i tried their new flavour, Coconutello and was mesmerized. A fabulous combination of coconut, crushed almonds and a hint of chocolate. This medley leaves a great after taste and one i can't wait for my next trip there!
London diary ice creams I have relished since as a teenager . And I don’t think I need to say more for all the London diary lovers , their selection of ice creams and flavour are very good . Makes my heart content.
I visited this place again for lunch and we literally ordered everything on their menu . Their food and drinks are lip smacking good . For drinks we got the smooth operator on ice and for food we really enjoyed the Cobb salad and the vegan steak sandwich .
Amazing place and awesome service... Tried the cortado, ice cream and saffron cake all tasted really good Totally recommended. Very clean as well...
Such a great surprise! They have healthy and tasty salads and sandwiches and delicious guilty pleasures. And the team working there is super nice and friendly!

This is my second time to visit this place. We ordered cake to go. The place is nice amd it has outdoor sitting. Unfortunately they don't have wide range selections of pastry.
Nothing beats a nice cup of coffee ☕️ and a cake especially when it is from london dairy. Everything was fresh and the taste of the cake 🍰 was amazing! The waiters are quick and friendly the price is reasonable and the portion is satisfying

I mainly come here for the cappuccino, and sometimes cookies if I’m feeling a little gluttonous.. but I’m always surprised to see sandwiches, soups and so much more they offer!!
While I can only comment on the great coffee.. I hope to try their foods at some point as their stuff has always been of high quality, at reasonable prices.
Indoor and outdoor seating available, although I always take away.. Service has always been friendly and efficient too.

An ice cream parlour level up to a café! I never thought that they have this wide range of choices now, aside from ice cream which is what they are known for. Been to this lovely ice cream cafe a few times and was very impressed with the service and the amazing menu they offer. I’ve always loved their range of ice creams and that is what I have tried. So my review is only based on their ice creams but they do offer hot beverages as well. I’ve tried the lotus sundae and the kunafa sundae. Both were very different and yummy. You can also substitute the ice cream flavor for any of the sundaes so options are endless!

The service was great! Cecilia, our server, was very patient in helping us pick our flavours. You can tell that she likes her job.
This was an impulse stop. Wanted some milkshake but when we got to the store, Cecilia convinced us to get the triple scoop sundae in a waffle cone! Which was awesome. She was so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.
Mgt if you’re reading this, she needs a bonus and or a raise! 😁 🙏🏼
It's great to have a coffee shop in the same building that you are working. I am a regular visitor at this place. Great coffee. But the prices of cakes and other eateries are way too expensive compared to competition. It's a premium coffee shop no doubt but the eateries are not so great to command such high prices. Nevertheless a decent place to have a cup of coffee.
Me and my better half went to this small joint of London Dairy in JLT cluster W. They have a good array of ice cream choices in addition to the flavours they commercially sell in SuperMarts.
We ordered a Triple Treat sundae which is a waffle cup with 3 ice cream scoops and a choice of 3 toppings. We tried Raspberry Panna Cotta, Fig / Walnut and Tiramisu. For toppings we tried Nutella, Hot Fudge and Roasted Almonds.
The waffle cup itself was pretty good. The fig+walnut and panna cotta ice creams were awesome. Tiramisu was so so.
The place itself was pretty calm late in the night and the staff was very helpful.
Its a nice icecream joint with indoor and outdoor sitting both. You can take your dog along with you, as you can sit outside. Friendly staff and good variety of ice creams.
Great ice cream, good organic coffee and a nice selection of sandwiches and salads in Cluster W JLT. I especially like the raspberry sorbet.

I used to have London dairy ice creams from supermarkets until I saw a London Dairy Ice cream parlour in Business bay. I had a work assignment there for a week,m and everyday I used to have it after lunch. Please open some more parlours, you guys have best flavours. This review is coming from a vegetarian guy met with a blunder of tasting an ice cream with egg even with a special warning but I forgave it.
Ice cream to me is everyone's weakness hardly any person I know who doesn't like it. London dairy offer range of stick ice creams with various toppings and flavor that's something excites me to visit them again n again to try new flavor
Another London dairy outlet with bigger seating space. Two staffs managing this place with efficiency. I was the lone customer on a friday evening. I understand that they cater to all the nearby JLT area.
In the other reviews there were mentions of different sandwiches which I didn't find. Cold desserts and ice cream cakes and customised designer stick ice creams were attractive.
I was waiting for a programme nearby and hence had a Cappuccino which was alright. There were some offers available which may be suitable for some.

They have the best mango shake on earth. Don't know why they removed the ice cream mango magic cause it was better than the mango yogurt that they put in the mango shake.
I like the shop there is near my workplace and most of my time I go there and try good and different ice cream and with the different fun. Price is good. And location is good.
Great ice cream and milkshakes. A perfect place to cool down in the summer heat! Wraps and savory options tend to be exhausted by the end of the day but ice cream always available!
What a pleasant surprise to find this gem of a desert shop 2 buildings away from my house.
They aren't only serving ice cream but sandwiches, salads and coffees as well, you can also buy or order large birthday cakes.
Now about ice cream - I've been to other London Dairy outlets but this one beats them all. I don't know if it's for the lovely waitress who was so helpful and kind, or for the actual mouth-wattering selection of fresh ice creams.
I will visit again today :)

Honestly the best milkshakes in Dubai. Friendly service and the large milkshakes are super amazing!! Definitely worth the money. Every Saturday special for me, double chocolate milkshake!!
This is the place where I go for my morning coffee. Most of the times I go for a coffee and a cheese croissant. I like that combination. Anyway there are plenty of options. Bottom line it's worth trying.

Ambience is amazing and the fact that it's dine-in can accommodate quite a few people unlike other ice-cream places! The only drawback ..their toppings cost more than what their competitor B&R charges us with.
Why would you go here if the grocery store next door can give you 3 times the quantity of ice cream from london dairy for the same price. Oh because you are in Dubai and have money to burn ;) Oh you have kids and they love anything impractical.
I guess the grocery store can't make you a milkshake.
Love London Dairy the brand but don't get the idea behind their retail expansion.

Coffee is fantastic , exceptional hygiene and ambiance is great. A good meeting spot especially for cluster W visitors and residents. Only complaint is, understaffed, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a coffee even if there is only 2 to 3 customers. I haven't seen more than 2 employees especially in the morning coffee hours. I don't know if it's cost cuts or lack of confidence in the branch from London Dairy managements.
