitress waiting for all of them whilst at least 8-10 staff by the bar and kitchen. <br/><br/>We've been ignored most of the time and had to call the attention of the waitress for every need i.e. menu, high chair, tissue, water, etc. <br/><br/>Our first appetizer came first than the water we ordered. I almost choked and had to remind them to serve the water which took them again another good 3-4 minutes before serving it to the table without any sign of haste..<br/><br/>Well, service is as equally important as the food itself..<br/><br/>Will I ever come back? Went to Miyabi last night and had a great experience, called before reaching to make a reservation for outdoor and it was confirmed by a nice waitress on the line. When we reached Miss Jyoti confirmed the Same and gave us excellent service. <br/><br/>I Ordered Salmon teriyaki which was served in about 10-15 mins. It was new on the menu. Came with a good portion of rice and salad. They kept the salad dressing on the side which was good as you could put as much as u want. <br/><br/>Paid by beam wallet and earned about 10% in reward points. <br/><br/>One of my favorite restaurants in dubai and definitely a regular place for me.. <br/><br/>

Great service. Tried bento box. Salmon teriyaki. Very modern location in palm jumeirah with fantastic views of the sea and Yatcht bay. Food is very good. Bento box comes with rice, prawn tempura, teriyaki, salmon, tuna, salad, and dipping sauces. Very generous portions.

Good service and fresh seafood. We ordered the dynamite shrimp which was a bit of the dry side, the tuna salad was great , so was the kimchi. <br/>As for the mains the habachi and scallop sashimi was fresh but the double crunch roll was dry. Michu was flavorful as well. Would return here for a casual bite

Delicious sushi, absolutely fresh, nice variety of dishes and free wifi (the kids loved it 😉). It was too windy last night to sit outside but outdoor tables are nice, too.

Awesome place with beautiful view of harbor and the sushi is very tasty and they have good varieties. Their weekend special is very good value for rolls.

I stopped by at this new location today and as expected the consistency is same across all three branches I've been to.<br/><br/>Although I don't usually like driving on the Palm, I did happen to be in the neighborhood and decided to try this location.<br/><br/>For the residents of the Palm I would expect that this will be a good destination.<br/>
