I had placed COUNTLESS orders from this place, they really do have amazing vegan doughnuts and I always USED to recommend them. Recently I’ve been getting kinda stale donuts.... like I dunno what happened but I didn’t mind it too much UNTIL they implemented 40 dhs min delivery - which is extremely inconvenient for those who want “fresh” 2 doughnuts every morning! Like no, I’m not gona be ordering 40 dhs worth of it every day to receive half of it stale and on top there is no need for me to order so much in the first place. so I’m boycotting this place entirely!!! This is no way to treat people I swear, my cafe back home would never implement this for doughnuts or any “on the go” desert!!! I’m so disappointed I can’t even. Back to Krispy Kreme I go.

While the donuts are good, when they do not have what you want, they don't bother to call you before replacing it with whatever they like.This has happened so many times that I just stopped placing orders from this place. Called the restaurant- Anand at the restaurant refused to even listen to the call, his only response was it’s not the restaurants problem - call zomato and ask for refund. Great customer service - if you were the restaurant aren’t you expected to show some concern that your order wasn’t delivered. Got in touch with zomato - they offered a promo of Aed 15. First you take the money and then don’t deliver the food and then turn it around that we are doing you a favor by giving a promo (for the same amount you took from me). GENIUS!

The place is quite small so you can easily walk by it without knowing. I ordered the peanut butter, original and dark chocolate vegan donut. The peanut butter donut was the most disappointing, it tasted like having toast and peanut butter. The original was my favorite, balanced between sweetened and donut. The dark chocolate was so warm the dark chocolate was melting off, the filling was also dark chocolate which was nice. Overall the donuts were not up to expectations, I wish they could be more fluffy and they should've been cooled down before the topping was put to make sure it sets well. The pricing was fairly good 28dhs for 3 donuts.

I Tried all the Vegan Donuts they had on display and on special request, It was all delicous , for someome who is not vegan will still love it, no egg no butter and still very tasty, you will not even feel sleepy after having a dozen to yourself. Not only is a coffee and donut cheaper at Donaccino, they are of higher quality. I also tried the cake donut and it is better than any cake cake I've had in Dubai. I ordered an assorted donuts box of 6 from here. They were delicious and oozy and luscious. We had the donuts over the course of 4 days. Till the last day, the donuts were unbelievable! Even when the donuts got cold it still tasted yummy. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that of the 6 donuts I ordered I think one was the wrong one. If it was the correct one it didn’t exactly match with the name. (Honeybee) But I am guilty of nitpicking here. I will most definitely order from here again. These are the best donuts in town.

I was super excited to try their vegan range. As you can see in picture, I ordered their entire vegan menu and also ordered one salted caramel baked donut. Salted Caramel Baked Donut - The dough was the opposite of what a donut should taste like. It lacked fluffiness, was too chewy and it was getting stuck on the roof of my mouth. No, no! Vegan Double Dark Chocolate Donut - The ratio of the filling to the dough was 2:1, which means the donut was very soggy and after biting into it , the filling came out like an avalanche and the taste of the dough was completely lost. I felt like I was eating chocolate mousse. Vegan Original Donut - This was not a terrible donut. But after you have had Krispy Kreme’s original glazed, the bar is set pretty high. I am yet to try the rest since the initial excitement has been swatted down pretty hard. I will come back with a second review after sampling them with a food critic to give you second opinion.

Pretty average donuts for pretty high price. Taste, Presentation, Price and delivery experience (took one hour, twenty minutes for 5 Km dist) all were disappointing. I have had donuts which with one bite just melt in your mouth and they are delectable. Their donuts dont and that for me is not a good donut at all. For a chain with donuts as a base product, they certainly are not doing a decent job.

Someone called for a box of donut holes for a birthday and it was such a treat! I loved the idea cause it let you try more flavours instead of eating entire donuts (which isn't bad either!) I had a couple of favourites, almost all the chocolate centred ones were amazing! The red velvet and cookies and cream were also good. Don't think twice, just go grab a box immediately!

We are a regular customer of Donaccino located in JLT Cluster D found it to be a neat and clean outlet with a good customer service I usually find Elaine at the cash counter with her most welcoming smile When it comes to donuts why always Donaccino?because the delicious taste & freshness is above all other donuts in town I would say though eggless but rich in taste! especially the favourites Nutella & Choco bee not to be missed too delicious and at times can't resist a second one! The packaging still needs to be worked upon as even for two to four pieces of donuts there is no choice but to get these in the only one sized large box available Also there must be a Donaccino bag to carry the donuts served in small paper bags or even to carry the cupcakes packed individually or in a box of six the carrier bag is still required

Finally get to try the most amazing doughnuts in town. As you can see I barely could wait to try it :). The doughnut was not cakey, oily or greasy. Baked daily in-house. The chocolate topping was milky and delicious of good quality. I am going to go back and try the other flavours. They have vegan options as well. We often order donuts from here and honestly their donuts are way better than Dunkin Donuts and even Krispy Kreme. They are less sweet so I like it this way. It was a good idea to walk around JLT cluster D. I only got to taste one type of donut (the mini donut type with nuts on top and I loved it and googled the brand that day). I don’t frequent JLT but i am glad to have the chance to visit a friend that side and by a “serendipitous” accident, we came upon the actual outlet. its such a cute cozy place to just relax and have a cup of coffee and a donut. I love the ring donut with the dark chocolate icing (I forgot the name) and the other type of donut with dark chocolate filling. It is not too sweet and the filling wasn’t too much (because unlike other brands, the filling doesn’t overwhelm the entire donut). It was around 730on but the choices that time was kind of limited, but still I was happy to try the donut with the dark chocolate filling. I have my new fave now when it comes to donuts :)

I was looking for something different to try out and realised I haven't had donuts in a while. I decided to try the vegan donut options to see what it would taste like. I'm glad I did! Tastes absolutely amazing, I've now tried one of each option from the vegan menu and no regrets with any of them, honestly can't go wrong with any choice. Great portion size and does not make you feel sick compared to other bakeries. Even when left in the fridge, the quality is so good that it still feels soft and tastes just as good the next day, I followed the instructions on the box and can be microwaved for 8 seconds also. I'm not sure what the calorie count is for those after those stats, but it's definitely a healthier option than other alternatives that end up dripping with oil. 10/10 amazing taste!

I am living in Cluster X and this place is in Cluster D. So, why did I receive the order with 45 minutes delay, added to 1 hour the given time for delivery? It is to mention also that the donuts arrived hot, like they stayed in the sun for an hour. Very disappointing! And this is not a cheap donut place. The price is overrated, quality is very poor!

Got some vegan donuts here after reading the reviews. Decent tasting but felt a bit let down as I've had a lot nicer. I thought the donuts needed to be a lot sweeter and they could have done with more filling too. The chocolate one was very bitter, definitely needed more sugar! Donuts were very good, but I ordered breakfast at 9:01 AM and it arrived at 10:40 AM. They called me at 9:35 AM to tell me they were gonna arrive around 10:30 AM. If when placing the order, from the beginning it had said delivery time 10:40 I wouldn't have ordered. I cannot wait 1 hour and 40 mins for breakfast. This is misleading customers, and it is deceiving. I will not order from here ever again, and probably from zomato either.

I placed a delivery order so time ago and after 30 mins ( we are in the same neighborhood) so I got a little impatient and called to ask why is it taking so long. Turns out some of the flavors i ordered were sold out and they made a batch of new ones for me! Oh my heart, was so thankful! The donuts tasted amazing too?!? So like 10/10

Visiting this place at least once has become a must every time I'm in Dubai! I've been twice and this is my third time. This little donut shop satisfies all my cravings and makes me believe dreams can become reality. I'd been looking everywhere for vegan donuts and this place offers not 1, not 2, nor 3 options. It offers 14 different vegan flavours (and plenty more non-vegan). And if one of them is missing or they ran out of it, they make it for you on the spot. Not to mention how extremely friendly the staff members are!

I love their donuts and I can’t wait to try out all the flavors. I would really want to give them a 5 star but there is on factor that stops me from doing so, and that is the helfty delivery charge. AED 15 is too much for me. I hope they will reconsider the cost not only of their products but also the delivery. People in Dubai are relying more and more in deliveries and if majority of business here give minimal (and there are some who offers free deliveries) charges on their deliveries, I hope Il Donaccino can consider it as well.

Honestly a hidden vegan gem right in the center of JLT. If you are a vegan (or even if you aren’t) and looking for a delicious sweet treat to munch on then these are the ones for you! I went for a visit to IL Donaccino this afternoon hoping to get my hands on the vegan Oreo flavor and the apple pie filled one, however they didn’t have either which I was so gutted by. I settled for the vegan lotus and vegan blueberry filled instead. They were both extremely fluffy and honestly if I hadn’t known I wouldn’t have been able to tell that they were vegan because they just taste that good! Personally I preferred the lotus flavor as I felt the blueberry filling tasted a little artificial and was too overpowering. Two doughnuts for AED15 which is honestly not so bad! Cannot wait for my next visit and will probably call ahead to preorder the ones I missed out on this time x

The donuts are extremely good k? These donuts are my favorite for sure, very high quality and very tasty. The problem I am having is with delivery cause every time I order, I get the donuts melted. That is why I am putting a rate of 4 otherwise its definitely a five. Please find a way to cool them down during delivery. I am refering everyone I know to this place, but I don't want them to order melted donuts you know.

ildonaccino is a small donut shop located in JLT which opened in the year 2014 and is the only donut shop that serves 100% eggless and vegan donuts ,with the option of either being baked/fried. Fresh donuts are made everyday that are not overly sweet but are very delicious. What I had 👇🏻 The Simpsons Donut - 100% eggless donut dipped in strawberry flavored chocolate and topped with colorful sprinkles The Chips Oman Donut - This famous Chips Oman Donut is 100% eggless ...filled and topped with Chips Oman, creamy cheese, and chilli flakes. Hot, flaky, fried and super delicious that soaks into the mouth Not only this is I even tried out their VEGAN hot chocolate with soy milk and tbh it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had..super thick and creamy. The prices maybe a bit high than the market but 100% eggless and vegan donuts is something that no one else can offer than ildonaccino. ☺️

My 2 year old has a dairy and egg allergy so when ai found out about their vegan donuts, I had to place an order! She enjoyed them. I just wish there was a larger vegan variety. We ordered some nonvegan donuts as well, and they followed our note asking that they be places in a separate box.
