The staff was very accommodating and a pleasure each and every time we had questions or needed something. Rahul at the pool bar was the greatest and makes delicious cocktails. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to everyone!
For this year we have more activities in appartment venue mostly likely is having a birthday and long holiday. Best in our experienced the best we had is hyatt galeria very relax and warm place plus for the staff is very calm and attended for our request. Complete facilities inside and outside. Thank you so much to hyatt galeria to complete our weekend and successful surprised plan for the birthday celebrant.
And we wanted to back again and again.
This was a great experience, staff very courteous and friendly. The Al Dawaar revolving restaurant offered beautiful 360 view of Dubai . Food taste awesome and strongly recommend.
Nothing to complain they deserve the 5 stars. clean rooms, heavy breakfast, nice smiles and everyone ready to help. Without request they upgraded our checkout time till 2:00 pm as our flight was in the evening. The view from the room towards pool and creek was amazing which was suggested by them only. Overall the stay was absolutely fantastic.
The staff are very polite & gentle.
The breakfast at The Kitchen was yummy.
You people need to work on renovating washrooms, in Galleria Residence.
Also please make wifi free for all rooms.
And let me know, if you are making it free wifi for all rooms, then only I shall come back.
Since wifi is chargeable , I will recommend all not to visit it.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Dubai.

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing hotel! Everybody from the concierges at the front desk to the room service attendants were polite and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were superb and I will have no hesitation staying here again! It helped that there was the Palm Deira metro station few minutes away

It was a great experience with the 5 star hotel like this ,excellent rooms,the food services ,and mostly the most i appreciated are the honesty of peoples ,it was really amazed that Hyatt has an honest staff, That was Although a Gr8 Experience keep the good reputation and see you again Insha Allah.

Terrific hotel from the moment I arrived at 6.30am ,the room was ready and what a lovely room ,then the staff they bent over backwards to help me .Breakfast was wonderful to suit all tastes ,would recommend this hotel to everyone thank you .
What can I say because when I’m in Dubai I like to stay here the all staff is very very nice people if you are with nice people you would have excellent service
