Well Turtle Mocha with Hazelnuts is a forever love but who serves a dry and hard red velvet cup cake with mocha..! Great frosting but the cup cake was dry like its sitting out there for more than 4hours..! This is one place which has shared everyday coffee during college in my life and have never missed a chance to visit Caribou ever since. But never expected this..! Well service is always great here so might come again but only for a take away #turtlemocha.

I was actually heading to the Starbucks near by but this adorable caribou caught my eye. It's never crowded and thus the service is so fast! Ordered a mint cooler with whipped cream and sat here for a really long time reading. Everyone that comes is either studying or working. Though the staff were cleaning and scrubbing their floors while they had customers and that got real lolly loud, when you could hear their playlist and while it was quiet, it was perfect! Surely will head back if I ever need to relax with some delicious coffee!

I always luv caribou, wherever it is. this time wanna some quietness to focus in some work, nothing is better than a mug of cappuccino and this Fudgy Mudgy cake. as usual, the cappuccino is fresh, hot and amazing. and regarding that cake as first time try, it's full of chocolate and it's very spongy, I liked it. BUT UNFORTUNATELY internet connection was so damn slow, n sometimes was not working at all wgich really wasted my time instead of completing my work. I'm really soooooo disappointed, n I think I'll not be back to that branch until they fix this great issue, really so pissed off.. And seriously u gave me so bad and hard time, since I was planning to set and accomplish what I mainly came for in a particular time frame, but regretfully I didn't enjoy. hope u consider my complaint and fix this problem.. **NB: I'm rating it that low due to what I really@ experienced, and the disappointment I felt, seriously again I really will never come back to that branch.. until u fix this perfectly.. BTW, this 2/5 I gave it only for the staff and the order honestly, that's it..

I love the Northern Lite Latte at Caribou, and it's even better with a shot of Hazlenut. A cup of their Large Cappuccino is strong enough to keep you going through the day, and tastes lovely and smooth. I go to their garhoud branch regularly as it's right next to my office, and have no complaints regarding the place or the service. Perfect to sit back and read a book or catch up with friends. Oh and on a side note, Christmas is coming, which means the holiday season cup is back!!

Love my esppresso shakers with dark chocolate. This is a good place to come relax in a nice ambient atmosphere. Good place to catch up with friends or to read a book. The place is always buzzing with customers. This particular outlet has a variety of options for a quick bite.

The menu consists of different beverages that can be iced or hot, and the food menu is decent for when you are wanting an afternoon snack. The white chocolate mocha was not too sweet, and still has the original mocha flavour that I like. The grilled halloumi sandwich was perfect for an afternoon meal, and the halloumi was not too salty, which is how I like it. It was not over seasoned, and the sandwich was made fresh. This cafe deserves a rating of 4/5. I ordered the white chocolate mocha for 20DHS, and the grilled halloumi sandwich for 25DHS. The pricing here is inexpensive. The service was good as the staff members behind the counter had a warm smile, and was quick at ringing in my order. Finally, the ambience of this cafe has a modern and sleek finish to it. The theme of the place is the cabin/camping feel, it reminds me of the times I was in Canada and went camping in the mountains with caribou and elk roaming around.

Located near my shop visited this place today morning itself . Ordered for a Americano it was served within 2-3 mins . Was freshly prepared and since ages I have been a great fan of caribou coffee . It has always been great taste and I am also very glad they have kept the same standard quality . Though they are bit high priced compared to their competitors but it doesn't matter as far as caribou is serving the best Americano in town . Ambience wise the place is small and decent and so is the staff decent enough and yes the service is pretty quick

I work in the area but there is a coffee shop in my building. Despite that I walked 15 minutes to get here and there are 3 tables full I'm at the cashier and another customer waiting with only one staff. Needless to say my order wasn't taken properly. I ordered coffee and a sandwich which she got right but packed it for takeaway without asking if I wanted to sit. I flagged it to her so she takes it back throws it on a plate and puts it on my table with no cutlery. She was polite and it's not her fault because she was the only one there. Also big disappointment was that none of the sandwiches were healthy. Not one wholemeal option.

I don't usually order from Caribou as I'm big fan of Starbucks, however their new Salted vanilla late deserves a review, not milky, coffee taste is excellent and not burned, and the vanilla taste is delicious, worth a try, Follow me for more reviews 😉 Cheers

Caribou's coffee is easily the best coffee I've tasted, a hundred times better than Starbucks! And yes, that says a lot since I'm a former Starbucks lover. Absolutely love their Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, Turtle Mocha and Campfire Mocha. They're slightly pricey compared to other coffee shops, but for me, it's worth every penny. Funnily enough, Caribou Coffee is just 5 minutes away from my house, but I hadn't even noticed for like 3 years. A friend told me she had coupons for free coffee at Caribou, and so we decided to give it a whirl. The ambience is great as well, they have a fireplace and comfy leather sofas which gives the place a very cozy feel. Definitely going back here for more coffee. If you haven't tried their coffee, you're missing out!

This was quite a decent branch of the Caribou Coffee franchise. Came here with a couple of friends for an early Friday breakfast. Since we all were on a Salted Caramel Obsession, we went for the Budino, Hot Chocolate, Caramel High Rise and the Caramel Mocha. While the Hot Chocolate and Budino were amazing, I would definitely suggest not to try the High Rise - it was too strong and a total and utter disappointment. Moving on, for our meal we tried the Sausage Cheese Bagel, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the Mediterranean Egg White Bagel. I was quite surprised particularly by the Cheese Bagel as I have had really bad experiences in the past with bagels and sandwiches at cafes so imagine my surprise when I actually enjoyed this one. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, also loved their decor and seating arrangement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth trying again.

Tried different Caribous in town, but this branch remains my favorite. It feels as though they prepare everything differently. The staff are very upbeat and friendly, the place is cozy. I always go there alone and never feel lonely. The turtle mocha is the bomb! At least for me. And I am not even a coffee lover.

The place is just average. Tried their chicken Caesar salad, cappuccino, hazelnut biscotti, chicken cheese quiche blueberry muffin.. everything is just average the croutons in the salad were not crunchy, it just soft. Their red velvet drink is nice. But only if you're a fan of ice in your shake.

Horrible horrible horrible. Not a huge fan of their coffee anyway. However, gave them a call during Ramadan since my regular coffee place is shut. The staff has no clue of customer service. Firstly, minimum order of a 100 at breakfast? Do I order for the whole week? Secondly, she didn't even understand where my address is, and prematurely refused to deliver. Upon bickering with her on the phone, and asking questions.. She just stayed silent. Also, not the first bad experience. Definitely boycotting.

I visit this place at least once a week for a coffee take away. Love the Turtle Mocha, which I prefer to drink cold. Their new tiramisu drink is real good too. My favourite is the Mind Condition Mocha, as I am a big fan of mint chocolate. I tried the Red Velvet Snow Drifter today, I've had this drink once a year ago, loved it. It was fascinating to see a cupcake cut up and mixed into a drink, but today's drink was lacklustre, watery but so pretty. Will be sticking to the normal order from here on. They've also got good cakes, yet to try their savoury items.

This place is so warm and cozy with a fireplace to add to the overall effect.Tried the turtle mocha and Smoked Turkey sandwich. I loved their turtle mocha!. It was basically coffee, caramel and milk combined, topped with whipped cream, caramel sauce and Snickers. Perfect spot to chill out at any point of time.

Came with a friend overall was a quiet comfy looking place, we ordered cold coffees with cheese and onion quiche, we asked if we could have it heated up and when we sat down and tasted it, it was still cold, i then asked again for it to be heated and again the same thing happened, this was repeated 3 times until finally it was hot ???? finally! However next time would probably prefer to go Another coffee shop....

A very off beat location, away from the city crowd. The interiors are made in accordance to the same giving it a warm and cozy vibe. The warm mocha with whipped cream was delicious and they have some nice gooey muffins. The red velvet snowdrift was well heard off but tasted more like strawberry milkshake. Good service and they refill your cup with whipped cream as many times as you like!

A big fan of caribou and its the first time I have stepped into this garhoud outlet even though I have crossed this place many times. Its a very off-beat place. Very quiet and very relaxed. Hard to find certain places like these which are right in the middle of all the hustle but still very quiet. Actually the entire street is of the same sort. So surely service is great. Food is the same tasty and simple. One kind of food which you can depend to fill when you are on the move, its fresh, its tasty and just simple. Always love the coffee and my favorite is campfire mocha. Should come here more often to just zone out for a quick bit, just get lost in thoughts.

Caribou Coffee is number 1 on my top 4 coffee places. Their is something about the whole Caribou ambiance and decor has this mood of Rustic country. Or like you are relaxing in a Swiss Chalet. You get a variety of choices between cold and hot drinks (not to mention the amazing cakes, muffins and sandwiches that will tempt to overspend). The service is super friendly and will make you feel like you are amongst friends. Sorry Starbucks, but you have been replaced

The best coffe in Dubai. It beats every other chain hands down- Starbucks, Costa, Seattle's Best and everything else. It has the best brewed coffee and the selection changes during the day. The only thing which comes near is the brewed coffee in Starbucks but they keep the same coffee for at least 1 month. The service is amazing too.
