Writing this review in complete disappointment after two order failures with the food quality and service on delivery orders. The ordered items were missed twice and the food was cold on arrival. It is poor quality and quantity for the price. Very disappointed for a reputed restaurant which does not keep its standards.

Haven’t had a better katsu. Their noodles are amazing. I ordered the one with the peanut butter base and the spicy base (i forgot the exact names forgive me if i’m being vague) and I plan on visiting the place again.

Akinsola was our waitress, she did an amazing job and she was extremely friendly which is the most important trait to attract costumers. The food was great and it didn’t take a lot of time. I can’t wait to be back here again.

Din tai fung never fails to deliver! As a Malaysian I am used to fairly authentic Chinese food and this absolutely hits the spot. My go-to dish is the chicken and shrimp dumplings in a spicy sauce. Their fried rice is amazing as well. Their consistency in quality and service across the world is seriously commendable!

So I've been meaning to try this place as my sister is always raving about it - I gave it a go and honestly I didn't understand the hype. We ordered the Truffle Chicken Bao, Chilli Crispy Chicken, the soup dumplings, the chow mein and the kung pao. My fave dish was the Chilli Crispy Chicken but apart from that everything else tasted very very avg. It was all oily and the food didn't tasted fresh and I felt the quality was very average. The food was also quite mild for my liking as I prefer food with lots of flavour. The service was also quite slow in my opinion. Took them ages to bring me anything I asked for. Personally, I didn't have a good experience but there are lots of people who love this place so maybe ill give it another try. Quite disappointed.

I would like to commend Mr. Richard for serving us quite patiently. Food is fantastic. Newly cooked as expected. We would like to order chicken soup, however it was sold out for the day. But beef soup is also a good option. 🤗

I ordered my normal dishes that I get when I dine in. Portion sizes are great and everything travels well except the Xiao Long Boa. Unfortunately I think steam cooked foods don't work well for delivery!

Ordered a chicken & veg wonton soup & received a plain veg wonton soup. Later i received a call from the restaurant explaing the label was wrong but it was indeed the chicken wonton soup except there was just more veg then chicken in it. i’ve dined-in numerous times & i think i can tell the difference in whether there was chicken in the filling or not. Completely disappointed as I am pregnant & cravings are specific & was not met at all, on top of that being offered a lame explanation for their mistake

My order has been delayed for more than 1 1/2hours until twas cancelled. I tried to call the restaurant but no one picks the line even from zomato has an unresponsive customer rep. Its really annoying especially if your hungry. You didnt know the burden of ur hungry client relying on your service. Please do something to upgrade ur system.

I’ve eaten in other countries and they are usually good. However the one in Dubai Mall is terrible. I ordered Shrimp Chow Mei and they gave me vegetables Chow Mei. Surely a wrong order as there was not even one shrimp. You speak to the restaurant and the lady has no clue what to say and keeps repeating ma’am ma’am non stop without giving you a solution or even apology. I don’t care about AED 10 difference but at least show care and solve problems. At the end nothing was done from restaurant side and I ordered from another Chinese place. I really really do not recommend to anyone.

Ordered food from here for lunch to work . Got steamed mushroom and veg dumping and the Chinese black mushroom salad. I loved the salad, the dumpling was just about ok . I would probably go back another time and try some of their other dumplings .

Stopped for chicken steamed dim sums . They are addictingly good. Very juicy . 6 pieces in one portion . Definitely coming back to try more food . Happy eating

I was very disappointed with the food from Din Tai Fung. I did a delivery but that should not have changed the quality, taste or quantity of the food I received. The dumplings were good, I cannot complain about those, however the vegetable chow mein was oily and had no flavor and the Kung pao chicken was very dry and chewy. Normally I am very satisfied with the food. I am a regular customer. So I know how these dishes should normally taste. Will not be ordering delivery from here again.

So I've been waiting to try these soup dumplings and I did like it when I had it definitely but it wasn't mind blowing like I thought it would be. Mushroom and spinach dumpling was ok. As a regular customer of Din Tai Fung I am quite disappointed about this branch the food is still good but the service is very slow. It took 20 mins to get my bill and another 10 to receive the change. When compared to the Moe branch the service here is really bad.

We decided for an Asian experience ,so this was it. We ordered the chicken &veg wontons (yumm;the sauce served with it ,extra yummy) , the noodles ,the chicken dumplings (nice ,but tad bland for my palate) ,the chicken & shrimp wontons (not bad but the first ones were better) . Special mention to the sweet& sour chicken.Also They had 2special drinks supporting the October awareness & we chose the survivor bliss (refreshing). All in all a good experience . 4/5.
