If you are interested in healthy sandwich, I would suggest that you should try out Charley's Philly Steak Sandwich with brown/ barn bread. Chicken Buffalo and Jalapeño Steak sandwich 🥪 was good.

I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. The sandwich had very little steak. I paid for the large Philly Cheese Steak and as you can see from the pic it was pitiful! There was more lettuce on it than steak. Sandwiches were tasteless! Not worth the cost!

Very bad customer service. I placed my order at 6.10pm and food wasn’t delivered up to 8:10pm and the manager didn’t bother himself to call me and apologize they kept saying driver is on the call at. Charley's had an offer buy one get one free,with a selection of large or regular. I chose large and it took me to the next page to select the sandwiches. At no point was there information saying if you buy large size you get small. It only says buy one get one free. I was delivered one large sandwich and one small. I called their contact centre, Mr Louay confirmed there was a mistake, provided me with their mobile number to call them directly as he said he can't call them. No one answered so I called the call centre and this time Filipino staff made sure I got a call back from the restaurant. A Filipina staff called me to say they're waiting for the driver to come back. That was 7.15 pm. I called at 10 pm as nothing was received yet. I was told the offer is buy one large get one small. Mr Assif (supposedly the manager) promised to call back as he was home, and has to call the team and check. He then called back 11.40 pm saying he can't do much and that his management(Mr Bassam) asks for me to wait till tomorrow morning. This is total nonesense and disrespectful. I've attached photos of the offer shown to prove it all. I lost my evening for a bunch of lies without getting the proper meal during iftar May 15 update : I still haven't received any call from their "highly" respetlcted management. Will keep posting till then.

I am huge fan of Charlie subs. I had ordered Philly cheese steak which should have cheese. As I was munching on the sub, I realized the cheese was missing. I enquired with the person att he counter and his response was it melted. Then it should have been succulent and juicy. I am very sad about the fact that they could not admit they didn't place enough cheese that is supposed to be on it. Rename it to Philly steak remove cheese. This item is what made this franchise. Please don't think the customer has no idea what they are ordering.

Our visit was on 18th Nov, 10pm. The lady taking our order seemed very impatient and got rude when we had questions. We’ve been to Charley’s before but don’t visit often. Granted it’s 10pm close to end shift but your sour service is no excuse if you have to deal with customers. We weren’t asked what bread would we prefer. After the bill was generated I asked her for brown bread. She said okay and informed her staff in her language infront of us. The “Ultimate Fries” charged at AED 13, is the smallest portion I’ve ever seen in my life and we were confused because we’ve received a bigger portion in the past. The pricing is absurd. The fries and the topping look NOTHING like the picture depicted. Please don’t waste your money on this. Once the sandwich arrived we sat at our table and realized after biting into it, even though we requested for brown bread we still received white. Ridiculous. The sandwich’s were alright. No complaints. When food isn’t up to the mark, it’s forgivable and something I can let go but sour service leaving you feeling unpleasant isn’t forgivable. Won’t be visiting, nor do I recommend.

We happened to come here during the Ramadan fasting hours and was relieved to see the food court operating normally. Absolutely famished, we got couple of our favorite sandwich meals in Large to dine-in - Philly Cheese Steak, Turkey Cheddar Melt and Cheese Fries. We were able to BOGO using the Etisalat Smiles coupon. I guess I loved the Turkey more than the Philly this time, but I even more surprised that the portions were enough to feed our family (3 adults and 2 kids), to the extent that we were full. Charley's is my go-to place for breakfast if happen to be trotting around any of the malls on a Friday morning. Usually I don't think twice before heading there. My favorite breakfast item off their menu is the Egg and Cheese Sandwich with hash browns and lemonade to go with it. I also particularly love their BBQ Steakhouse Sandwich. I would have given Charley's a full 5 but last two times I was there I had to repeat myself few times to not put jalapenos in my sandwich, but well.. this instruction was not followed! Apart from that, everything was super cool!

Being a big franchise for their Philly beef steaks, we did not like it that much. We ordered the original Philly steak as well as the 3 cheese steak from the beef section which weren't towards our liking. It was more bland than spicy. For the chicken steaks, we ordered the California and the teriyaki. The California was the best since it had all the right amounts of everything with the cheese to the veggies. The teriyaki was not spicy but did have good amounts of sauces and cheese. Each burger meal comes with fries that are good but are not salted and also, you have an option to choose between sodas and lemonade with no extra charges. Overall, would go again for their chicken but not beef..

Got the new Chicken Bistro from here for lunch. I was waiting at the counter near the cash register as there was a lady standing there. I stood there waiting for her for half a minute when she told me she’ll take a few minutes. I said Okay No Problem. By this point, another lady came up to me and told me to come to the other side to make my order and this Asian lady was really lovely. The guy at the station to prepare the sandwich was very grumpy. The red peppers that’s supposed to go on the sandwich, he put just 3 small pieces first. I requested him to add more. The sandwich was for takeaway so the packaging was done very well. The sandwich was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn’t spicy at all. Very good quantity too for 23 Dhs. The extra chicken in the sandwich is charged for 6 Dhs.

Just gave a try to it a year back and was blown by it. It was a amazing thing to try. I have only tried its Chicken teriyaki. The chicken is very juicy and flavourful. We can even choose our ingredients.The service is quite fine but on weekend its quite busy. It is quite a healthy option as you can have brown bread, choose veggies for your sandwich and also your drinks.It is surly something tasty and quite healthy and not to forget its fresh.

Very poor service this is the second time and same disappointing experience. The food was ordered an hour back. It’s been over 20 mins to the message that the food is on the way . The location is 5mins away and still the food is not here . The message sent 7.32 and cold food delivered at 8.12..

Was so excited to try it for the first time, but :/. The amount of meat (steak or chicken in the sandwiches is beyond minimal, with too much lettuce to cover the two or three pieces. however the Philly steak tasted nice, the chicken was bland, and tasted old (like it's been there for days). They are also stingy in giving ketchup packs, I had to go twice to the counter to be able to get only for me and my partner. Yet, the fries tastes good and crispy without being oily or so. Will try to go back for another try, maybe another branch would be better.

I went here last day for lunch with 2 of my friends. We ordered Chicken California, Philly Cheese Steak and Bacon 3 Cheese Steak. My dish was Bacon 3 Cheese Steak. It tasted very delicious. The sandwich was made out of white bread which included beef bacon, lettuce, tomato, white cheese, swiss cheese and shredded chesdar cheese. Bacon was perfectly made. Rating: 4/5 I tasted Philly Cheese Steak. It too was made out of white bread which included beef, grilled onions, mushrooms, green peppers and white American cheese. It tasted great too but I prefer the Bacon 3 Cheese Steak. It came with fries topped with cheese. Fries tasted great but since they put too much cheese, I got bored of it. Rating: 3/5 About the Chicken California, I didn’t taste it but my friend said it tasted nice. So I’m not rating this dish. Overall, their food tasted really great and was very satisfactory. Their staff were well responsive and provide a great service. To conclude, y’all should try this restaurant once!

Absolutely love the sandwiches here, especially BBQ sauce one. And their signature lemonade is beyond awesome. Must try the gourmet cheese fries too.
