Had lunch today. The place wasn’t as packed as before, customers were far from each other, which was great. I ordered the iskendar kebab which was fabulous, the price was just 62 aed, which I think is very good, for the quality. Before bringing the food they bring fresh bread and yogurt. The bread didn’t tested as fresh as before, but still was very good. I had also the peach ice tea, tested extremely good, very fresh and had a honey flavor. All the front of the house staff had masks, and were sanitizing their hands quite often. Unfortunately i can’t say the same for the kitchen staff, which I’ve seen in my way out.
The first time I come to the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service was even better. Very welcome staff/management. I definitely recommend it and it won't be the only time I visit
Authentic Turkish cuisine. The over baking guy was even kind enough to show the little one some baking tricks and kept her busy. The food looked great and was worth having. If you like non- veg food this is a great place to go.

Tried The Kasap at Ibn Battuta and had a decent meal. Food was very good and fast, I tried the beef Lukom and turkish salad. The interior decor is nice and chilled. I enjoyed it.

I always pass by this restaurant and never thought of entering which im glad that i did enter.
I had the best appetizer “Ezme” it was so delicious that i never want it to end, then we had “Turkish Gvurdagi” salad.
Also me and my husband had kofta with cheese and kofta spicy, all what i can say it was very full filling and DELICIOUS!!!
One of those places where you can find good Turkish food with good ambience & with a great Service. i wont say that , all their menu items are close to Authentic Turkish Food taste, but what ever they serve are really good food. worth a try

Great interior design and cool ambient for this authentic Turkish restaurant: It's a nice place to chill or to have a coffee or tea.
Food tastes amazing and proudly represents the Turkish cuisine in UAE.
I also like their desserts options, especially the typical baklava cake, which is a must to have and it's perfectly matching with the coffee.

If you love meat and carbs, this is the place! We ordered the beef and cheese pita, chicken skewers, Adana kebab and chicken and veal old fashioned mom style. The bread served in the beginning with the garlic sauce and pickled beetroot were amazing and we had to stop ourselves from finishing it all up to leave space for everything else (also because carbs). The pita is great for those Insta worthy pics but I found it tasted underwhelming and a little salty. The chicken skewers and Adana kebab were great; succulent, tender, and full of flavour. The old fashioned mom style was probably my favourite, it comes in a little pan with a butter drenched naan at the bottom topped with veggies and the kebab skewers and it is oh so amazing; seriously I'd go back for that buttery bread alone but even the kebab itself was perfect! We finished the evening with Turkish coffee which is a must try here! It's a little on the pricier side but worth the indulgence every once in a while.
Even though the restaurant was really busy because we went on the second day of Eid, the staff were very accommodating and helpful which is a big plus considering how tied up they were.
Just happen to drop at the place after meeting with a CHARLIE Chaplin character in the mall, who was promoting the restaurant with a menu in his hands .... but an absolute pleasure to experience the warmest hospitality by the manager & his team .... the food is quite good & presented at the table very nicely ......chic interiors ..... over all, Extremely Happy with everything connected to it ..... Must Visit !

A Turkish restaurant with probably one of the best views in Dubai; located in The POINTE and overlooking Atlantis. The food is great; the salads; appetizers are good. I have tried the Lukum and the great Lahm majun. An excellent service by Jassour as he was very friendly and attentive.

The place has good location, good ambience they have a typical theme of wooden shelves and things stacked on it. The food is excellent. Authentic Turkish and the desserts are oh so rich and tempting. You should try this place at least once if you go to IBN Batutta. Ali and Mahmoud were really polite and helpful.

Food:
Bread Pasdivetizer - rather nice
Long Meat and Cheese Pita - very nice as it was thin and crispy as promised with some quality and well seasoned toppings
Kebabs - generally pleasant
Kunafe - tasty, sweet, and unique; I didn't enjoy the cheese as much as some others I have had though
Service: it commonly got hard to catch anyone's attention, but the people were all nice
Ambiance: very eye catching with its grandiose bookshelves and large amount of room to feel comfortable in
Bang for Buck: not too bad of prices
In general, very nice place with all the basic wants checked albiet nothing extremely unique that I could find.
Kasap at Ibn Battuta mall is a calm and peaceful place to dine in.They are serving some delicious turkish grills and delicacies.Their interiors are cozy and confortable.
We started off with a fresh fruit juice and a banana milkshake.Fresh juice was good whereas banana milkshake was rich and yummy.
As starters we had Mixed Mezze Platter,Beef mince with cheese long flat pita etc..We enjoyed our mezze platter with hot turkish breads.Long flat pita was crispy and tasted good.we also had their signature salad which was super fresh and delicious.
Moving on to mains we tried Tenderloin with cheddar cheese,Chicken Skewers
& Lamb Chops.I really liked the way my meat was cooked.It was super juicy and perfect.Tenderloin with cheddar cheese is a must try here.
For dessert we had their freshly baked Kunafa with turkish tea.Kunafa was just average.
Kasap is definitely a good option if you are craving for turkish grills.Good Food & Service i must say..

We have tried almost every dish in the breakfast menu. All of them was very tasty .
We asked for a customized dish and the staff was very cooperative and brought it for us.
It’s been in my mind forever to come and try the food here - which came highly recommended by my friends, finally got to do that.
The interiors are quite nice and rich, it has warm, homey look and feel, especially the bookshelves I am obsessed with.
While ordering, they bring free starters; bread, red cabbage salad and yoghurt, all are delicious but beware, if you have too much of it, you may not have space left for the main dishes.
I ordered gavurdag salad and tenderloin cheddar cheese. Service was quick, It was served in less than 10 minutes. Steak had side dish with spinach and baked potato. I am in love with the baked potato: it was done amazingly, with the right amount of cheese in it.
Tenderloin was nicely done and cheddar cheese added a different taste to it. I recommend eating it first before the cheese gets cold. Stop mingling and get to it! :)
Gavurdag salad was rich and fresh, go for it if you like walnuts.
The team was very friendly and attentive.
Went with Family and friends after recommendations from friends.

The overall experience of dining in such a beautiful restaurant was phenomenal as the staff were very friendly and supportive.
The high ceiling and warm welcoming entrance created a very pleasant atmosphere which was very lively because of different open cooking stations.
I would highly recommend food lovers to have a glimpse of the surroundings within the restaurant as they have the finest dishes to offer from Turkish cuisine.
We had the opportunity to try out the chicken and cheese pita, chicken skewer, Turkish Salad, appetizer, kunafa and milk cake with Turkish tea. I believe that the staff really takes pride in what they are serving as per the need of the customers. I would highly recommend the Chicken & cheese pita, chicken skewer, Turkish salad and Milk cake.
The Chicken & cheese pita is the manakish style flatbread being long and served with toppings and its really an Instagram worthy dish.

We visited this place for dinner tonight. Super yummy turkish food:) I totally loved it. Tried the adana kebab and doner with spicy sauce. They were just the best that I ever had. Also for dessert we ordered the kunafa with ice cream. It was tooooo good

And clean,my favorite it’s Turkish Kafata with extra bake potato,also I try the lamb chop,the mix grill and it’s very good(wow!)even the starter plate with baked pizza it’s very good.

Great Authentic Turkish food! Only thing I wish was better was their portion size. For the price the amount is a bit small. Their Adana Kebap is AMAZING!
Their skandar kebab is as good as their ambience of the restaurant. The seating, the wall treatments and all the styling put into this place makes their dishes even more enjoyable. The service is just perfect and the prices are very fair.
My husband and i were torn between going to zaroob or trying out this turkish place. I am glad we decided to try The Kasap. Fabulous turkish food that has left a loving memory for my tastebuds. We were immediately seated and menus were presented. We ordered a detox juice and a watermelon juice to drink. For food we ordered the mezze platter so we could try a variety of dips, the mince beef and cheese flat pita and the adana kebabs.
The mezze came with a variety of about 6 dips and some stuffed vine leaves, accompanied by piping hot bread fresh out of the oven.oooh! The beef mince and cheese pita was the star. It was so thin, light and crispy and uber delicious. A must try!!! The adana kebabs were msde of 70% beef and 30% lamb. They were beautifully seasoned and succulent and juicy
They were served tomato bulgar, charred chillies and onions...yum!!

Starting with the appetizer’s to ending with the milk cake. It was all really delicious. I personally liked the cheesy tenderloin and the meat and cheese pide. And the milk cake was really good too 👌👍

I had won a meal voucher at The Kasap in a giveaway by Ibn Battuta Mall.
Kasap is a Turkish restaurant in the China court.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and seated at our table.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated with wooden interiors complete with bookshelves.
There is a live counter where you can see the grills and breads being prepared, and also a display of meat and desserts in the counters .
The waiters are friendly, they explain anything you need, & can recommend dishes
We started off with Cold mezze platter, it was very delicious!
Next was the chicken skewers and chicken boneless legs grilled ! Both were perfectly cooked and really delicious ! Both the dishes were served with potato wedges , some grilled veggies and pilaf as sides. The pilaf was okay, but the chicken was yumm !
For drinks we had the lemon mojitos.
For Desserts we had Revani and Kunafa. It was my first time trying Revani and Kunafa in a Turkish restaurant and I loved it !!
Overall a great dining experience with beautiful ambience and friendly staff !
The price also seemed not too exorbitant for the quality and quantity of food offered.

The Kasap Restaurant it is the right place to be if you like to try delicious Turkish cuisine .
Affordable prices , decent portions , the staff are so attentive , warm and very open to modify a dish so it fits your preferences , cleanliness 10 out of 10.
I would like to mention by name a few of their team members Volkan , Cesur, Fatih , Suphi ,Keralmetin , Umith and Charlie Chaplin all are lovely .
I’m having my meals weekly here since first day they opened and I never had an issue with the service or food .
U must try the cheese kofta so tasty and juicy and the iskander it is just amazing! I had it in different places but here it’s the best.
The steaks are cooked to perfection 👌🏼 and the best cheese Kunafa and baclava it’s here .
The Breakfast its also very good and so rich served with warm homemade bread .
The Manager Adam the Executive Chef Atilla are doing a great job .

Loved the Spicy kebabs. The mince long pita could be a tad flavourful. The bread served at the beginning should have been fresh, however this could be forgiven as I don't go there for their breads. On the same note, just a thought, maybe bake smaller breads as and when customers come in. Ambience is good. Service was good as usual. Definitely worth going back.
We were intrigued by Charlie Chaplin look alike guy who offered is to try the newly opened Turkish restaurant in IBN battuta mall. Ordered for kebab and lamb skewers, food is average, staff are friendly and ambiance was nice.
Went yesterday for lunch. It was absolutely amazing. Really Enjoyed the ambiance and the highlight of the experience was the Baklava Cake with Ice- Cream.
We tried turkish village breakfast at The Kasap and it was amazing ,tasty ,and natural .

The Kasap, which means The Butcher in Turkish, Arabic, Persian and Dari, is a newly opened Turkish steakhouse in Ibn Battuta Mall. Located where Anatolia (another Turkish eatery) used to be, The Kasap is handsomely decorated…a little like what upmarket delicatessens used to look like in the early part of the century. It’s an airy environment, one which you will feel instantly comfortable in. There’s an open kitchen on the far end where meats are cooked on wood-fired grills and their bread and pide are baked in a specially designed oven, also woodfired. Refrigerated period-looking displays show off an assortment of meats from steaks to kebabs to kofta. amazing atmosphere, the food is very good (loved the mezze platter :)). only thing that confused me was when asking for the vegan special - which is mentioned on the menu - I was given the option for two different cheese sandwiches.
While walking in Ibn Batuta Mall you might see Charlie Chaplin standing in the Chinese court. He is the theme used to market for Kasap restaurant.

This restaurant has the Turkish cuisines menu with tasty food, friendly staff and good service.
Iskander Kebap and mix grills were great.
Prices are little bit high but matching the quality of the food. I will try it again soon for the other dishes

I came here the other day for lunch. The seating is excellent and the staff are polite and friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere here a lot.
The food quality is excellent as well. The meat is very well done. Everything you would expect from a Turkish restaurant. I enjoyed my meal a lot.
However I ordered a wrap which was of excellent quality. I also tried the Kebab Iskender which my friend ordered. Again excellent and delicious. Only concern for me was that the portion size of my wrap was very small. So I was disappointed slightly. I did not think this was good value for money.
But I’m sure there are other excellent dishes to try. So I will certainly be back! But I hope to have more food next time 😉
Walked into the mall and found this venue at Chinese court. Great atmosphere during lunch and loved the Turkish food. Nice concept and service was great.

I was reading a lot about this place for a while now. After trying it all I say that it is worth the wait.
At start you are welcomed nicely to the restaurant a very warm welcome.
The ambience and the smell in the restaurant is superb. The staff are very polite and friendly.
The food is from another planet. No words can describe the food in this place. Starting with the nice tender bread. To the amazing 1 meter long beef cube cheese pastry. To the mouth watering lskendar kebab. At last comes the amazing tenderloin with cheese.
After all these, all I can say is that it is money well spend.
We have been here for dinner. Tried tenderloin and lokum steaks and liked them. Food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice. The staff is also very kind. Firin sutlac is available for its fans :)

I liked the restaurant a lot, I visited once and I tasted three main dishes and they were all very delicious; for a reason the grilled chicken wasn't well done but they fixed that when we told them. The service was very good as well.

A newly opened Turkish restaurant in town! We tasted lokum, spinach pita and kunafa with ice cream and everything was very good. The menu is mostly meat-based, but the varieties are tasty. Kunafa with ice cream should be tried.
Excellent and highly recommended. Friendly service, decor is new and fresh with double volume. Display of food is great and the food we shared as a family was delicious. We will definitely be back.
New Turkish restaurant in ibn batuta mall. The ambiance is spacious and designed like a library. We tried fresh lawash wrap, iskendar kebab and urfa kebab. The meat was fresh and properly cooked. We asked our food to be made more spicy and they happily accepted our request. We feel the fusion of Turkish food with spices worked well. Urfa kebab is a must try. Serving size is adequate.
We tried kunafa for dessert and it was different and fresh but a little over cooked.
Verdict. Will come again to enjoy urfa kebab.

The Kasap is a new a restaurant that serves Turkish food in Ibn Batuta Mall. I visited the Kasap for a Turkish breakfast. The restaurant looks very nice in terms of design and their use of space. This is more evident if you compare with the previous restaurant in the same location. Coming to breakfast; we ordered 2 vilkage breakfast and 1 soujouk to share as 3 people and it was more than enough. They serve a wide variety of breakfast classics like white cheese, jams, omelette, soujouk (extra), tomatoes and cucumber. All food served was with original taste and of high quality products. They serve fresh bread which adds on the taste. Turkish tea is complimentary with breakfast. Staff is mostly Turkish and they were friendly and attentive.
Great place. Superb ambience. Food is excellent. Quality is maintenaned. Service is remarkable. I like the way I was taken around and given a tour around explaining the different kinds of food on the menu which helped decide what I want quite easily. Enough quantity was also served. Overall value for money.

new place at Ibn Battuta mall that I have been meaning to try for a while. I tried it today and I was impressed with their food and service. Really friendly and attentive staff. the food was incredible. I tried their mix appetizers place which had excellent variety. the main course was mixed grill, good portion size with meat and chicken grilled to perfection. the best part about the mix grill is their steak which is extremely juicy and tasty. definitely coming back to this place
