I entered through the separate entrance of the restaurant and found few people enjoying dinner. The extremely nice Filipino lady welcomed me. She informed me that they have the option of Italian and Chinese cuisines- this is very polite of her and helps making up the mind immediately for a diner. I really liked her serving - she is a very homely lady, like an elder sister.
Good serving is a major point for me to return to the restaurant for revisits. The decor is minimal with good lighting in the night but keeping the privacy.
I chose from the chinese section that day. A classic Tom yum soup , but only the veg - @ 17 dhs. 4/5.
Sweet and sour prawns- @39 dhs. 4/5.
Salt and pepper Fish- @ 35 dhs. 4.5/5. The best item.
Tom yum was excellent. Good vegetable cubes. Strong lemongrass smell from the slivers. Medium spicy. Hot.
Arpund 6 pieces of medium large prawns with many pineapple cubes made up a very nice sweet and sour taste in the next item. Nice gravy.
Salt and pepper is always my top rated conditioning for any dishes. And the fish here was extremely fresh and soft, but nicely battered with a crunchy crispy outer layer. Finely chopped onions and beans, cooked in soya sauce , was a nice balance to the fish. Overall, a lovely final effect.
Cutleries need special mention. Traditional but stylish.
The manager Mr. Ram from Nepal, spent lot of his valuable time with me discussing about life. I really am grateful to him for offering me a flat 10% discount for my next visit which should be sometime soon.

The food is so delicious!!! I just didnt get my ice cream for the banana pancakes but I hope to get it tomorrow when I order again. Tastes so delicious and is a nice good portion and the salad is great as well. Exactly what they describe in the menu is exactly what the food is like. I must say this alone was a commitment to the professionalism of @pippinhot that really impressed me, I was really happy Mr Marshall called, it is small things like this that make a huge difference. The chicken combo arrived beautifully packed with chilli chicken and stir fried vegetables lots of garlic and good portions. Yes it was delicious including the spring rolls. The veggie combo too was extremely tasty. Overall yes big thumbs up guys for taking time to read my comments and for calling me. We shall order again the pizza and pasta again. I really wanted to order from here for months and finally convinced my brother to try the combos.
Vegetarian pizza combo, the quantity all the food sent was extremely good but the quality was below average. The veg pizza was undercooked and very doey. The salad was fine, the garlic bread was very yummy and the bruschetta too. I ordered the chicken Alfredo combo and sadly yes the chicken I can only assume came out of a big plastic container because it did not a fresh taste., the Alfredo sauce was okay more cheesy than creamy. I am sorry guys but I was really disappointed. There was a one thing that I felt was the game changer for me and felt I would order again from here perhaps the Chinese food rather than Italian and that was the Banana honey pancake which arrived free from zomato unexpectedly. It was the most delicious dessert. Just right amount of sweet and because of it I will make a point to visit and eat in restaurant. Look at the end of the day the food isn't expensive very reasonably priced but still you got to inject some LOVE in it. Dxx

It was a casual dining restaurant in Ibis as per Ibis standards. Nothing extraordinary but good quantity and value for money . The service was average though the staff is friendly and nice and also helpful. This is an average Chinese restaurant and there are definitely better in close proximity !
Visited this place through Groupon voucher. Had lemon coriander soup and veg manchow soup. Excellent taste. In starter had chicken lollipop which were kind of OK because those were little hard for my 6 year old kid to chew. I suggest this could have been little softer which means lack of freshness. Then veg fried rice with fish with black bean sauce. These were again excellent. Would definitely recommend for Chinese lovers. The restaurant also serves Italian but yet to taste. Will visit again. I had voucher from groupon and thats hiw I ended up here. It is within Ibis but also have a seperate entrance. Descent interiors with more than welcoming staff. We were a group of four and started with our soups. Chicken Manchow and lemon corrainder was ordered and it came quite quickly and steaming hot. It was wonderful with right amount of ingredients. Jumped to the starters menu and had ordered the crispy fried beef and fried calamari. I wonder how they cook the calamari so right. The fried beef was unique and was a thumbs up. For the mains, hakka chicken noodles and chicken fried rice along with Shezwan beef and beef in black bean sauce was placed and there was not much delay in serving the order. We loved the Schezwan more than the other as it was more of corn flower. The food tatsted perfect and will give a go go for this joint.

It was a big change from my last Visit, I decided to book back in this restaurant- because pricing was excellent- 95 AED for 4 persons- excellent food- smiling staffs. During my previous visit food was very delayed- this time it was a turn around- service was quick- and food was delicious. If you love authentic chinese food- this is a must place- cant get better price. It included 4 soups, 2 starters, 2 main course, 2 rice or noodles and 2 desserts. Wow that is a great price for what is offered. Its located in the ground floor of Ibis Styles-parking is available in the basement. Try the restaurant on weekdays...

My dad came across this on Groupon a few months ago and has been trying to plan a dinner here with me since then. My only regret is that we did not come here sooner. The ambiance of the place is really mellow and relaxing. They had some Charlie Chaplin playing on the TV and then switched it up to Mr. Bean. The seats are nice and overall I just really enjoyed the setting.
With regards to the food, I have to say it was so much better than what I had expected. The lemon coriander soup was extremely flavorful and quite filling as well. The lollipop chicken was tasty and there was plenty of meat on the bone. The main course we got was pretty decent too but I really fell in love with the soup.
The waitress we had was superb. She was always smiling and genuinely looked like she was enjoying her job. We were taken care of by the staff in a most fitting manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in the mood for some good Chinese food. Must go for the soup!!

Last saturday after we watched movie, my friends and I dicided to have a dinner and it was a great idea to eat here at Pippin Hot satwa. The food was sumptious and a friendly staff, Debzi, as always completed the night. He always gives us the best accommodation. We highly recommend Pippin Hot. :)

Been here through groupon, however I would say the service was exceptionally good. Food was just okay. But Staff Debze was really friendly and generous. He was quite approachable and made sure we were well taken care of. My rating is for the staff & service, that's what it counts for me to come back :)

This is my 2nd experience for me to this restaurant, I visited with my friends last night and we were welcomed by smiling faces of the staff, as we are 4ppl ,staff suggested to go for happy meal.so, we opted for Chinese and Italian.we had lottz of fun, cracking jokes and the staff were very jovial it was amazing weekend we had,with worthy food very reasonable rates simply in Desi language we call it as .......pakha paisa vasul 😍😉😘

It definitely was hot when it arrived. We ordered a takeout and we're pleasantly surprised with 3 staff coming to deliver our meals. They introduced themselves and the contents of the meal and left with a pleasant note . Food was tasty and flavourful. Although the quantity of starters could do with some improvement but overall great food .
Ambience is not a high point at this place as its an open restaurant in a hotel and hence the atmosphere is quite noisy. Hubby got us a cobone voucher and we went there for dinner. Please note, the waiting time is minimum half an hour between courses. We started off with hot n sour soup and lemon coriander chicken soup, the former had too much soya sauce and wasn't to my liking but the latter was quite good. What followed was chicken lollipops which was one of the best chicken lollipops I've had in UAE. Mains were chilli chicken and noodles...both had fresh chicken and tasted good. Finally we ended with their famous honey banana pancake with icecream which was divine. Overall a good place to check out if you have the patience to wait around 2 hours to finish a complete meal.

"Manyaman!" means (Delicious from Kapampangan language) That's the word you will heard from us. From the soup upto the last part of the dinner. This restaurant gave us the unforgetable dinner treat for a friend. The ambiance is instagramable, and ofcouse the staff & crew they're very accommodating esp Debze. They gave us the most sumptuous Chinese & Italian dinner we never expected and yet budget friendly. Over all, we had a great night and we highly recommended Pippin Hot!

What we Ordered… Chef Saji’s recommendations of Shanghai fried rice, crispy lamb, lemon coriander soup…. What ImpressedThat Shanghai fried rice is the best fried rice/noodle combination I have ever had in Dubai. It’s the perfect indo-chinese kick that’s saucy without being oily. This is a must have if you’re stopping by here. Perfect for dine-in or takeaway. You don’t need a sauce or a side to go with it. It’s balanced flavour in every bite.
The food from here was simply delicious and absolutely worth the price! The pizza and the chicken lollipop looked absolutely mouth watering, and tasted just as good!
Went here for an after work dinner with friends. Based on the food we got from the set menu off groupon, I would say that the food is filling and delicious. I'd like some of the dishes to have less sauce and more meat because the meat dishes were the highlights. Super friendly staff and we didn't wait long for the food to arrive (keep in mind we were around 8 people). Loved the banana dessert. I'd come back again.
We went here to celebrate my hubby's birthday. Ambiance is nice coz its inside the Ibis Hotel. The food was great and the serving was good enough for two person. The staff is great they accommodate us very well for what we needed.
First, the service was awesome. They were near my table the whole time (the servers) and were quick with the service whenever we need anything. It took time for the food to get served but over all the food was great. The Tom Yum was not too spicy as I would have expected though.

Ordered the Cacciatore and the Chocolate Brownie. Wanted to try out the Tiramisu but that wasn't available.
The cacciatore was well flavored with smoked turkey strips and had quite a good ratio of alfredo sauce.
The Brownie was soft and tasted good but hardly had any sauce.
Edit: Their deep fried banana pancakes are really good! And so are their Hakka Noodles!
Groupon ad misleading!! They charged 55AED for 5 course Chinese meal for two people in Groupon and in restaurant they were actually charging 49AED. Food was good especially fish in black sauce, Tom yum soup and honey banana pan cake with ice cream. Ambience was loud with good seating. Service was also good.

I was in Dubai last week and a friend suggested Pippin Hot. It turned out to be a great suggestion!
We ordered a mix of Italian and Chinese. The menu is huge but the staff was friendly and gave us good recommendations. I got Raspberry Mojito which was very fresh, with some garlic onion soup which was delicious! We also ordered some Bruchetta and the Mama Rosa pasta which turned out to be some of the best that i have ever tried ! This is a must try dish. With that we also got some vegetarian Manchurian and Hakka noodle which were made to perfection. Our food was served on our table promptly and the staff was more than attentive .
The portions turned out to be huge! The prices are also pretty affordable which was surprising :). The decor is a pretty attractive green color which is the first thing i noticed. As a vegetarian, i found a great variety of options that i could choose from. This is one of the great finds that i would want to eat again whenever i make a visit to the city again !!

the restaurant is situated in Ibis hotel in Jumeirah, the ambiance is very cozy and relaxing...all the staff are nice and very accomodating. My husband just celebrated his bday and he had very great day, the food is tasty specially the hakka noodles, beef and chicken lollipop. The grilled food is also tasty. we cannot forget Debzee as he give as his best to make the events memorable.

I have been here with my whole girl gang to celebrate one of my friends birthday. I loved everything about this place except the fact that is in an open place in the IBIS hotel lobby. I wish it was a little covered.
The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly and had the patience to cater to such a huge group with a smile. They were on their toes to serve us properly.
For starters we had Hot and Sour soup, Mushroom on Toast and Spicy vegetables. All of them were amazing and had perfect taste. Don't forget to ask for Schezwuan sauce for the toast. It was too filling too. Kids enjoyed the fries.
For the main course we had pizza and penne pasta. Both of them were delicious and properly cooked.
We had ice cream too which was yummy. They have baby chair too and their prices are reasonable too. In all, I would say good place to try out Italian and Chinese cuisine.
