This place is simply outstanding, got to enjoy 1762 catering ..the grazing table with all kind of assortment was the best i have seen in variety , food quality, presentation ...
Had their food which they were catering to one of the event I attended. The food were all bites and bits of every vegan dishes that one could not imagine. Each and every bites were cutely presented and very instagrammable. Best part was the flavors and taste were impeccably delicious. There were pastas and desserts. Again desserts were all vegan conscious. Some of the others that were there were the Smoothies lusciously delicious. A total VEGAN HEAVEN by LOOK AND IN TUMMY 🧡🧡🧡
The place is a great option for healthy food. Delicious salads. Busy place but they will always accomodate and do the best service.
Ordered lunch from here to work . We got the falafel wrap, the jalapeño chicken wrap, homemade caprese focaccia wrap and some more wraps . All of them tasted really good .
Thank you 1762 for the friendly service and fresh, delicious food. Good coffe with the smile. Very well managed. You’re the stars!
Healthy food, cosy atmosphere, good prices. This place is by far my favorite restaurant in DIFC. If you are craving for a healthy meal stop by and see 😁
Great Ambiance cosy and informal, I took soup of the day. It was nice delicious with high viscosity
Served with Bun and Butter.
Price reasonably low.
Ambiance 4.0
Service 4.0
Food 4.0
Delicious food, quick service. I go there for lunch at least once a week. Mediocre coffee though which is why I deducted a star. Otherwise this place is spot on!
One of the healthiest and quickest lunch options at DIFC. A vegetarian's haven and salads are their forte. Whether you choose to have a steak sandwich or a chicken wrap, there's hardly anything junk about it and it can be a bit bland though. They have an amazing selection of fresh juices and desserts as well.
Lunch hours are packed and there's usually a long queue that extends beyond the restaurant itself. The ordering process is quite efficient where you queue up to place your order and the staff then quickly proceeds to organise it and by the time you walk towards the till, your eyes still wandering through their exhaustive menu on the wall, the food is ready to be taken. If you dine in, the food is packed and served on a huge round steel plate that you take to the table you choose to eat at.
A truely gourmet deli experience to eating healthy. Thank you!
Love the healthy selection they have and the place is always crowded very fast service however not a place if you like to enjoy quiet places on your lunch but perfect for healthy fast bite
The salads are good and the service is prompt.. rather friendly n professional. The soups can be a hit or miss depending on the day of the week but the variety of salads make up for it. Plenty of veggie options!
Super super busy and loud during lunch hours, however food is always fresh, tasty and elegant. Great choice of already made salad and many other healthy options. A bit pricey, though never disappoints.
What can I say, I basically eat lunch there almost every Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu. Always delicious and different options available . My favorite lunch place in DIFC.
Good food options for lunch. I like that they have healthy options too. The seating area is small though. The prices are on the high end for small portions
I guess one of the best sandwich shops in town. All recipes are worth trying but especially the different ingredients of the sandwiches are to be tried.
Morning selections are also good, with middle eastern classics with modern touch.
nice place, casual, comfortable, and cozy. the food is good, fresh sandwiches. the portion and prices are ok. the best thing i liked is the quick service.
What we went for: Sunday morning breakfast with the partner in crime
Ambience: cute little place, bustling behind the counters, with ladies busy making the wraps and sandwiches that go on display. Given it was mid morning it wasn't busy, when we got in but by the time we got out which was around lunch time for the Difc workforce, there was a bee-line, endorsing my instincts that this was a popular cafe.
What we ordered: a large kale tabbouleh and a buckwheat beet wrap filled with all sorts of goodness, americano and cappuccino
Price: aed 108
Verdict: we went in search of 1762, I mean we don't venture out to Difc unless it's a work related event, but the name 1762 has this strange appeal!!
So anyways we got lost more than a couple of times trying to get to the parking, and surprisingly both of us did not lose our cool and we felt like we had swum across the channel when finally made it. phew!!
Well we made it at 11:10! 10 mi. Past breakfast time..
Service is sort of cutely apologetic for not being able to serve breakfast beyond 11am and then not having the stuffed avocado with jalapeño chicken. It did'nt seem like it was our day but the menu on the chalkboard was appetizing and to be honest I fell for the absolutely yumm looking wraps and sandwiches on display.
We settled ourselves in the far interiors and realized that we were better off parking across the road for quick access to this cafe!! The cafe window faces the road !next time, I guess ;)!
Coffees and food In boxes arrived promptly.
We had just gotten back from India and were starving for a good, refreshing salad.. the kale tabbouleh did that for us.. I felt it would have been perfect with a few raisins and pomegranate seeds and my husband felt it needed more crunchy nuts. so me being the dutiful wife ;), went upto the counter and requested for some additional nuts and even offered to pay. The server after some brief confusion filled a little cup to the brim with mixed nuts. My husband was delighted and the salad got the crunch it needed and was overall fabulously lemony and refreshing and I felt like my insides had been been thoroughly cleansed! The feel good factor that only a great salad or sweating out can evoke!!
The buckwheat beet wrap looked beautiful in the deep purplish pink wrap and strips of sweet potato, cucumbers, guacamole, crumbled goats cheese, alfalfa sprouts!! Seriously, I was in love at first sight and then in heaven with my 2nd bite.. my absolute idea of food heaven, a treat for all the senses.
Coffees were good too..
Would I return again? Kudos to the earl of sandwich for inventing the sandwich in 1762, especially for having inspired the owners to have started this deli;).. does that say enough?Anil
Came here for break fast and ordered : salmon bagel, and yorkshire wrap.
Bagel was quite good, and wrap was ok.
Their coffee is very good.
Staff were friendly and attentive

I love this place. The decor, the uniform of the waiters, the service and food displays show the whole concept of the place. I love their downunder standwich and Lemon zaatar chicken halloumi toastie, which I combine with their soups of the day. Their quiche of the day is usually good as well.
I love this place. To start with, THEY HAVE THE BEST ICE TEA IN THE WORLD.
Food is good, service is ok (since self service)
Ambiance is nice as other DIFC restaurants/cafes.
One of the best places if comparing price to quality.
I love this place
Perfect for a weekday lunch, for delivery to the office or to just walk over and eat there. The interior is funky and the food is all displayed out which is really convenient. Currently obsessed with their millionaire shortbread cake as my cheat treat and the stuffed avocado is delicious. I love that you can mix 2 salads rather than have 1 large one. The mixed bean salad I had today was really nice and fresh but the avocado, edamame and cucumber needed more avocado.
Simple the best soup and sandwiches I've ever tasted .
Today I had the pumpkin soup and previously and the lentil soup tried the chicken and mushroom as well .
I always look forward to having my lunch at 1762 when I'm working in Dubai .
The salads are also fresh and always tastes so good ...
never had a bad soup sandwich or salad at this deli 👌🏻👌🏻🙌🏾🙌🏾
The service is good even though at lunch time it gets preety hectic
Healthy organic and green sums 1762 in 3 words.
Good variety of sandwiches and salads, prices are very reasonable.
Definitely recommended to try.

One of the best delis in difc. A good diversity of food for lunch and breakfast. Gets busy around lunch time. Other than the obvious terrace, Explore the seating areas inside at the back👍🏼
Staff very well trained, ordering experience very smooth. Food: delicious/gourmet.
#ButPricey
1762 is one of the nicest gourmet sandwich shops in town, also one of the pioneers of the segment. They deliver 100% on their promise of a gourmet product, as their sandwiches are made fresh the same morning, stuffed with the finest ingredients. This does make them a bit expensive but I suppose that’s the price for quality.
Its also one of the few places in DIFC where you can walk in & out of the place with your food within 5-7mins tops, as that’s how well they have laid out the store and trained their staff. The store is done up in a quaint manner in case you choose to dine-in.
Their team and service is what makes for a great experience at this deli. Each member is very well trained, courteous and friendly, not always easy to find around here.
Would definitely recommend checking this place out, if you haven’t already.
This is a great little deli for gourmet wraps and fresh salads. They have unique food and my fave is their chilli chicken mango wrap. It's usually a Thursday daily special and is dairy free.
You can mix and match their salads. They are pretty crowded at lunch time but their turnaround time is quick.
Always torn about this place. In theory it's brilliant. In practice, it's really erratic. Packed to the rafters every day, despite some bizarre salads and soup choices, come here for their Thai Curry Cauliflower Soup, the Chicken and Leek Pie or one of their almond croissants. Super. The rest of the food is middling. Salads tend to be huge in portion, minuscule in taste and flavour, and hugely overdressed and oiled.
Visited on lunch time - there was a queue, but waiting time of 5 minutes. Staff is very professional. Food was delicious, very fresh, though pricey - after i spend approx 60 dhs for mid salad and juice i left place a bit hungry:)
I can eat here everyday! Fresh ingredients and superb quality food and lovely variety :) I love the jalapeño chicken wrap and the beetroot salad. The twix brownie is out of the world!
Great for breakfast or lunch (I think the place closes in the evening so no dinner!)
The place is alwaysssss packed for lunch, so that's a sign of how good their food is. Their fresh orange juice is refreshing. Their sandwiches and salads are beautifully displayed, which makes it that much more tempting.
I find their juices and breakfast to be slightly on the expensive side but it's always so much yummy in my tummy!!!
Maltesers squares - a perfect piece of heaven in every bite - Cafe 1762
1762 - the Gourmet Deli Co, is one of those suave cafes in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) aka Dubai International Food Court. The Café boasts a selection of gourmet sandwiches, salads, quiches and what I go there - the most amazing desserts that will put some of the best bakers to shame.
The Café is always always packed with people who usually run to it for a quick bite. I do love the food there and everything is flavourful , wholesome and fresh always but these guys outdo themselves when it comes to their dessert selection.
Who would have thought that thediscreet randomly placed maltesers square will turn out to be one of the most memorable dessert experiences ever. It was introduced to me by one of my closest friends. That's the place she goes to whenever she is allowed a "cheat" day. I remember her ordering one of these maltesers squares or brownies and she made a special request to warm it up for her.
The first bite I took, I will definitely describe it as a piece of heaven. It was, of course warm but you could taste the crunchiness of the maltesers but what I loved most is that flavor was not too strong. It was more like the most moist gooey brownie you have ever had but with a crunchy twist to it. Absolute heaven! Over the years, I have introduced many people to the relatively unmarketed maltesers square at 1762 and every single time I have a convert. They seem to love it as much as I do. and I still wonder ...when is it going to get the credit it deserves. It better start now!
The maltesers square are priced at AED 16 per piece and every bit worth it. Check out 1762 at DIFC or at the Galleria mall.
Visited this stall at the Ripe Market at Zabeel and boy oh boy I'm glad I did.
The stall was by far the most crowded of all and had a magnetic pull about it. I opted for the Pulled Bbq Chicken Pretzel Bap.( burger) . And it was just delicious. Thin finely shredded chicken basted in a rich bbq sauce which was just perfect in my opinion. And the bun was extremely soft and good too. The fries weren't done to perfection but that is understandable considering the crowd they had. Priced at AED 35, it was a thorough delight.
I've sent this to many fellow foodies in dubai and they are eagerly awaiting the next Ripe Market to try it out. 1762, you have a fan in me.
An all time favorite spot for lunch!
They have some excellent sandwiches and desserts! We prefer sandwiches over salads, so we haven't tried any of their salads but we have heard excellent reviews about them.
We have tried majority of their sandwiches over time and they are all so good. Don't miss out on their desserts! Their millionaire shortbread and brownie cheesecake are to die for.
A little on the expensive side but it's a great place for lunch.
Definitely recommended.
1762 has been on bucket list for a while now. Finally, got a chance to experience the food at this deli.
Food we tried - Chicken mayo sandwich, Mozzarella and olive panini and the beetroot Salad.
The salad was a clear winner here - the ingredients were fresh and the salad dressing was super delicious. Loved the chicken mayo salad as well - the pumpkin bread was perfectly toasted and the chicken was nice and creamy.
The food can be slightly heavy on the pocket given the quantity they serve. But, if you around DIFC give this place a try!
Love this place! Feel like trying every single dish they have on offer. My new favourite for salads. Must try the millionaire short bread too.
Love this place. Easy, quick but yet sumptuous bites if you are in and around the area. Especially in winter with their outdoor seating with a nice cup of coffee to finish. The menu is extensive and desirable. Have tried most of the items in the menu from salads, to wraps, to sandwiches & juices - all of them are awesomely packed with taste, appeal & right blend of ingredients to create a mouthwatering apetite.. Must try!
Flip side: they are not open on Fridays or after 6pm so if you not working in the area, you may not be able to frequent the place.. 😟
Visited 1762 Gourmet Deli at their pop up shop at the Dubai Downtown Design Week. For a pop up shop, it was massive amd was buzzing with alot of energy compared to its surrounding exhibitors.
They had a good selection of sandwiches, tapas, salads, fresh juices and brews. I was feeling a little pekish so I decided to try a tapas from each of the cold and hot selections available . For the cold tapas, I picked the grilled aubergine compote with spiced labneh, sumac and cherry tomatoes. As for the hot tapas, I selected the salted cod croquet with pepper dipping sauce. Both were delicious. The croquets were crunchy on the outside and light and creamy on the inside. More importantly, they did not have that deep fried flavor that I unfortunately come across too often when eating fried food. The creaminess of the golden balls were balanced well with the peppery and slightly acidic sauce dipping sauce at the bottom of the clay dish.
The aubergine tapas was a contrast to the hot tapas and was a mix of vibrant and fresh flavors in your mouth; that would transport you to a little popular restaurant in Greece.
For two tapas options at 45aed it was a steal of a deal and a perfect quick snack to tuck into while at the d3 design week.
Just had the steak down under and strawberry coconut lassi. Excellent. Fast service great food and nice ambience. Will certainly come here again
I have tried 1762 several times for lunch (I really enjoy their chicken and mushroom and chicken noodle soups) but this review is in relation to the breakfast combo I got this morning. I ordered a chocolate croissant and a mocha. The server asked if I wanted the croissant heated up, which I did. The service was quick, despite being busy, and the food was decent. The mocha was a good combination of coffee and chocolate (I sometimes feel that some coffee places go overboard with either the coffee or the chocolate) Total: AED 20
1762 the gourmet deli is one of the few places open for dine in during Ramadan. Thanks to a great compilation by Geordie Armani about the lunch dine in options for this month. The place seems full at about any given time. Loved the interiors, they just transport you back to another era..
A look at the food displayed and I knew that it surely was gonna be good..
The salads change everyday and they just look too fantastic. We took a medium salad and chose a combination of two. One was the zuma salad which had loads of carrots and green beans plus edamame. The other salad was watermelon with rocket leaves, olives and cherry tomatoes. Both the salad were delicious and just too refreshing.
Amongst the sandwiches, I chose the grilled vegetable and provelone sandwich. It had loads of veggies like zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and I loved how they had a hint of sweetness due to the grilling process.
Amongst the cakes, it was the lemon polenta cake. This was the first time I ever tried a polenta cake and loved it's texture: dense yet still very light and loved the hint of lemon in each bite!
This place is an absolute delight for healthy food! Surely will visit this place again!
Healthy food lovers this is a place you gotta try..everything here is delicious and fresh..the whole foods will make you the love the place more..the menu is big and you have a wide varierty to choose from..crowded in the afternoons..tried the vegetarian provolone sandwich, skinny egg white spinach wrap, watemelon and spinach salad and gluten free lemon polenta cake which was amazing..i am sure whoever is dieting and is crazy for healthy food hs begun salivating and trust me you wont regret going here..
Service: 3
Food quality / taste: 4

Would I like to visit this place again: Yes
It was like a quick pit stop for lunch here were I grabbed a wrap, dont remember which one but had halloumi cheese in it and i had the wrap grilled. It was one of the best wrap that I have had in recent times and oh yes it tasted very fresh. This place has a self service counter and was very busy.
I am sure this place deserves a higher rating but my rating is based on what I had.
Great spot for breakfast or lunch. The sandwiches are great and they have a good selection of salads as well. We are particular fans of the gluten free cakes!
When in DIFC and on the lookout for tastier and lighter meal options, mainly take outs ( say a working lunch on busy days) 1762 The Gourmet Deli Co, just fits the bill!!
I love that their meals are freshly prepared and not very often repeated, anything from salads to wraps or sandwiches are wholesome and worth the average AED 35-50 that one usually spends on a meal in a district surrounded by investment bankers and true art lovers!
Their salad counters are always so colorful, enticing me to pick the salad of the day accompanied by their lovely ice teas on a hot summer afternoon. Their servers are friendly and the cafe has decent options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
For some healthy gourmet meals, do give them a try!
my official lunch destibation place at the DIFC
Great rustic decoration, quick service, great selection of sandwiches and salads
Noce deserts too :)
Used to be my go-to place for lunch but all that stopped when I started bursting from my suit. The salad selection, although varied, is not to my taste. However, the place has a secret weapon and a major redeeming factor: it is home of the "morning mix". You get to make your own yogurt parfait from a wide range of ingredients including granola, muesli, fruits and honey. You WILL bump into me EVERY single morning at around 8:40, so it's a solid 4.
The other notable item is the Malteasers brownie which is a piece of sugary chocolatey heaven. The oven baked Taties and dip, featured only twice a week, are also interesting.
They don't just serve food. They serve Love with food. Amazing care and taste you could feel the love and effort one has put into your meal or a sandwich.
Do you understand the meaning of food prepared with love... Yes that's what this place all about.
Will I go again? You bet I will
Heard a lot about this establishment and decided to try it out.
Time of visit: Lunch
Location: DIFC
Order: Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pud (hereinafter referred to as the Beef) and Hoisin Duck Wrap (hereinafter referred to as the Quack)
Cost: AED 76.00 for two.
If you are getting the Beef, beware - it's not an actual Yorkshire pud... but c'mon... were you expecting one at a sandwich place? Wrapped in a pancake sort of a case, the Beef tasted good. The pancake was spongy, the beef tender and the mustard was about right. Loved the horseradish cream that it came with, the pot of gravy not so much. Slightly sweet which was ok when consumed along with the horseradish cream.
My friend ordered the Quack and; like friends do, we shared, and by shared I mean I took some of his. The Quack is a very delicate little contraption. Good flavours of the orient, sweet and moist, overall quite good. Comes tied up with a micro grass, if that's your sort of thing.
Verdict:
Ambiance - 8/10
Taste - 6/10
Variety - 8/10
Value for money - 6/10
I think opinions of this establishment would vary a lot depending on the item you order. Might be swayed going in for something else in a few weeks.
They also have a few smoothies on offer which taste pretty good.
Food is fresh and lovely. Great variety for a great price. I love the atmosphere and service is excellent. Must try salad there.. Wraps are great too.
Wholesome salads and feel-good food with fresh juices. Seating is a little limited, but it strikes me as a grab-and-go place for the folk working in and around DIFC. All lunchtime eateries should be like this.
Visited today and was very impressed with everything! Menu is great for veggies, super diverse and lots of healthy options. Coffee is good and desserts are amazing. To top it all off the staff are great, very friendly and professional
Nice decoration nice presentation and packaging. The food is average but it has a great location.
One of the best places for a quick bite....be it the lovely Morning Mix, or the banana walnut loaf....I usually start my day here....love it
There are plenty of pastries available and the food quality is excellent though slightly over priced perhaps due to the location..Ambience is great and the owner is very friendly. ..I like to highlight the fact that they frequently try out new pastries and give free sample for customer to taste which I appreciate since they care for the opinion of their customers
Love the food here. The mango chili chicken wrap is awesome and delivery timing is not too bad either. definitely a firm favourite. am about to try their breakfast sarnie which someone recommended to me so will keep you posted!
Good food and a lot of varieties.
The food is outstanding, it's slightly on the expensive side but hey we are talking difc here so the retail space isn't exactly cheap. If you go here do try the oak salmon sandwich it is wicked. All the salads they do are fresh and original. The scotch eggs they do are also very good. If you want the salmon sandwich be there by max 1 in the afternoon as by 1:30 they are all gone
This one is simply the best place in the DIFC for salad's, the best part is that as they have daily specials, u wont have the same thing twice, but their offerings each and every day is simply amazing.....also, another good part is that you can actually mix your salads, and take 2 -3 salads at a time, which makes it even better, all in all a great experience in DIFC
One of the trendy lunch stops for DIfC crowd. First of all everything here is healthy, fresh and prepared daily, meaning you get a very good value for your money. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.
Every day 1762 offers different specials with soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, deserts etc ...
My favorite by far is the mexican chicken wrap with guacamole. Adding some jalapenos definitely helps. I almost tried all sandwiches and wraps available in this place, and havent beeb disappointed yet with quality or taste.
I had heard about 1762Deli on the food grapevine, I had also read about them in a magazine think it was Gourmet, then I saw some tweets about it, then they followed me, then the Owners invited me for lunch, it would have been rude to say no, so off I went to DIFC to find the elusive 1762Deli. What was all the excitement about I wondered as I drove down SZR, it’s just a sandwich shop ……
I arrived and used the valet parking system though there is a two hour free parking option but being the blonde I am I couldn’t figure out how to get to it!! I was met by the wonderful Mr Deli and we headed up to the Deli, which was getting busy and it was only 12 Noon!! I was totally overwhelmed with the refrigerated cabinets full to the brim of the most amazing sandwiches, bagels, wraps, panini’s, crepes and salads. It was at this point Mrs Deli appeared and it became apparent to me that this couple weren’t just in it for the business, they are totally committed and passionate about everything they do when it comes to 1762Deli.
Their range of gourmet sandwiches is just amazing, I have NEVER seen a selection of sandwiches like it in Dubai. A few favourites caught my eye, like the Beef and Yorkshire Pudding Wrap which comes with a little pot of gravy, Colemans Mustard and Horseradish Cream. There was a Hoisin Duck Wrap, the 1762 All Day Burrito, Oak Smoked Salmon and Wasabi Labneh Bagel, a BLT Bagel, too many too list so I will give you the link to their wesbite later. The salads were fabulous, they are prepared daily according to market availability. You rarely get salads here that have any *personality* these ones had that much personality they should be on the stage.
I practically squealed when I saw their Scotch Eggs!! who would believe it Scotch Eggs in a Deli in Dubai that contain no pork!! Don’t be fooled into thinking they don’t taste good they were divine! as was the delicously baked slab of Herb Crusted Salmon that I tried. If you are brave and not of an addictive personality I suggest you try the Lemon Polenta Cake and the Gluten Free Chocolate Cake, the latter being the best I have ever tasted in Dubai.
So after a more than delightful lunch and a great conversation with Mr and Mrs Deli ranging from everything food related to my passion for kitchen porn, I said goodbye and left the magical world of 1762Deli, armed with a box of little treats for later.

My absolute favorite restaurant in DIFC...... U may think its a UK chain but it's not... Always very vibrant...friendly stafff....every single food item is fresh n made to perfection. For breakfast, I recommend their morning mix n skinny latte ( they use fresh milk as opposed to powder milk unlike Starbucks etc). For lunch , their wraps, salads, or quiches. N for dessert I highly recommend their rich carrot cake. Wish they open at more locations n stay open for dinner as well.
1762! I cant stop thinking about this place when I think of health food.
Their salad options are great from the asian noodles right upto the wild rice. Lots of mix selection options available for salad. I HAVE TO SAY - u need to try their breakfast Burritos - Egg stuffing..(breaskfast spl but available all day) and if u order in the mornings you have option to bundle it wid a coffee as well...that makes a perfect breakfast. The soups they offer keeping changing everday so its rightly names SOUP OF THE DAY..worth trying the soup. My personal like - the Coconut milk and prawn soup..slurppp
