I had a very bad experience today at Paul City Mall in Amman Jordan.
after we were received and seated normally. after we stayed seated for half an hour and I reservation was made a reservation. We were just about to have he ordered food when the management asked us to change the table to a very bad location just against the cashier and in the corridor of the shop. We were cleverly deceived by Paul staff, if we knew from the beginning that we will be seated horribly, we would have not entered and we would have chosen another place. The soup was too salty. I would never go there again.
Sandie Serrao
Thank you Paul for the very thoughtful gesture towards all of us mum’s.
Enjoyed my breakfast earlier today Paul AR2 souk, Dubai.
Staff were very accommodating & kind even though they were under tremendous pressure.
It was overcrowded & staff were not enough to meet the demand.
There was s big queue lined up outside, it took ages for someone to take our order & then forever to receive our breakfast.
We were fortunate enough to find a seat, as we arrived early.
But clearly the outlet was not prepared for the huge volumes, bcoz they soon ran out of plates, cutlery, breakfast pastry choices etc
But the staff continued their service with a smile

I was shocked by the quality of the breakfast, I ordered the Poché eggs with avocado , the eggs were literally cold and the avocado was totally hard, the waiter has replaced the avocado with a naked one “ with nothing on the top of it”. Sorry to say but the worst breakfast experience. ( Paul cafe Cairo festival city mall)
Madeleine Akkari
Paul Cairo festival City. We had lunch there last week and my mom ordered salmon. She had food poisoning, the salmon had gone bad and clearly the cold chain wasn’t respected! She had fever for 4 days, diarrhea, vomiting! Thankfully she didn’t need hospitalization but it was very serious!
I am very disappointed and shocked! Be careful
Eman H. Dayyat
Paul Jordan, City Mall ..it has been a while since our last visit, though we were shocked when we entered (early morning) as the waiters informed us that the only space for non-smokers or family with kids is in the entrance three or four small tables next to the wall in the pathway where they were still cleaning..wet floor..unarranged area!!! and the rest of the place is only for smokers, and upon the management directions non smokers with kids are not allowed to sit in it..well this was not what we expect from such a respected chain as priority should be given to non-smokers clients or equal the space and seating arrangment for both clients..!!

Today I arrived at Paul Mirdiff City Centre to enjoy a complimentary Mother’s Day breakfast (before it ended at 11:30) & was told the queue was too long so I couldn’t avail of the deal...very disappointing after having been a loyal customer of your cafe for over a decade here in Dubai.
Ruchi Choudhary
Paul Bahrain city center, you have one of the best cafe au lait in town, much better than from your home branch ! Thank you!
Renata Asali
Paul - City Mall Amman ... Bad customer service! Today the cashier took the order and then left us beside serving other people who were waiting behind us in the line. Something rude. The situation was ‚rescued‘ by the waiter. All in all: YOUR staff needs tutoring in customer service!
Amola Moly
It was a very bad experience in El Korba branch , the waiter was so rude ( I will not mention his name unless someone asked me) , he didn't smile , and even he didn't help me in my choices although I asked about the dishes as well as its my first time to go their ... I ordered croissant's cheese but he get regular croissant ...I will never go their again .

Last week, 30th June, we had a bad experience at Paul deira city centre Dubai. It was a friday evening and it was quite busy. The staffs were very unprofessional, especially 2 gentlemen who saw us but ignore us and one of then was just standing near the computer station. And the other one was just walking around. There was another staff from african origin, he received us rudely and he pointed to a filipino staff to handle us. That poor guy was so overwhelmed that he nearly fell down.
While we sitting and observing, we could see that the planning of work was not equitable, some we overwhelmed while others were quite chill and at the end the customers were suffering. We had to raise the issue with the supervisor and we even advise him to be more organised and stricter with his staff and he promised to so which we doubt. We also saw a lack of training among the staff while handling the customers. Please consider this as a constructive feedback as we are a faithful of Paul around the world. We have more than 15 years of handling complaints, and we do know how valuable is a feedback and how much improvement can be brought

The order took 70 mins to reach, instead of 35 mins. The food was very cold and dry. Very bad experience.
Joseph El Ramy
The restaurant was not quit busy. I sat down and tge waiter handed me the menu on a tablet. Then I waited for 15 minutes without being approached again to take my order. I left

What a great place for a quick but delicious lunch. Very good value too. Great selection of pastries and baguettes. Clean and cheerful, very helpful staff.
We had a great baguette and coffee which was just about perfect 👌🏻

So yeah this is what you get from ordering from paul, i use to order each day seriously but this, come on not even a propre packaging loool
Obviously zomato are useless too
Ajay Singh
Loved our share of desserts along with our cappuccino at this place.
Wide range of pastries along with freshly baked bread. Food is indeed awesome..
Sai Dharanee
Always love their coffee and pastries, brings out the authentic Italian cusine.
Bhanu Priya
The food is great but the portions are less and the vibes of the place are so cold.
As we entered, nobody at the staff bothered. Nobody obliged to come to the seat. Nevertheless, ordered food, the drinks were refreshing especially blueberry mojito. The food was palatable.
I am giving all my ratings for their desserts as I am regular customer to buy them.
Not going for having food in future where you feel so unwelcomed.
Mira S. Hatem
Order was late 10 mns & I requested sun dried tomatoes bread I got regular bread $
& found hair in my food!!!
Veronikasdubai
Great place for breakfast, coffee and pastries. Service is attentive and portions are generous without being overwhelming.
Hoggers In Dubai
Got some millefeuille from this location (chocolate and custard) and both of them tasted excellent. There was 50% off on the price too so good value for money however after ordering I realized that this branch has higher delivery fees as compared to the Arabian Ranches branch and the same offers running in both places. If you have delivery from both the branches, pick the arabian Ranches one.
Mohamed
Wrong order received. After calling Paul, I was asked if I want to replace it and what they should do. If I wanted to keep it I will not call and complain. I do know why I had very bad experience with Paul, even in the restaurants. Anyway, this is the last time to order from Paul...
Sameeksha Joshi
PAUL o PAUL!! No words for this cafe. They have literally spoilt my taste buds( in a good sense of course!). I can never get tired of going to this bakery and having great food from pastas to salads to smoked turkey sandwiches and my all time favourite chicken tagliatelle . You guys are awesome. Keep preparing me through your food. You are little pricey, but c'mon since when has Chanel be a local brand. Love it!!
Ishan
We really loved their croissant, pastries and specially cheese cake. We tried this not only this branch but other places also and really like it if would like to have quick snack option.
Natalia Hincapie Franco
This stroganoff was very poor, only two pieces of meat and full of mushrooms, very disappointed
Jerome Slim
If your planning to have a quick coffee drink before heading out, better to go to the Starbuck in front of it. Takes over 40 min to get you a cup of coffee under the pretense of being under pressure but it seems they attend other orders faster not taking in consideration who arrived first or ordered first. Even getting a bill to leave needs to be demanded 3 times just so they can remember. The plates they brought us for the food also had a funky smell and we asked for it to be replaced so make sure to smell your plates to see if it was properly cleaned in the off-chance you go and order on a day they have a bit of a crowd at their restaurant.
Tina.M
I always order and love the quality of their croissant, breads and other pastries. Paul one of the oldest cafes in Dubai, still keeping up its standards. Well done
Rhythm
Time for chocolate cake .
Thin layer of cake and loaded chocolate mousse layers , light and rich in taste .
Perfect for a an occasion celebration .
Happy eating
Mustafa M.
You are disappointed when you look forward to a Paul breakfast and that eventually totally throws you off. The cheese croissant was nearly plain and tasteless. If someone wanted plain croissant they can simply order that. The baguette was good, as usually expected from a baguette, as was the choco almond croissant. Nothing special here, many other places have surpassed the mark Paul has set years ago. Disappointment is the outcome this morning.
DUBAIDINER
We ordered the Mushroom Tartine.

Two slices of fresh bread, labneh and diced mushrooms. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the mushrooms and you get an amazing meal.

I never imagined that such a combination would work but this was just great!
Hager Arfa
We went for breakfast.. was amazing, fresh and tasty.. bread , butter, the omelet and the vegetables everything smells nice and delicious. Before your order comes, they give you a bread basket, hot and fresh with butter 😋😋😋😋We ordered also coffee with some pastries.

Best breakfast place in IMPZ !
You can enjoy the great weather also ( November - March ) in their outside area.
I loved also the fidelity program they have.
Moreover, there is a daily offer of one beverage+one croissant for take away starting from 8 am till 11 am for only 18AED which is really nice!
Mohammed Bilfaqih
I live close to this restaurant and last week I finally gave it a try. I’ve heard a lot about their French onion soup but i was craving some meat. The steak sandwich was yummy. We also couldn’t resist and ordered the salmon bites and they didn’t disappoint. My friend enjoyed the cordon bleu as well. The restaurant is a nice place for a calm environment for a meal. Service is good too.
Have Mouth, Will Taste
As a regular, I'm ashamed to only review this place now, but here I am:

Food:
Bread Passivetizer - always delicious along with the subtle but tasty tempeniad and butter
Vanilla Cinnamon Latte - great taste with almost little choice flavor, but that was to be expected
Vanilla Milkshake - very good consistency as it is between a thick shake and the normal thinner milkshakes around Dubai. The strong vanilla flavor was also a pleasant
Beef Gratin - a rare disappointment: the gratin had almost no tomatoe and too much cheese
Mushroom Chicken Soup - a personal favorite. The chicken was extremely shift and the soup considered of perfectly emulsified mushroom with only a touch of seasoning
Vanilla Strawberry Crepe - very nice with a very potent strawberry taste. The crepe could have played a more important role in this behemoth though

Service: it has had its rough spots in the past, but the manager here is phenomenal at fixing any wrongs

Bang for Buck: on the pricier side, but not the worst for French food

I must say that there have been a ton of dishes I have had here that have ranged from slightly below average to great, so this rating is very cumulative. I will continue to come here and just be cautious as I know that some dishes may not be worth getting again, but most are amazing.

Paul is known for its delicious bakery products and desserts délicatesse. We are always dining there and almost tried everything and all locations. I just wanted to mention that we got on NYE galette des rois to check who is the king for 2019z unfortunately, the chef didn’t put in the stone so we ended up with very disappointed and upset kids.
The Zest DXB
A perfect neighborhood catch up spot... no where near as crowded as the mall branches and has all your fav pastries and desserts. We think the food and desserts are a bit overhyped though
Akshita Rajesh Arun
I used to love their simple French toast with vanilla ice cream. It was simply divine.😇

So it was disappointing to know that it’s dropped from the menu when it got revamped.

The ‘all new’ French toast was over the top. Strawberries were sour.

Overall experience: Average

We visited on last weekend. Love the freshly baked breads at Paul. Amazing taste and good value for money. Nice ambience and good service from staff. I would surely recommend to visit Paul in IMPZ.
Rustam Nasriev
Peaceful place to have breakfast, very friendky staff, wide choice of breakfast, best sweets in dubai, had poached egg avocado very balanced, service is very good and food prep speed is fast.
Shaheen Shaikh
Paul is my all time fav restaurant for their desserts and salads. This is one place that never goes out of style. It's just now that they need to tweak their menu a bit as for a long long time they have the same stuff!

I ordered my usual - burrata salad and the chicken avocado toast - this was to share. The food is always fresh, the breads that are bought to the table are warm and a delight to eat with the french butter. The burrata cheese was the freshest you could get - pillowy soft. The avocado toast was super delish and asked for some mustard on the side, which went very well with it... And yes, how can you ever leave without having the raspberry tart - the finest in Dubai!

Prices are higher than most cafes' but i guess you pay for quality and the name. Service is always very helpful though on this occasion, given the busy lunch hour - we had to keep looking for the servers.
Mira S. Hatem
I love Paul desserts & cakes. The place to be for occasional cakes. They serve fresh cakes at all times. My favorite ones are the Strawberry cream cake & 3 Chocolate cake.
Fadi
Ordered at their venue the Burrata Salad and Cheesy Chicken Salad (2 new items on the menu), and the Macaroni chicken in white sauce child's meal. It literally took us 10 min from the time we picked up the bags to arrive home (neighboring JVC at Al Khalil exit) and eat. To our disappointment, the child's meal was cold (Macaroni, chicken and fries) and the portions were ridiculously small (photos attached). They're enough for a toddler but certainly not a 4 year old. The salads were tasty but not worth paying again AED 60+ for each. Paul is no longer a preferred restaurant for us.
Rushalicious🤩😋
Paul is my favorite place for everything.
For having the best breakfast : croissants, eggs, diary food... ect and the beautiful mushroom soup they have and the salads and sandwiches😱😱 and nevertheless the taste of their dessert is yummyyyyyu
Biswajit Mallick
My all time favorite place to eat the cheese cake 🍰😊, the staffs were so nice, I loved the way he interdicted him , we ordered some chicken grills with salads .. test was good , ambience was good too ... overall a good outing place.
Çemen Kent Yalab
I used to love this place, yet I do not know what happened the food quality and the presence of the food and beverage altered in a bad way in time. Eventhough the staff is friendly, it is the meals we pay for. My last time at Paul was a big dissapointment. My coffee came with a sloppy cream on top and it was nearly cold. Also I had ordered a turkey and cumumbert croissant along with my coffee which arrived long after my coffee was finished and after I asked for it for the second time. It is a cold served sandwich by the way. The sandwich had just ripped pieces of turkey which I do not think it is supposed to be the way it is served. So dissapointed. Maybe choosing something savory was a mistake as their sweets are delightful.
AMbzlifestyle
A nice place for coffee ... went there with my friends for breakfast. Very friendly staff and service was also good and quick ... and as usual cant resist the sweet so tried there chocolate tart 😋
Mamta Chhillar
Went for.coffee and cake. It was a good experience. The carrot cake was average and coffee nd drink were decent too. Overall nothing great or extraordinary to brag about.

One of the best service! I am very happy and delighted with Ivone's customer service and kindness, i highly recommended her and the restaurant.
Food excellent as always!
Will always come back❤️
Themarauders95
I can always count on a delicious chocolate tart from PAUL Bakery. The staff is always so kind and make sure to look after customers well. I am very impressed with both the food and service and will definitely return.
Shoar H
Lovely place to visit in the morning. Love their fresh croissants and poached egg benedict. Cortous staff as always. Just a comment to mgmt: you are the only breakfast place that charges for jam. Come on!
Regine Marineth
One lovely evening at Paul's. The Club Poulet is like a Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich with avocados and such juicy flavorful chicken. Overloaded on sweets cause it's soooo difficult to choose only one. I expected too much from the rhubarb tart though. This was the dessert I chose personally because you rarely find rhubarb desserts. I guess I didnt taste it any tang in it. It was more like a Sugar Tart only with some unknown fruit on top hence the 3 star rating.
Dr Ar
Totally in love with this patisserie. I am a frequent visitor of this place. Tried and love almost all the dishes in their menu. This place never compromise in their quality.

Since I'm a dessert lover, I get cakes from this bakery. I tried their chocolate tart with berries on top recommended by the staff. Didn't go wrong.

They do have freshly prepared croissants and breads. All their sandwiches are yum 😋😋

A must visit place for pastry lovers 👌👌
'Alessandro Cernuschi
Paul I always a good choice for a great meal with a twist. The menu offers a wide range of food items and their quality is very high. But of course it comes with a price tag: medium/high. The service could be improved as the staff tends to be distant from the guests and not very attentive. But other than this, a good experience in general
~~Ishi~~
Start your day with a hearty breakfast here. Chia white omelette and Red berries & mint juice are my absolute favorites. Omelette loaded with veggies, french onion soup are some other recommended options. Delicious & fills you up.

Spacious with seating indoors & outdoors it is located at one corner of City Centre Me’aisem.

The only issue with this outlet is the super slow service (atleast to those dining outside). Sometimes the food takes forever & at other times, you’d struggle to get see your server around. Definitely the staff to customer / tables ratio needs improvement.
Bonvivant
Good outdoor seating. However on Friday and Saturday mornings, it takes really long to get food, approx 30 mins from time of order. Enjoyed their omelets and coffee.
Harvey Martis
Just go for the Macroons Pista and a good coffee. the strawberry tart is another favourite. good to take the mini macroon box as take away...
NNK
Visited this location of Paul yesterday morning ordered for plain omlette which basically had salad as well . They also served assorted breads which were really nice and went pretty well with the butter . Food took nearly 10 mins for it to serve and the americano which I had ordered was not bad either it was very good . Staff people were decent and pricing wise Paul has always been decent .
Sissou Jessy
Really good food, with an excellent customer service. The food is fresh and the viennoiserie is perfectly French ! Ireally recommend this restaurant.
Abhinav Prakash Nigam
very quite n healthy family siting place. as the mall n restaurant is not very crowded. i love spending time there. service is great also. mst go.
Zeena Al-Kurd Al-Bataineh
Absolutely disappointed. I ordered from Paul to impress my guests and I ended up with an over-frozen, super dry and damaged cake. It tasted horrible and the cake broke like it’s been frozen for decades. Very very disappointed. I ordered the double chocolate cake (big size). Last week I ordered the Strawberry Charlotte and it was great, I really was hoping for this order to be as good as the one before but unfortunately it was simply terrible.
Laurice Mendoza
The only decent restaurant in the mall so... and this place never gets old, even when we come again and again every weekend for groceries (altho farther from us, the careefour here is straightforward).
Leen Hammad
Went to PAUL for lunch. Ordered Chicken Stuffed with Spinach And Cheese, served with Mashed potatoes and vegetables. Chicken was a bit dry, but the flavor was there. Service was excellent. Food was served in a timely manner.
Dev
Good place to dine in. It's all good taste.
Respectful service.
Advice to come here or any Paul resto.
Ambience is good specially outdoors.well done
Ester
Cozy and relaxing environment unlike at mall of emirates dining table was so close to each other customer which had no privacy. Here is more spacious. Overall food and service is good.
Puru Nanda
Went to Paul’s yesterday for lunch. Had a lovely French onion soup. Order some mini chocolate croissants for my son which were fresh and tasty. Also ordered the turkey sandwich with cheese and ham inside. The combination was excellent. Really enjoyed it. Just a little downside the double espresso which was served was not so hot. Could have been better on that front.

Overall it was good
Dubai Foodie
Nice French Bakery in IMPZ Maiesm City Centre.
I tried several dishes there.
Portion is suitable for one person and the food is delicious.
I recommend it for light nice breakfast or dinner.
I was in a business meeting and I was drinking coffee and having dinner the staff was good but I have a small comment that one of the team told me that They have a car lift and they need to remove everything by 11:30 and they even took the water glasses and replaced it by paper cup (witches I found disrespectful and made us feel uninvited) and pushed out like take your staff and go coz we need to go as well, and we can’t keep something dirty for the next day, without showing any respect to the client and I would like to suggest to the management to avoid such behaviors for the clients specially when they are in business meeting plus guys you should know as a franchise management how to give training for staff ... as per Paul service ..
Sabina
Complimentary fresh bread & butter which is a nice touch. Freshly squized juice and tagliatelle with white sauce... quite a nice afternoon at Paul's....
Nida Salik
This place never disappoints for breakfast. From the welcoming French ambiance , polite staff, pastries display to spoil you for choice, complimentary warm bread baskets and delicious food, Paul is a must visit. Reasonable on the pocket, this place gives you more than what you pay for.
Naeem Balala
Misleading timing online indicating close at 2am on Saturday but in fact the last order is at 11 30 and we got there around 11 50 on a saturday. everything was clear off the display. The employee stated that the timing was inclusive of the 2hrs they need to clean after the 11 30 last order.

Janira Hernandez
Service was awful. Came for breakfast and they stopped serving at 12 so they denied our order, yet the table next to us received breakfast plates 45 minutes later. The manager came over to our table an hour later with a disgusting attitude and did nothing to satisfy the extremely unhappy customers we were. Never coming back here. Extremely poor service, average food & TERRIBLE restaurant manager that should not be in hospitality.

Great food and ambience. We went there for breakfast and as usual great experience with my additional salt and pepper at times 😀
Very neat and nicely done Paul Arabia.
We tried Paul Mix for the first time and it's a treat for your eyes and tummy. Full of fruits energy it's very filling.

My mood is 😀

Paul breakfast is so delicious if you want to pamper yourself and enjoy your day just pass by Paul all the branches serve you in the same high professional way.the lunch menu is so nice i have tried the pasta that is beautifully mixed with vegetables(eggplant was my concern but when I try it I fell for it) the salmon also is so tasty. The dessert is also various and special. If you are looking for a birthday or other occasion cake you should try one i always take the mousse at chocolat and foret noir. My favourite croissants are pistachio and almond as for the choice of coffee I always order cappuccino.
Ps; reconsider the price of your small cake since the same cake is 99 dhs while the big cake price vary btw 120 and 135 dhs I personally find the small cake in comparison with other over priced. But I always order 😃
Ray Nehme
I gave PAUL 3 attempts in ordering savory meals but all failed as I believe the combination of flavors did not go well with each other, such as the steak in chocolate bread which I think discontinued. However PAUL did excel in its desserts and salads.
Mostafa Hassan
Usualy the service is good
This time i went to buy my fav cake and they told me that yhey dont sell cake slices and i have to buy the whole cake... i ve been eating this black forest cake for ages. And they dare to lie in the face and pretend that it is ok ... bad service..
Jaime
Paul is one of my favorite Dubai cafés. The ambiance is lovely, the staff is always attentive and the food is consistent and fresh. My favorite late lunch is the french onion soup and the new salade fraicheur et avocat. And if you're a bread lover, you'll appreciate the warm variety in a basket they serve with butter, olive spread and oil and vinegar before the meal. Always a pleasure.
Saskia Theres
I have known Paul for a very long time now and only hear good of it. I have eaten there about 5 times now and must say I enjoy their food. I highly recommend their iftar set menu. It was AMAZING! Even though Paul is expensive I personally believe it's worth the money. I haven't had a bad experience at Paul so far.
Daryna
Amazing service! Fast delivery and of course super tasty food! Ordered from Uber a sandwich, they brought the full set with bread butter and olive paste. Thanks guys for healthy and tasty lunch!
Ahsana Moosa
Their french toast is the best of all , been went to eat juzt the french toast. Once teied their penne alfredo pasta it was soo yumm was different in taste may d sauce but was tasty.
Valery Rich
It was worse of the worse experience ever with this restaurant. We ordered 2 sandwiches, mine was with shrimps and was tasting nothing. Almost no sauce, very dry, and taste like crap. The other sandwich " new one" in their menu was even worse cuz its just a huge n chewy bred full of leaves only n two skiiiiny slices of same chewy beef. After that lunch we really felt not good at all and couldn't even complete it.
Rasha Taha
My go to place for any meal of the day, great friendly staff and good quality food. The internet connection is good and you can work here. The dessert selection is wonderful. The new menu is interesting, I liked the mushroom chicken soup and will be trying more dishes in the coming weeks.
Walid Salame
Paul is always a nice stop for coffee and sweets they have wonderful tarts and milliefeyes. The coffee choices are not superb but you would find what your looking for. Lunch at Paul is also a good option the portions are small a french restaurant in the end but worth the try.
Ashirvad Lobo
My first time at Paul, started the day with an Amazing hot chocolate and Grilled Halloumi criossant. Good service and great food. Would highly recommend this place!
Sandeep Sudhakar
The Paul. Wanted to visit this place from a long time . Been there with family one evening finally . Decent ambience. We were seated and greeted well by the staff.

The complimentary bread served was not really fresh but was not really a turn off as the food served was piping hot and delicious.

Ordered a haloumi sandwich, gratin forestier( one of the best I ve tasted) and the pasta.

Slightly over priced , but worth the technique implied and the presentation of course.

The only turn off here, was we were a little isolated and there was no prompt service from the staff , had the call them every time for small things.

The desert ordered again was not fresh. Ordered the eclair chocolat, which was soft and soggy, set aside would give a 4.5 for the overall food experience & taste . Would definitely want to visit again but not to the branch in meisam.

Tarek
The most convenient place to grab a desert or dine in with more than 25 outlets paul is found basically anywhere and offer a large variety of dishes in the menu
Meriam Larbi
The place is really good but the customer service is really bad ! I asked for banana instead of strawberries in my crepe but they said I have to add 5 dhs because strawberry is EXPENSIVE!!!! Really ?! I was actually chocked and mad as I am paying for my food and the 5 AED for the strawberries really matter ?! Just a notice for those allergic to banana, being some berries with you from carrefour before sitting in paul :)
Bis Maz The Foodie Hunter
my one of the favorite cafe
yesterday again i visited and ordered chicken poulet
taste amazing
service is good
location is my fav

You find Paul bakery everywhere so you don't have to waste your energy finding it. Taste is worth the money. They don't hide the quantity from you. They show you everything and upto you what you choose out of it. They're simple yet delicious.

Been to Paul a few times in Bahrain & tried the location in IMPZ Dubai. Disappointed that they used margarine for hollandaise instead of butter.

Please give it another name if you are going to cut corners.
Ghada.essam92
A nice place to hang out in the evening, specially that Meaisam/ IMPZ is not crowded. Millefeuilles are tasty and they have a nice variety of natural juices.
Nibs
We had breakfast here for the first time although we live nearby and we regret that we haven't been here before. Awesome food but the service was a little bit slow. We ordered omelette and egg Benedict and they were perfect, recommended for families since the kids can play inside the mall while you eat.
Mohamad Moussa
great service and variety on the menu
i look to go to paul with my family
we love their pain au chocolat and croissant
also bread variety
the staff are alwaya friendly
Saksham Morwani
Ordered a parfait aux mix
Well it was fine with quantity and quality.

The best was the ambience
And innovative options to taste
The complementaries served in welcoming the customers.
Friendly staff and innovative presentation.
Bilal Mirza
Visited this new branch after Robert shopping in maiesem city Center for a cup of coffee. Though they have changed a little bit of their menu but most the things remain same.

Needs a little service standard upgrade and trained staff. Cake and coffee was good as expected with outdoor seating available.
Whattheforkdxb
I usually go their for breakfast ...
They have the best breakfast meals with coffee and juice, can't comment on their croissant its one of the best crunchy from the outside tender and rich from the inside, orange juice as fresh as it can be.

Recommendation :
Breakfast with omelette.

Love love their Tiramisu ... A little disappointed though why they have taken out their amazing lasagna out of the menu ! But Their Yummy Tiramisu definitely a mood booster ❤️

Michelle was craving for crepes so we decided to stop by Paul on our way home. The crepe looked fantastic as it came with chocolate, whipped cream, and ice cream. She gave it rave reviews. I opted for a savory item and picked the Croque-monsieur. I on the other hand was not so excited with my meal, as I have had much better versions before. Service was average and the restaurant is standard for Paul.

The last time I was here I ordered a salad with what was suppose to be steak on it, only to find 4 strips of extremely dry steak on a huge bowl of salad... what a disappointment.

They soups are good though... and the service is OK

I am slowing warming to Paul’s, slowly. If you have read my reviews of their other branches you will know that Paul is a family favourite; three out of the four of us loves it. So it’s always been a place I get dragged into whether I like it or not. But then I remembered something my dad used to tell me as a kid: if you find yourself in a situation where you have no control, stop resisting. So I did. And now I kinda like the place, kinda.

This new-ish branch at Me’aisem City Centre in IMPZ, International Media Production Zone (I thought you’d want to know what IMPZ actually stood for), is only new in build, otherwise it’s an exact clone of all the other Paul’s. So much so that even the staff look the same. Rather than finding that spooky, I say bravo to their franchise consistency. No matter which Paul you go to it’s always the same.

Breakfast. I’m beginning to enjoy their breakfasts. Their coffee is terrific, croissants (and toast) are really good and they do omelettes, poached eggs and crepes better than most. Service is franchise friendly, accommodating and usually quick on delivery. And then there are the cakes. Who says you can’t have cake for breakfast? Oh, and in case you're wondering, this visit took place just before Ramadan.

Waste NOT. Want NOT.

Check out my collection of favourite South-East Asian restaurants in Asian Tigers.
