I normally order through Tim Hortons however today was a very bad experience. I accidentally clicked “cream cheese bagel” instead of “cheese egg tomato sandwich” so I quickly dialed their hotline and was given a number directly to the branch but was routed to Zomato. Note that I ordered at 11:20 and called Tim Hortons at 11:21, by the time I reached Zomato live chat, it has been 15 minutes already And they are telling me that I cannot modify the order anymore. Delivery was nice, that’s the only thing I am thankful about. The food was sitting here and no one can eat it as we are allergic to cream cheese. Very bad experience indeed!!!

I ordered Tuscan Chicken with addons as extra plain cheese, cucumber, lettuce! They took 2dhirams each of each of the add ons! But I cannot see any chicken, or cucumbers or lettuce or tomatoes! For the second time, the packaging was very poor and the paper literally went into the coffee. This is not expected from a brand like Tim Hortons! And I had highlighted this issues earlier as well! Surprisingly, when I order from WTC branch the packaging is not bad at all, not sure what’s wrong with Dubai Mall branch.

Having been a loyal customer for almost 20 years starting from university days in Canada, I'm simply appalled at the callous and rude attitude of some badly trained staff at Tim Hortons outlets here in Dubai. Not only do they lack the courteous and polite service that one can expect at well managed coffee chains, they are outright crude. Shows that the management doesnt care about how customers are dealt with as long as their numbers add up well. I was served luke warm coffee at TH in Dubai Mall... and then met with a cold stare by the girl at the counter for bringing it to her attention. Then another 'expert' staff lectures me about 2 creams (double double) making the coffee cold and "that's just how it is". Never been served a luke warm double double coffee in Canadian outlets, because they track time (written on flask) to ensure coffee is served fresh and hot. No more Tims in Dubai for me.

Tim Hortons has always been my favorite cafe, thanks to the very nice staff they have working with them. Even the cashier who took our order was very friendly and cheerful. This branch is in prime location at Dubai Mall. Just beside the door , on the left side , going into the fountain/lake area. Huge seating options- both inside and outside. Extremely popular. Sometimes it's a difficult task to get a place to sit. On this friday, me and my friend strolled in and enjoyed our two cups of medium sized French Vanilla coffees at 16 dhs each, topped with creams- which is 4 dhs extra per cup. French vanilla never fails to perk me up. And this time too it rocked me with its roasted coffee bean taate , married perfectly with the vanilla freshness. The cream on the top was a perfect value addition. Service was decent. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for serving because of the rush. All in all, a great place to enjoy. The crowd adds to the milieu.

Tim Hortons has an outdoor seating facing the Burj Khalifa. However, you won't be able to witness the fountains yet it's a million times worth it ! What I had? ☕ Expresso 🍓Strawberry Doughnuts This doughnut stole my heart. It was so soft that it melted in my mouth. A classic doughnut filled with strawberry crush and topped with powdered sugar. P.S: I don't really know the coffee etiquette; and hence, for some reason I personally loved combining these two.😋 I would definitely recommend you to try the doughnuts. Located rite near to dubai fountain, this is undoubtely one of the prime location where TH is located in Dubai Mall. There was big que for everything n wanted something quick to take away for my little master. This time we have tried chocolate nutella donut which is not only tempting in seeing but also in taste. Used discounted voucher and saved a lot! Staffs are accommodating and patient especially the cashier staff since we’re undecided what to order! Outside setting is perfect to witness Dubai fountain and a bit of burj khalifa’s light show. We ordered tidbits that is average of taste not too sweet. A chocolate doughnut which is great and sweetness is moderate. From d voucher we choose cappucino and vanilla just awesome to pair with the coldness of the weather.

The first time I enjoyed the iced cappuccino was from here.. This is the best iced cappuccino available. I got it quick and when I took the first sip I could taste the rich coffee flavour and the crushed ice.. it had the right amount of flavour, sweetness and is the best.. compared to all coffee shops I have visited I seem to like this better.. so now I know where my usual coffee stop is .. the amount of money u spend on this is definitely worth it .. other iced cappuccino' s are just cold and don't have the ice in them.. the iced cappuccino served here has the true meaning to it..I overall loved it.. the ambience was good.. customer friendly service.. loved it.. keep it up..

When you see a Tim Hortons, you'll think of Canada🇨🇦 Located just right at the entrance to the fountain, this branch has a great seating area which is open and airy (outdoor seating is very nice!) Service is quick and friendly, staff clear up tables efficiently. Coffee is quite bitter though, I've tried a few times but seems like there is no improvements. I choose this place mostly when I need a quick coffee fix, but if you have some time to spare, there are loads of cafes with much better coffee in the mall (and same price).

Staff very unorganized on releasing orders. No FIFO policies applied. I've waited for half an hour on my order, aside from coffee was served cold, they have given me a wrong one. Preferred not to return the coffee and argue, as I might end up waiting again for half an hour. Staff needs to be trained & rectified properly!

It tasted excellent like always , be it any location they have always maintained the same quality of taste . Tim hortons is a branched café which offers nice affordable items on their menu . They have a wide range of donuts and drinks and sandwiches, cruller is my most favorite sweet and the next one is definitely nuttela donut. Pesto chicken panini sandwich is delicious too and amongst hot drinks French vanilla is soooo good. This outlet of tim hortons has an outdoor sitting area with the view of Dubai fountain which is pleasant to eat and enjoy the view. It is always almost crowded and maybe finding a place to sit outside takes a little time.

After seeing good number of outlets for Tim Hortons at Dubai & Abu Dhabi I have made my mind to visit this outlet and try some mouth watering coffees along with some vegetarian good.. Tim Hortons is famous for some signature coffees like French Vanilla, Expresso, Mocha & Hot Chocolate.. Along with this you can get some quick bites also.. After hearing much about French Vanilla Coffee from relatives I finally tried it.. It was simply mind blowing.. Not that sweet and not that bitter as well.. Perfect taste.. Must try.. Tried Hot Chocolate which was again good.. This one was having enough chocolate and can be considered as pure hot chocolate.. Usually we do get hot chocolate wherein milk is used more and chocolate is used less.. Must try.. Tried Cafe Mocha which was average one.. Comparatively I would prefer French Vanilla Coffee more.. Along with this coffees we also ordered some quick bites which included bagels, donuts and wraps.. Bagels and donuts were good.. In wraps we ordered Greek Salad Wrap which was a vegetarian wrap but we got a wrap which was non-vegetarian.. After opening wrap we got to know this and we complained about same.. Being such well known brand name in market and having enough trained employees in outlet but still this type of mistake was something which I felt can be ignored with some proper attention.. Apart from this every thing was just perfect..

Having earlier been a regular at Tim Hortons, decided to go back for a quick bite while waiting to pick up my IPhone from the apple store above. The service that was always the high point of a visit to Tim Horton is the reason for this low score The person taking the order was so impatient- and trying to rush me through the order - with the look - come on man get on with it. Following the order , the lady getting the order together had such a disinterested look and attitude- just absolute do not care look and body language. The food was ok, but the way it was just dumped one on top of the other on the tray was really disappointing. The highlight of the service was the cleaner, who came to our table with a big smile to wipe the table. At least something still works at this place - but am I coming back - NO !!!!!

I love Tim Hortons and it has saved my life (stomach) on numerous occassions. What I can’t stand in this particular branch is the attitude of the servers particularly the ladies. They don’t smile, they are darn slow and they give side comments to the customers they don’t like (being a Filipino, I understand what they are saying). Someone has to teach these ladies on professionalism and value for the job that they have.

Tim Hortons Warning! maple donut is so addictive. When I'm in Dubai I can't go few days in a row without one of these. Love the coffee here.. especially the cafe latte its simple but i really love the taste. Their promotion was great you can have coffee with sandwich too. Good enough for small tummy like me. The service is fast the staff is really busy to accommodate all the guest. Always love to go back here since you can see the burj khalifa outside and watch the dancing fountain.

So this is weird, but I discovered that my favorite spot for a falafel sandwich is Tim Hortons. It's ironic because as an Arab who started to devour falafels as a baby right after milk bottles, a coffee shop who added falafel on their menu later on superiors in it. My love for coffee has no words. Tim Hortons is my go to go. The most refreshing cup which gives you the much needed power up. My fav place to go to after a nice walk or just a late night chat. An amazing place to chill with friends or grab a mug and get your work done. Perfecto!

The best part about this place is the LOCATION! just near the Dubai fountains and what a perfect way to enjoy the good weather! Get a nice medium cup of French vanilla coffee (my fav) and head towards the fountains and drink it in peace while tourists pose for pics! :) Its a good feeling!

I was in a rush and i needed a snack; i passed by Tim Hortons, a got the Oatmeal raisin cookie which was really tasty. I actually went back after 10 min ,and got 2 more cookies! I guess i will visit the place again very soon, in order to try other offerings. Recommended!

Located close to the musical fountain with good seating arrangement and quick customer service, you are likely to be attracted to this outlet of Tim Hortons. It is usually running busy with its prime location and several customer buzzing in for coffee. Must try cold beverages and 12 grain bagel with cream cheese. Staff is quick considering customer traffic they are handling at this busy location.

Nice coffee but a bit slow in service. I love Tim more than competitive brand. The taste of drinks is far good and really nice muffins. Just improve fast serving spevcially late at night

I ordered the Caramel Latte Iced Coffee at the Dubai Mall branch next to the Cinema and was charged 17dhs when the price on the screen says 16dhs. When asked why, the reply was "I don't know". She did not even bother to give an explanation. Very bad service...

Slow service and confused crew. Do not come here when you are in a hurry. I hope they will improve this and train the staff to be better at what they do.

Love Tim Horton's and the view of the Burj Khalifa and Souk Al Bahar here is great! If you want to sit in a cafe and get some work done this not the Tim Horton's for you. WAYYYYYY tooo busy. Dubai Mall Wifi is spotty and doesn't reach outside. The Tim Horton's wifi is slow here. I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the traffic here. There are also no power outlets in the area. Go for view and to chill. Don't go to work here.

Hot chocolate and donut is a perfect combination for mid morning breakfast ... this place has zillion chains and can be found everywhere all over Dubai ...

Pretty cool location and awesome view if you manage to snag a table outdoors. They've got plenty of seating so shouldn't be too hard. For people looking to work here, you'll be disappointed as there aren't any sockets outside or inside. Great service as usual and nice food. French Vanilla is a fav, so I'd recommend that.

A pretty cool place for shakes or quick bites. Located at the prime spot, just outside the exit for the Dubai Fountain. Its has a range of shakes to offer , from fruit frappes to intriguing new flavors like cotton candy (my favourite). It has many options in both cold and hot coffees. I've tried some of them - french vanilla, english toffee, hazlenut crunch and frozen hot chocolate. All of them have beem great! Haven't been able to taste most of its quick bites, except for tim bits, but what i've tried (tim bits) has been on point! The best place to visit for reasonably priced high quality drinks! Experience - 8/10 Shakes - 10/10 Coffee - 9/10 Service - 9/10 PICK OF THE LOT - Cotton Candy Shake

Stopped by at this outlet of Tim Hortons while on my way back from Burj Khalifa. The queue was pretty long even at late night. I had a donut and a cappuccino. This outlet has very good offerings at really pocket friendly price. The staff though can be more courteous.
