I am a vegeterian, how can they make such mistakes, the kitchens or the serving counter is suppose to be separate. When I told then about this, they are like let us send you another sandwich. They dont realise how badly they have hurt someone's religious sentiments and this is a crime. When we talk about pork in front of a Muslim they feel pathetic, so people in uae should understand how a vegeterian feels about non veg food. I've been a Pressman's patron for a few years now. Stopped by the JLT branch for a late afternoon bite. Thought I'd try something different apart from my go-to sandwich: the Chicken Avo Bacon. Cheery Faizan at the cash counter suggested The Mexican, but I'm averse to spice. I ultimately went with the Turkey and Swiss - which was perfect. Pairing it with a Caribbean Kiss smoothie was a refreshing choice on this gorgeous Friday. Have I ordered delivery from them before? Plenty of times. Would I come back to this branch. Definitely.

We ordered the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tikka Sandwich... The order was late by over an hour and was only delivered after several calls to the restaurant. The sandwiches were not great at all. Forget spicy, the spicy chipotle sandwich didn't even have basic seasoning. The sandwich was dry and bland and inspite of asking for no tomatoes it was full of tomotoes. The chicken Tikka sandwich too was below average in taste. Basically a waste of money on < service and really bad food. Never ordering from here again. Would give a lesser rating if possible.

Used to be one of those good sandwich spots in Dubai that wasn’t expensive. However, it has increased its prices and along with delivery charge - it kinda gets pricey for a sandwich or two similar to a full meal at a restaurant. Tried out: 1. The Delmonico Steak: tasted good, perfectly grilled, crispy outside, soft inside. Two regular sized loaves of bread is their ‘big’ size. AED 30 2. Turkey & Swiss: properly grilled and with ample fillings, good taste. Good sandwich. Regular loaf size. AED 26. For a sandwich craving, good option. But for the steep prices - not so much.

I'm living in the next cluster which is literally 5 minutes walking from the restaurant located in cluster E. The order left the restaurant at 7:14pm and got delivered 8:35pm so more than an hour later. Tracking saying "the order is on it's way from 7:19pm. I received the order cold and did not accept it and had to argue with the manager to get my money back who dared to say he doesn't care about my money. Never seen such bad service.

On top of it, the restaurant staff lied when I called them at 9:55 to check the status that the order will be delivered in 10 mins after a zillion follow ups, restaurant called me at 10:45 to say the order will take another 10-15 mins. Which is unacceptable, you should have cancelled the order as you are incapable of processing/delivering it. Have had lot of issues with this restaurant in the past too. I quite the sandwiches here, we picked up Cheese chilli corn and The bombay sandwich in the bigger size couple of days ago with whole wheat and multi grain bread. It took around 10 minutes for our order to be ready , Both the sandwiches were excellent, the breads were fresh, the fillings were really yum. But my favorite remains Cheese Chilli corn . I hate doing this. However I had an order today that just really went wrong. I’ve noticed multiple times that my cooking instructions don’t get noticed, if I ask for anything, which is very annoying. It’s not extreme, it’s either removing or adding a vegetable (which I’m perfectly happy to pay for) or something of the sort. Today I got a super late order, about forty five minutes late. I wasn’t looking forward to cold food, but on top of that, you guys didn’t check to see what my instructions were. I’m allergic to olives and I’d asked to remove them. I got the order late, cold, and with olives. Suffice to say it went straight to the bin and I probably won’t be ordering from you guys again.

I’ve tried eating their bestseller ‘Avocado Sandwich’ on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, it’s probably the blandest sandwich I’ve ever tasted. My opinion has not changed. It might be approach to their sandwiches that is not to my liking. Or perhaps, I prefer strong flavors even if it’s sandwiches. Good thing, they had Tabasco handy included in the order. The kick from the sauce was the only part that I liked. It’s bad to compare restaurants but the nearby sandwich shop is much better and cheaper. That was the only reason why we went here - because the other shop was full. So if the management will look into comments like this, I hope they’ll find it constructive enough to do something about it. Staff was sweet and attentive. It’s just the product itself, hopefully, will improve.

It had only big pieces of potatoes largely and no noticeable nuts and other ingredients which make the sandwich taste good. While it was promised that food will be delivered in 30 mins, I didn't receive it after an hour .the restaurant and my house are just 10 mins away .after I called the restaurant, the female told the driver had already left and he will reach soon .I received my order 20 mins after the call and the driver told that he just picked the food from restaurant 10 mins back ..and yes it was true since the time was mentioned in the bill.i dont understand if people really understand the value of customer service and integrity .why would you like and blame the driver for your mistake . Do try Pressman Sandwiches. They not only have variety and types to offer; they know how to make your taste buds happy! My Favorites are; Bacon & Egg Press for Breakie, Chicken Avo Bacon and Pressman's Heat. Moreover, they have a good collection of smoothies as well. The ambience is quite decent and spacious, and I love places like this, which offer peace while eating. Two negatives for me, 1st It's a bit pricey AED 30 for a Big sandwich is a bit too much and 2nd they don't deliver to Tecom area which doesn't make sense to me. I ordered a couple of times from them, the food taste good, but almost every time the delivery will take more than 1 hour. To be honest, I am in Almas tower and only few hundreds meters from the restaurant but it take take more than one hour to deliver the food, the food was cold when I received it. I think I will never order online from them again

Ordered pesto turkey bacon as a take away with omega bread. I was first reluctant as previously I had a bad experience with pesto but this sandwich turned out to be quite tasty and filling. I’ve ordered quite a few times and whatever I’ve ordered so far has not disappointed me so I am looking forward to try their other options and explore!! Food: 3.5 Value for money: 3.5 Service: 3.5

Worse customer service ever! Order was delivered 40 mins late, called the restaurant several times only to be told each time the order was dispatched and I would get it in 10 mins each time. Unapologetic, careless staff never ordering again 👎🏼

My order is delayed by 1 hour and still zomato states that order is being prepared in kitchen I wanted to chat with agent who I am waiting for from last 30 mins and zomato chat states 1 min wait time Horrible service by both zomato and restaurant! If you can’t manage orders you shd not accept them!

Ordered 1 sandwich (yes just one) and now currently over 1 hour and 20 minutes later it still hasn't arrived (from JLT to Media City so not exactly a long way). Awful service, and this is at least the third time an order from this restaurant has been delayed. Always given them the benefit of the doubt before but this is the last time. If you're hungry or in a rush do not order from here.
